Chapter Text

Izuku's head swam as he stirred in this dreamless state of floating, and when he finally looked about he saw a face looking back at him. Izuku looked down at his hands and noticed he was back in the body of his four year old self, his mother was fit and young again. A fat overweight man in a doctor's lab coat and an orange handlebar mustache and goggles stared into his soul 'Give it up kid. You can't be a hero, you're quirkless.' That was what started Izuku's descent into darkness, one sentence shattered the world of a child. Why was he having this dream again? The dream that haunted him every single night for over six years, the singular moment Izuku realized that the world wasn't fair. Izuku laughed at the man, the same man who'd been the first person to crush his hopes, his dreams. What a fraud, the man didn't deserve his medical license, Dr. Tsubasa if he remembered correctly. Wait was that really it? Why did a different name feel like it was correct?

"You were wrong, I have a quirk. A toe joint does nothing to determine a person's quirk status." Izuku turned to his mother. "It's okay, it'll be okay Mom. It's going to hurt at first but we'll make it through this together." Izuku smiled at the green haired woman who had tears in her eyes.

Izuku suddenly was whisked to the playground where Bakugo ceased being Kacchan. Where his descent into villany started, this was the moment Bakugo decided to stand above others by shoving them into the floor. Where Izuku defended a person for the first time in his entire life. What ever happened to that kid? He never came back to help Izuku even once, the thought actually made him slightly angry. Izuku's vision was suddenly affixed to the child with red wings, he stared at the boy, those wings were such a blessing. Being able to fly was Izuku's favourite ability, being free in the sky gave a feeling that no other can describe. Thinking of flying made Izuku think of Ryuto, what had driven her to that trigger rampage?

The woman in question hadn't haunted Izuku since Kuroe ripped her to shreds so it's safe to say she's not present in this dreamscape anymore. But those wings, Izuku really focused in on them, they were red which made them extremely distinct. The boy they were attached to was the grandson of Dr. Tsubasa. The second the name let his mouth he felt it was wrong but why? Izuku had only met the man twice once in his life?

Kacchan Bakugo exploded his hands together. "Deku you're quirkless but you're trying to stand up for this loser? What could you possibly do to stop me?"

If only the boy knew, Izuku lifted a hand and blew Bakugo backwards with Galeforce. Bakugo's lackeys turned and ran in fear and the sight of the boy being defeated so easily. "You know Kacchan if someone had set you straight way back then maybe you wouldn't be such a coward in the future. You think that just because someone challenges you that they're looking down on you. When in truth it's the opposite, but don't worry you'll get there one day Kacchan." Izuku held his hand down for the other boy to take who only looked at it questioningly before grabbing it and phasing out of existence.

Izuku watched as the hazy vision dissipated yet again. Izuku was no longer 4, now he was 10 looking at a familiar scene but this time there was no one to defend. Izuku was the one being hunted, this time he was the victim. Izuku looked around the playground as the apparitions spoke but Bakugo's lackeys had changed, Dr. Tsubasa's grandson had moved away with the doctor. Instead of him now it was a boy who could pull his eyeballs out and stretch them, the extending finger's guy was still there, Yubi.

"Deku, if you don't fight back I'll let you off lightly. I'm in a bad mood today, that damned teacher thought he could give me a B. Don't worry I'll be taking it up with the principal later, how dare the bastard ruin my perfect grades." Bakugo's hand was searing Izuku's flesh as he spoke. "You know Deku if you want a quirk so badly why don't you take a swan dive off of a roof?"

This was Izuku's worst and greatest moment, he still carried the hand shaped scar on his chest to this very day. A permanent reminder of Bakugo's cruelty, but why was Izuku even having these dreams that felt like flashbacks? What was there for him to learn from these events that shaped Izuku? Was there even something to learn?

Izuku shoved Bakugo back as he stole his quirk just like he did the first time but instead of running Izuku looked at the fear in Bakugo's eyes. "That's right Kacchan I was never weak, I was never quirkless." Izuku spat at his aggressor. "I'm not the coward you thought I was and ... I wish I was more confident when I was younger because then ... I could have stopped you from going down the path you did. I'm sorry Kacchan." Izuku weakly whispered that last part as he looked down at the boy. Izuku swore he could no longer see fear in Bakugo's eyes, it seemed like sadness. Izuku briefly saw an alternate timeline where the two never stopped being friends. But then reality shifted back to it's regular course, just another one of your failures Izuku, just one of many really.

