Stannis and his forces had arrived within sight of Winterfell. "We'll lay siege to the castle at sunrise tomorrow," he told them. "This is the right time, and I will risk everything. Because if we don't, we've lost. We march to victory, or we march to defeat, but we go forward. Only forward."

An arrow whistled out of the darkness and embedded itself in his shield.

He turned to see Ramsay Bolton on horseback, along with Gideon Gleeful, Shelly Marsh, Bart Simpson, and the entire Bolton calvary. They fanned out and surrounded Stannis's troops.

"Looks like we've walked into an ambush," said Stannis. "There's nothing for it, men. We'll just have to see how many of 'em we can take with us."

Brian had returned to Castle Black. He was sitting in his office when he heard a knock on the door.

Snot poked his head in. "Your half-brother's here to see you."

"My what?" Then Brian saw Stewie, sitting behind Snot in a wheelchair with Dipper and Mabel at his side. "Oh. You have a sick mind, Snot. Half-brother. Well, Stewie, did you find the three-eyed raven?"

"I am the three-eyed raven now," Stewie said mysteriously.

Snot left and Stewie and the others came inside. Stewie and Brian filled each other in on everything that had been happening to them.

"So, Bill is after the Horn of Joramun," Stewie finished. "But you burned that, right?"

Brian shook his head. "That wasn't the real horn Mance had. It was a fake. No one knows where the real one is."

"Oh, so it's still out there somewhere?" Stewie said. "That's not good."

"Well, if nobody's found it in all these years, probably they never will," Mabel said trying to put a bright spin on things.

"I hope the White Walkers can't climb the Wall," said Brian, "because we don't have enough dragonglass to combat them."

Dipper said, "I've read that there's a large deposit of dragonglass at Dragonstone."

"Dragonstone, that's where Stannis is from!" said Brian. "Maybe when he comes back, I can ask him to give me some."

"And Fiddleford McGuckey lives at Dragonstone too!" said Stewie. "Ford told me he has the only weapon that can defeat Bill!"

The battle was going badly for Stannis. Everywhere he looked, he could see his men being butchered, or simply turning tail and running away.

An arrow took him in the leg. He fell against a tree, his leg crippled. He couldn't get back up.

Gideon was the one that had shot him. "Yer ridiculous crusade is comin' to an end, Stannis Baratheon!" he gloated.

Having lost everything, Stannis finally gave up. Maybe this was the fate he deserved for killing his brother. His head slumped forward as he mumbled, "Do it fast, okay, Ramsay?"

Ramsay smirked. "Oh, I'm not going to kill you. They are."

His dogs, Patty and Esther, came bounding up to Stannis. They leaped on him and tore out his throat.

Two men approached Ramsay, dragging Theon along with them. "Look who we caught, Lord Ramsay."

"Well, well, well," said Ramsay. "Hello, Reek. Long time no see."

"My name's Theon!" Theon growled.

Ramsay ignored this. "Because of you, Reek, I lost my wife and my favorite bedwarmer. I'm going to make you pay for that." A sadistic smile broke over his face. "You won't believe the things I'm going to do to you now, Reek. We'll have even more fun than we did before."

Snot came back to Brian's door. "Hey Brian? There's another talking direwolf down in the courtyard who says he's your father. And he also says he knows where Thaddeus Griffin is."

"All right!" Brian ran outside. Stewie followed, but he couldn't go as fast as Brian because he was in a wheelchair.

When Brian got to the courtyard, he found no direwolf, but only a group of his black brothers, gathered around a placard with the word "traitor" written on it.

"What's this?" Brian asked uneasily.

Ser Alliser Thorne stepped towards him. "For the Watch," he said. He took out a sword and stabbed Brian in the stomach.

Another guy came up to Brian and stabbed him too. "For the Watch."

Then another one. "For the Watch."

Brian fell to his knees. He saw Snot approaching him with tears in his eyes. He had a dagger in his hand. "I'm sorry, Brian," he whispered.

Snot drove the dagger into Brian's heart. "For the Watch!"
