(Success! Dorothy Flies High) *August 30th 1918*

*3:30pm*

One hour had passed as Dorothy was still cleaning up the wreck.

"Today is just not a good day to fly this baby so I'll simply fly it tomorrow or maybe the next day" Dorothy said as she picked up more stuff from the wreck.

"Are you sure you don't need any help and hopefully the weather is more suited for you tomorrow" Kaede said as she sat down on the grass.

"I got this but Thank you for asking " Dorothy replied with a smile.

"You're welcome and the Wright Brothers must have been a huge inspiration for you" Kaede said with a smile as she walked over to Dorothy and sat close to her.

"You're right and these wonderful men managed to create such an amazing craft that can soar into the sky just like birds!" Dorothy replied back as she fell backwards to the ground and smiled.

"Kaede right?" Dorothy asked as she sat back up and looked at Kaede.

"Correct! It's very wonderful to meet you once again" Kaede said with a smile as the pair shook hands together.

"Kaede is such a unique name and It's very beautiful as well" Dorothy said with a smile.

"Thank you very much and It means Maple Leaf so that's a little fun fact hahaha" Kaede replied back as she smiled and chuckled a small bit.

"I believe you're gonna make this baby fly and you must have faith and belief within yourself!" Kaede had spoken once more in a more serious tone.

"Thank you Kaede and even at times I have my doubts however as long as I have my own faith and belief within myself then I will and can fly!" Dorothy said with a smile as she continued to clean the last parts of the wreck as she looked over to see Olga and the others chatting on the grassfields.

"Those people must be very kind right?" Dorothy said as she sat down to rest for a bit.

"Indeed!" Kaede said in agreement.

"So everyone is journeying to New York right? And How is everyone gonna arrive there?" Dorothy asked with curiosity.

"Well to make a long story short we must go to France, Paris and hopefully we catch a train there that will take us to England and we have to take a boat and we're in America!" Kaede explained in a joyful tone.

"Ahhhh, very wonderful and If I may ask, Why is everyone heading to America for?" Dorothy asked.

"Well, things are pretty unsafe so America is our only choice" Kaede said while hiding the true facts as Dorothy nodded her head.

"You're right about that and I wish you and everyone else the best of luck" Dorothy said with a smile as she got back up.

"Anyways wanna help me take this stuff back to my place and it's not far from here" Dorothy asked once more as she stretched her arms.

"Sure thing! Everyone! Let's follow Dorothy!" Kaede commanded.

"It seems that Miss Kaede is going to Miss Anderson's place right?" Alexei asked as Olga and Tatiana lifted him up.

"It seems so and It's best to help them as well" Tatiana answered back as she and Olga helped Alexei walk across the grassy fields.

"I can't wait to see Miss Anderson fly!" Yelena had written in her notebook as she got up and showed everyone her thoughts.

"I can't wait as well and hopefully the weather is on Dorothy's side" Anastasia said with a smile as she held Yelena's and both of them walked to catch up to the others.

"I can tell that Dorothy is a fan of Da Vinci based on these Gliders," Olga said as she picked up a piece of paper which had instructions on it.

"You're right and maybe we should ask her more about these Gliders" Maria said as she walked over to look at the sheet of instructions as they noticed Kaede and Dorothy walking towards the group.

"Oh! Thank you for the help and we do need everyone to carry the wings as well" Dorothy said with a smile.

"That sounds good and If I may ask how you became inspired to fly?" Kazumi asked as he picked up the last pieces of the glider.

"Very good question! And I'll tell everyone once we enter my home" Dorothy responded back.

Everyone helped Dorothy take the rest of the stuff and the huge glider wings back into her home and the process had taken roughly 10 or so minutes.

*4:00pm*

*Dorothy's Home*

"Wow, You have such a wonderful place and how did you buy it If I may ask?" Kaede said as she had sat down on one of the couches.