Next Izuku was at the USJ, the Nomu was slamming his teacher into the floor in front of him over and over. Just another example of the good doctor's work, Izuku turned to see the fear in Todoroki's eyes. The boy's body was frozen from quirk overuse and Izuku could see his flames were just at the surface almost being called to serve their purpose but they went out just as quickly. Izuku sighed as he put 5 fingers on the creatures head. Izuku didn't even watch as the monster turned to dust, instead he walked over to the shivering boy. "Todoroki it's your quirk, don't worry you'll be free from his hatred soon. This wasn't your fault, it was always his." Izuku put a hand on the boys frozen side and heated him back up. "Remember, flames don't always have to burn." Before Izuku could turn and walk over to Aizawa's body the world shifted yet again.

The vision went hazy again and suddenly Izuku was crying over Tenya's dying body. This was the Stain fight, but what could this possibly have to do with the other dreams? Izuku shook his head, they probably weren't even connected, the quirk stealer had just finally lost it and was trying to find some meaning in these images. Izuku kept up his task of healing Tenya as Gran Torino started yelling at him. Izuku heard a screech as he looked up and the flying Nomu was coming for him again. Izuku stared at the creature with little more emotion than sheer apathy. I wonder how much you suffered at the hands of the good doctor, how much did it hurt? How many quirks did he steal to create you? How many lives were lost to build your foundation?

Izuku lifted his hand as muscles began to wreathe around his body, he caught the creature's head using only one arm. It's eyes were rapidly spinning around crazily as it tried to understand its surroundings, a futile task since the creature had long since gone mad. Izuku just activated Molecular Manipulation and melted the creatures skull and exposed brain, it fell limp on the ground next to Tenya. Izuku's eyes were drawn to the creatures back, more specifically the wings. Red, the color of blood, crimson and dark and suddenly Izuku drew the connection between it and Dr. Tsubasa's Grandson.

The scene melted away once more and Izuku sat in the void, a sweet, alluring voice drifted through the air. "My great grandson, join me in the dark. It calls to us one and the same, you were born with my power. Use it as it's meant to be used, rule with it. You are not a sheep to be corralled, you are a wolf, a being designed to hunt others, an apex predator. You take what you want, and why shouldn't you? You were born with the world in your hands, you need only grasp it."

The sickenly sweet voice floated around in Izuku's skull as the words bounced around.

"We both know why I won't, I'm not you. But even I can tell you loved your brother. Honestly I blame him more for creating you then I blame you for being corrupted All For One. You had one person in the world whom you loved the most and they spat in your face. I can only imagine how that kind of rejection would affect a person over a period of 200 years." Izuku paused.

"Even if no one else will say it ... I forgive you, so rest easy. Know that your efforts were recognized, even I can tell you did it all for that sickly brother of yours. You just wanted a world in which he could live safely didn't you? You wouldn't have given him a quirk otherwise." Izuku grabbed the man's skull and ripped the strings holding him together apart. "We all need to rest one day and I'm sure that's your current plan. Why else would you raise a new symbol in your image? You just can't do it anymore, and it's not because your body has been destroyed."

As the apparition that represented All For One was fading away Izuku's gaze was then directed towards a figure in the back, sitting at his computer typing away. The darkness made it hard to tell but the dark was never something that scared Izuku, to him the darkness was comforting. The darkness represented the time he could spend alone with his thoughts, he could drift away to the pleasant sounds of nothingness. Izuku activated Night Vision and the face of the man suddenly turned and looked imposingly down on the boy. Suddenly everything was his face, the doctor turned his body and slowly started closing in on Izuku. Izuku felt like the all encompassing figure was going to swallow him whole.

