Summary: Word is getting around outside of Storybrooke about the unusual powers of two little girls. Meanwhile, the ladies gather for their first girls' night out in months, and discoveries are made. About Snow, especially!

I released this chapter five days ago, and realised I stupidly left out a key piece regarding Killian which is germane to future chapters. So here it is again. Thank you for continuing to read this odd little story and some of the constructive feedback.

Tortuga, The Caribbean

The three women quickly left their food and walked across to the new arrivals, who seemed to be talking animatedly with Robin and Killian's restored pirate, 'Deranged' Jagger.

"So it's true? Your sight has been restored? You swear it?" The demi-god seemed disbelieving.

"On my life," Jagger stretched the brow, pointing at it with his finger. "Last thing I remember was fallin'. Then I woke up to find this. I've been blind in this eye since I were a nipper!"

"I saw it myself," Robin added. "As did most of us on board. We're not sure how."

"I may have an idea…" King Triton turned back at Robin, looking him up and down. "And I knew something of your return, Locksley. And Zeus's intervention. You have been given remarkable powers for a human! I have to assume he has future plans for you too. Now I need to see the children involved."

Regina bristled, always on the alert when gods were concerned. "For what end?"

"I mean them no harm. I just need to understand how magic could have been used in a place where none is supposed to exist." He saw two young girls playing with Hook in the surf. "Is that them?"

"Papa," Ariel spoke for the first time. Her tail had already transformed into human legs, and she looked worried. "I know the man with them, and you always come across as intimidating, so let me speak to him first?"

"Ariel?" Emma was also now on the alert, remembering the encounter between Killian and Poseidon when he'd tried to recover Ursula's voice. "What's going on?" She looked cautiously at the mermaid's father. "One of them's my daughter. Tell me, before we let you speak to them!"

"It's my sister, Andrina. She's been badly hurt. Very badly! We already knew about your daughter, and the queen's, and the healing powers they seem to have. So we were wondering-"

"They're humans, Ariel!" her father's voice became steely. "I'm still not convinced they can be trusted!"

"For heaven's sake father, not again!" Ariel shook her head, exasperated. "We've been here before! Not all humans are bad and Mum's death was an accident! And you remember Eric? My husband? He's the one who saved you all from Ursula's curse, you especially! Not Poseidon!"

"That's hardly the same thing!"

"No, it was much worse! And that man over there was the one who helped me find Eric. So for heaven's sake, stop it" She turned to the blonde. "Emma, look. My sister's dying! And although he doesn't like it, I just thought-"

But Triton interrupted again. "I need to see them first, before I take them to Andrina! It's too risky."

"Woah, hold on!" Emma shared a suspicious look with Regina, who gave her a cautious nod. "First, you're taking them nowhere! If you want our help, you bring your daughter here!

They explained everything once again to Killian, who was just as suspicious around Triton as Emma and Regina. He had no truck with gods, or demigods, a view gained from harsh experience.

"I agree with their mothers, I-" but as he was talking, Honour had already walked around her father and in front of the sea god, the son of Poseidon. She seemed completely calm in front of the two strangers, and held something that was twitching, with her little fingers.

"Look! I gotta cwab!" she said proudly, showing her prize to the demi-god, as the very much alive crustacean fought for release. The moment the creature saw Triton, it seemed to stop suddenly, as if it had been taken.

Triton looked at the little girl, and his stern frown instantly melted into a smile. "Yes you have, my dear! But crabs can be very pinchey, if you hold them like that! Shall I take it from you?" He reached over and carefully lifted the crab from her fingers, staring at it for a moment, before lowering it into the sea. As he did so, he gently took her freed right hand in his large fingers. At that moment, he felt something. Something magical and powerful that made him jolt I surprise!

"By the gods!" he gasped, hardly believing what he'd just felt. "The Golden Child?" As he tried to comprehend it, a small blonde girl came up alongside Honour, and the brunette took her hand.

