Dany and Tyrion were hungry.

Drogon had brought them to a place full of low sand dunes where little else grew but tough sand grass. He was resting now, while the two humans tried to find food.

"I think he might have flown us clear across to the other side of Mossflower," Tyrion said.

"I can't stop thinking about my friends," Dany said. "Ser Barristan and Ser Jorah are dead. They sacrificed themselves for me! And then there are all the others. Martin, Rose, Felldoh, Grumm. I hope they didn't all get killed too."

"I know how you feel, but right now we've gotta stop worrying about others and concentrate on surviving ourselves," said Tyrion.

When they came to the top of a dune, they could see a mountain up ahead. It didn't look too far off.

"That must be the mountain of Salamandastron!" Tyrion exclaimed. He had seen a picture of it on a map in a book once.

"Salamandastron… I've heard that name before," said Dany. "Someone told me that dragons lived there."

"Well, I don't know about dragons," said Tyrion. "But I know that the Badger Lords of Mossflower live there. Badgers are good beasts. Maybe whoever is there will help us."

Drogon came flying over to them. Dany began patting him on the head as though he had been a dog. "Drogon, could you take us to that mountain over there?" she asked. "You might meet some relatives."

They climbed on his back and he flew out of the dunes and down to the seashore below. Tyrion had always wanted to ride on a dragon.

When they alighted on the beach, they saw three hares down there. "Hello, chaps. I'm Trubbs," one of the hares said.

"I'm Wother," said the second.

"And I'm Ffring," said the third. "Double F, no E. Howja do."

Dany took the initiative. She saw immediately that the strange trio were friendly. "Pleased to meet you, I'm sure. My name is Queen Daenerys Targaryen, Mother of Dragons. This is my dragon, Drogon, and my friend Tyrion Lannister."

"What neck of the old county are you bods from?" one of the hares asked. "Live far from here, do you?"

Tyrion chuckled. "Pretty far. We're from Westeros."

"Westeros, eh?" said Trubbs. "I think you'd better come inside and talk to our Badger Lord, Boar the Fighter."

Olenna Tyrell had come to visit her granddaughter Margaery in her prison cell.

"I didn't actually have sex with that guy Osney, you know," Margaery said.

"I didn't think you did," said Olenna. "Joffrey must have learned somehow of our attempt to kill him, and he set this up."

"Have you seen Loras since he was arrested?" Margaery asked.

"He's still in jail, but he seems fine. He told me that he plans to ask for a trial by combat, to exonerate both you and himself. I don't know if Joffrey will allow that though."

Margaery clutched her grandmother's hands through the bars. "I want you to get out of here! Leave King's Landing and go back to Highgarden! If you don't, they'll find some pretext to arrest you too!"

Ramsay had Theon chained to a wall and was just about to cut off another of his fingers when Roose came into the room. "I see you've managed to recapture your little pet," he said. "But in the meantime, you let Meg Griffin get away."

"I killed Stannis though!" Ramsay said. "That's something, isn't it?"

Roose sighed. "We cannot defend ourselves without support from the other Houses," he said. "And they'll only support us if we have Meg. You need her to produce an heir."

"I'm gettin' damn sick o' hearin' you finding fault with everything I do!" Ramsay snarled.

"I'm your father, and the lord of the north!" Roose reminded him. "You'll obey my orders, as long as I'm alive!"

"Okay," Ramsay said, and he drove the knife he was holding into his father's chest. Roose collapsed to the ground, dead. "There," Ramsay said. "Now you're not alive anymore, and I'M the lord of the north!"

Then he went to find his stepmother Walda, and he fed her to his dogs, along with the unborn son in her belly. Now he wouldn't have to worry about any rival heirs.
