After staying away from the restaurant for a few days to clear his head, Brax had opened up to Ricky confirming her suspicions. Kyle had been talking to Brody about it, even creating a menu with him, and Brax had seen a different side to his brother, so reluctantly agreed to do a trial on the public to see if it would do well.

"If it doesn't work, that's on you." Brax says. "I know it's going to be a bad idea."

"If it does work you have to give Brody a full time job and put the menu into place for good." Kyle says.

"Fine." Brax says.

"Fine." Kyle smiles. "And to find out what people think about the new menu, we've made a survey asking what people think. If the majority vote that it was good, then I was right."

"You stay away form the survey. I'm not having you rig it." Brax says.

"You're just saying that so you can do that yourself." Kyle scoffs.

"Then how about I be in control of the survey and results?" Ricky suggests from where she was sat at the table feeding Emilia, finding them both amusing. "That way neither of you can rig the vote and we can find out what the public really think."

"Yeah, I think that's fair." Kyle nods. "Just don't let your husband get into your head."

"There's not a chance that will happen. He's too stuck in his old ways." Ricky smirks at Brax.

"I'm not, I just don't see the problem with keeping the menu the same." Brax says, Heath walking through the door before they could reply to him.

"Postie came." He says, chucking it down on the table.

"As I've said before, Brax does that." Kyle says, getting a whack round the head from him.

"What's wrong with you or Casey getting it for once?" Brax shakes his head.

"Who's it for anyway?" Kyle asks, looking through it all.

"All junk mail apart from one for you which looks like a cops stamp." Heath says, both his brothers and Ricky looking at him.

"You go through our post as well?" Kyle scoffs.

"Either I get nothing interesting or Bianca gets to it first." Heath shrugs.

"So you like getting mail?" Kyle laughs as he finds the letter addressed to him, handing the rest to his eldest brother.

"Nah." Heath shakes his head.

"There's something wrong with you." Brax mutters, getting a glare from his brother before noticing Kyle staring at his letter. "You okay?" He asks him, nudging his arm when he doesn't reply.

"It the official court date." Kyle mutters. "Two weeks time, they need me to talk in the stand against Ryan."

"That soon?" Heath asks, glancing at Brax. "You ready for it?"

"I'd be lying if I said I was looking forward to it." Kyle says. "I was hoping it wouldn't be this soon."

"You'll be fine. You just tell the court the truth and things will go smoothly." Brax says.

"You really think it will be that simple?"

"Maybe not, but all you have to do is give your account of things. We can ask our lawyer what questions they'll ask to prepare you and they may mention your self harm, just you be honest and things will be fine." Brax says.

"You've got this and you've got us." Ricky lightly smiles. "You're not alone in this."

"I just thought I had more time to prepare myself, to know what I was going to say."

"I'll get onto the lawyer, set up a meeting. That way we can get you prepared." Brax says, walking into the flat.

"Where's Lillie?" Heath asks.

"Casey took her down to the beach with Bruno and Denny." Kyle says, looking at his watch. "They'll probably be back soon. Why, were you going to ask him to cover another one of your shifts?" He smirks, trying to take his mind off the trial.

"No, I actually get my shifts done." Heath lightly glares.

"Play nicely boys." Ricky smirks.

"What are you doing here again anyway?" Kyle asks.

"Bianca's at work and mum's got the kids. I don't have work till later so thought I'd hang out here for a bit." Heath says, smirking. "You love spending time with me bro, just admit it."

"You wish." Kyle smiles, getting a firm whack across the head. "Ow!"

"What's going on?" Brax asks as he walks back out from the flat.

"Nothing." Heath grunts. "What did the lawyer say?"

"He's going to go through the file and work out what sort of questions will be asked then he'll get back to me to set up a meeting." Brax says. "He said it's good that you're not the only taking the stand and was certain they were going to use some things against you." He says, sighing as Kyle lightly nods.

"You've got this mate, we'll get our lawyer to try and make it easier for you." Heath says.

"It won't be that simple." Kyle mutters. "I've got to face it so he doesn't get off. I can't let that happen."

"It won't because you're going to smash it when you get up on that stand." Heath says. "Plus you're a Braxton and you've been known to talk our way out of stuff plenty of time." He grins.

"He hasn't got to talk himself out of anything, he needs to get that dog put behind bars." Brax says.

"Okay, test question." Heath says as he tries to think of one. "Did you know the couple who abducted your daughter?"

"Not really."

"Not really?"

"I'd seen Jasmine briefly in hospital once but we didn't speak and Ryan was always sniffing around trying to get dirt on us." Kyle says.

"And why was he trying to get dirt on us?" Heath asks.

"How would I know that, Heath?" Kyle shakes his head, glancing at Brax.

"Mr Braxton to you. Answer the question." Heath says.

"Heath, why are you getting so into character?" Kyle frowns.

"Cause it's the only role play he gets in life." Brax laughs as he sits down next to Ricky.

"Just answer the question." Heath grunts, glaring at his eldest brother.

"What was it again?" Kyle asks, trying to keep a straight face.

"Why was the FED trying to get dirt on us?" Heath asks.

"Because he was." Kyle says. "I don't know I wasn't a bent cop at the time to find out."

"Kyle, take this seriously!" Heath moans.

"I don't know why he was trying to get dirt on us. He was a FED, isn't that reason enough with this family?" Kyle says.

"Fine, we'll move on to the next question seems as you won't take that one seriously." Heath says.

"He can't take it seriously when he doesn't know the answer!" Brax says.

"Exactly, I don't know the answer to that!" Kyle says.

"These are questions you could be asked in court, do you want to be prepared or not?" Heath moans.

"I'll be prepared when the lawyer gets back to us. I don't need you making up questions that I might not even be asked." Kyle says.

"Well don't complain to me when you don't know what to say." Heath says.

"I won't, I'll complain to Brax for hiring a stupid lawyer." Kyle says.

"Both of you better change the conversation right now." Brax warns.

"Alright, no need to get moody." Heath smirks.

"I'm not. I just don't need you two getting into an argument over nothing." Brax says.

"Who said that was going to happen?"

"Me, cause I know what you two can get like."

"Heath's the one that starts it." Kyle says, his brother staring at him. "Just saying."

"Don't you have better things to be doing than annoying each other?" Brax asks.

"Not until Casey gets back with Bruno and Lillie." Kyle says.

"And I've got nothing to do until my shift starts later." Heath says.

"Well go and do something somewhere else so I can enjoy my wife and daughter's company in peace." Brax says, Heath pulling Kyle out the door to go over to his instead.

"I thought you'd never get them to leave." Ricky laughs.

"I wouldn't have given them a choice." Brax smirks. "I thought them annoying each other would have got easier over times, but I guess not." He says, Ricky shaking her head as she laughs some more.
