Internal Debate

Sakura looked at Kenton, her son, and debated whether or not to lie. Clark and Bruce's stares were heavy on her, and she knew her answer could cause many problems that she didn't want at the time.

She pasted a small smile on her face and knelt next to her son, who was on the floor of Bruce's study playing with his toys. "Why do you think Mama is sad?"

Sakura watched as Kenton raised his hand and placed it against his chest. "I feel it." Sakura stared at her son, wondering whether he was an empath and what that meant for the future.
