As there seems to be confusion with the roadmaps, I'll give a few pointers to keep in mind:
1) The roadmaps are very rough because they're acting as guidelines. Obviously there's going to be details and lore discrepancies among them: They weren't going to be completely hammered out until they were in the "danger" window (posted within the next 5 updates). The trick was always getting the details to match or adjusting the parts accordingly to fit. That's what made it a fun challenge for me to string everything together for the past 2,000,000 words.
2) Timeline flexibility is important, which I neglected to point out in the previous header. Just because there's only 9-10 major plot points between an EOR or Lostbelt doesn't mean there would only be just as many entries. Those are just the major points I wished to address. Lighter fragments and other occurrences could easily slip between as buffer to help create that necessary passage of time required by the more serious subplots/main world progression. That should be noted when if you're trying to adapt a work for yourself.
- Fake Example: You want to make a subplot where Medea finally forgives Jason (but not a return to a relationship). To pull it off on his entry fragment would be forced at best, so time passing Is necessary. The subplot can be introduced at Fragment A, but the subplot can be broken up and moved into the background of other entries (Fragments B to G) until the necessary time for the next major advancement to be shown (Fragment H). Then the next, and so on. If you take a glance back into the work, you'll see this pattern was always how I've made what was a strange decision more plausible. Lobo's comes to mind as the most recent despite his continuing growth.
3) Most Important: A reminder that, yes, you're free to take this world wherever you wish despite the fact it won't be officially endorsed. You're free to take up the pen and see what you can do. It was mine to share as much as it is yours to enjoy in your own way. And for those worried an offshoot will somehow affect what was FoC canon, obviously that can't be the case. The official word will remain here as a monument unaffected by others' own takes, just like FGO canon is completely unaffected by and unaffiliated with my series. Thus is the real glory of fanfiction.
If you're interested in making a more serious attempt at continuing the work, several members of the Discord server are already making loose plans on how to try and string something new together. That said, that's optional. Everyone's free to create as they please and provide their own takes for others to enjoy. I gave you the roadmaps, and it's up to you whether you want to take some on a ride to curious parts. Also please be considerate of others' attempts by not putting them down for trying to make something fun.
4) For the Lostbelts: Compared to the EOR roadmap, they need a lot need more hammering out for feasibility/compatibility. Most are very loosely defined since this was so far into the future. These major points to follow are the ones I wished to address to keep the fic feeling slice of life but acknowledging the dire circumstances caused by canon events. Everything can be adapted, strengthened, shifted, etc, but the following are absolutely what I wanted to reach in some capacity.
As stated several times before, the Lostbelts were going to loose a lot of their darker tones due to FoC staying true to its founding core. It goes without saying the drafts will be divisive. Wanted something darker and grittier? They're called the Canon Lostbelts.

Lostbelts Prologue - Major points of interest
1) Vernier calls from the Clock Tower to warn Chaldea that a massive attack is coming. He pleads with them to get the lifeboats ready, and that he's sorry for unknowingly betraying them. He is killed by Rasputin.
2) The Alien God has launched a full scale global attack in an attempt to draw servants away from Chaldea. Unfortunately, due to the Chaldea-Vigil alliance, the Vigil are instead delaying for time by testing out their new Chaldea collaborated weapon systems. The amount of damage they're able to do against attacking trees is commendable, but ultimately futile: There's only so many Vigil troops and they're taking casualties at an alarming rate.
3) Chaldea makes plans to reinforce them to help protect the world, but Pritchard sounds the alarm that something isn't right: Chaldea isn't on their target list but the Clock Tower, Vatican, and Area 51 are. Communication with Area 51 is soon lost.
4) Chaldea, already on alert, begins defensive formations as it picks up a besieging army forming around its perimeter. Da Vinci needs time bought for their 'ultimate defense' to activate and calls for three grails to be released from the vaults.
5) The defense of Chaldea on its surrounding mountains goes extremely well. There's simply too many servants and the gathered masked enemies are culled like cattle at various chokepoints. These enemies seem endless, but Chaldean prowess is not to be underestimated.
