5 A.R.

It was the year 5 A.R. Or as many whom referred to as After Riaan. Interacia was a land that flourished. A place with vast oceans that were a clear, crystal blue so that the Ventus Bakugan that flew above the water could see the Limulus and the Megarus that swam in symbiosis with one another. The air was as pure as New Vestroia, but at the same time, it was anything but such a place.

There were so many formations across the landscape, with many canyons with gemstones that glistened with chrome minerals that flourished with emeralds and rubies. Even here, there were Bakugan that were walking about, minding their own business while relishing in the atmosphere. It felt good like this. It's been god this way for quite a while.

Along the ocean's blue embrace, the fresh blue water swayed along the shores of the vibrant beaches of the landscape, especially south of Troposphere. Even now, much of the buildings had a chrome vibe to it, but a lot of it expanded as well inland with new homes that had been elaborate additions over the years.

Along the waterway streets, motorized watercraft vehicles were ridden as a means of traffic. Bridges and archways still connected the sidewalks, but many people seemed more active these days.

"And in recent news, we're looking at a very warm week ahead of us." A human meteorologist announced on a huge television screen. "The southern end of Interacia is looking to have low humidity with strong costal winds coming from the seas. This will continue through Thursday, and temperatures will start to come back down…"

As she was giving the broadcast, on Earth, someone was working there. Typing away and looking at various DNA strands, Mira tended to the lab and the domain that was repaired to the Battle Brawlers HQ. She took a moment to look back to her Bakumeter to find the news mildly surprising.

"Well, looks like that interdimensional broadcast system is starting to work now." She sighed. "I was beginning to think it wouldn't be finished."

The lab doors suddenly opened, catching her attention once again. She looked over, seeing Runo walking up with a bright smile. "Hey, Mira."

Mira turned around, smiling at her old friend. "Runo, hey. It's been a while since I've seen you around."

She rubbed the back of her head nervously. "Yeah, sorry about that. Running my Dad's safe certainly doesn't give me a lot of time on my hands." She smiled again. "But I came because you wanted to show me something, right?"

"Yes…" She reached for a nearby remote, turning it onto the television. The program showed a panel and a broadcast of what looked like a Bakugan battle. It seemed to be a Haos Jelldon against a Darkus Atchibee in a large dome with water surrounding it like an island. "Does this seem familiar to you?"

Runo's eyes widened in surprise. "Wait, is that…Interacia? That means the broadcast finally got up?"

"Afraid so."

Runo let out a small chuckle. "Wow, Mira. If you Vestals can't build anything, I don't know who can."

Mira chuckled. "How modest of you. Actually, you have Interacia to thank for allowing us to give them all that material. After the destruction left by Riaan, Vestal's structure was repaired, but not the cities that overpopulated the land. We were fortunate that Interacia was willing to recycle most of it for us. Quite a few Vestals and other people from the other planets have started immigrating to live on Interacia."

Runo put a hand to her hip. "But is it really okay? I mean, they were our enemies, weren't they?"

"It was all worked out years ago, don't worry. Besides that, Interacia is a massive planet. Even if we supply them with all of our debris they'll be using to recycle and construct more cities, it shouldn't be anywhere close to harming the wildlife."

Runo decided to change the subject. "Oh yeah, speaking of Vestal, how are your brother and the others?"

"Trust me, these last five years have been keeping us busy. Baron's found himself helping a lot of the remodeling of Vestal. He said that the sewer system is still taking a long time to clean up, but they'll pull through. Ace is…well, Ace."

"And Keith?"

Mira smirked. "Keith…he's devoted himself to creating material that would help progress Bakugan. He's been looking over his past notes with those forbidden abilities he created a long time ago and is working to fix them to actually help Bakugan without any negative side effects. He wants to make sure nothing like before with Riaan never happens again."

"That's good."

"And Gus also works alongside him as an ambassador between Vestal and Interacia. Seems that everyone is starting to get along in this new life we're all living."

"Sure is." Runo looked towards the ceiling, smiling softly. "I wonder how those other guys are doing?"

On Gundalia, the planet wasn't anything like what it was before. If anything had a massive overhaul, it was this planet in particular.

The desolate rock that the planet had become was gone. Instead, life breathed into it yet again, flourishing little green grass along its surface. The gargantuan holes that were openings to the underground were no more. Instead, they were brimming with large abundances of water, where many of Megarus swam freely.

Within the newly remodeled capital of Gundalia, their own designs have been overhauled. Many of the buildings that had portals that spiraled open had sliding doors instead. Installing one of these was a man in his early to mid-20's. He had blonde hair and blue eyes with a serious expression on his face. He stepped back, looking at his work with a light grin.

"That should do it for this one." He looked up and inspected the building. He could see that it was made of concrete, looking a lot like a standard building that would hold up a business. However, the rims had chrome highlights on it, provided by none other than Neathia. The tinted windows reflected the light that shined through, allowing a view of inside that looked like Earth-like materials and consoles.

"This should liven up Gundalia some." Shawn mused. "Hey, Verias, how're the others looking over there?"

Turning around, Verias was tending to the many Gundalian Bakugan that were exhausted. He raised his staff and a rainbow light emanated from it, gently sprinkling down sparkles that glittered onto them. Almost instantaneously, the light healed the exhausted Bakugan. Almost immediately they stood up once more. Verias turned towards his partner with a placid chime.

"Everything is just fine now, there's no need for anyone to worry." He declared.

"Looks like everyone's worked pretty hard. The capital seems to be in better shape than it did before." He looked back, hands to his hips. "Now, we just gotta wait for some more material…"

Suddenly, a portal opened up close by. Shawn and Verias looked over as the healed Bakugan returned to their fellow Gundalian and human partners that were helping in the reconstruction. Stepping out of the portal was a tall figure who was large, but had a lot of muscle on his arms and chest. He had short brown hair and brown eyes.

He walked through, holding two large pillars of chrome that he broke on his own. Behind him was Fly Beetle, whose four arms hauled literally tons of scrap metal that were in nets from Vestal.

"Well speak of the devil. I was wondering when you two would show up." Shawn chimed.

Shuji walked closer, setting the twin columns down with loud thuds. Fly Beetle did the same thing and dropped the materials. "Sorry for the holdup man." Shuji stated. "That chrome really is a piece of work, I tell ya."

"Yeah, I hear that." Shawn looked over at the material Fly Beetle sat down. "So you mowed down more old buildings then?"

"Yeah, Fly Beetle demolished quite a bit of rugged buildings. We're just bringing the stuff here and heading back to Earth to get the other stuff that's on the list."