"Dis is my friend, Lizzy!" he felt another pulse come from her. From them. A sensation a non-deity had no chance of detecting. These children were foretold!

Guido's Nightclub – two weeks later

Marian sat with her glass of wine, relaying all of the events of the surprising Caribbean trip two weeks ago, to Belle, who listened, astonished. It was girls' night, their first for months, and they held it at a nightclub that had only been open a year. Regina sat opposite, Emma and Kathryn on either side. Those three arrived first and were already three drinks in! To the left of them, Dorothy and Ruby sat either side of Snow, with Ashley talking to Lily, while her mother was ordering something from the bar. Or flirting with the young barman, she assumed from past experience.

"So they brought Ariel's younger sister, Andrina, up from somewhere, on a weird stretcher. Honour and Lizzy did the same thing they did for Jagger, Killian's First Mate. You know, the one who got injured and they fixed his eye? Well anyway, she looked like death, when they brought her up! They just started touching her head and holding hands. Next thing you know, Andrina's awake, all cured, and swimming around with the rest of them!"

"That's incredible!" Belle took her drink from the table. "Rumple told me that Honour's magic is something very different to the rest of them. But you said Triton called Honour, the 'Golden Child'?"

"That's what it sounded like. I wasn't paying much attention, seeing as the girls were safe. Killian was a bit testy with them, when he was complaining about humans. He pointed out all the innocent deaths the Sirens had caused, and he shut up after that. He may be a demi-god, but he was as amazed at the rest of us when she woke up so quickly! He was almost bowing to the girls after that!"

Marian smiled as she watched Regina's reaction to Kathryn, who'd clearly whispered something inappropriate in her ear, judging by her laugh. Getting to know one of Regina's closest friends these last few years, it was probably a rude joke! It was good to catch up with all the other women in town, and her mind went back to that time, eight years ago, when she arrived here for the first time. Walking into that cemetery to see a woman cleaning Robin's grave. The woman who would one day become her wife.

Maleficent, who'd also clearly had a few early drinks, came back to the table with a smile on her face, resulting in a frown from Lily, as she sat down beside her.

"Alright, you lot!" Ruby stood, with a broad smile, as though she was about to give a speech, "It's games time again!" The resulting groans from most of them, several cheers, and a roll of the eyes from Regina, told her not everyone was on board!

"Ruby," Belle was the first one to object. "If you're going to play that 'Truth-or-Dare', you can count me out!" There were several knowing nods in agreement.

"Aw, c'mon Belle, don't be such a square!" said Dorothy, grinning and clearly keen to learn more than she needed about them.

"Dorothy, I'm quite sure Marian has no wish to run around the lawn outside topless just for a silly bet, or having you dare me to snog Ashley, like you did last time, just for you to prove to yourself we're not as completely straight as we think we are!" All the other women laughed at that, Regina nodding and rolling her eyes at the memory. A year ago, they'd 'truth-or-dared' her to kiss Emma, something she absolutely refused to do with Marian watching. Think how that would have gone down!

"Okay, okay, we don't need to do that one. But we'll go for 'Never-have-I-Ever'?"

"Nope, don't know that one." Marian was curious. "Remind me?"

"Dead easy. We all take a shot glass of tequila. Guido's bringing over the first rounds right now, then we each take a turn to say: "Never, have I ever…" then adding whatever you want." Marian clearly looked a little puzzled, so Ruby elaborated. "Okay, so…for example, if you were to say, 'Never have I ever…dated a prince', then Mulan, Aurora, Snow and Ashley would all have to drink their shot in one go, whereas we don't! And the rule is that you can't follow it up with a supplemental question. Or ask any questions about specific people."

"Well, strictly speaking dear…" Maleficent's brow arched as she raised her cocktail glass. "…Snow's prince wasn't a prince until they married. That was his brother. And didn't you yourself date Charming after that?"

Ruby choked on her wine, Snow blushed and Regina desperately tried to stop herself laughing as the long-forgotten rumour came back with a vengeance. "Well you get the idea. Anyway, Ashley, why don't you start?"