6) A Vigil convoy flies hastily over Antarctica taking heavy casualties before the key few landers enter Chaldean airspace. Though over 90% of the convoy was annihilated en route, it brings one last gift: All the prototype plans Vigil Edison had been working on with the Chaldean counterpart and Pritchard's final message. Area 51 is holding, but it's all up to Chaldea now. God speed.
7) The Alien God launches a direct attack with trees targeting Chaldea's center (substitute for a more feasible "can't stop this attack" if desired). As the trees descend, the call is made. Servants retreat back into the dedicated perimeter. Just before the first tendrils threaten Chaldea's airspace, there's a blinding flash and a terrible earthquake. Chaldea vanishes safely into the Sea of Imaginary Numbers.
8_ Despite the successful first firing of the Garden of Eden Defense System, there's unfortunate malfunctions. Relay systems are down and Chaldea can't make any contact with the proper world anymore, but that was expected. What wasn't expected was the Leyshift systems and summoning chamber to take a beating too. Repairs begin, but the worst part is the dread following a heated defense: They've left the world under overwhelming assault.

Lostbelts Prologue to Lostbelt 1 – Major points of interest
- Big overarching plot for the segment: Dread is setting in. Anxiety is battering at the human survivors and guilt is racking the servants. The world's best defense is safe, but what good is them being safe if they're unable to contribute to a global catastrophe? With no observation currently available, imaginations run terribly wild. Elsa's therapists are overwhelmed with growing cases of anxiety, yet, surprisingly, it's the remaining Clock Tower team and Church that are able to help get people 'look forward' in their own controversial ways. Friction triples.
- The Kishinami twins, still struggling with how they fit into this whole ordeal even before the lostbelts struck, get by rediscovering their own talents. Hakuno is extremely loyal and caring, and quite experienced with haircutting & styling. Hana is incredibly sassy, strong-willed, and a top tier driver. Her technician skills involving audio and studio equipment seized more of BB's attention, and to some's horror, the sassy twin took a fancy to BB's playfulness.
- Vanguard, now with surviving pilots and crew from the convoy, are the most on edge. They're warriors, but nothing to fight. Roman and the others are increasingly alarmed at when mental breakdowns may occur among soldiers, but Iskandar, Napoleon, and Caesar quickly take to morale control. They begin training exercises and practicing with the new anti-magic weaponry to prepare these troops for Chaldean defense. And potential offense as lifeboat security.
- Gilgamesh declares in humanity's new time of need, everyone must prove their worth if humanity deserves to continue. It's a blunt and crass demand, but it's backed by Ozymandias and ultimately has a very agreeable message despite the harsh tone: Everyone must do their part, even if it means volunteering to go above and beyond.
- To distract themselves from the growing uncertainty, Chaldea begins structuring what can be: Organization. Contingencies are created. Plans and therapy are doubled. A new branch of Chaldean Security is formed with Iskandar, Caesar, and Napoleon at the helm: The Legion.
- (The following point was intended to be another massive deviation point for FoC's lostbelt despite revelations from LB5, but its feasibility was to be further determined by future LB lore drops) Mashu wants to volunteer for the legion but is immediately and completely refused by Da Vinci and Roman. She's very adamant and hysteric that she wants to help, but Da Vinci drops the truth as to why: She's pregnant. It takes Gudao by surprise, but Mashu confided in Roman and Da Vinci like old times because she was scared she'd never be able to help again. They insist she can still do a lot helping in the Control Room.
- There were a few reports of a 'sea ghost' in the halls ever since arriving in the Sea of Imaginary Numbers. Most of the sightings were from Mashu, though some have also seen it. They insist it's different from the famous rumor of the midnight woman.
- Unseen by all else, Void Shiki makes contact with the "Sea Ghost", though no words are exchanged and the meeting is fleeting.
- Guardian Initiative (One of two extremely WIP systems): As part of Chaldea's organization initiative, trustable and qualifying individuals are put to a new sort of test. Upon passing, they're granted a new rank in Chaldea with the help of FATE summoning system upgrades: Guardian. Their concept is very similar to NCOs working beneath an officer.