Shawn looked at Shuji, inspecting him up and down. He couldn't help but smirk. "Huh…well look at you. You look like you've been working out."

Shuji crossed his arms and scoffed. "And you just now figured that out? Geez, for someone who's an engineer and can see what he's building, you've still got crappy eyes for people."

"Hey, c'mon, lighten up. It was a compliment." Shawn teased. "Anyways, good to see that everyone's doing alright. This building should be finished soon, I just have to check on the electricity and we'll head back to Interacia to get started on that foundation work, sound like a plan?"

Shuji mustered a smirk. "Well if you're talking of holding land…" He cracked his knuckles while Fly Beetle stood proudly behind him. "Then you're asking the right guys for the job."

"We took care of some of the engineering on Earth with the help of some Vestals, so we shouldn't have to worry about that for a while. Earth itself has a lot of cleanup to do, but…I'm sure that it won't be going to waste anytime soon. A lot of people are starting to rely on each other now, just like now." Emphasizing his point, he turned around and saw the Gundalian populace talking with Vestals and Neathians alike. They all seemed to be talking of various activities, including their own problems and consolidating one another. Some were even sharing drinks that were from Earth.

Shuji took a moment and looked up at the building Shawn had been working on. "Gotta say, you're doing wonders man. You'd be doing that geezer proud."

Shawn smiled. "Thanks. Yeah, I'm sure he'd be proud to know that his engineering skills he passed down to me were worth it. He'd be pretty jovial knowing that I'm building homes made of brick on a place that was a dead rock for a long time."

"How are they, anyway? You spoke with them in a while?"

Shawn knew what he was talking about. He lowered his head humbly and closed his eyes. "Them…? Yeah, they're doing okay. Luke's dad is holding up the engineering business pretty well. And his mother is still getting around alright."

Shuji frowned and crossed his arms. "Sounds like they're still trying to cope with it, huh?"

"Yeah…" He looked back at him. "What about you? You moved to Interacia like the rest of us have, right? You said that your sister got a boyfriend last time, right?"

Shuji let out a hardy laughter. "Man, I sure as hell feel sorry for that little bastard! Hahahahaha!"

"Good grief…"

"Anyways, Fly Beetle and I will break down and support this stuff. You know what you're doing, so we'll get it to those spots for the others to work on."

"Got it." Shawn looked towards Verias. "You ready?"

Verias lifted a human onto the next level of a building, then turned towards Shawn and nodded. "Evermore, Shawn."

On Interacia, in Troposphere, a very familiar lab was reconstructed, using refined white marble with chrome highlights. However, in comparison to its previous size, it was much taller, and had a larger observatory above it. It had to be at least ten stories tall, with many of soldiers, those who was immigrated from Earth and those who were still Interacian, all either at desks or shifting about with lab coats.

Many who were at monitors were looking at distributions of various products, such as Vestal material, Gundalian technology, including Neathian chrome. There were also a variety of Earth-like materials also that many were keeping track of.

Sliding doors opened, and an officer walked in at attention. "Attention! The Commandant Marshall has returned!"

Immediately, everyone in the room stood up and turned to give salutes as someone stepped into the room. They all paused as the soldier stepped away, allowing an older man to step into light. Standing over the second-level platform in the room, he was a man who was 35. He had spectacles and a sheathed taser lance by his side as he adorned a familiar attire. His brown eyes gazed ahead at everyone who saluted him and the green-rainbow Bakugan that was on his shoulder.

"At ease, everyone." He declared, prodding his glasses with his fingers. Everyone released their salutes and returned to their stations.

The officer beside him stood at attention still. "Commandant Marshall Jase! Welcome back, sir!"

Jase turned towards him casually. "I apologize if I was late. Atmos and I were taking a flight over the new city that was being built in the north. I don't suppose that I missed anything extramental while I was out, right?"

The officer saluted. "No, sir! Everything is functioning at approximate levels! We are processing and keeping track of the systems that are being input within the coordinates! We are ready to send to Earth the supplies that we've recycled and modified using Vestal and Gundalian blending!"

"Very well. I'll leave the transport to you. I will head down to the lower levels to my quarters to compile the reports of what I have found."

"Yes, sir!" The soldier walked away to relay to the team what had to be done. Meanwhile, Jase and Atmos went back into the elevator and let it close behind them.

The duo silently took watched as the green lights passed by continuously, illuminating the elevator with green flashes to signal the levels that they passed. They kept getting lower, and lower, and throughout that entire time, it was kept positively quiet between them.

His Bakumeter suddenly rang, in which he answered. "Yes, Shuji. I presume that you transferred the materials to Gundalia to aid Shawn, is that right?"

"Yeah, it's looking pretty good over here." Shuji's voice was heard on the other end. "Looks like we've got a little left over as well. Once we're done over here, we'll bring you whatever wasn't used in the engineering plans."

"Thank you. I would very much appreciate that. We'll add that to our inventory and add that to the available resources we have. If you have any chrome leftover, we'll see about using the Vestal engineering that Shawn and the others can do to fortify it so it would be stable alongside cliffside establishments."

"Living on the edge much?" Shuji joked. "We'll do that. Catch you soon."

The call ended and Jase looked forward once again. 'At the current rate that we are going, we should have the necessary supplies to recycle from the planets to add to Interacia. With the many immigrants from Vestal, Neathia, Gundalia, and Earth coming together, these past few years of cooperation should finally be showing some manner of fruits of labor.'

The last light turned green and stayed there, signaling the elevator finally reaching its destination towards his quarters. When the elevator door opened, there was another set of doors with a black screen and a padlock on it. He held up his Bakumeter towards the code reader and various green clicks were heard until the entire screen turned bright green. The set of doors opened, revealing the domain that was Jase's private quarters.

Stepping into the view, he was within a lab/office area. There was a large set of equipment that ranged from Earth's servers, to Vestal servers, along with documents and a desk in the one corner of the massively expansive corridor. On the opposite side was the Dimensional Transporter, which was closed and only responded to codes or signals that only he would relate to his allies, especially the supplies Shuji and Fly Beetle would heavily haul.

Once he walked in, he sat down in front of a desk with various monitors and overlooked the multitude of places that were connected to the broadcast servers. It showed the massive capital of Interacia, Solaris. With the imperial castle that Riaan once accompanied now having some minor changes and a flag on top to signal its might. Many of residence within the populace showed them being of mixed races, including the surviving Interacians interacting with humans and some Neathians. Another screen showed Earth in a similar light, with Vestals helping with the reconstruction over the vast city of New York. There were a few buildings being built with alloy from Gundalia and Neathia alike, as well as some of the mixed metals that were created from Interacia. The same results were being shown on Neathia as well as Gundalia.