Suddenly everything clicked in Izuku's head. The final piece of the puzzle that Izuku wasn't even aware he was solving, it just fit neatly into place as he stared into the man's visage. Dr. Tsubasa was All For One's personal doctor. That same doctor was also the grandfather of the boy who was turned into a Nomu, the same Nomu who specifically targeted Izuku in a crowd of heroes. The same boy who disappeared when Izuku was seven, suddenly whisked away by his grandfather to god knows where. But that was never the truth, the boy had been turned into a nomu by his own grandfather. The same grandfather who ran multiple children's clinics with the purpose of diagnosing quirks. The same person who could copy quirks and use them to create monsters. The same person who ruined Izuku's life by misdiagnosing him, the same person who'd likely been keeping up with All For One's old project and was trying to find a child with the man's quirk. A man with an orange mustache and goggles over his eyes. Dr. Tsubasa, no that was never his name ...

Dr. Ujiko.

The figure just started laughing maniacally as he vanished causing Izuku to shoot up in the real world.

'What the hell was that dream!?' the hero in training thought to himself, it felt so real. Now Izuku knew what had been bothering him right before the raid but he'd been too focused on the incoming battle to let his thoughts run amok like he normally does. He'd met the doctor before, why did All For One's personal doctor do a check up on some random kid? Izuku had a pretty good idea why, but he supposed it was time for him to do some digging into his family tree.

The first thing Izuku saw were some white curtains and he gave an audible sigh of relief as he noticed a familiar small window in addition to the 'youthful' hero herself working at a computer. "So you're up boy. I'd caution you against doing what you did to yourself and the girl with an untested quirk again but we both know you don't listen to my warnings." Chiyo sighed. "I'd also caution you against purposefully blowing up your body in order to heal yourself but that likely saved your life, so it would be remiss of me to do so. Though you should probably try and fix that 'thing' you call a hand." Chiyo pointed her cane at Izuku's right hand.

Izuku stared down at the appendage and winced at the thing. It had only 3 fingers and they were crooked and coming out at odd angles. Izuku had been really out of it and apparently he almost died so he's not surprised he botched the job that much. Izuku grabbed the thing and screamed in pain as he disassembled and reassembled his hand for the second time. He looked it over a bit before giving it a few cursory tests as he wiggled his fingers, if he had to describe it he'd say his hand felt ... stiff.

Izuku was about to reach over to his hand and try again but he was smacked on the head by Recovery Girl. "WHAT THE HELL BOY!" She screamed irately at Izuku. "WHEN I SAID FIX IT I DIDN'T MEAN BLOW UP YOUR BODY AND THEN REMAKE IT! USE THE HORN QUIRK FOR CHRIST'S SAKE!" Chiyo was astounded at how self damaging the boy could be.

Izuku just grunted as he ignored the woman and detonated his hand again remaking it once more, it felt slightly better than before. With enough practice Izuku would get there, what is up with this quirk though, it has no backlash, can instantly repair any wound, not to mention delete and remake any structure at will. It put cementosses quirk to shame as they both need existing material to be used but this one was much faster and worked with any material instead of just concrete. Izuku would certainly be keeping it. The boy also realized he was at 16 quirks, he had a headache sure but other than that he felt fine. Izuku had indeed raised his limit once more. Izuku saw the cane coming again out of the corner of his eye and caught it, shocking the woman. "Recovery Girl the quirk only works on other people, I have to use Overhaul to repair my body. It's that or I suffer a permanent injury to my hand, now that the wound has been sealed Minor Regeneration won't fix it and your quirk certainly won't do anything either. That means out of all available options it has to be Overhaul, besides I need practice on the human body if I'm going to be using it to heal others. I'm certainly not going to ask someone to volunteer to let me destroy and remake them, I'd rather do it to myself." Izuku explained to the woman.

Seeing that the boy had indeed thought things through Chiyo relented and pulled her cane back. "Fine." The woman hissed through her teeth, of course the boy gets a quirk that lets him blow himself up on command and of course the boy is fully willing to do it. She couldn't imagine the horror if the boy had been the one to receive One For All like All Might originally planned, he'd be in here every other day. Probably some nonsense about broken bones growing back stronger or something.

Izuku made another attempt at using the quirk, the pain was already becoming a normal occurence to him. He briefly wondered why All For One never took this quirk, he'd clearly been in contact with Chisaki at some point or he wouldn't have had that second quirk. Maybe he'd duplicated it? Izuku had no idea how that process worked so he didn't bother thinking about it too much.