Guardians form formal contracts with a select few servants and carry two inferior command seals that can regenerate. Their weakened seals are incapable of ordering anyone who hasn't agreed to a formal contract with them and can be easily overridden by a master's seal. However, the inferior seals can still provide a palpable prana boost to any registered Chaldean servant, albeit not as strong as a master's.
Due to their Leyshift incompatibility, they can only deploy via the lifeboats, thus the title Guardian. Their primary reason for existence is the defense of Chaldea and its residents in the event all four masters have to deploy and leave Chaldea in a vulnerable state. The chances of finding Chaldea's location in the sea of imaginary numbers is impossibly low, but it exists, thus if Chaldea must deploy all masters at once, it must still have a lesser means of coordination for its defense. AKA, to help mitigate another incident like what happened during "Who We Are".
List of Chaldea's Initial Guardians and their agreeing servants (Conditions, balance, and so forth were obviously very heavy WIP)
Gordolf – Siegfried, Sieg, Irisviel
Touko – Shiki, Fujino, Paracelsus
Kairi – Mordred, Kiritsugu, Chiron
Bazett – Cu Chulainn, Angra, Achilles
Hakuno Kishinami – Tamamo, Nero, Altera
Hana Kishinami – BB, Passionlip, Shuten
Naomi – Medea, Vlad, Boudica, Raikou
Delaqua – Leonidas, Penthesilea, Spartacus, Quetzalcoatl
- As communications are fixed, they tune in to what appears to be a victory speech from Wodime, giving the first hints of what transpired in the weeks of radio silence.
- Chaldea's first contact is with another organization: Wandering Sea. Sion and Captain Nemo are able to bring the first word of what's happened on Earth proper, and the news is crippling to morale. The Vigil and combined militaries were annihilated. The Vigil's last reserves remains at Area 51 and other hasty sanctuaries that managed to survive the alien onslaught. The world is an unrecognizable blank canvas.
- When asked about what they can do to fix the world, Da Vinci uncharacteristically screams she doesn't know, leaking with anxiety and stress. Repairs took too long. Damage was significant from an emergency, trial-by-fire jump. She starts blaming herself but Roman and Sheba are able to calm her down. Holmes is unusually calm and collected, which Moriarty is the one to grow suspicious of.
- The masters are far from unaffected, but Anishka is in the worst state of mind. Gudao and Gabby's families were said to have been evacuated by Vigil personnel, just like during the events of "Equilibrium." There was no word for her family, and there was only one sanctuary in India. The possibility is getting to her, and Kiara spies a new, more enticing way to corrupt the purest master: revenge.
- With Wandering Sea' help, Chaldea begins to create a battleplan as they observe whatever they can of the Earth and the unusual bubbles that are causing on-site singularities: The Lostbelts. Extensive research is committed before they make plans for their continued operations. If the Earth is to be saved from this overwhelming menace, then these anomalies must be the first to go.
- With Leyshift and summoning systems back online, half of the growing lifeboat fleet is repurposed: Chaldea's counterattack begins.
- They begin with one of the smaller ones to give their force a lighter trial by fire and test their chosen methodology.

Lostbelt 1 - Major Points of Interest
1) A singular lifeboat is deployed with Skyler's team to survey the area within. Blizzards are heavy, but the enhanced scanning suite plus Chaldea's lenses are able to identify key locations, wildlife, servant signatures, and more. The giant tree in particular is identified as the source of the situation.
2) Skyler's strike team makes contact with the locals, a surprising mix of Phantasmal Beast and Human. Their contact, Paxti, is confused of the Chaldeans' state too and remarks how poorly adapted they are to this world. Though much of Chaldea is insisting on an offensive, Skyler wants to observe the area a little more to understand just what's really happening.
3) Over the week of careful recon, Chaldea's come to the grim realization: These Lostbelts are worlds pruned from the timeline at large, but now struggling to keep their existence. These yaga are the residents of this dying world, and to destroy the tree and correct the aberration is to doom their entire world into oblivion. This causes a schism in Chaldea. To save their world is to doom another. To save their world is to doom seven others, though some argue these others were doomed to begin with. But isn't this genocide? After days of hard debate, the majority of Chaldea comes to a dark conclusion. They make a very hard compromise as forces under Ivan's control finally spy the recon lifeboat.
