World Academy W
The graduation ceremony. Many students are in the hallways, chatting in their ceremonial clothes. They all wait for their name to be called out so they can go into the ceremonial room. They have all recovered and show no sighs of injuries. To a newcomer, it would seem that nothing out of the ordinary happened at all. Marina chats with her friends content. Seeing Ara pass by sad, she points at his and yells: "Ha! Not so though now! Are you loser!"
He ignores it, not even looking her way. Marina pulls back her hand feeling ashamed almost guilty. He moves sad, with his hands in his pockets.
"Hey, wait" she says apologetic. "You don't have to be that way. We can talk" she runs toward him going off screen.
Next scene: Alfred is standing alone moody. He accidentally catches a glimpse of Ivan who is happily chatting with his sisters. To his surprise, the large boy looks back. Alfred turns his head and walks away to sulk.
Next scene: At a more secluded hallway, he leans on the locker and sulks.
"What's wrong?" the sound of Ivan's voice startles him. Frowning, he sighs: "Nothing...I mean, nothing special."
"Oh" Ivan says and is ready to walk away when...
"I mean...All the other students have these awesome stories of fighting this or that, and what did I do? I spent the whole time being tossed from one wall to another by a bunch of tiles" Alfred adds frowning at the floor.
"It does sound anticlimactic" Ivan adds slightly sympathetic.
Terribly melancholic, Alfred keeps staring down. "I was supposed to be the hero" he whispers heartbroken.
Ivan sighs. "I feel for you. I truly do. I mean, I went through hell and all I got were a few scars from being shish-kebabed by a bunch of metal spikes."
The two boys look at each other and chuckle.
"That actually sounds cool" Alfred says cheered up and looks at Ivan a little better. Ivan seems confused but does not seem to mind.
"Can I see them?" Alfred says serious.
Ivan observes him closely. "Okay" he says cautiously.
"I mean, don't get me wrong. I'm not gay...just curious" the other boy says defensive.
Ivan tilts his head.
Next scene: Mattew walks among the students looking for something. "Have you seen my brother?" he asks a group of students that only shrug. "Where could he be?" Mattew mumbles continuing his search.
Next scene: We see a closed door. Moaning and other explicit sounds are heard from the secluded classroom.
Next scene:We see Yasna in full-screen. She observes something eager but afraid. "So this is it" she asks nervous.
"Yes" the principal, who is to her right, replies. "Any time you are ready" he says friendly.
The girl looks around. All her favorite adults are there to witness this important event. In front of her is a large mirror filled with radiant bluish white water substance. "I guess I'm ready" she says with a vague smile.
"Oh and just a quick heads up. Time is a little different out there" the councillor leans in to say. Yasna blinks, not surprised by anything at this point. The principal presents her with a high-school diploma which she accepts with a bow. With that in hand, the girl steps forward and jumps into the mirror. Fade to white.
Next scene: A pair of eyes open. "Where am I" we hear her voice. The first to greet her is the smiling familiar blond woman. "Look who's awake" she says happy and puts a wreath of flowers on her head. "May you be fertile and always beautiful as you are now."
"Mom?" the girl thinks.
Another is a man with brown hair and beard. "Aren't you cute. Here, may you rule over your people wisely" he says and presents her with a stick.
"Thank you" she thinks to herself.
Other adults gather, some familiar some not as much, giving her all kinds of stuff along with their blessings.
"This is so great! But why are they treating me like this? It's like they can't recognise me" she thinks but still no sound comes out.
The blond woman looks at her and gasps: "Look, she's about to say her first words!"
"Ba, ba, ba..." is the only thing she can say. "That's weird why can't I talk?" she thinks and looks around. There are a lot of young children playing in the open field near her.
"I want to play too" she thinks but the only thing to come out is "Ba, ba, ba" as a little hand points in the direction of the children.
"Is that mine?!" she thinks in shock looking at her hands better. They are tiny and fleshy like a babies. Another woman appears looking at the direction she is pointing. "Do you want to play?" she asks her friendly.
"Yes" the girl can finally say. The adults rejoice and shower her with praise.
"They are so nice...I can't wait to tell them...something. What was it?" she thinks.
A few toddlers come by to look at her.
The frame moves back to her. She is no longer a teen, but a baby no older than two with long rowdy brown hair.
"What shall we call her?" the adults discuss.
"Hmmm, how about Rashka?" someone suggests. The others agree.
The now named little girl runs towards her tiny friends. She smiles and waves her stick in the air. The other two run away giggling. "I'm gonna catch you!" Rashka says as they join the others in carefree play.
