Chapter Text

Noon current day

Toshinori sat in an office at U.A. across from a certain flame haired man, Enji Todoroki otherwise known as Endeavour. "I don't suppose you're going to tell me why you called this meeting are you Endeavour?" His sunken gaunt eyes stared deep into the child abuser in front of him. While the man was now the number '1' hero he certainly didn't hold that position to the eyes of pretty much anyone who knew the truth.

Endeavour slightly lilted at the man's glare. "So you know the truth as well? I should've figured that boy would've told you, but ... no that's not why I'm here. I ... need your help All Might."

That slightly surprised Yagi more than anything. "For what? I'm retired, I'm a shriveled up husk now, all I can do is help teach the next generation."

"The people ... are scared, villains have never been more active, and belief in the heroes is declining rapidly. All the while I've never arrested or solved as many cases in such a short period of time but it's doing nothing to ease the people. I became the number two at the age of twenty, I've climbed harder, worked faster, tried more than any other person to reach you. Yet it was never enough."

Enji Todoroki paused. "What I'm trying to say, to ask. What exactly is the symbol of peace?"

Toshinori took a few seconds to gather his thoughts. "Honestly ... I don't know what to tell you Endeavour. I believed that this country needed a symbol, so I started running headlong towards my goal. Back in those times people always looked so worried, all the heroes in the world couldn't slow the rising crime rates. Which were much higher then than they are today, people were truly afraid. Eventually I realized how much danger the people who were close to me were in and I had to cut them out of my life. I've never had a family or somebody to love, I've always just been the symbol of peace, some unattainable goal. I regret that decision deeply, and I'd wished I'd found the time for it. But you Endeavour, you do have a family despite everything."

All Might took another breath. "Endeavour while I can't despise you more as a person, you aren't a bad hero. The position you're in, I know what everyone is saying. People are trying to compare us but we ... we're fundamentally different you and I. I guess what I'm saying is figure out how you want to do things, don't try to copy me."

Toshinori stood before walking out of the room, however he lingered at the door. "Endeavour, apologize to your family, prove to them you actually care. Just because you did awful irredeemable things doesn't mean you have to be irredeemable forever and while the past can't be forgotten, it can be moved past. I would know more than most." Toshinori finished before shutting the door behind him. 'Just like another child who is trying to make up for all the horrible things they did.' All Might thought.

Flashback to the previous morning

Bakugo was having a strange morning, he'd gotten up for his usual morning run but as he was eating his breakfast High Class walked into the room and slapped him harder than he could possibly imagine. The explosion user had been so surprised he spit out his food and was about to scream but then he saw the tears in the girls eyes before she turned and left. That just made the boy even more confused. "What the fuck..." Bakugo muttered under his breath. He rubbed his face wondering what that could possibly have been about, the bitch used her fucking quirk on him.

Then freaking All Might of all people steps into the building, glaring at him all the while. "Young Bakugo, I believe we need to have a chat." The man sat opposite of him without even asking for permission, glaring all the while.

All Might silently applauded the red handmark on the boys face, good they were coordinating just like they planned. "Do you remember the first day we met?"

"Of course I do, fucking hero training, beginning of the semester." Bakugo replied.

"Hmm it seems you don't quite remember, maybe it's because I was just an 'extra' at the time." Toshinori cleared his throat. "I believe the exact quote was and apologize for my language ... "No fucking way, I'm going to put this monster down before he has the chance to steal even more quirks." Remember me yet?" All Might glared at the boy in front of him.

Bakugo remembered that day clearly, it was the day before Deku disappeared, the day Deku's quirk came in, he thought about it briefly before realizing, the principal's office, the only time he'd ever been punished. The detective and more importantly HIM, All Might had been there that day. Bakugo's face paled, Deku, this was about Deku, they knew. "... What's going to happen to me? He must've told you."

The self awareness in the boy surprised Toshinori but he had been acting more cordial lately according to his peers at the very least. "I suppose that depends on you Young Bakugo, tell me why did you do it? I want to hear from your mouth, exactly why and what you did to him."