"Okay. Never, have I ever…" The former Cinderella looked around the table. "Gone 'commando' in public!"

As every woman around the table, apart from Ashley, slowly reached to take a free glass and down it in one, Guido, the proprietor, burst out laughing, loudly, having heard everything. That in turn made all the women join in, laughing as the tequila burned their throats.

"Well I guess that proves I'm the only one who isn't a slut around here?" said Ashley, joining in.

Maleficent smirked. "I'd say it proves Belle and Mulan are a lot less 'square' than you, dear! And I'd rather you not use the word 'slut' if you're including my daughter."

"I don't mind…" Lily gave a matching smirk. "Probably true. It's nice to be included, though I don't know what to think about my own mother also wandering around with no knickers on?"

Mal scowled at her. "Lilibet, really!"

The drinks flowed, and everyone's defences came down just a little more as the questions and answers became ever more daring with each drink.

"Never, have I ever…smoked weed or coke!" was Mulan's offering, keen to discover any hidden secrets. She never doubted her wife wouldn't lift up a shot glass, but was surprised when Kathryn, Lily and Maleficent did. Followed by two even more unlikely women:

"Mum?" Emma's jaw dropped in astonishment when Snow took a shot in a single gulp.

"Yes darling?" her mother looked back at her, completely relaxed about it.

"She may be Snow White, Emma," Ruby was now collecting another shot to down. "But like her name, sometimes she drifted!"

"Marian?" Regina was equally surprised when her wife downed a glass. 'You've taken drugs?"

"Sometimes it got very cold living under canvas, Gina…" she winked, flirtatiously. "Our husband has once or twice, too!"

"I love this game!" said Aurora, the alcohol definitely having hit her. "Shame I won't remember most of it tomorrow." To which most of the others chuckled.

"Can you imagine if the boys were playing this?" Snow also sounded slightly wasted. "I could just imagine David saying "Never, have I ever…lit my own farts!"

That caused most of them to collapse in even more giggling, as Kathryn added "And most of them would be taking a shot to that!"

Now it was Emma's turn. Out the corner of her eye, she spotted Snow sniggering at something Ruby had whispered to her. Then she saw her place a small peck on Dorothy's cheek, grinning. Right! The Saviour waited until she had everyone's attention.

"Okay, here's a good one," she glared at Ruby, who was now sitting even closer to her mother. "Never, have I ever…had a threesome. Or a more-some, ever since we arrived in Storybrooke!" She emphasised the last six words.

"Ooh, that's a good one, Emma!" said Kathryn, as Regina, nonplussed, lifted another full glass, as did Marian, Aurora and Mulan, downing them in one. Even Lily did! She'd have to probe her old friend about that? But then several people, including Ashley and Kathryn, gasped in surprise when Snow, Dorothy and Ruby each collected another shot of tequila too!

"Snow? In Storybrooke? You're certainly a dark horse, aren't you?"

Emma was surprised by her mother's brazenness, having expected her to lie. "Okay, we can't leave it like that now, can we? I need names!" she asked just to embarrass her, already knowing full well they were sitting either side of her.

"Does David know?" Mulan added.

"Uh-uh, you can't go there, Emma! Nor you Mulan." Dorothy had her hands up. "No supplemental questions or names, remember?"

The one person who seemed unduly calm was Snow. But she looked directly at Emma when she spoke. "I'll answer your question anyway, Mulan. Yes he does. And I can also say that I have never been, and would never be, unfaithful to my David!" She downed another glass. Even though she was fairly pissed by now, Emma could tell she was being honest.

Dorothy saw the little exchange between mother and daughter, and realised the question was possibly aimed at them. Okay, two can play at that game!

"Right, it's my turn, I believe? Never, have I ever..." she deliberately avoided looking at Emma. "...slept with a pirate!"

Emma reached down to take a full shot glass, and was horrified to find Kathryn, Regina and Maleficent doing the same! What the fuck?