4) The attempts for Ivan's army to cease the lifeboat are ruined instantly. Chaldea begins its massive invasion. Assault boats pour out to create a frontline for Chaldea's offensive. The Yaga resistance is stunned by the sheer firepower and servant count deployed in the initial strike: It's but a piece of Chaldea at large. What erupts is a surreal large-scale war where tech and servant push back against pure mythical, but Chaldea is unyielding.
5) The Lostbelt becomes a near steamroll as the combined Chaldean-Resistance army tears into the capital with the force of a tidal wave. Ivan's mammoth proves to be the biggest obstacle, but a swift deployment of some of Chaldea's premier heroes, led by Romulus, proves the battle is very one sided. Kadoc, nearly frozen with disbelief, is at a loss. Phase one of the battleplan halts temporarily as phase 2 begins.
6) Though disbelieving of the proposition, Berserker Atalanta gets confirmation from the Yaga village that their end of the deal is coming true. The debate in Chaldea was heavy, but it was ultimately agreed upon by the majority: Total genocide is not an answer if they have the means to save even a portion. To give a world that couldn't a chance. Many surviving Yaga women and children will be evacuated to Chaldea. They will be saved. Berserker Atalanta boards one of the assault boats and return to be their representatives in a strange new world as Phase 3 begins.
7) At the tree, Skyler, in an almost total loss of his temper, nearly puts a bullet in Kadoc's head for what he and the other Crypters have done to the world. Lots of what he was fighting for, like old friends and his mother, are seemingly erased. Anishka pleads with him to stop. He's able to control himself last minute and takes aim at the true threat to loose the bullet: The tree. The shot signals the bombardment, and the assault on the tree begins in full. To their dismay, despite the firepower levelled against it, they only severely damage the existence. Roman orders a regroup and temporary retreat, they can figure out how to truly damage this tree with captured data and their new prisoner: Kadoc.
8) Upon seeing the whole thing to the end, Patxi decides to give Chaldea's world a look: The Yaga could use another representative, despite his mixed feelings of a calmer world where survival is a far greater guarantee. Chaldea retreats, but soon after, they're stunned when an unknown existence similar to the 'sea ghost' some had been seeing in the all annihilates the tree. The lostbelt is corrected, but questions are overflowing.
9) Among the Crypters, the alarming ferocity of Chaldea's first attack has put all of them on edge. Despite what they were informed and the intel, Chaldea is far more capable than they'd realized. Their escape into an unknown location must be met with the highest alert if their plan is to come to fruition. The first seeds of doubt are sewn.

Lostbelt 1 to Lostbelt 2 – Major points of interest
- Kadoc is frustrated in his jailcell. He's awake, but the only one he's willing to talk to is Chaldean Anastasia. Though strangers, he feels most comfortable around her despite still not saying anything. Sub Plot: His stay in his cell is ultimately lifted by a vote. He can wander the halls guarded by a servant to see for himself what Chaldea has become. Maybe then he'll spill the beans. He grows steadily more comfortable, but still laments how useless and powerless he was even compared to that "untalented soldier". Kadoc and Skyler remain antagonistic to each other, though unknowingly Anishka has her own seething anger against the Crypters.
- The Yaga are quickly carved a new home in Mount Meru's exterior despite continued debate over Chaldea's consequences of saving them. The Yaga's horrifically voracious appetites are appeased by Tota's endless rice and Helena's quick thinking. Chaldea's food stores aren't threatened, but supply sorties to human history's now-melancholy past become much more involved. The sorties remain a potential security risk and are far less laidback than they were before.
- Ashwatthama is summoned and, to most's horror, shamelessly starts a deathmatch with Arjuna in Chaldea. What may have been Chaldea's first potential meltdown during the lostbelts is diffused immediately in the most unexpected way: Parvati, scolding her son, drags him away by the ear to put him on time out. Though he remains antagonistic, Parvati becomes the ultimate kill switch to his gruffness. Comically, he and Kama get into a lot of verbal fights only for their parents to drag them away from each other by the ears. He has also grown a strange friendship with Penthesilea since he only notices her strength.
- Calamity Jane arrives, causing much confusion about her existence. Many chalk it up to pop culture having their say on American heroes. She has lots of fun doing shootout games with Billy, Nobunaga, and Drake.