"OH SHIT I FORGOT!" Izuku suddenly screamed. "Recovery Girl how are Aizawa, and Momo? Are they alright? How long was I out? What happened while I was out?"

And of course the first thing the boy does upon waking up is immediately deconstruct his body then start worrying about others, she was starting to wonder if the boy was suicidal. It was like he had no sense of self preservation and it sort've worried her, she'd need to talk to Aizawa, Toshinori, and Nedzu about that later. "Yaoyorozu is completely fine other than this weirdly square shaped burn mark on her forearm. As for Aizawa he had minor bruising and one broken bone from his battle with Mimic and a few of the other villains but he'll be making a full recovery. Speaking of, I'll go ahead and tell them you're awake. As for the third thing you were out for roughly half a day, somehow despite everything you went through you weren't really that injured so you just needed a couple of blood transfusions. For the last question I'd check the news." Chiyo pulled out her phone and started making a few calls.

While she was busy, Izuku remade his hand a couple of times, the pain of doing so quickly becoming something normal to him. The sooner the better in Izuku's eyes, as he flexed his fourth attempt at recreating his hand, it felt pretty normal to Izuku so he decided it'd be good enough for now. Izuku then grabbed the remote and turned on the T.V. to the news.

"Breaking News: The league of Villains has attacked the police escort that was carrying the villain known as Overhaul, the one hero on the scene 'Snatch' as well as multiple members of the police who were transporting the villain were killed in the ensuing battle. The supposed villains on scene go by the aliases Shigaraki, Spinner, Dabi, and Compress." An image of their faces flashed on screen. "If you see any of these individuals they are considered armed and highly dangerous, so I emphasize if you identify any of them get yourself to a safe distance before contacting the police. As for the villain Overhaul, who was supposedly defeated in a raid by the police and multiple high profile hero agencies like Ryukyu's and Sir Nighteye's. He was left at the scene completely unharmed, the villain Shigaraki approached him and it appears they spoke for a bit before Shigaraki began laughing as he and his fellow villains were transported away by some strange grey ooze. The same ooze was spotted at the battle of Jakku, so it's highly speculated there is some as of yet unidentified villain responsible for this strange warp quirk."

Izuku stared at the screen in disbelief. Shigaraki just shows up, laughs in the man's face and then leaves? What was the point of that? There had to be something Shigaraki intended to do when he got there but instead of doing that he just leaves Overhaul behind after some random conversation? Even Shigaraki wasn't spiteful enough to hijack a vehicle then use it to murder a bunch of people just to insult Overhaul before leaving, was he? As for that grey ooze, no doubt the work of Dr. Ujiko. Izuku had so many questions in his head. Ugh, Izuku sighed, "I'm going to have to go talk to All For One again, aren't I?"

All Might and Tsukauchi entered the room shortly after his realization. "Young Midoriya!" The man boomed as he entered. "You appear unharmed except for your ... " Toshinori paused as he spied the horribly disfigured limb looking completely normal. "Hand? it's fixed!? How!?" The man sputtered, the thing looked it'd been ripped apart by a dog earlier, anyone who looked at it had to struggle not to vomit.

Izuku smiled brightly at his mentor. "Overhauls a pretty useful quirk, it's quite painful though, however considering what it can do, that's a small cost." Izuku explained. "How about you All Might and Tsukauchi, are you both doing well?"

Chiyo cut in. "He has to literally unmake himself to do that, I'd tell the boy off but we both know that won't help."

"Unmake himself?" Toshinori said weakly.

"Watch!" Izuku just deleted his arm before recreating it, wincing at the pain. "See? Completely better."

Toshinori barely stopped himself from fainting as the boy smiled while he visibly mutilated his own body. "... I need to sit down."

Tsukauchi on the other hand just looked on in shock.

"Trust me I'm just as aghast as you two are. I think I'm just desensitized by now as he's done that like 6 times." Chiyo added. "And if I see you do that one more time in here I'm siccing your girlfriend on you."

Izuku's smile instantly faded. "Noted."

Tsukauchi coughed. "Anyway Midoriya I need your statement regarding what happened."