Bakugo just gulped. "I know I fucked up, why do you think I've been trying to make it up to De-Midoriya? I'm sure he's already told you his sob story, well he was right, I was a fucking monster. I messed him up bad, ... he still twitches when I let off an explosion. I fucking seared him so many times over the years, even if he hides it I can tell. He's afraid of even being in the same room as me, and I don't blame him. I told the nerd he needed to be put down, that I was going to kill him." Bakugo looked down, the guilt had been eating away at him forever. But everytime he went and try to apologize to Midoriya something came up. The camp, the school festival, the work studies, the provisional license exams, it was just one thing after another.

"There's really nothing I can say to make it better. I was the monster, and if High Class slapped me for what I did, then honestly I deserved more from her." Bakugo weakly let out.

All Might had been silently listening to the boy's monologue. "Tell me, what do you regret Young Bakugo? Do you regret how you treated him? How you told him to kill himself? Or do you regret the fact that you were finally caught?" Depending on how he answered Toshinori would be forcing Nedzu to expel him, nobody hurt his son like that.

"I ... I'd like to talk to him first, I want him to know how awful I feel about everything. Please ... I've been trying to talk to him forever." Bakugo started crying in his seat.

Well that was an acceptable answer at least. "Well then I suppose you should simply turn around Young Bakugo." With that All Might stood and walked out of the building.

Bakugo turned around before seeing the person in question, he was almost angry for a second, being tricked like that.

Izuku strode over, taking the seat that All Might once possessed. "In my defense this wasn't my plan and what Momo had planned for you was far worse. I barely managed to stop her, hell she implied I'd need Overhaul to put you back together." Izuku let out a small chuckle.

Bakugo winced further. "Well y-you probably heard all of that. I don't know what else you want me to say other than that I'm sorry De- no Midoriya."

Izuku just tilted his head at the explosion user. "First off I'm fine with Deku the word doesn't hurt me anymore. Second well you could start by saying what you wanted to tell All Might. Third and finally I suppose at this point you know pretty much my whole backstory. All Might himself rescued me from Aldera where he took me under his wing and then to Somei where I met Momo. Although if they're any gaps you want covered please let me know, I think we've known each other long enough for that." Izuku gathered himself for a second. "Although honestly I'm really not angry with you, I forgave you a while ago. So I'm not sure what you're apologizing for."

Bakugo responded by letting an explosion off which made Izuku instinctively flinch. "FOR THAT, FUCK. DEKU, YOU'RE NOT OKAY!" Bakugo calmed down before continuing. "I tortured your nerd ass for like over six years, I fucking ruined you and for what? Some fucking inferiority complex? I was just like that fuck from 1-B, that fucking extra even has a similar quirk to you and he still called you a monster. I did the same shit ... I fucking told you to kill yourself for christs sake."

Several seconds passed before Bakugo talked again. "Why, why don't you hate me?" Bakugo just looked down.

Bakugo was such a confusing person to Izuku, in the admittedly long time he's known him, he's never quite understood the boy. Bakugo is arrogant, selfish, driven, hard working, smart. He looks down on others because he truly believes he's above them, they are the 'stepping' stones on his path to greatness. But if someone dared fight back they were suddenly the ones looking down on the explosive user. That was what confused the quirk stealer the most, what fun is there in sitting on an unchallenged pedestal? "Hey Kacchan, are you a fan of the moon?"

"What the fuck, I'm trying to prove a poi-"

Izuku continued on ignoring the explosive boy. "You see the moon represents the dark side of nature. The moon's an effeminate being, she represents immortality and eternity."

Bakugo just looked on confused as the boy started pulling some random trivia out of his ass.

"The moon also represents the soul, such as determining a person's ability to reflect and adapt. Tell me Kacchan, what do you remember of our childhood?"

"I d-don't wha- what the fuck are you on about Deku."

"Simple, tell me what you remember about when we were kids. You're trying to apologize right? Tell me what you think you did wrong and why you did it." The quirk giver explained.

"Because I fucking burnt you, you jump at the sound of explosions because they remind you of me. What kind of fucking hero makes people fear being near them? I've done so much shit to you because I could. Hell I started bullying you because you tried to help somebody else. What the fuck is wrong with me? I - I don't, I can't I'm not a hero, I'm not a good person."

"And that, what you just did. What is it?" Izuku asked, almost as if he was bored.