"Looks like the materialization integration product is running its course." Jase said aloud.

Atmos opened on the desk. "The air is as fresh as New Vestroia as well. I didn't sense any pollution within the atmosphere that you humans cause."

Jase pulled up another screen, showing pictures of the settlement that he took with his Bakumeter. "With the few more populace that our worlds are now sharing, we should be able to be more open towards cultures and ideologies. In doing so, our knowledge won't be so finite…and Interacia is that link now."

"It most certainly has, Jase." Atmos turned towards him. "And I'm sure that they would agree, too."

Jase was aware of whom he was referring too. His glasses had a bright glare as he pulled up a small folder. It revealed a picture of himself, along with all of their friends. He couldn't help but stare at it longingly. As if the memory itself was something that felt devoid of something.

"…so it would seem, my friend…so it would seem."

The capital of Interacia, Solaris. A place that was to be the solemn and largest heart to ever exist within the planet's face after so many years of heartache and work by Interacians. A place where many could salvage themselves from all the carnage that the old Interacia gave them by crumbling down everything around them.

Appearance wise, not much has changed. However, much of the populace seemed to have grown over the past few years. Many were still Interacians, but quite a lot of other humans and other species were amongst them as well. And from what it seemed, they were getting along fairly well.

The castle that was the imperial center of this massive coalition of houses and establishment with mixed influence, it adorned its own vibes. While not much seemed to have change on the outside, the inside, however, seemed to have gotten overhauled.

Inside the lab, everything was cleaned up, with Interacian and Vestal scientists having meetings while another branch was observing the planet's stability levels kept at a remarkably stable level. No negative energy levels were present, and all of the ability materials were removed.

Staff-wise, there were people in business suits and fancy outfits that composed of such. Many were middle-aged men here for political reasons as they strode along the charcoal-gray carpet that made up a majority of the white tiling.

The imperial throne room still had a red carpet, but instead of leading up to a small flight of stairs to a throne that overlooked Interacia, it led towards a large, hardwood desk that arched outwards, facing away from the balcony-turned-window that the sun shined down on. A large black chair was facing towards the window while there was a knock at the huge doors.

"Permission to enter?" a voice called out.

Hearing the familiar voice, another voice rang up. "Yes, you may."

The double doors were opened, allowing a familiar man with bright blue hair to enter. His green eyes gleamed as he adorned a proper suit. He stopped ten feet from the desk, looking ahead with a straight face.

"Mr. Governor of Interacia, thank you for having me at this time." Gus bowed humbly towards the desk.

"I thought we agreed to drop that formality." The person inside the turned chair chided.

"My apologies. It just felt so appropriate to say given your position."

"Hmph, you wouldn't be the first. And most certainly not the last either." The chair swiveled around, revealing the governor's face. He adorned a white shirt beneath a black jacket that was halfway buttoned up with ¾ sleeves. He had a blue and silver striped tie with black pants and shoes.

And on the desk, it read his name in gold: Keegan.

"So…what business do you have to me today, Gus?" Keegan coolly asked, with a slight show of professionalism in his tone.

Gus reciprocated the smirk. "Well, Keegan, I've come to give you the weekly update of our findings. You will be very satisfied of Master Spectra's performance with the anti-forbidden ability enhancements are progressing very well. This should provide a proper vaccination to any Bakugan, meaning they won't be influenced by negative energy…just like you wanted."

Keegan lowered his head slightly. "I apologize for asking so much from you when your people are still cleaning up."

"It's quite alright. After all, Vestal is overflowing with technology. Of course it would take years to sell all of it. We were just lucky that the other planets were willing to abide to our accommodations. And of course, your planet especially to compensate you allowing the others to settle here with their Bakugan, correct?"

Keegan couldn't hold back a chuckle. "My planet, you say? Hmph, now that's modest, even for you."

"I'm not wrong. By all means, you've been through so much. It seems only fair that you have your dream fulfilled properly."

"Hey, somebody had to step up after what those guys did to Riaan. And considering that I…well, what you just said applies, they needed a voice that entailed experience. Somebody had to take charge, you know…" he sighed again. "I just thought never in a million years that I would actually be the one to do it."

Gus sympathetically smiled. "If it means anything to you, you're doing a fine job. Don't take that for granted."

Keegan raised a brow. "I'll keep that in mind. What's the status of the schooling?"

"From what it means, your first-ever interspecies school program you commissioned is progressing well. Kids from Earth, Vestal, Gundalia, and Neathia seem to be getting along well. They're learning all sorts of mathematics, and the community is blending all of their science programs very well. Why, Earth's cooking class seems to have gotten quite the attention."

"Hey, people like food." Keegan chuckled. "But that's good. And I just got a notice of the establishments that the Commandant Marshall is shipping mixed technology to with those supplies. We're killing two birds with one stone in a short expanse of time."

Gus bowed again. "We trust that Interacia will be taken cared of properly. If I may?"

"Yeah, sure thing."

Gus nodded and he turned to take his leave. The doors opened once more to allow him to leave, only to close once again. Once he was gone, Keegan sighed, before a holographic monitor showed another official.

"Mr. Governor, the meeting is ready to begin, to further discuss about the new generator project in Nimbus."

"Understood. I'll be ready in five minutes. Have the board members present with their charts double checked, and make sure that I have my tax charts. I don't want to overlook those numbers again like last time."

"As you wish."

The panel turned off, again leaving Keegan with a moment of solace. "Geez, so this is what Klaus meant by 'life on the fast lane'. Can't even catch a break for coffee. Ugh…" He swiveled his chair around to face the city through his massive window. "When I stepped up to be a leader-figure, I didn't think it would keep me this busy. Still, guess it beats being bored out of my mind."

As a Subterra Atmos flew high over the sky, on its back were strapped kids with an adult on for supervision. It glided across the sky, and farther away, a Haos Longfly was gliding with people carried beneath in a basket like a blimp.

'Bakugan from all five planets started living here. We were lucky that this planet is so freaking big to begin with.'

He stopped to look out at Solaris as a whole. Not just that, but he was seeing the beautiful landscape that the huge tower offered him. His courtyard had fountains with beautiful water flowing, and many staff in suits were busy getting ready for meetings. It was something he had gotten used to, but he was still picturing the serenity ahead of him. He folded his arms and got up from his chair to walk up towards the window. He looked out and saw the sunlight beaming down onto him, making his face warm.