"Expected, where should I start? Oh did you find Toga where I left her? Is Mirio okay? Did you get the quirk erasing bullets? They should've been with the briefcase in the basement." Izuku rapid fired at the man.

And I'm the one supposed to be doing the questioning Tsukauchi chuckled. "Ahem, in order, please start with the part when you got separated from Lemillion. As for Toga ... no we did not, we weren't even aware you caught her. As for Mirio, his arm's already fully regrown, he told me to send you thanks for that by the way. As for the bullets they were also gone, along with the briefcase and the gun Mirio informed us about."

Izuku deflated at the news that Toga escaped but he really didn't have a chance to deal with her at the time. After all, Mirio was dying and he needed to help but in hindsight Izuku should've just portaled Toga's unconscious body to U.A. or something. Actually now that he's thinking about it, thats a good idea. Izuku should ask Nedzu for a cell or room on campus that he can just warp villains into. "That's unfortunate, but oh well. Alright so here's what happened." Izuku went on to explain everything that went down, specifically making sure not to mention the part where he basically tortured Overhaul. Izuku imagined that wouldn't go over too well with the detective, Overhaul might say something about it but Izuku will deal with that bridge when the time comes. Honestly Izuku highly doubted the man would even talk about anything, but if Chisaki did talk, well, Izuku's smart, he'll figure something out. Izuku briefly wondered for a second if casually lying to the police like he has been doing should be something he's worried about, this wasn't even the first time. Not to mention he needed to apologize to Ryuku, Uraraka, and Tsuyu, everything that happened to them was his fault.

Izuku paused for a bit before remembering the dream. "That reminds me All Might, Tsukauchi I think I have a huge lead on the League of Villains and it might be how we catch them. Also I need to talk to All For One again. I think I just discovered his master plan and I'd love nothing more than to shove it down his throat that the games up."

That made Toshinori want to faint for an entirely different reason. "My boy that's wonderful news ... but I'm forcing you to rest for a bit. You just got out of a huge battle we can schedule this meeting for a few days later alright?"

Tsukauchi on the other hand jumped the boy. "Please tell me ANYTHING you have. This case has been driving me crazy, my wifes angry, and I keep getting laughed at in the office." Tsukauchi's eyes had turned manic as he nearly shook the boy.

"That's fine by me All Might, as for you Tsukauchi I just realized something. A while ago after the first Toga incident I told Eraserhead we should monitor hospitals for moles but I think I can do you one better Detective. I've met All For One's doctor before I was kidnapped." Izuku paused to let that shock them appropriately.

"What when?!" Tsukauchi had his notebook out, this was a massive breakthrough.

"When I was four I went to a quirk clinic. I just figured it out because I was so young and kind of forgot about it but the person whom I met and All For One confirmed is the 'good doctor' is none other than the Dr. Tsubasa who owned that clinic. On top of that I had another revelation. The man Nomu'd his own grandson, the wings on the back of the nomu that kidnapped Tenya during the stain incident looked almost exactly the same as the wings of a child who poofed off of the face of the planet when I was seven. That child was Tsubasa's grandson, if you can find out wherever that doctor went or what other facilities he owned, you could probably trace the creation of every single nomu to those facilities. Then once you've confirmed if the DNA of a Nomu came from one of those places you would know the doctor is connected to it somehow. Not a paper trail exactly but it would certainly narrow down the locations in question."

Tsukauchi as well as every other adult in the room was speechless. "M-midoriya, THANK YOU!" The man threw the boy into a hug, maybe Tsukauchi could take a break and rest for once.

Izuku felt the notebook impact his back and gingerly returned the hug. "I'm sorry I didn't notice sooner. You can ask Bakugo to confirm my story, the red winged person who I'm sorry I forgot his name, was one of his lackeys back in the day." Although considering it's Bakugo he might not even remember him, just another extra and all that.

Tsukauchi made a note to go speak to the boy after this. "Honestly I wasn't even here to talk about that, I just needed a statement regarding the battle with Overhaul since you were the person who fought him the longest. But this is way better information, there's so many doors this opens up!" Speak of doors Tsukauchi was out of the room in seconds.

