"What's wrong Liv?"

It was 4:00 in the morning, and Olivia couldn't sleep. She was in pain. The scar was swollen, and she had tears in her eyes. She needed to go back to the hospital. She was used to having a nurse whenever she needed someone. Being in her new house, Fitz wanting to talk about their marriage, the hospital calling to give her updates on the babies every few hours, the milk coming in that made her breast hard like rocks. She was overwhelmed.

"My c-section scar is hurting. Can you take me to the hospital?"

"Yes, what about Karen?"

"Fitz is here. He wants to talk. I can't deal with him right now. I need to heal and bring my babies home. I can't argue with Fitz about anything right now. He can stay here with Karen."

"Where are you?"

"I'm downstairs. My stomach hurts when I walk. How am I going to take care of my kids when I can barely walk without being in pain?"

"I don't want to add to your problems. He was at your house yesterday. Karen was afraid. She yelled stranger danger when he tried to pick her up."

"He should have tried a slow introduction. Karen hasn't known Fitz longer than a few months in total. She was probably scared of him taking her away with him. I hope she doesn't wake up looking for me. Fitz will stay here, and she will probably be upset when he lets her know I'm at the hospital. I left him a note. At least I hope he doesn't run off and leave my six year old alone in the house."

"We can take Karen to the hospital."

"No, she can sleep. I can't deal with her emotions right now. She has a phone now and she will call me if Fitz leaves, and she is in the house alone."

"Okay, I'm coming in your house now."

"Thank you Harrison."

Olivia leaned on Harrison's shoulder, and he walked with her to his car.

"The doctor will probably give me an antibiotic. I need to do skin to skin before I leave the hospital."

"How are the babies?"

"My girls are doing great. My boy has problems with feedings. He can't drink from a bottle without puking."

"I hope he goes home with your girls in a few weeks. Let me know if there's anything I need to get him from the store."

"Thank you. I really appreciate you being here for me. You're a good friend."