A warm smile crept onto his face, something that Andro Elico caught onto. "Is something the matter, Keegan?"

"Nothing. Nothing at all." He chimed. He kept gazing out the window to see the luscious land that he would have to take care of. "I can get used to this kind of new view."

In another part of Solaris, there appeared to be something that looked like a very large school, with three floors and the Solaris flag in its grassy courtyard. A bell rung through the intercom to signal the exchange of classes.

In the hallways, there were a number of teenagers to give the impression of a high school. The kids were all of mixed species, be it, Gundalian, Neathian, Human, Vestal, or Interacian. The kids all made through the halls towards their next classes, some more anxious than others.

"Ugh! That stupid math teacher!" A male Gundalian grunted. "I barely even know the basics of this 'algebra', but he's still giving us this much homework?"

"Maybe if you paid a little more attention in class instead of dozing off, you wouldn't be this swamped." A Vestal teenager warranted, before sighing. "Just chill, before you go throwing a tantrum, I'll try to help you with pointers at lunch."

"Hmph…thanks, I guess." The Gundalian snarked. He didn't like the idea of getting aid from a smart aleck like a Vestal, but he was quelled enough to at least be open-minded to the idea. "Tch, so this the idea of Earth school…why does it have to be such a pain?"

"Apparently, that's how they learn through their adolescence. Your kind doesn't really do school, right?"

The Gundalian sheepishly rubbed the back of his head. "Yeah, something like that. We either get drafted into the military at a certain age or we just hunker down and get protected by the Prime Minister. At least that's how it was before I moved here."

"That's the same thing on Neathia." A fellow teenage Neathian walked up to him. "We didn't know much inside or outside the city. The guys just get drafted into becoming Castle Knights by the age of 15."

The Gundalian raised a brow. "Huh, so it's the same with you too, huh? Say, do you know anything about this 'algebra'? Because I'm really screwed." He got an eyeroll from the Vestal. "Oh c'mon, I said I would take your help, didn't I? I never said I wouldn't try to be open-minded."

"Easy, no one's assaulting you right now." The Neathian chimed.

"Okay, then explain why Mr. Martin is always asking me the questions? If we were allowed to Bakugan Battle on school grounds, I swear…"

A hand touched his shoulder. "Hey, take it easy." The person who talked was an all-too-familiar face that seemed to have matured quite a few years. He adorned a white dress-shirt with rolled-up sleeves and blue jeans. "If the teachers hear you, you'll get written up again."

"Huh? Cole? How long were you there for?" The Vestal kid asked.

Cole, a teenager and a dedicated high school student. He definitely got taller than what he was five years ago, and one of the top students in his grade. He was one of the more liked students, mainly because he was open-minded to what he heard and said around him. But he also wasn't a coward, most definitely.

"Hey, Cole. About time you got here." The Neathian kid chimed.

Cole sighed. "Sorry, can't help it. I just got back from gym class. That Neathian coach is really strict in not letting anyone be dismissed until all of us did our required push-ups."

"I heard he was a former Castle Knight who fought when Neathia was attacked, right? That was the Neathian Invasion of 0 A.R. He had his arm cut off in battle and moved here, at least that's how I think the story goes."

The Vestal kid eyerolled. "Anywho~, you up to battle after school, Cole?"

The Gundalian scoffed and crossed his arms. "Seriously? Aren't you the guy who insists on using that useless Aquos Abis Omega? You know that thing is weaker than Bakugan from my home world, right?"

Cole furrowed his brow, slightly offended with the accusations drawn. "Yeah? So what of it?"

The Vestal schooler shook his head. "Let it go. Everybody knows he's trying to be like the hero of all six worlds, Luke. He had an Abis Omega, too."

"I still find it hard to believe that a human and a weak Bakugan that came from New Vestroia surpassed the mighty Dragonoid. They claim that he even surpassed the Ultimate Bakugan." The Gundalian sneered. "Well, you do you, but don't think you'll get anywhere relying on that weak snake. C'mon, gotta bolt to the next class. If I miss literature class again, the teacher is going to give me twice the reading and writing essays…again."

As the other kids went their way, Cole was left alone to sigh at the deflation he was dealt with. His shirt pocket shuffled as his Abis Omega's ball form ruffled. He lightly held it. "Easy there, pal. I know…but I'm telling you, I know what I saw."

His mind flashed back to the incidents that followed in his younger years. He thought about that big battle he saw in Solaris, as well as a certain redheaded human with a sword and a serpentine sea dragon. What happened back then, facing darkness at such a power level that was nowhere near achieved by anyone else since then. And he knew from the broadcast five years ago of them defeating Riaan; that wasn't a man's delusions at work. The more he thought about it, the more invigorated he felt.

"Who said the weak can't get strong again?"

Cole perked up and turned his head towards the feminine, charming voice. Walking in his direction was a woman who was slightly below average height for most human females her age. She had brown eyes that went well with her black hair, which had many shaggy bangs atop with two twisted ponytails spiraling down behind her back. They were held up by pink ribbons. She adorned white gloves that went into her pink dress, which hugged her frame. She had on a white dress shirt beneath, where just a little bust was showing. She had on white hells with high stockings. By her side was a brown satchel with several large textbooks that were labeled with human anatomy and Gundalian physiology.

Many of the kids that weren't looking at her started giving her glances, not just because of her looks, but also of whom she was. She paid no heed to them.

"Hey look, it's her." A Neathian muttered.

"Yeah, it's Maggie Deering, the most popular and smartest kid in school." A Vestal muttered.

"I heard that she's studying hard every day on all the anatomy and medicines since she was 10." Another Interacian whispered.

"And don't you forget it." Maggie huffed, catching a whiff of what many on-goers were saying. Though really by heart she meant what Cole spoke of before. "Don't listen to any of what those guys are saying. They don't know the first thing about how to feel for a Bakugan properly. But you…" She looked at him and Abis Omega. "I think you've got a good eye on ya."

Cole blinked, feeling embarrassed by such a praise by one of the six saviors of the six worlds. "Uh, t-thank you, Ms. Deering. That means a lot coming from you…"

Maggie waved back dismissively. "Oh, pshaw. You can just call me Maggie. No need for formalities…at least until I become an official nurse anyways, heehee~!" She returned to her point. "Listen, I've been in your shoes before. You can get so much stronger. You just have to believe and work beyond your own expectations to reach that goal." Jelldon popped open on her shoulder. "And Jelldon here is that proof."