"Deku if you don't stop this fucking 5d psychological bullshit Deku, I swear. Just get to the point! Please ..." Bakugo looked pleadingly at him. "I already hate this fucking conversation, don't you know how hard it is for me to say this?" Bakugo was openly sobbing at this point.

"You self reflected, you looked at yourself and said I don't want to be this. Tell me do you remember when we were four, what was the first thing that happened?"

"I got my quirk and you didn't?"

"Not quite, do you remember before you had your quirk. Tell me how did people treat you?"

"Normally why?"

"Ah yes 'normally', how about after that?"

"Those fucking extras tried to suck up to me. They kept telling me shit like I'd be great and how I'd be amazing but in reality they just wanted to ride off of my coattails."

"Exactly. Bakugo I don't blame you." Izuku pulled up his shirt. "See this scar? I kept it because it was a reminder of where I came from, but I no longer want to come from there, and with this..." Izuku struck his hand against his chest deleting the wound and remaking it as he screamed out in pain. "I am no longer marred. Now you've never hurt me Kacchan." Izuku struck his hand out. "To new beginnings?"

Bakugo stared at the hand for a few seconds with tears streaming down his face. "You fucking nerd." Bakugo grabbed the hand and squeezed. "And don't tell anyone about this Deku, they'll think I've gone soft."

Izuku just laughed. "Everybody already knows you're a tsundere bakugo, it's a little late for that."

Bakugo grit his teeth but laughed with his ... friend? "So are we cool?

"We're cool." Izuku smiled back.

Bakugo relaxed as a weight he didn't realize he was carrying was lifted. Everyday he woke and stared into his visage in the mirror and thought about how he'd terrorized people, what they thought about him, how they'd react if he tried to be better. But here was someone willing to forgive his terrible actions. It seemed like his therapy sessions with Hound dog were finally getting the results Bakugo wanted when he agreed to them. Recovery Girl was right, he hadn't been helping anyone by acting the way he was, but maybe ... maybe it wasn't too late.

Back to the present

Izuku was stretching in the common room, he'd honestly not felt this free in a while. He spied a familiar figure as they walked down the stairs. "Hey Momo you joining me for my run this morning?"

"Yeah it was either that or I meditate with One for All, or maybe practice the keyboard for a bit. Kyoka's notes were excellent, and I've been pretty proud with the strides I've been making. How's learning how to dance from Mina?" The ninth asked.

"She's a great teacher surprisingly." Izuku reached for his toes hoping to get all the kinks out. "Wanna play for me later? I'd love to hear your progress."

The heiress turned bright red, she'd known she was going to have to play for someone eventually but it was still too soon for that. "N-no thank you Izuku, I-I'd like to practice more first."

Izuku shrugged. "Fine by me."

Izuku was about to walk out the door with Momo but it opened first revealing Nedzu and Eraserhead. "Oh perfect you're here, I'm glad I caught you before your morning run Midoriya."

Izuku tilted his head at the pair, Momo was just as confused for their sudden appearance. "Can it be good news for once?" Izuku pleaded.

"Well it's more neutral than good or bad Problem Child. Nedzu and I thought it'd be a good idea to give class 1-B some more quirks before some more joint training we had planned comes up. The training we did at the summer camp made it evidently clear there was a gap between the classes. Do you have any you wouldn't mind giving them?"

Izuku paused for a second, remembering Water Cutter and how he'd planned to give it to one of them but he lost it with Ananiel. Izuku still mourned his quirk, his favourite creation, remembering how it died to save him hurt. "I have a couple I wouldn't mind giving out to be honest. However I need Mirio to be present, there's a bunch of quirks kind of thrown around at the moment and I kind of want to get everything back to how it's supposed to be."

"That shouldn't be a problem Midoriya, would you mind doing this now? Getting Mirio shouldn't be too hard and Kan is gathering his class as we speak." The mouse cheerily informed.

"Well guess I'm not going on that run Momo, wanna tag along or are you going to do your own thing?" Izuku turned to the current One For All user.

"I think I'll do some of my own stuff, I was in the mood to be productive." Momo smiled back.

"That's fine, say hi to Eri for me ... speaking of where is she? If she's not with us and she's not with you two thennnnnn" Izuku logiced outloud, the girl could simply be in her room but somebody should be watching her.

"SURPRISE MISTER IZU!" The girl in question shot out of Eraserhead's scarf, which briefly startled the pair.