- Hokusai is summoned, though her presence as a foreigner have some on understandable edge. She quickly befriends Serenity, Da Vinci, and Osakabehime with her painting skills and helps them found a new art studio to help boost morale again. She takes commissions for special artwork too, including 'private' ones never mentioned by certain clients (like the Valkyries).
- Vigil troops are in better morale after getting to deploy and assist during the singularity. Their new duty on deployment is to help protect the lifeboat, bodyguard any potentially deployed guardian, and protect and future refugees, freeing more servants for real threats. Frontline duties directly against the lostbelt threats remain with the masters and servants alone.
- Patxi quickly becomes a Chaldean celebrity despite his initial aggravation at "how easy you humans have it" here. His irritation is partially tempered at their generosity for saving many of his people. He and Berserker Atalanta remain their representatives in Chaldea. He grows a quick comradery with Lobo, Red Hare, and Chiron, and grows closest to Skyler as a master due to their mutual interest of hunting.
- Ivan is summoned, much to the initial concern of the Yaga and others. His mixed identity with pan-human history and lostbelt gives him lament, but he ultimately finds a way to fit in. Unfortunately, due to his sheer size, 'walking the halls' is ultimately impossible for him. His greatest enemy are the "tiny doors". He finds most comfort becoming another Yaga defender/representative and among his fellow Russians (Sergei, Anastasia, Delaqua).
- Before Lostbelt 2, Anastasia gets a memorial essence from her lostbelt self. She'd come to appreciate Chaldea, and unyieldingly remains loyal to their cause. However, she becomes a bigger advocate for Kadoc, and takes time to struggle with her counterpart's close bond with him. The memorial essence ultimately becomes the catalyst to convince Kadoc to switch sides and spill the beans for what sadly little he knows.

Lostbelt 2 - Major Points of Interest
1) Gabrielle's team takes the recon duty this time around. Their overwhelming assault in the previous lost belt has put the others on major guard, and their landing is met by the controlling master's personal servant Sigurd. Unfortunately for the enemy, the Scandinavian location dictated Chaldea's preferred servant choices: Brynhildr and Sigurd are among the deployed. Recognizing an enemy Sigurd instantly, the opposing saber is stunned to shock upon seeing both himself and his wife fighting side by side. He beats a hasty retreat, and the assaulting swarm of enemy Valkyrie clones are quickly defeated by the landing forces.
2) Knowing recon is less likely without a defensive encampment, Chaldea deploys a bigger strike force. They advance upon the nearby village, but allow the recon teams to do their scouting. Once more, they find a population cornered by the ruling class into a terrible cycle. There's less debate on what Chaldea needs to do now. Like before, those who consent are taken to be evacuated as Chaldea begins preparing an offensive against the Lostbelt King.
3) Ensuring a stalemate or overwhelming victory is forced upon the Lostbelt's army, Gudao is able to call for a parley with the Lostbelt King and allied Crypter: Skadi & Ophelia.
4) Comic Relief Coin Flip: One of the possible defeats of the enemy army is when Chaldea's Valyrie Trio attempts to link with Skadi's Valkyries to know what they're thinking. This backfires in a comical way, as the enemy Valkyries succumb to shellshock and horror induced by Chaldea's Valkyries near-shameless attraction to Arthur. The imagery that floods their minds is… overwhelming, so to speak.
5) Gudao begins his forte: Careful diplomacy. Steadily, and with the help from a Chaldea communicating Roman & Kadoc, Ophelia becomes more and more convinced to side with them but only with a manifold of conditions attached. (It should not be understated her loyalty and devotion to Wodime will be a massive roadblock in negotiations). However, Skadi is extremely against Chaldea's terms because they don't intend to save every one of her lostbelts' inhabitants, such as the giants. To Skadi's dismay, Ophelia switches sides due to Chaldea's show of force while evacuations continue.
6) The remainder of Skadi's forces fight to protect the tree. Chaldea deploys some of its strongest fighters to end this quickly. It is another show of Chaldea's current strength, but it is still ultimately against a tamer lostbelt.