"Yup! Hehehe, but really it's nothing." He modestly chimed.

"Besides, I'm sure Luke and Abis Omega would say the exact same thing. Work towards a future that you choose." She looked at a nearby clock. "Well, that's all the time we can spare. C'mon Jelldon, we need to hurry towards New Vestroia Biology class!"

"Right with you there!" He closed and Maggie gripped him as she went hurrying past Cole with her satchel weighing her side. However, Cole looked back with slight awe that his senior – grade and experience – was making him feel so welcomed to such a promising future.

He looked down at his pocket, taking her words to heart. 'Work towards my future…' A smile crept onto his face. 'Then we'll show them all what happens when people start from the bottom, just like they did!'

As the day went on, the sky started to set westward. The beautiful, warm sun in the central hemisphere of Interacia was starting to set over the far forest lands where many of mountains were housing Haos Bakugan that gazed and basked in the sunlight, ranging from those of New Vestroia, to the Gundalian and Neathian residences that were in their own abundances.

Within an area of the land where it appeared to be based on canyons, someone was passing by a few pillar gate formations with the sun basking the left side of their faces. The woman especially had light brown hair with the same attire that she wore a while back, with a spear attached to her back as well. With amicable bust as well, her hips swayed with her silky, long hair as she took the downward trail, where it intersects the primary trail.

"Hm? Esther, is that you?"

As she drew closer towards the intersection, another familiar face was walking up towards the main trail. The woman stopped to recognize another familiar face in her mid to late-20's as well. The familiar human with Darkus Alpha Hydranoid on her shoulder looked at her with mild surprise.

Her expression was blank, but her eyes widened just ever so slightly from surprise. "Alice."

"Esther…it really is you!" Alice moved closer so the two familiar women could exchange embraces with one another. They hugged over the other's shoulder, very soft smiles on their faces.

"Atchibee. Good to see you're in good health these days." Hydranoid greeted his former pupil.

"Alpha Hydranoid." Galaxia Atchibee replied. "Yes, and the sentiment is reciprocated as well."

Once they were satisfied, Alice pulled away and looked up and down at Esther. "You look amazing. It's been such a long time since we've seen each other face-to-face."

Esther sighed tiredly. "Yes, that is something I can't condone. I apologize." She looked towards the trail that Alice took to get here. "What are you doing here of all places?"

Her eyes widened. "Oh, right. Well you see, I just recently moved to Interacia, so Hydranoid and I were just taking a little stroll for the evening."

"You moved to Interacia?"

She nodded. "Yes. I've been working on my grandfather's Interdimensional Transporter system for all the other planets. I was asked by Jase, who was asked by Keegan, if I could help Interacia in making it as a focal point for all the other planets to connect."

"I see." She closed her eyes, meekly chuckling. "I suppose that makes sense. How's your grandfather by the way?"

She put a hand to her chest. "He's having trouble getting around these days, but luckily he's still with us. I was very fortunate…I'm glad that he's doing alright."

Esther softly smiled. "Yes. Even after five years, many continue to struggle…as all will throughout their lives. But there is hope, that much I know."

"Oh! That reminds me…" Alice reached into her bag that she had on hand. She shuffled for some things until she revealed a hardcover binder with a bunch of copies, lamented papers. "I just read your scriptures. They're all a huge hit these days. Everybody is reading all about the adventures that you guys took."

She modestly lowered her head. "That's honestly just a portion. I still have plenty more that I need to write down. To be honest…my goal when I was writing down everything that we've been through, it was so that people would hopefully learn from this experience. So that way, nothing like this would happen again…but even I am no fool. There will come a time, but hopefully when it does, these pages will bind us all to bare through."

Alice softly smiled. "Yes. I'm sure of it, too…"

A short silence fell between them, but it didn't last long as Esther started walking up the trail Alice had taken. "It was nice to see you again, Alice. I'll be looking forward to catching up with you again. Now, if you'll excuse me." She started walking away, leaving Alice and Hydranoid by themselves on the trail to watch her go on her way.

Alice really wanted to say something to her. She really did…but she was also aware of how she felt inside. She knew it had to be hard for her now, but she was strong and knew from her words and experience that she could live on.

"They look well…do you think they're alright?" Alice asked her partner.

"Knowing them, they're holding on strongly." Hydranoid sagely said. "We'll know soon enough."

Alice hummed with a solemn nod. She decided to continue her stroll with her partner while she looked up at the evening sky afoot. 'I'm sure…that one day, Luke will come back to us. I hope to see that day, too.'

With night drawing closer, Esther walked further towards the sunset's remaining highlights in the west. She looked up at the dawning sky, seeing just how clear the night was. Already, she could see stars twinkling, even though the daylight was brimming. Quite a few other planets were visible within the atmosphere, including the colorful moons in orbit that she has long since gotten accustomed to.

"The stars are looking to be bright tonight." Atchibee said. With her own powers, she could feel the cosmos above her as well, though that was best left unsaid since she told Esther this…and she felt it, too.

Esther smiled. "Yes, I heard about that too from the astronomy papers…but…"

"Hm?" Atchibee turned her ball form at Esther's face in her contemplation.

"I was thinking…shall we view the stars in another place perhaps?"

Getting an understanding of what she meant, Atchibee floated off her shoulder. "That sounds like a fine idea. Allow me." She turned forward as her ball form shined rainbow energy. She and Esther started twinkling bright, sparkly stardust that glistened all over their bodies. They started becoming translucent before Atchibee's eyes flared rainbow, vanishing away in a dark purple light reminiscing of a star.

New Vestroia, the birthplace of many, if not all, Bakugan. Even at night, there were still plenty of Bakugan that inhabited the planet. While many have moved to Earth and Interacia, others were willing to take the solace that the pure wildlife that the planet offered. No harmful Neathian planets, no Vestal technology, just a planet all to itself. An ideal spot for allowing those who need to get away feel at home.

Gathering in spatial cosmic energy, energy flourished until it erupted into two flashes, revealing Esther and Atchibee, the latter automatically reverting to her full form. She gracefully fluttered her cosmic wings that looked like a realm of dark space. Even now, there were patterns of cosmic stardust twinkling down, scattering on New Vestroia's ground. Where many sparkles dropped, small patches of grass and purple flowers flourished.

Esther looked up at the sky, immediately recognizing its brighter cosmic shade at night. 'Even after all this time, New Vestroia is the way it was left. That's good.' She looked at the eloquent forest they were in. "It's been a long time since we've been here last."