"I rented it and I only came to Russia because of it's very beautiful landscapes and other amazing things. Oh! I do have some Tea for everyone" Dorothy replied back as she had setted some Tea on each table for everyone.

"Thank you very much" Maria said as she and the others went towards the dining area and sat down.

"When are you planning to rebuild your Glider?" Yelena wrote as she showed Dorothy her question.

"Once we're done with this discussion and I'm very excited to try this out tomorrow" Dorothy replied with a smile as she sipped her tea.

"Do you need any help and we've never built anything before but we can still do what we can" Olga asked while sipping her tea as well.

"She's right and We'll be happy to help and that's a favor we can return for letting us stay in your place for the rest of the evening and night" Anastasia chipped in.

"Awww Thank you everyone and I got this and It's not anything too crazy but I really appreciate the offer and kindness...it really means a lot" Dorothy said as she smiled.

"You're welcome and If you need extra help then please let us know okay?" Tatiana responded back as everyone continued to chat amongst each other for the rest of the evening.

*10:30pm*

"Okay! This shouldn't take too long and By tomorrow I'll have this baby flying!" Dorothy said with a confident smile as she began to build her Glider.

"Good luck! And know that we all believe in you and have a wonderful night!" Bartok said with a smile as he and the others said their Goodnights and went to bed.

"Alright! Time to work!" Dorothy said as she spent half of the night rebuilding her Glider with a new hope and determination within her mind.

*11:00am*

The next morning came as everyone including the group from yesterday watched Dorothy as she was in her gear and was ready to fly.

"Good luck!" Anastasia cried out.

"You can do this and remember our convo last night!" Kaede cried out as well while the others cheered Dorothy on.

"Is that woman really gonna try that funny stuff again?" one of the crowds people spoke as many voices can be heard talking amongst each other regarding the situation.

"Don't listen to them! And I will fly just like the birds!" Dorothy thought to herself as she took a few deep breaths and slowly walked back and began to run at full speed and proceeded to jump off the cliff.

"Look! She actually did it!" Maria cried out in joy as she and everyone else saw Dorothy flying as everyone gasped and eventually cheered for Dorothy.

"I did it! I'm flying!" Dorothy cried out as tears flowed down her eyes.

"Papa...I know you're proud of me…" Dorothy said as she let out a very cheerful shout as she used the currents to turn her glider towards her landing direction and made a very successful landing.

"You did it! You did it!" Kaede cried out as she and everyone else ran towards Dorothy.

"Wow...you were amazing…" Kazumi said as he smiled.

"We were wrong...and we just wanted to say sorry about yesterday.." one of the crowd people said as he and Dorothy shocked hands.

"We knew you could do it and that was so cool!" Alexei said in a joyful tone.

"We're so proud of you and I'm so glad I was able to see this!" Yelena wrote and showed her with a huge and warm smile on her face.

"Thank you so much everyone! And your cheers really made me more confident" Dorothy said as she lifted her goggles up and was met with a hug from Olga.

"I know…" Dorothy whispered as a shocked Olga's face lit up.

"Wait, you.." Olga whispered as Dorothy placed her fingers on her lips as a sign for silence.

"I had a feeling but I won't tell these townsfolk" Dorothy said as she smiled and winked at Olga as she turned towards everyone.

"Thank you everyone!" Dorothy cried out as everyone cheered and shouted Huzzah.

*11:25am*

Dorothy and everyone else was bidding farewell amongst each other.

"I'm very glad to have met everyone and I truly hope we can meet once more…" Dorothy said as she gave everyone a hug.

"You're such a wonderful person" Yelena wrote as she showed Dorothy her response.

"And I can say the same for you and everyone else" Dorothy said as she hugged Yelena once more.

"Goodbye and May God be with you forever and ever!" Olga said with a smile.

"Thank you so much and May God be with everyone as well!" Dorothy said as she waved her hand in farewell.

"Bye!" Everyone cried out as both Dorothy and everyone went their separate ways with hope that everyone could reunite once more.