As most of the women burst out laughing, Regina and Mal exchanging an odd smirk, before Ruby added, within earshot. "Good job Tink wasn't here!"

Tinker Bell? Regina? Mal? Kathryn? What was she...Princess Abigail? Emma knew Killian had been around a bit over the centuries, but still!

Kathryn spotted the crestfallen look. "For what it's worth, Emma, there were a lot of pirates near where I once lived! I never knew your husband..."

Emma just nodded, not quite sure how to respond.

It was nearly one in the morning when the inebriated women staggered out into the chilly night air. Several cabs had already been ordered and were waiting as they all said their goodbyes. Guy Hernandez, the former Spanish prince known as Guido, and owner of the nightclub, was making sure they all got away safely.

"Mademoiselle, it's been a pleasure. I hope to see you all again?" He collected Lily's hand, to peck the back, before opening the cab door for her to climb in.

"Thanks Guido, it's been great. Mum, you coming with us?" Guido was already walking around the car to open the other doors, to do the same for Kathryn and Ashley. Maleficent took her daughter in a light hug. "Not just yet darling, I might be a while. You go on ahead and don't bolt the door?"

Lily was used to her mother's late nights, and wasn't surprised. She nodded, kissing her cheek. "Try not to stay out too late. You know I worry about you."

As she watched, the driver slowly pulled away. Regina appeared at her right side, Marian on her left. The three watched as Guido said farewell to Mulan and Aurora, ushering them into their car, Maleficent's mind going back to Aurora's mother, Briar Rose. "Thank you for picking up the tab, Mal. I was about to, but he said you'd already settled it."

"You're welcome, kitten." She gave her a warm smile. "You can take the next one. One hundred and twenty shots was rather impressive, though! How're you feeling?"

"Like I've just drunk one hundred and twenty tequila shots on my own." She looked over at her wife. "I'm sure I'll regret it in the morning, and to make matters worse, this one always has a quicker recovery than me!"

Marian grinned. "Raw eggs, Gina! You know it works. Mal, thanks for joining us all. We had a wonderful time." She pecked the dragon's cheek, before cheekily, with a sly smirk, giving her another, but this time on the lips!

"Marian, please don't flirt with her! You know what she's like."

"Don't you go listening to her, Marian darling! Kitten, as I told you at your wedding, the two of you are always more than welcome to join me at my place one evening? Provided you bring your delicious husband, of course!"

Regina shook her head as Marian chuckled. "You really don't change, do you?" Then she saw Snow and Ruby stumbling clumsily towards their cab. "Speaking of group sex, which I think you were implying, did you see Snow take that drink when Emma asked her question?"

"I did. It seems the rumours about her and the wolf were true?"

"I'm going to dig deeper. I saw Emma's face when she asked. It was aimed at her, so she knows something. Anyway, why didn't you get in the cab with Lily?"

"Because I'm not quite ready to go home yet, dear..." she looked over to the man now helping Snow, Ruby and Dorothy into their cab. As he shut the last door, he looked back at her, and smiled, warmly, giving her a wink. They noticed.

"Guido? You're staying behind with Guido?"

"Just joining him for a couple of after-hours drinks. And his real name's Guy, not Guido."

Regina studied her oldest, and once her only, friend. Even though the dragon was rather drunk, her mind went back to what the dragon had told her a few years earlier. That she didn't do longer term relationships, because humans died early, and the effect of becoming too attached was too heart breaking. And now, the look she gave him wasn't one of lust. There was something else entirely! Then she'd noticed something a little different about their nightclub owner. He was rather handsome, and confident. Assertive even, when it came to awkward customers. But he had a charm about him, especially when it came to talking to women, hence his unnecessarily escorting people safely to their cabs. But that's when it came to her just what was so different about this man. It was in the dark brows, and the very unusual green shade of his eyes. Lime green, almost.

"Mal? Guy…is he what I think he is?"

"A dragon? Yes dear. First one I've met in centuries! But I'd prefer we keep it to ourselves? For the moment, at least."
