SetoRJK-Kaiba Babies will be fine I promise!

It was easy to see why Kaze longed to be part of a ninja village, the conditions his Clan lived in where not pleasant in the slightest. Their camp was in the middle of a forest, where exactly I couldn't be sure, it was too dark for me to make out any kind of landmarks that could confirm we were even still in fire country. Along with a large group of bandits, most of them slept on the floor around small fires, even children. Some of the men were still up training, despite it being past midnight. They were covered in blood and bruises but grinning from ear to ear, the way they mercilessly trainer wasn't like anything I'd ever seen before.

My hands and feet were bound with rope and I was left with a group of women and children but it wasn't long before Kaze sought me out. The camp was starting to rise, awaken by their leader's booming voice, telling them of the victory they had achieved in Konoha. I couldn't believe how deluded he was that he actually considered that sneaky ambush a victory.

Kaze scooped me up and carried me further away from the others so we could talk in private. He was very strong, he didn't give the slightest inclination that I was heavy for him even though I was carrying twins.

"You told them that you got me pregnant?" I asked him as soon as we were alone.

He started to laugh and rub the back of his head nervously, "I said there's a chance and if they're not mine then we still have a couple of new recruits with the sharingan."

I carefully lowered myself to the floor and leant back, gazing up at the star filled sky.

"You not gonna cry?" He joked, joining me on the ground.

"No, I feel safe with you." I let slip without thinking. "Anyway it's not like I had much choice. Your father is a real piece of work."

I wondered if I could take him out myself before Sasuke even arrived, there was always a chance I could kill him while he slept.

"I'm glad you feel safe with me. If you like, after Sasuke kills my old man, me and you can take off somewhere."

We both laughed at his suggestion, even he knew that the second it was all over me and Sasuke would be inseparable. He was my soul mate after all.

"You're quite the charmer, Kaze. I'm pretty sure you can convince most people to do anything you wanted."

He leaned closer towards me, close enough that he could place his lips against mine if he thought I would actually respond. His top was ripped, I hadn't noticed it until then, exposing his muscly chest.

"What can I say? I'm just good with my mouth...and my tongue."

I frowned at him. Not because I found his joke to be in poor taste but because I felt a heat rise in my cheeks that I didn't approve of. When I realised that he'd noticed I only felt more embarrassed. His lips moved past mine and to my cheek where he softly kissed me. The longer he kept his lips against my skin the more of his feeling came pouring into me. Behind all the jokes there was something genuine that he felt for me.

"Kiss me. Just once more." He whispered in my ear.

Shivers ran down my spine and it wasn't because of the chill in the air. In that moment I could see something similar to what I saw in Sasuke, a vulnerability that men like them would rarely show to anyone and for some reason he was daring to show it to me. My heart filled with empathy, his life had been difficult, behind his confident exterior he was longing for someone to fill the void inside him. The only problem was I had already done that for Sasuke.

"Kaze..." I began and as soon as I did he put his walls straight back up.

"Nearly got you. At least you thought about it this time, who knows maybe next time I ask you might actually let me put my tongue in your mouth."

I opened my mouth to shoot off a witty remark of my own but before I could say a thing my words got stuck in my throat. The Ronin Clan leader was striking towards us, his cold, narrow eyes fixed on us accusingly.

"Women were always a problem for you. If you thought more with your brain you would be someone who deserved to take over the Clan when I'm gone."

Kaze let his father's remark fly over his head, he barely even registered he was there. That's when I knew how strongly opposed Kaze was to the way his father ran things, they weren't alike at all. Realising his silence hadn't got rid of his father, Kaze got to his feet, carefully helping me up after and wrapped his arm protectively around my waist. It didn't feel like a joke this time, it felt like he was unsure of his father's next move.

"You shouldn't complain too much old man. I've done the clan a favour." He finally replied, nodding towards my stomach.

His father cracked a smile that looked so unnatural it sent chills down my spine.

"If they're Uchiha they'll have questions when they grow old enough to awaken their Sharingan."

My heart began thumping once more, it had barely stopped the last few hours. This time however it wasn't through fear, the mention of my unborn children and the blood running through their veins made me miss Sasuke so much I had to resist screaming out his name. I stepped behind Kaze so my tears wouldn't be seen. What I had done had been for the best, the village was under attack, innocent people could have died and Yoichi was at risk. Sasuke would have a plan. He wouldn't even wait for them to send him a message, he would probably have chased after me the second we disappeared.

"There's only one Uchiha left. Who would they ask?" Kaze shrugged.

"No. There was the boy."

I clutched the back of Kaze's top just as he tensed up. He was talking about Yoichi.

"After you deal with Sasuke the boy will come and join us." Kaze replied but his reply was nowhere near as confident this time.

The leader flickered in front of me, surprising me that much I almost fell over. Luckily Kaze had a firm hold on me.

"Are you ready to watch him die?" He asked me bending down to my height, "I'm going to make it nice and slow and have you there by Kaze's side the whole time."

He was a monster. A man completely beyond redemption.

Sasuke, please, please hurry, I silently wished...

Next chapter Sasuke turns up and guess what? He's not happy!