"She wanted to spook you Problem Child, did it work?" Aizawa said silently trying to imply a message.

"Absolutely Eri, you got me." Izuku smiled at her while Eraserhead set her back on the ground before she ran over and hugged the boy.

"Hehe." The little girl laughed but forgot about her given quirk and accidentally floated the boy. "Oh no I'm so sorry Mister Izu!"

Izuku just laughed. "It's fine Eri, I like floating anyway."

Eri quickly fumbled and put her hands together, which caused Izuku to fall for a bit but he activated his own quirk and caught himself before gently lowering himself back to the floor. "So how is my favourite little ex unicorn?"

"I'm doing great! Lunch Rush is teaching me how to cook and Aizawa taught me how to use his capture tape a bit when I asked. It's really hard though." Eri pouted.

Izuku rubbed her hair gently. "Don't worry keep at it and you'll get there." He turned to the present adults. "Are we ready to do this?"

"We've been waiting on you Problem Child." Aizawa huffed, not like he was going to interrupt this moment.

"See ya later Momo." Izuku waved walking out of the room with the other three people.

"See you Izuku." Momo responded happily

A few moments later.

Eri held his hand as they walked. "Hey mister Izu?"

The troubled look on her face slightly worried him. "What's up Eri?"

"Um, why won't you give me my quirk back?"

Izuku knew that question would come eventually and looked at the two adults, Aizawa jumped in. "It's too dangerous for you to have it Eri."

Eri started to tear up. "I-I k-knew it, I h-have a m-monster's quirk."

Aizawa dropped to the girls level. "Eri, what am I known for?"

"B-being a s-scary t-teddybear?"

That made Izuku and the rat splutter a bit, ignoring them Aizawa continued. "For being logical and rational, we aren't giving it to you because it's dangerous not because the quirk makes you a monster. Every quirk is dangerous, not just yours okay? Think about what you could do with the quirk you have right now? What would happen if you let someone float too high and then dropped them?"

"I-i'd h-hurt them..."

"What if Midoriya portaled somebody too high in the sky?"

"He'd h-hurt them, b-but he'd never do anything like t-that!"

"Exactly he wouldn't, and neither would you. Quirks are just tools, your quirk does not define you okay?" Aizawa stood before sighing, it's time they did this. "Problem Child, show her."

It took him a few seconds to realize what the man was asking. "Aizawa-sensei you can't be serious! She doesn't need to see THAT yet." Izuku blurted out.

"Midoriya, I think it's time as well." Nedzu poked his head out from behind the man.

Eri was confusedly looking between everyone. "S-show me w-what?"

"Problem Child, she trusts you, don't you eri?" Aizawa looked down at the slightly teary eyed child who was now more curious than anything else.

Eri weakly nodded.

Izuku sighed he'd really wanted to wait longer to do this. "Remember the first time I showed you my quirk Eri?"

"Ahuh." The nodding continued.

"Well I took this from probably one of the biggest monsters on this planet, his power will never touch you again and you want to know why?"

Recognition slowly started dawning on the girl's face. "M-mister Izu y-you d-didn't...

Izuku stuck his hand into the ground breaking and remaking it into the form of a chair, he promptly sat in it shortly afterwards.

Eri's eyes shot open as she jumped behind Aizawa, she knew that power, she'd recognize it anywhere. It was HIS, the same quirk that'd ripped her apart time after time after time. Her mind was running at a million miles per hour as she stared up at the person who currently wielded it.

Aizawa noticed the girls erratic breathing and kneeled down next to her. "Sssshhh it's okay Eri. Breathe, it's okay." He held her tight, hoping to reign in her shivering.

"I told you both it was too soon!" Izuku angrily whisper shouted at the men, he didn't want to scare Eri further by being too loud but he was irate at the moment.

"P-pleasseee... I'm s-sorry I w-won't r-run a-away a-again." Eri started sobbing.

"She's disassociating, she thinks she back with Overhaul. Midoriya back up and get away from her, let me handle this okay?" It might've been too soon but Eraserhead would stick with his decision, who knows what would happen if the problem child accidentally used it near her in an unsafe environment. Here Eri was safe, nothing bad could happen to her.

Izuku did as he was told and stepped back with Nedzu, he just hoped the girl would still trust him enough to touch her after this.

