"Hey, Brax told us the good news about Jasmine." Casey says to Kyle as they walk up to Angelo's with Heath as the girls were spending time with the kids and Bruno for them to have some time to themselves.

"Yeah, she's not of any threat anymore as she's out of the country. Let's hope she doesn't think about coming back here again." Kyle says, glancing at Heath.

"Nah, she wouldn't risk it." Heath says as they walk up to the bar where Brax was doing the books.

"Even if she did, she wouldn't get past all of us." Casey smiles before taking a hand through his hair. "Hey Kyle, could we have a chat?"

"About what?" Kyle asks, frowning as Casey pulled him onto the balcony where it was quieter. "Casey, what's going on?"

"It's about our trip to Italy."

"What about it?" Kyle asks, it not having been mentioned between them for a while.

"I know we said we'd go once Lillie came back and we got her settled back in but with everything going on I wasn't sure if you still had it as an option-"

"Casey, take a breath. There's no rush for that, it doesn't even have to happen for years if we didn't want." Kyle says. "I wouldn't even mind if you and Denny went without me when you finish your honeymoon as I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving Lillie again."

"Great, that's great." Casey nods with relief, having thought it would take a lot more convincing to change it.

"Why?"

"It's just me and Den have been talking about our future together and we don't feel like a proper married couple." Casey lightly shrugs.

"Don't tell me you're already considering a divorce?" Kyle lightly jokes, getting a light punch from his brother as he loved Denny more than anyone.

"No!" Casey glares before smiling. "We're going to start trying for a baby."

"No way!" Kyle smiles.

"You can't tell a soul, not even Brax knows yet." Casey quickly says, not realising the two eldest brothers were now in earshot. "We don't know how long it's going to take to work and we're only just talking about it between us now. I just wasn't sure where we stood on Italy."

"Italy's not going anywhere." Kyle says. "I think it would be good for you both, give you some more responsibility. But you are aware of how expensive kids can be, right?"

"Kind of which is why we're both picking up more hours but Heath was getting sus, so I told him it's cause we're trying to save for our own place." Casey says.

"But you are though?" Kyle asks, thinking they were going to to help keep their relationship strong.

"No." Casey shakes his head.

"I've just started sleeping properly again since getting Lillie back and now you want to bring a newborn baby into the house?" Kyle questions.

"We can't afford a new place and a baby, so yeah, I didn't think there would be a problem considering Emilia and Lillie are older now." Casey says, not thinking another baby around the house would have been a problem as his nieces got on well.

"Just when I thought it would be quieter again." Kyle mutters, remembering the crying stage didn't stop for a while and he didn't want it to effect Lillie's sleeping routine.

"It's not like it will be happening straight away. You've still got months to prepare and Denny isn't pregnant yet."

"I will be appreciating every second of sleep I get now." Kyle lightly glares.

"Do you want me to have my own child?"

"Yeah, course." Kyle nods, knowing he'd be a great dad from what he's seen of him with Lillie.

"The stop complaining about your beauty sleep." Casey says, putting him in headlock.

"You'll realise how nice it is when you've got your own kid." Kyle says, trying to push him off.

"Stop being so dramatic!" Casey laughs.

"Oi, what's going on?" Brax asks as he walks into sight with Heath.

"Nothing." Casey says, quickly letting go off Kyle. "We were just talking about our trip to Italy."

"Oh yeah?" Heath nods.

"Yeah, thought it was best to postpone it for now as I know Kyle won't want to take Lillie and it's nice being back here again." Casey says.

"Is that all it was about?" Brax asks, both of the youngest Braxton's nodding before walking to the bar.

"Should we say something?" Heath quietly asks.

"Nah, he'll tell us when he's ready." Brax replies. "It's good Case trusts Kyle now. Can't really complain about that." He says as they walk over to their brothers, Brax walking behind the bar.

"Hey Heath, is that offer for me moving into your spare room still there?" Kyle asks.

"Why?" Heath asks.

"No reason, just wondered." Kyle shrugs as someone walks up to the bar asking for Brax.

"Yeah that's me, who's asking?" Brax asks.

"Brody Morgan. My brother, Justin, mentioned this place and I was just wondering if there were any chef vacancies going." He says. "I've got plenty of experience working in restaurants and I can provide references."

"I don't have a spot going right now." Brax says, but knew he couldn't rely on the current chef he had. "How about a trial period and if you do well, I'll consider a permanent job?"

"Sure, that would be amazing. When could I start?" Brody asks.

"Monday sound good?" Brax asks.

"Yep, I can do that." Brody nods.

"Great, I'll see you then." Brax says as Brody walks out with a smile.

"We had a Mason Morgan come in looking for work earlier." Heath says.

"We gave him a quick trial there and then, and he knows his stuff." Casey adds.

"Did you give him a job then?" Kyle asks.

"It was a no brainer. We needed a part time PT and he was fine with that as he wanted it to fit around his uni course." Casey says. "He start's work on Thursday as I've had to change my shifts around."

"How come?" Kyle asks.

"Denny changed her shift on Thursday as well." Brax says.

"Did she?" Casey mutters. "Must be a coincidence."

"Yeah right." Kyle scoffs.

"What's going on between you two?" Heath asks.

"Me and Den?" Casey asks.

"No, you two." Heath says, gesturing to Kyle.

"Nothing." Kyle frowns, wondering why they were acting weird.

"Anyway, I've nearly finished here so how about we head into Reefton Lakes." Brax says, stacking the books with the other folders by the stockroom.

"Can we head home first so I can check in on Lillie?" Kyle asks, them all staring at him.

"We've just come from there remember?" Heath says. "Lillie is going to be fine with the girls and they will call if they need anything fro you."

"But-" Kyle's interrupted by his eldest brother.

"No buts, Ricky or Bianca will call if they needed anything." Brax says as he walks around the bar. "Now lets go."

"Five minutes." Kyle says as he catches up to his brother, noticing him scoff. "Please? I'll buy the first round two rounds."

"Kyle, I understand that this is going to be hard and you're going to be nervous but this will be good for you. If you start spending a bit more time away from Lillie then it will get easier for you in the future. One day she'll start school and you'll have to be away from her, so this can help you work towards that." Brax says.

"I could home school her." Kyle says, all three of them staring at him. "Okay, I'm overreacting! I just don't want anything to happen to her."

"Nothing will, the threats are gone. Now let's enjoying our afternoon away from screaming toddlers." Heath says.

"Harley again." Casey mutters, them all laughing as they walk towards the car.
