The next day, Olivia and Karen stood in the kitchen packing the baby's diaper bag with samples from the hospital. Olivia had more than enough for her babies, and she wanted to share.

"Thank you for being patient with Mellie."

Olivia smiled. She hadn't seen Marisa since she left Virginia. Mellie's twin sister took the diaper bag from Olivia. Mellie was sitting outside in the car. She didn't want to be around anyone. Her depression medication was not working fast enough. Her twin was the only person who could deal with the mood swings and crying.

"Are you going to keep the baby?"

Karen was fascinated with Mellie's twin. Besides Savannah and Serenity, she had never seen another set of identical twins.

"Yes, Kelly is coming home with me. I'm going to be her mom."

"Is Mellie going to be her tummy mommy?"

"Yes."

"Okay, I know Marisa has a long drive with a baby. You can call Mellie later."

"I'm not going to be a mom anymore. I don't have a baby."

"You are a very good mom Karen. Thank you for taking care of my baby."

Fitz led Marisa to the foyer and he waved at Mellie in the car. She didn't look up at him. Karen looked up at Olivia and Fitz.

"I don't have a baby anymore."

"That's great." Olivia said.

Fitz took Olivia's hand and led her back to the sofa. The babies were downstairs in their bassinets. Karen ran upstairs to play with her toys.

"She really does have an identical twin. I thought it was a joke." Fitz said.

Olivia laughed, "Marisa has always been traveling somewhere. The beach in some Asian country, backpacking through Europe. She is the adventurous twin."

"Why didn't she ask her twin to keep Karen?"

"Because she wasn't ready to be a mom back then. Her vacations were more important. I guess she is ready for her own family now."

"I think that's good for Mellie and the baby."

"Yeah, I hope Mellie has an IUD. She needs it." Olivia said.

"You are right about that. No more babies for Mellie."