Aizawa held the girl for several minutes before her violent wailing stopped. "Are you feeling better Eri?"

"A-ahuh." She nodded weakly, she was still with the nice people, HE hadn't found her, she was safe.

"Are you alright seeing Midoriya?" Aizawa asked gently.

She nodded again. "I'm s-sorry M-mister Izu, I d-didn't m-mean it."

"I know Eri, the bad people will never touch you again okay? I made sure of it myself." Izuku gently cooed to the girl.

"D-did you h-hurt t-them?" Eri asked weakly.

"I'm a hero Eri, I merely stopped them from hurting anyone else." Izuku replied. "Eraserhead was there too, we did it together."

Eri turned back to the man before he nodded confirming the statement to be true. 'He was g-gone, just like that, Eri would never have to deal with Overhaul again.' "T-thank y-you." She whispered quietly.

"It was no problem Eri, people like that shouldn't exist. Can I give you a hug Eri?" Izuku asked

"Ahuh." She broke from Aizawa before running over and hugging the quirk stealer. She started crying again but this time the tears were happy in nature.

Izuku hugged the girl back "It's all gonna be okay from here on out. Why? Because I am here." Izuku stole All Might's catchphrase but he doubted the man would mind.

The quartet remained like that for several more minutes. Nedzu looked at his watch, they were already ten minutes late to the meeting but he couldn't really tell them to hurry up, instead he coughed loudly getting Midoriya's attention and pointed at his watch.

Getting the message. "Hey Eri, we gotta get going okay? Or we're gonna be late." Izuku then picked up the girl and put him on his shoulders. "You can stay up there for the rest of the walk."

Vlad King was not an impatient man but when he got woken up on his day off to go to a meeting at 8am he was miffed but not angry. But then the person who called the meeting is late to that same meeting. That got Kan more than a little heated, he grunted in irritation for like the tenth time, which his class had definitely noticed by now.

"Kan-Sensei, do you want some breakfast?" The big fist user of class 1-B offered.

"I'm fine Kendou, feel free to make some for yourself however." Kan growled back.

"G-got it sir!" Kendou quickly ran leaving the man alone with his thoughts.

It was then that the door to the dorms opened revealing the teacher for Class 1-A, their principal, AND THE HAUNTING VISAGE OF THE BOY WHO IS THE MAIN FIGURE OF CLASS 1-B'S NIGHTMARES. THE BIRD GOD HIMSELF, IZUKU MIDORIYA. Nearly half of 1-B took up a defensive position behind the couch, preparing for an onslaught of pigeons with hands.

Izuku and Nedzu both chuckled lightly while Mirio looked on in confusion. "Sooooo why was I called to this meeting and what's the story behind that?" Mirio asked as he pointed across the room.

"YOU DON'T WANNA KNOW MAN, GREENTOP IS A FUCKING DEMON HIDING IN HUMAN SKIN!" The Lizard Tail Cutter shouted from behind her defensive couch pillow.

"Yeah he freaking sicced an army of mutant pigeons on us! I was one of the few who got lucky and only had to watch his carnage." The unfortunately named boy added, seriously who names their child Ironiron Ironiron? What did he do to make his parents hate him so much?

Mirio started laughing as well. "Mutant Pigeons? Can I see one?"

"I can do you one better." Izuku said as he pulled out his phone. "I got a video of it."

"SEE! HE'S A DEMON! WHO ELSE WOULD GET THE SICK SADISTIC PLEASURE HE'S GETTING FROM IT!?" Tokage screamed again.

"A surprising number of people in my class." Izuku laughed as he showed Mirio the video who also started laughing. "And apparently your senpai."

Monoma was grinding his teeth in anger, damn 1-A and damn Izuku Midoriya. He no doubt was the reason some little girl had been following him around and splashing him with water. Said little girl was sitting on the shoulders of the boy in question. Monoma tensed in preparation for the jet of water, he wouldn't let her catch him off guard this time. "Why does he have to be here Kan-Sensei?"

Vlad King just grunted back at Monoma. "I swear Monoma if you start something again. Your punishment will be that much more severe."

Monoma grumbled. "Fine."