"Good job Young Midoriya, maybe the day we put the League of Villains behind bars isn't that far off but that um reminds me. The two women in your life are probably going to murder you. When Nedzu told your mother how much you overdid it, she sounded ... less than pleased. As for Young Yaoyorozu welllllll ... you'll see."

Izuku paled, then he heard footsteps coming from outside of the nurses office. It sounded like the ground was cracking under the oppressive power of whoever it was. Although Izuku was pretty certain he knew exactly who those footsteps belonged to. "Should I run?"

"Probably." Was All Might's curt reply.

Izuku was out of his bed and running for the window, he'd opened the thing just as the door slammed open. The quirk giver would've jumped to his freedom but he felt black tendrils surround his body as he leapt. "Izu dear, where do you think you might be going?"

Izuku just eeped at the girl's murderous intent. "N-nowhere M-momo, h-how ar-re y-you f-feeling?" Izuku barely stammered out as he felt himself slowly being dragged towards her.

"And that's our cue to leave, don't hurt him too badly dearie." Recovery Girl quickly forced Toshinori and herself out of the room.

When the room was clear Momo continued. "Izuku be honest with me. How many times did you use that portal quirk?"

Izuku gulped, he'd legitimately lost count somewhere near the tenth time. "U-um a l-lot."

"And Izu dear what did I say about overusing quirks that hurt you?

"T-to n-never d-do t-that a-again?" Izuku squealed as the pressure Blackwhip was exerting on his body increased.

"It seems Izu, that I have a lesson to reteach, don't I?"

The adult pair could hear the screams from the hallway. Recovery girl just started chuckling. "I like that girl. Anyway All Might follow me, I'm calling a meeting with the other teachers about something I discovered. Nedzu should be in the process of gathering everybody. On top of that, those two kidnapped students, Hina in particular should be getting out of the ICU soon. The surgery was a success and she's expected to pull through. As for the other boy he claimed that Overhaul kept making and unmaking the pair, that would explain why he had no injuries to speak of on his body. I didn't believe such a thing was possible until I watched Midoriya completely reconstruct a missing limb in front of me, that quirk can do some really powerful things."

"I suppose we need to call in therapists for them like we did for Eri don't we?" Toshinori hurt, he was nothing more a husk now. He'd been turned into an invalid and criminal organizations were taking advantage of that. No group would've ever dared be as bold as the Shie Haissaikai had been before Toshinori's retirement.

"At the very least. The purpled haired boy in particular seems especially shaken by the event, though he did have to watch the other girl bleed out in front of him." Chiyo sighed again, what an absolute catastrophe it had been but at least those two were alive. "It seems were here already." The pair stopped in front of the conference room door, the only person inside was Nedzu.

"Oh how delightful to see you two. You seem to be early." Nedzu looked down at his watch. "The meeting's not for another fifteen minutes." Nedzu cheerfully explained. "I don't even have any tea ready, what a poor showing from me."

"Shove it rat, you didn't have to see what horrifying acts a child is willing to do to their own body like I did ... actually I wanted to bring it up with the both of you. All Might you've known Midoriya the longest correct?" Chiyo asked.

"Yes?" All Might was confused, where was this line of questioning going.

"Has he ever seemed suicidal to you? At first I thought he was just overly self sacrificing but watching a person casually disassemble and reassemble their body while they cry out in pain isn't normal. It's like he lacks self preservation entirely, if you'd given him your quirk like you originally intended to I have no doubt he'd break his own body just to win a fight." Chiyo briefed the others on her worries.

Toshinori sputtered some blood. "Young Midoriya? Suicidal?"

Nedzu's smile turned dark. "He did express being bullied back at his old school for being quirkless, in fact a majority of his bullying came straight from Bakugo Katsuki according to Izuku. That's why I was going to deny Bakugo's application but Izuku petitioned me to let him in anyway and hopefully simply fix the boys behavioural issues along the way."

"I -I am aware of the bullying, young Midoriya doesn't talk about it much but I know he was hurting back then. I do not believe him to be suicidal however, especially now. He looks so happy all the time, are you sure Chiyo?"

"Not 100 percent but the boy shows some serious signs of depression, we may want to at least have him talk to a therapist."