(It should be noted here that the ending of this Lostbelt can be played out in many ways, including Sutyr somehow not being released. There is also plenty of potential to tackling Sutyr's linked curse on Ophelia, though it likely will get heavy-handed regardless on what's done [Rule breaker, etc.]. The main takeaway goals of the lostbelt would be the tree's destruction, Ophelia agreeing to switch sides, and the safe evacuation of most of Gerda's village.)
7) Back in Chaldea, a new home in the mountain is carved for the rescued civilians, now free from a doomed life cycle. A summoned Skadi becomes their first representative.
8) Ophelia is also brought back via lifeboat under the many agreed to terms: She will accompany them for now since her Lostbelt's fall was doomed against Chaldea's might (Primary condition. Definitely not the only.). However, if they cannot convince Wodime to switch allegiance, she will be allowed to return safely to his side to assist with his goals. It's a dangerous gamble considering Wodime's currently unknown level of supporting the alien god, but the council agrees. Two less serious conditions of her allegiance include: She be allowed free traversal of Chaldea like Kadoc, and Napoleon, though flattering in his approach, has to keep his distance. Chaldean Napoleon is very confused about that last part.

Lostbelt 2 to Lostbelt 3 – Major points of interest
- Ophelia fits fairly smoothly in and finds help befriending Mashu, though she's extremely surprised she fell so hard for the "last master" and is even bearing his kid. Mashu becomes her main anchor of comfort, especially when Roberts keeps approaching them to flirt. Most surprising: Blackbeard does a decent job dragging Roberts off of them. Blackbeard's reputation remains mixed, but more of Chaldea understands how much of a surprisingly thoughtful pirate he can be when not obsessing over his hobbies.
- Skadi's summoning is formal and collected. She still hasn't forgiven Chaldea for their invasion, but does understand that it was a do or die situation from both sides. Her quirks quickly reveal themselves much to the horror of Scathach. Medb finds it absolutely adorable and sees it as a win-win to befriend Skadi, learn young Scathach's cute quirks, and get under Scathach's skin at the same time. The haughty rivalry between Medb and Scathach has never grown so intense, and poor Skadi is caught in the crossfire. Skadi becomes her lostbelt refugees' first representative despite the now-honest mixed feelings from her previous rule.
- With how things have been going on the invasions, Chaldea's mood has been mostly restored (account for lingering shadow of the lostbelt moral dilemma, survivor's guilt, etc.). Lots more lighthearted activities and events resume, raising the mood further. Despite worry for the world's restoration at large, Chaldea feels like itself again. Roman is most relieved.
- Gerda, now safe in Chaldea's walls, finally gets to experience life with the chance to grow old. She's the most enthusiastic student at Chaldea's school and becomes best friends with Illya, Paris, and Janna. Her future is finally bright.
- The ski lift area was turned into a pseudo-winter resort where many new residential spots were built for recent refugees. Chaldea's steady growth into a city is carefully managed.
- Worries raised about world correction upon Chaldea's return to pan-human history are mostly waved off. Chaldea remains its own unique layer to the world at large, so the little they could save from the singularities should be sheltered from the greater world. It remains a concern.
- Though still stiff, a lot of the remaining Clock Tower mages are finally warming up to see Chaldeans and others as comrades. Much of it is by the insistence of Gordolf, Reines, and Flat. It'll take a while longer before a lifetime of habits and beliefs can bent even a bit further towards 'tolerable' civility (barely Chaldea-grade civility).
- Pseudo-Jinako is summoned, further cementing the Hindu legends' unease something is wrong with their pantheon. Though she comes as a statue, it shatters instantly to reveal her 'true' form when Karna comes to greet her. She's so happy to see him she's crying. She quickly fits in with Osakabehime and Blackbeard, much to Karna's intial worry. Dragging her out of her room becomes a great chore.
- With the success of Lostbelts 1 and 2, Chaldea begins sending lightly manned recon units into the other singularities for proper observation. This can be anywhere from a quick insertion to drop off unmanned surveillance assets to a lifeboat sticking around for a few days. All depends on the danger presented. Obviously protocols are in place to make a hasty retreat should anything seem amiss.