"I'd like everyone's attention." Nedzu cheerily declared and after a few seconds he had it as 1-B returned to normal sitting positions. "So it has come to my attention that 1-B feels wronged by the fact they have not been getting additional quirks. And you know what? You're absolutely right!"

"Midoriya has so graciously decided to hand out quirks to you all as well. Any questions?"

Every single hand of 1-B shot up. "Expected." Nedzu laughed. "Midoriya?"

"Yeah yeah I got it." Izuku sighed as he sat Eri down. He pointed at Kendou, might as well start with the member of 1-B he interacts most with.

"How does it work? Also does it hurt?" The big fist user asked.

"Simple I give you a handshake as for it hurting it does if it's a mutation type quirk. There are some other potential issues like what happened to Monoma when he copied my quirk but I know how to safely avoid that issue." Izuku shot the boy a glare.

"How was I supposed to know your evil quirk can kill me!?" Monoma shouted out.

"As much as that was his fault for disobeying us, he's never had a similar issue with any other quirk." Vlad King added. "Actually I've been wondering about that. Why does your quirk hurt him?"

"Honestly no idea, I literally cannot give someone my quirk, I've never found a person who could safely take it. My best theory is that Monoma has an incredibly high quirk limit which is why no other quirk has hurt him before. As for me not being able to give anyone my quirk that's probably because it takes way too much memory, that or Kuroe refuses to leave me." Izuku shrugged before pointing at Shiozaki's raised hand.

"Well I had a different question but who is Kuroe?" Shiozaki tilted her vine covered head.

"Oh that's the name of my quirk, he's a good boy." Izuku explained.

"A good ... boy?" Shiozaki's head tilt only increased in angle.

"Oh my quirks actually sentient. Only discovered that bit recently, he can't really talk or anything and only I can see him but he definitely is sentient."

"Why can only you see him?" Tokage jumped in

"Quirk vision, I can see quirks, kind of hard to explain though and we're getting into the less relevant bits of my quirk. I can explain it fully after the meeting if people want to know. Let's stick to more relevant questions at the moment."

'Rational' Aizawa thought. The man had been about to step in himself.

"Shishida?" Izuku asked the beast user.

"What quirks do you have available to give? I'd personally be interested in that warp quirk if it's an option." The boy pushed his glasses up.

"Yeah I'm not giving that quirk to anyone and it's not because I want it, it would probably kill you. Hell I can only barely control the thing, and according to recovery girl my body makes me an anomaly among anomalies compared to the average human. As for the available options, I'll go ahead and write a list on this board." Izuku grabbed a marker before walking over to the board in question, a few of 1-B were still wary of him and moved a bit back as he approached which caused the quirk stealer to sigh again.

"Alright so to make this fair because even if I literally gave out every quirk I possessed that still wouldn't be enough for all of you, I think I'm willing to give up three at the moment. So I think we should draw lots to determine the three who will be getting a second quirk, I also have to check your quirk limit as well. We have a few people in 1-A that just cannot handle a second quirk and no doubt you will have some as well in your class." Izuku raised a marker before writing the three quirks in question.

Vitality Stealing: Emitter type quirk.

Function: Allows for the user to drain stamina from an organic being via touch, potentially can be upgraded to the nearby area as the original user could do so while on trigger. The user can use the stolen vitality to buff up their body increasing their strength by up to 3 fold. The stronger you make yourself the faster the stolen energy is expended.

Float: Emitter type quirk.

Function: Allows the user to float in the air, no real drawback but that's all it does. The weight limit is around 1000 pounds before you start descending

EMP: Emitter type quirk.

Function: Allows the user to disable all electronics in a 20 foot radius. They only remain inactive while you remain in range of the electronic in question. Overuse leads to cotton tongue, so some kind of water is recommended.

Izuku finished writing on the board before speaking. "I have to get EMP back from a villain, and I may have a fourth quirk. One of my classmates didn't really like a quirk I got them and I can potentially take that one and get another for her. It's called mute and it let's the user select one target and prevent all sound that target can make, that includes yourself. You can only select one target at a time though."

Izuku paused briefly. "Oh also Mirio sorry I forgot to mention, you're here so I can get my quirk back, ... speaking of." Izuku pulled out his phone before calling a certain banana themed hero in training. "Yeah can you come over to the 1-B dorms? Ask Jirou as well please, it won't take long just gotta get some stuff handled."