"I-I see, I'll listen to your expert advice and talk to Midoriya later. The boy has had it rough lately, he's gone through things no child ever should." Toshinori briefly wondered if there had been signs that happened and he just missed them, but the boy always seemed so happy around him. 'What about when you weren't around?' a dark thought asked the man something he didn't want to consider.

"Well let's leave the matter for another time as the rest of the staff should be arriving soon." Nedzu concluded the matter.

Nedzu's staff started filing in one at a time and once everybody had assembled he continued. "We have two matters to tend to today but first I'm glad you're alright Aizawa, as well as your students. Are you feeling okay?"

The man just grunted. "It got a bit dicey for a bit there but we pulled through."

Mic went into hug his best friend but Aizawa held the man back with one arm, easily overpowering him because of his secondary quirk. This however left Aizawa distracted, a fact that Midnight quickly capitalized on by rubbing her face against the man as she hugged him. "I'm so glad you're okay. If you want I can nurse you back to full health." The woman cooed into his ear.

Eraserhead was quick to toss the woman off of him. "I have a date in 2 days Midnight." Aizawa coldly shut her down, and for that matter why did he agree to that stupid bet.

That just caused Midnight to gasp. "Oh my God! Eraser has a date Mic! Who is it? What's her name?"

Mic who was equally blown away but equally willing to tease Eraser. "He's lying to you Midnight, who'd want to go on a date with this hobo?"

That got a giggle from a few of the staff.

Why was he friends with these two again? Aizawa asked himself. "Nedzu get started with the meeting already."

"Ahem, well put Eraserhead. So the two matters we need to talk about are that the HSPC is coming to crackdown hard on us to cancel the School Festival and the second is what we're going to do about the surge of villainy in regards to its impact on our school." Nedzu paused as he saw Chiyo raise her hand. "Yes?" Nedzu said opening the floor up to her.

"The blood test for Kurogiri was also completed, and none of you are going to like it." Chiyo flatly stated.

A loud ringing went off from All Night's phone. ALL MIGHT IS HERE! ALL MIGHT IS HERE! ALL MIGHT IS HERE! Said person was fumbling trying to turn off his phone.

Aizawa snorted at his co-worker. "Why is that on during a meeting anyway?"

All might had stopped and stared, his eyes froze over. "It normally isn't, it will only go off if I receive an emergency message, such as the one Tsukauchi sent me. We may have a fourth issue that needs to be dealt with."

"How bad could it be?" Mic blankly asked the man who had stopped talking again.

"It's not necessarily bad but we do have a slight issue. During the battle Overhaul ripped parts off of multiple buildings to use them as weapons and it seems in one of these homes a person recorded the fight between Overhaul and our students."

"And that's a problem why? People record hero fights all the time." Power loaded added.

"Well because it seems to be catching waves and apparently it's being broadcast on every news station. People don't like seeing two U.A. students exhibiting that level of power and it's scaring everyone. Not to mention the issues we are currently having with the HSPC and on top of all that this recording shows Uraraka and Tsuyu's unfortunate 'incident'."

Nedzu understood the issue immediately. "Ah yes the organization that is directly funded by the public, and with how people are worried about villains these days they're probably harassing them about the raid."

Eraserhead shot his coworker a glare. "Don't sell it short All Might, they died. I failed, and as a result I watched two of my students die, let's not forget that or even attempt to downplay it. I'm slightly angry the problem children never told me that Eri's quirk can apparently bring back the dead." Aizawa said while barely restraining the anger towards his failure.

Nedzu had been in the loop for that one tiny detail, but even he doubted it had been capable of that. He facepawed at the implications. "Let me guess, people are asking for that quirk to be used on their loved ones or to fix their broken bodies or all kinds of things really."

Toshinori had busied himself reading the comments. "The public doesn't seem to have quite figured out how her quirk works. That reminds me, how does it work exactly?" All Might asked the rat.

"I'm not privy to all the details as at the time Izuku had only used the quirk once and barely scratched the surface of its potential. But for all intents and purposes it seems to be the ability to rewind any living thing to a previous point in its life. That was how Overhaul had been using her blood to make those quirk erasing bullets. It'd be more fair to say Overhaul was rewinding people to before quirks existed rather than actually erasing them."

Mic pulled his glasses up. "Oh my God."