Atchibee looked around as well. "Yes. I sense it as well. The purified air, it's fresher than I remember it."

Esther smiled. She had a feeling of how that was possible. "Come on, let's take a walk."

Atchibee fluttered above her partner and embarked on the very small trail that was open in the woodland areas. The trees were all really tall, but some grew even more leaves when Atchibee's scales dazzled down onto them. Many of the Bakugan that happened to be in the area sensed Esther and Atchibee and looked in their direction. They all maintained their distance as they watched them mind their business. They knew to not cross paths or provoke the ultimate Atchibee that ever existed. In fact, many of other Atchibee that were active were observing their evolution's actions with awe as much as they did with envy.

It didn't take too long until Esther and Atchibee cleared the woods to open air. However, what Esther looked at was an all too familiar view.

It was the same cliff as before. Not just any old cliff, but a cliff where it all began.

"Huh?" Luke looked at her questionably, seeing that it was no one he recognized. "Hang on, you're not Master Riaan!"

The unknown woman looked at him, a frown on her face. "So I did hear a voice after all. So I wasn't the only one transported here then?" She inquired.

"Hey, don't ignore me!" Luke irritably reprimanded.

The woman looked to him with wonder. "Sorry, I'm just a little spacious at the moment."

Luke sheepishly rubbed the back of his head, looking away from her modest figure. "Gnnngh…it's fine. Still, where could Master Riaan and Shawn be?" He looked back towards her. "Hey, you. Have you seen them by any chance?"

The girl looked at him in confusion. "Are they acquaintances? Sorry, but you're the only one I've met."

Once again, he folded his arms. "Great, back to square one."

The unknown woman looked at him, giving a rather quizzical expression. She inspected him, seeing his red hair as wild as grass itself. "You…have red hair."

Luke heard her statement and looked up to his own hair. "Huh? Oh, this? Yeah, I guess so. And your hair is long."

She took notice of her own hair, seeing that it was cut just at the waist. It was silky smooth like a waterfall to begin with. "Yes, it is." She grinned at him. "It's nice to not be alone out here."

Looking back at that memory, Esther chuckled. They were both so naïve, especially Luke. 'That was the first time I ever met him…in this very spot.' She walked further towards the edge, enabling a brilliant view of the expansive woods far below them. However, her attention was towards the sky. 'The sky is similar to the way it was back then, too…'

She couldn't help what came next. Feeling the air, all of the nostalgia was starting to come back to them. That first night started it all. It started everything that led to the present. From this point, so many moons ago, was where the adventure had made its grand beginning.

"Wait, you want to actually fight?!" Luke was so baffled that he almost forgot how to speak.

Abis Omega turned towards the fellow Bakugan, looking surprised. "You really going to brawl with this Earth woman?"

"This is more than just ideals, Abis Omega. Take a look ahead." She gestured ahead with one tiny claw, in which Abis followed. The Bakugan got a good look of the captive ones in hand.

"Look, I know these humans have their own affairs, and honestly this doesn't bother me, but look over there. Those are Bakugan. Those are us. The moment they took them, that's an instant obligation. I'm not letting them go without a fight. So, just this once, I'll see to it that we teach these ones a lesson."

She was thinking ever so heavily about the events that followed. The very first Bakugan battle that they had together. They were complete amateurs back then. It was almost laughable at best. But that's when they started making a connection with each other; with themselves, and their partners. She looked at Atchibee as the two remembered how they met the others, how they met the Trailer, to how they had their small adventure within Thermosphere. That's where they encountered their most influential nemesis.

"I will only say this once before we terminate you…my name is Maximus Rogue."

"And I am Xander Hellion." Xander said.

"Remember these names in your graves. You've gone deep in our operation, and now you must pay the price." Maximus held out his Bakugan. "Get ready!"

That was when they encountered Rogue Zero, the start of it all. Their epic battle brought them to the other side of New Vestroia, and taken to Interacia, where they met Luka and learnt to fend for their lives. That was also where she experienced the start of his growth.

"Then it's decided. Esther, from here on, I want you to look after us, and then make up your mind if we truly are worthy of your acceptance. We may mess up a few times, maybe we'll make mistakes…but we'll do our best. That alone we can promise."

Esther's smiled softened as she nodded. "Alright then. I'll stand by you, and I promise that I'll be watching you from here on."

It kept going on, from the massive wake-up call that Luke gave her when they returned to Earth, to traveling around finding the others, to their adventure on Vestal.

"I know exactly what you mean. To others, this is just a simple game. It didn't matter if you win or lose. But for us, it was another story. We didn't have the luxury of knowing a battle with nothing to gain at its end. For us, each battle we had, it was to survive. You were right. On New Vestroia; on Interacia; if we didn't know how to battle and push ourselves, then we would've been killed."

Luke's face fell further. "It's a fault, isn't it?"

Esther shook her head. "No, it's just how we see it. We were just given a different perspective is all. I'm sure Ace and Baron had those kinds of battles too at some point. And that goes without say for the Battle Brawlers." She softly smiled at Luke. "You try hard, Luke. We just take battles seriously is all, there's nothing wrong with that."

It was a lot more than that apparently. From the wake of the attack, to meeting the original warrior Bakugan to train and defeat Rogue Zero, it brought about a serious outlook onto them. But even so, it didn't stop there as they made it to Gundalia with all of them now fully encouraging Luke. They fought long and hard, up to where she assured him of his decisions.

"In a way…you and Luka, you're like the same." The testimony startled Luke. "You're like the opposite sides to the same coin. You both chose the path of justice, yet chose different ways. He chose to try and handle the problem himself; you willingly brought us along despite the burden of death. The fact that you've reached out to people that once pushed you away…" her smile softened as she looked into his eyes. "Is why I believe you can reason with Luka."

Then…came more of the pressing matters. Her being taken hostage by Riaan, and what's worse, she was reasoned by him to be influenced and being led her own way. It was a painful journey, but even so, Luke was able to keep everyone together for her sake.

"Esther!" She looked back. Around Abis was a massive cyclone of water that was waiting to be freed. Luke continued. "I just wanted to say…everything you know about faith, it's okay if you don't have any in yourself! But that doesn't mean that you can never give up! You taught me that! Now…come back to us! Ability, activate!"

The water around Abis spiraled harshly, shaping into a draconic head. The vortex snaked after their target. "DAEDALUS CYCLONE!"

As the water rushed into Atchibee, her power was completely declining, while Abis' increased to 4950. The blue water washed away all the darkness that shrouded Atchibee and Esther, They both stared in awe as they could see waves washing away the power they worked so hard for until it became a blue blur.