Nedzu was so proud of his protege. "He can certainly command a room can't he?"

Aizawa just grumbled while Vlad responded. "I'm guessing we have you to thank for that Nedzu?"

"Of course!" The principal exclaimed.

"Izuku my hand been up for last 2 minute." The american exchange student whined.

"Sorry Tsunotori." Izuku rubbed the back of his head while trying to rationalize the fact she used his first name. He certainly didn't mind and it was almost certainly because she was from America, none of the rest of 1-B said anything about it so he assumed it was pretty normal. "What was your question?"

As if to confirm his theory. "Call me Pony. Anyway, how test quirk limit?"

"Oh I just give you a handshake and see if you can handle the average sized quirk. Each quirk takes up a different amount of memory like I briefly explained at the summer camp, going over that is extremely dangerous." Izuku turned to Shishida. "That's another reason I can't give you the Warp Gate quirk, the average person can only handle like two quirks, while the warp quirk is worth about four, that's in addition to how dangerous it is."

The beast student nodded. "I see, your quirk is truly interesting. May I ask how you came about all this knowledge regarding quirks and the like?"

Izuku deadpanned. "Lots and lots of practice, like you have no idea how infuriating mine and another one of my classmates quirks is to study."

Before the quirk stealer could further elaborate the doors to the 1-B dorm opened revealing Jirou and Sato. "Yo green, you summoned us?"

"Yeah I brought some cookies for all of 1-B." Sato gleefully exclaimed.

"Just on time you two, love you both." Izuku smiled back at them.

"Pssh Green, your a total dork you know that." Jirou snarked back.

"So first off, Jirou you said you wanted a different quirk right? Does that mean you'd be willing to part with it? As for Sato, I need Vitality Stealing, but also did you want to keep Molecular Manipulation? I can always try and find an actual speed quirk for you later, I'll be making a trip to Tartarus in the near future."

"I'd like to bank on a speed quirk if possible Midoriya, running forever is cool and all but it doesn't actually increase my maximum speed." Sato explained while he deposited the plate of cookies in the middle of the bespectacled mob that was 1-B.

"Yeah, sorry Green. I know you went through the trouble of getting me this quirk but it's honestly not that useful, I'd rather have something that's more useful in a fight." Jirou whined.

A large portion of 1-B were taken aback that people could whine about having an additional quirk, Monoma more than the rest. "Typical 1-A, seeing a gift horse in the mouth, you're a truly greedy bunch aren't yo-"

He was stopped as Kendou chopped his neck with her hand.

"Thanks Kendou I wasn't going to give him another quirk anyway. How is he your vice president again?" Izuku briefly wondered allowed.

"Hey when he's not around you guys he isn't THAT bad." Kendou took some slight offense to the ribbing their fellow classmate got.

"I guess, alright line up everybody, it's time to test quirk limits, although I suppose I should check this first." Izuku walked over to the collapsed body of Monoma, before putting 2 fingers on his neck. "Huh he does have a really high quirk limit, I could give him like seven if I wanted too. Not that I'm going to, his quirk makes giving him extra quirks kinda risky. Alright Kendou your first." Izuku held out his hand for the girl, who took it with some slight hesitation. "Yup you can handle at least two, not giving you ultra sight though, it's my first quirk and the one I use to test people. I'm a little too attached to it at the moment."

Kendou was just giddy she could handle a second quirk and didn't verbally respond further than an excited wheeee.

The list was as follows.

"Huh, that's not what I was expecting." Izuku thought out loud.

"Is there an issue Problem Child?" Aizawa asked.

"Well no not really, just a lot less of them can handle a second quirk than what we got in 1-A. Then again my sample size isn't that large on the second quirk department, while I've given thousands of people one quirk at this point the sample size for two quirks in one person is only like 50ish."

"Hey!" Tetsutetsu sounded offended.

"It's not an insult I just found it weird, maybe we have an abnormal amount of people in our class that can use multiple quirks?" Izuku continued his musing.

"Oh the bottleneck theory!" Tokage supplied.