¨·..·¨·..·¨·..·¨(¯ˆ·.¸ VII ¸.·ˆ¯)¨·..·¨·..·¨·..·¨
Other servants summoned during this period:
Nagao, Inshun, Bradamante, Jason, Saitou, Mandricardo, Asclepius, Chen Gong
Lesser developments
- The dread that comes with Charlemagne, Astolfo, and Bradamante being reunited to form the unholy trinity of insanity.
- Caesar receives his long-awaited Rider memorial essence, granting him his original muscular form. Cleopatra, Iskandar, and Napoleon are the most excited.
- Flat is the only one to fail the Guardian competency test. Though a very capable magus, his mentality isn't well suited for a war environment.
- It is widely agreed upon that the present Crypters, despite newfound cooperation, will not be allowed to become masters or Guardians due to security concerns.
- Kadoc and Ophelia feel like they're part of the community, but at the same time they're still monitored carefully since they don't seem to know the full extent of the Alien God's control via Wodime's plee for their revival. They're made aware they can't be fully trusted, but aren't stopped from enjoying what Chaldea offers. It further increases their belief, but lingering reservations on their part must be noted too.
- The original lifeboat Prototype, the Shadow Border, is converted into the central command vehicle for Chaldean forces. It features a high-tier surveillance equipment, upgraded defenses, shielding, and other experimental tech to better protect its occupants. It's piloted by Hakuno with Hana as the co-pilot to handle all the acoustic and communication relays (the only guardians to deploy frequently, if at all). It is also the most heavily guarded of the vehicles, deployed when the main offensive is officially green lit.
- The Vigil, with the loss of high command, is folded into Chaldea first as a security force and then as the Legion beneath Caesar, Napoleon, and Iskandar. They gain more in their ranks from the Yaga first, whose remaining fighters prove to be exceptionally capable.
- Refugees freely traverse Chaldea, though most linger around their new abodes. Mount Meru's mountain range is slowly becoming more developed, much to Bunyan's glee. It remains a carefully curated balance of mystic nature and unique civilization.
- Cultures are freely exchanged and shared for better understanding and cooperation among the growing number of 'factions'. The melting pot is carefully overseen by Roman with the help of ambassadors and representatives.
- The Clock Tower is most opposed to the evacuation of 'foreign elements that don't belong', but the UN's remaining Vigil are the biggest advocates. When there are civilians involved, it is the morally correct decision to try and evacuate as many as possible. This remains in flux as a divisive act against the world's natural law.
- Anti-magic class weapons: I should absolutely note what I mean by this. This is a wide term used by Vigil troops to denote a weapon capable of inflicting harm upon a mythical existence or servant, thus being a viable means of offense/defense in supernatural battlefields. These weapons are manufactured by an Edison (like during America), but at a near-future tech level and primarily seen mounted to lifeboats as a means of offense/defense.
Balance is obviously a key thing to note: Some, like modified railguns, can absolutely be fatal to servants, but they remain machines operating by mere men. In real world terms, the greatest howitzers are worthless if they can't hit their target consistently. A servant wielding one of the weapons can obviously do much more with it, thus their existence being a giant boon for Chaldea's cause. And despite the sheer difficulty of hitting a servant with them, they remain a threat and a very effective system employed against rank-and-file troops encountered in the Lostbelts.
Within Chaldea's perimeter, these systems are obviously properly secured and stored, kept out of reach of any who may have ulterior motives. The existence of these weapons can and will absolutely cause friction within the universe among different factions, especially the magus association for severely big reasons. Leverage these as you will since this was the heaviest WIP system on the drawing board.
Once more a reminder that the Lostbelt stuff isn't hammered out well. Too far into the future for me to have placed serious focus for problem solving. Now putting down the pen, it's no longer my job to make the dots connect either. Also, for the sake of those who probably are thinking it: No, 'power of friendship' (or whatever disparaging term you want to blanket it as) wasn't planned for every Crypter. Also Chaldea has yet to reach any real threat to their current strength which the latter LBs provide in spades.
I'll hopefully get Part 2 of the lostbelt roadmap thrown down sometime before Christmas. I belted these out so everyone at least had a firm grasp on the intended direction of the LBs and the flexibility it allotted.