'Luke…Abis…you guys really…'

They were the ones who were willing to take the biggest risks, and no matter how many times they hurt themselves, they never gave up. They persevered under the pressure. She was sure that they were scared, hell downright terrified, but they didn't give up on anyone, including themselves. They were pulling through up until the Neathian attack and Luka and Brontes' deaths.

"Yeah, you're right. Luka's original mission was to stop Riaan and make sure as many people be prepared for the worst. We've made it this far because of him. Now, we have to show everything we've learned and prove we can continue standing."

"Even in the face of death, you all dare to challenge me! You still dare to oppose me and the mission that Armagedoid and I have chosen. And in return, you've come very far in order to make your own goals and pave your own ideal future." Riaan paused. "Buti dare ask…will you show the universe what it means to truly fight for one's ideals?!"

Even so, Luka's influence was something that helped them muster up the strength and the coordination they had in each other. The trust and the understandings of all their mechanics were what helped them get by against Riaan and Armagedoid. And in the end, Luke and Abis Omega were able to prevail. A feat the mighty Battle Brawlers were unable to achieve. But the fight was still far from over.

"…Esther, I still want to save as many people as I possibly can. I don't care even if it's Interacians. I want to help them see a new day. If Riaan completely overhauls the planet, I'm worried about what will happen to them. That's what the me now wants to do. Is that wrong?"

Esther gave him a meaningful smile. "No. That isn't wrong in the slightest. After everything, this is what you decided, isn't that right? You've said it yourself. This is where it started for you and Abis. You going off by yourselves just for our sake, that's one of the first self-choices you've made. Don't forget that."

"Heh, there's no need for that." He paused to look down at hos knees. He looked back up at Esther. "Esther, thank you. You and everyone. We weren't there when you needed us, but we're here now. We won't let you down."

"That's something I can back up." Abis said.

It was all flooding back to her. The chaos that they endured from the two circles of Interacia, and the harsh battle everyone had to endure. They've fought Rogue Zero in the Doom Dimension, and prevailed.

"Maximus…I accept you. That won't change. You've tried to live enough to get rid of your fear of me. But maybe, you should look into yourself just a little more. Maybe…just a little at a time…"

He inspired, all the way up to Outback Isle. There, everyone was ready to give it their all in preparations for that final battle.

"Esther…I…"

"Hm? What is it, Luke?"

Luke thought about what he was going to say next. He wanted to say what was on his mind, but after seeing Esther way she was, how could he? His face softened as he turned back ahead and smiled humbly. "Nothing. It's just…thanks."

"For what?"

"For everything. For being my friend. It's strange. Even though my heart's racing…I'm not nervous. I'm really happy right now. In fact, this is probably the happiest I've ever been. I have actual friends…and Abis…and you…I can actually think for myself because of everyone here. We've been on a really insane adventure…I kinda wish this moment could last a little while longer…" He looked up at the sky. "But this is just fine. I'm happy like this."

Esther smiled warmly. "Luke…"

A deep, saddened looked fell on Esther's face. The flood of memories that swamped her was something even Atchibee felt. It left the two slightly crestfallen.

'Luke…it's been five years since then. A lifetime of Bakugan without the Mother and Father is very insecure, but it's a free life we're all able to live…just like you wanted. If only you were here to see this…'

"Had a feeling that you would be here, Esther."

The voice alarmed Esther, making her turn around to find Jase, Shuji, Shawn, and Maggie present. And not just them. Atmos, Fly Beetle, Verias, and Jelldon were all accounted for looking comfortably at Atchibee in response.

"Everyone?" Esther responded, genuinely surprised by the sudden show of company. "What is this?"

Shawn put a hand to his hips. "We had a feeling that you would be here. We all transported here at the same time actually."

"This is where it all began, right? Wouldn't sit well in our stomachs to just forget about where it all started." Shuji noted.

"He's right about that. Besides, Luke promised to meet us again." Maggie smiled.

"Yes. That's just how it is." Jase went along with the motion.

"Indeed." Atmos nodded. "We are waiting for our friends just as you are, Atchibee."

"Yeah, I want our other jelly buddy back as soon as possible." Jelldon cheerfully said.

Verias chuckled. "Good grief…"

"Hmph, nothing like home without this bunch, I can say to that at least." Fly Beetle chimed.

"Everyone…" Esther was touched with what she saw. All her allies and closest friends were there waiting with her. She wasn't sure whether to feel happy or sad, but she felt grateful to have them by their side.

"Esther, do you want to sing?" Shawn inquired.

She blinked. "Shawn!"

Maggie raised her hand as well. "Yeah, me too! Been a while! Pretty please~?"

Esther's surprise gradually settled down. It turned into sincerity as she turned around and walked towards the edge of the cliff, where she looked up towards the sky and closed her eyes.

Atchibee gave her partner room so that she would sing as well. They all stood silent as she cleared her throat before singing aloud.

Dear thy ole setting grace~

May you please hear my voice and see my face.

Her melodic chimes rung through New Vestroia's skies, each note being hit with a silky smooth touch that everyone felt in their hearts.

It's a cold, cold night,

One set by the ends of one's dear fight.

It's here that they sleep,

And hear so let me say, when they rest in peace~.

Back on Earth, on the Revolutia manor, family members as well as close associates from other families that Luke's father and mother were associated with, were all gathered in the courtyard where there looked to be a plaque. It was a smooth, black stone with a sword with what looked like a dragon around it. They all stood in silence for the anniversary of five years it's been standing…as well as the time it's been for Luke and his Abis Omega's supposed sacrifice.

Claire had tissues in hand and sniffled as Augustine held her close. He looked up to the sky, seeing a shooting blue star that passed by within his sights.

Dear thy resting spirit, please don't cry

Tears from you and thy fall from the grace.

He who watches far from the sky,

He holds you dear with warmth and a smiling face.

May you watch with a smile like his,

So that when skies clear we know you have been mi~~ssed.

In Bakugan City on Earth, Dan yelled out an ability while Drago sailed across the battlefield. He careened his head back and expelled a powerful red beam that blitzed into an opposing Darkus Fangoid. It instantly reverted to ball form, earning Dan the win and a round of applause from everyone. As he waved back at them, he looked over into the stands, where his friends all smiled proudly at him. He gave them all his signature nose flick and a bright smile back.

In the homes of Vestal, Baron was still moving debris, but Nemus was helping him. He took a moment to wipe sweat from his forehead. Meanwhile, Ace was up on a high point, watching the sunset in the distance.