"Yeah exactly. Say suddenly every person outside this room died and we became the last of humanity. If there was a common trait amongst us that is considered recessive in the major population, suddenly that gene becomes an extremely average one. It could either be that 1-A has an above average number of people that can handle multiple quirks or 1-B has a below average one. Sorry I don't have the data for that at the moment. But it's definitely something I'll look into, world's most confusing quirk and all that."

"I can see what you mean." Shishida affirmed him.

"Alright well we've gotten extremely off topic class. It's time for that drawing." Vlad King regained control. "Are you okay with that Nedzu?"

"Indeed." Nedzu was so excited, so many new potential combinations of quirks. While he had been rubbing off on the boy, the reverse was also true. Quirk combinations were now a favourite of the world's most intelligent rat.

"Everybody who can handle a second quirk submit a piece of paper with your name on it into this box." Kan paused before turning back to the green haired boy. "Should Monoma's name be added?"

"Honestly? I don't know. Sure he can handle a ton of quirks but if I'm guessing this right, the higher his base is the more likely he'd break his mind when copying another. Then again I was able to pump like seven quirks into him, he'd probably be able to safely handle like four or five and still not worry about hitting his limit. Quirks like Warp Gate aren't something you could find normally, so he should be safe."

"I'll hold off adding his name just to be safe then." Vlad pointed to the still unconscious boy.

"Fine by me."

The winners ended up being Tokage, Komori, Kaibara, and Rin.

"HA SUCK IT, your number 1 gets to keep her spot." Tokage declared to her class.

"Keep acting like that Tokage and I'll draw another name." Their teacher replied.

"... Sorry." She sheepishly replied.

"I guess we'll do this in order of who was drawn. What quirk do you want Tokage?"

"Vitality Stealing dude, and this makes us even for the pigeon thing." She struck her hand out.

Izuku walked over to Sato, giving him Molecular Manipulation while he took Vitality Stealing back. "That makes sense, anyone of your fingers could be separated and used to drain from another person. Pretty good combination honestly, here you go." Izuku grasped her hand and pumped the quirk into her. "I haven't really gotten any time to use it so I don't know how it activates, speaking of ... Sato do you know?"

"Yeah dude lemme handle this. Alright so it's kinda like a pull, you put a finger on something then tug as hard as you can." The banana man explained.

"Huh, mind if I try it on you Kendou?" Tokage asked.

"Um sure?" The martial artist replied.

Tokage laid a hand on Kendous shoulder and the effect was instant, a light gaseous energy spewed from the girl into Tokage, it wasn't long before Kendou hit the floor. "Uh my bad?"

"Honestly I let that happen as a lesson, secondary quirks are extremely dangerous. Most people have their entire lives to get used to their quirk, your basically an infant with one that's given." Aizawa explained. "Do not use them carelessly until you have a good grasp on their potential."

"I-I see." Tokage wilted.

"Well anyway your up next Komori." Izuku attempted to reel in the chaos.

"Oh oh! Float, imagine me floating through the sky spreading my lovely shrooms everywhere!" Komori ran over to the boy before sticking his hand out.

The image implanted itself in the mind of every person present in the room and most of them shuddered. It reminded Izuku in particular of an alien attack, Komori was the UFO while it spread it's deadly virus around everywhere below it. "R-right." He returned the gesture and pumped the quirk into her.

"HAHAHAHAHA." Komori screamed as she jumped into the air and floated about the room.

'Well she's a natural at least.' Izuku deadpanned. He felt slightly bad about giving Nana's quirk away but he really just couldn't afford to keep it at the moment. His limited space was now a constant issue he had to deal with, and with Galeforce and his constant exercise he could still fly for a pretty good amount of time. He's got Molecular Manipulation instead of Float at the moment but he was probably going to lose the first one soon, he'd have to get used to using his favourite quirk without any secondary quirks. Maybe the enhancement quirk could be used to lessen the strain of it? Izuku did have a lot of testing to do in the future.

Oh right he had two more quirks to give out, Shishida ended up taking Mute and honestly a silent monster hunting you down sounded like the kind of thing that'd haunt your nightmares. That left Rin taking EMP, the boy didn't sound too happy about it but he really couldn't complain. Plus Izuku still had to retrieve it from Kurogiri, he took Minor Regeneration back next and it wasn't much longer before the impromptu meeting was disbanded and everyone returned to the rest of their day.

Izuku looked forward to taking it to test every little theory he had about his quirks.