Snipe was just as shocked. "So yer telling me the lil parder can erase people?"

Aizawa facepalmed. "I can see why the problem child never gave Eri her quirk back. That's not something we should be giving a seven year old." Although Eraser wasn't exactly reassured with it being in the hands of Midoriya. Aizawa saw what happened earlier today, if the other problem child has access to 100% of One for All she has far more power than should be in the hands of a 15 near 16 year old girl.

Nedzu tried to reign everyone back in. "I believe we are getting slightly off topic. At the end of the day it seems that problems 1,2, and 4 are all connected and as such I have a great idea to solve them all. However Recovery Girl, would you elaborate on your issue?"

Chiyo sighed before continuing. "I triple checked this for you two. Eraserhead, Present Mic, part of the DNA in Kurogiri belonged to Oboro Shirakumo."

Present mic shot up so fast his trademark glasses fell off. "You-you aren't serious? They used HIS body to make that Nomu? You're kidding me right?" The cockatiel of a man couldn't believe that the corpse of one of his best friends had been desecrated like this.

Eraserhead silently stared at the woman, fury was present in his eyes.

"Unfortunately I am. I even checked his records from back when he was a student. It wasn't a perfect match but that's only because there were 3 other peoples biological data in the body, all of which were also matched to another person. The villain known as Kurogiri was created by combining the DNA of various human beings, we already knew that was possible thanks to Hagakure but to have it confirmed introduces a whole host of issues."

Toshinori had been listening in silence, no doubt his two coworkers nay friends were undergoing some level of shock. All Might hadn't liked Aizawa's teaching style at first but in the end Toshinori understood he was being kind in his own way. Aizawa cared for his students as much as he himself did, if not more. As for Present Mic he only taught English to the students but he'd been the first to start running once the alert that villains were attacking the USJ spread throughout the school. They were both heroes of the highest order so seeing them look so defeated hurt the gaunt man. "If the enemy can copy quirks, and create entirely new ones, how long until they copy All For One? Did they not scan young Midoriya's brain during his stay with them?"

Everyone in the room stopped talking after that, how could they even form word.? What if a super powered army of Nomu carrying All For One went raging throughout the streets? How could the heroes possibly stop that?

Nedzu seemed the most worried as he understood the full implications, however he needed to remain logical. "If the enemy were capable of such feats they would've done so by now. I think it's safe to assume things such as that are beyond them at the present. We should focus on the most prevalent options, such as finding the league. If we can destroy the lab we need not consider them in the first place."

Toshinori gingerly raised his hand. "We've narrowed down the possible locations to some kind of medical facility. Tsukauchi ran out hastily once Izuku gave him some new information, maybe we could trace the movement of young Oboro's body?"

Everytime Aizawa was forced to hear that his dead best friends body was not only stolen but turned into some kind of horrifying quirk experiment it made the man grip the table harder. Eraserhead only stopped his murderous thoughts when everyone in the room turned to look at him. Curious as to what made them all stare he looked down to see that he'd cracked the desk with his raw strength. "... Sorry I'm not completely used to this strength quirk, keep going."

Toshinori coughed some blood into his handkerchief. "Right, as I was saying Tsukauchi is looking down the line of thought, if we follow the bodies, we find the Nomu lab."

"It's certainly pawsible." Nedzu chuckled despite being given the death glare by his staff. "Right sorry, no time for puns. Well that's all we can do on that front, onto the next. We all plan to hold the School Festival yes? Hound dog how has security been?"

"AWOOOOOOO!" The dog man howled.

Nedzu nodded. "Good, good. That should placate the HSPC when they get here. Well then let's announce the continuation of the School Festival. As for our other issues, All Might how do you feel about doing an interview?" The rat smiled manically.

A small smile spread over the face of the infamous youtuber. "Labrava our next stage is set. All the famous villains lately, they all have one thing in common and what is that my dear?"

The girl who'd been fiddling away with her newest code looked up from her computer. "What gentle?"

"U.A. Labrava! I do believe it's time that I shared in some of the spotlight. This will be my greatest heist of all time!" The man laughed as the tea he was pouring was blown into Labrava's face by the wind.

Said girl was using her body to protect her equipment. "Gentleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" She whined.