Spectra was back in his lab, looking at a DNA helix for the anti-forbidden recipe he's been computing for every species of Bakugan he's been able to find. Gus teleported back to his side, making Spectra turn towards him and small. Gus started adding input, in which Spectra processed and computed more sequences.

A life where you live what you can,

You did what you could and ran.

You went far, oh so very far.

And now you've reached the end and look down from afar.

Dear not weep,

For thy mortal wounds cut so deep.

You took that leap and now you are set free.

Fabia was looking at her repaired city, which seemed to be of chrome. She saw the children running about, with Serena and Captain Elright, now having burnt scars on his face, watching beside her.

Ren was talking with Nurzak back on Gundalia in his office, when sunlight beamed through his imperial office yet again. The glare stunned Ren for a moment, but once he got over it, he looked out at the vast grassy lands and the misshaped rocks of Gundalia's reformed surface. Basked in the light, he and Linehalt stared into the bright future that should hopefully stay on Gundalia for ages to come.

Hear thy spirit's plea,

I dear long for what you wished to see.

A land that you once called a disgrace,

But soon a land you see turn to a beautiful sea,

A sea of time and settings sun~s,

In a dome colosseum within Solaris, Cole swiped his arm, using a command card that reacted to the opponent's Darkus Ziperator. It turned to an Aquos shade. He then activated Dry World, encompassing his Abis Omega within a blue hemisphere of water. The serpent let out a massive battle cry as he and Cole cried out at the same time. The sphere crashed into the Ziperator, sending it onto its back fearsomely before reverting to ball form, much to the Gundalian's shock.

Cole and Abis Omega looked at each other as people cheered for them. And amongst the patrons, Keegan was on the balcony of his office, overlooking the beautiful display of Solaris and Interacia's land.

Suns that set on one's path and start anew.

Here thy spirit's plea,

As she was singing, Esther was thinking to herself. 'Luke…the world that you created for everyone…it's so beautiful. And yet, and yet…you're not here to see it…'

Bring to me the peace that I wished you see~.

A long silence fell upon the final note that Esther left. The melody's end left everyone in a somber silence. They all stood there as Esther kept her back turned and faced the sky with her eyes looking out for what she wanted to see.

Jase lowered his head, inadvertently prodding his glasses again. "We should be heading back soon."

"Yeah…" Shawn sighed.

The four humans lowered their heads and started to slowly walk back into the woods. Their Bakugan slowly started to follow them, but Atchibee and Esther stood there, waiting and watching the skies for any signs of their peace sent.

In a land of heavenly light, three hemispheres of light were merrily fluttering about. The dark light glided with the rainbow light, with the magenta star tailing and dancing in tow.

The light giggled. "Looks like they were able to keep both of ours dreams alive." The rainbow light had a feminine voice to it.

The more masculine dark light chuckled back. "Yes, so it would seem. After all this time…my invaluable student and his friends, if they are truly what the Bakugan need, then at least in this lifetime…they deserve that much."

"Why do I have the feeling that you are going to do something?"

The dark light chuckled. "Just watch. I was hoping to reserve this…but with the very last of what divine power I have…I can answer this voice. Armagedoid, what do you say?"

The magenta star twinkled brightly. "Of course, Mother, Father."

All three lights chuckled and drew closer to each other, shining ever so brightly in the heaven's until they seemingly faded for good.

Esther and Atchibee continued watching the landscape, still admiring its beauty and the solace of the former's beautiful hymns. The moth lowered her head first, ascending into the air. "Esther…it's time."

Esther heard her loud and clear. She somberly lowered her head and turned around to start her way back down the cliff's hill back into the woods. Her eyes downcast with a sadness before she felt something back tickled her back.

Perking her head up, she stopped in her tracks and froze up. For some reason, she felt like something was behind her. With blue eyes wide with caution, she slowly turned around to find something in the spot she stood at. And beside it, it looked like a familiar armored sea dragon with shining cosmic blue.

The silhouettes walked and slithered across the cliff silently, closing in on the stunned Esther and Atchibee. All the breath inside of her lungs left her body as her blue eyes were wide with disbelief.

Everyone else who was about to head back turned around like she did and saw the familiar duo. Though not as drastic as her reaction, they showed genuine surprise no less.

The person stopped several meters before Esther, looking at her with a smile. He stared in silence as her mystified expression couldn't even come up with words alone.

"Why…why are you…here…?"

The redheaded man gave an answer. "This place…it holds a lot of memories. And besides…we promised, didn't we?"

The revelation sank into Esther like a thousand needles. She couldn't believe it. But, at the same time, she knew it was real. She didn't even know what to say about all of this. Her breathing started getting erratic until her throat was getting dry. Her lips were quivering so much, but she was still barely able to contain herself…

But that didn't stop the flowing tears that were dripping down from her eyes. They didn't stop, no matter how hard she tried.

Her body started moving on its own. She stood a stumble forward, and then another, and then another. Until eventually, she was starting to get closer to him.

The others began smiling and smirking at each other at the revelation. Shuji smirked as he chuckled. Shawn smiled and made way as Maggie smiled cheerfully with skips in her steps. The other Bakugan shared the same feelings as they drew closer towards the serpent.

In the back, Jase watched with a straight face as everyone started their ways onward. Looking at everyone's backs, he could see just how much everyone has grown, some more than others, and not in just sizes at that. They all didn't need to question. What they knew now was that what was before them, even he knew wasn't an illusion. He looked on as a wind passed by him, brushing his shoulder-length hair.

He prodded his glasses one last time before he looked back at the returning young man that sparked him. His lips formed a smile. Not his usual smile that spelled sarcasm, nor what anybody else couldn't read…this was a genuine smile of sheer happiness that he couldn't help but express.

Looking at Atmos, the falcon could see it, too. The two returned to the scene and started their ways to reunite with their friends, so that they would never be apart again.

The serpent and human watched them all close in as that same wind ran through his hair and clothes, revealing his sheathed sword.

"Hey guys…we're home."

And that's the sum of it all! Don't worry, there's a second epilogue that will be coming out shortly later today that will be the finale of it all.

Now, if you're wondering how it all happened, how a 'certain someone' was brought back, think back to the old Bakugan Battle Brawlers game, when Leonidas and Vladitor vanished. Vladitor reached out and used his last remaining energy to bring Leonidas back. In a way, this is the same thing. So hopefully this will clear up any rising concerns you all may have.

One more chapter left, and you'll see what happens later on! XD
