Here are individual responses to reviews:
SpartanMiracleGirl10: I'm glad you like the story. But the last chapter did have Henry in it at the end. Which makes me wonder if you actually read it. Henry will appear, but it won't be all the time. This story focuses on Snowing. I hope you can continue to enjoy, but you need to realize that Henry won't appear in every scene.
Baratta Jennifer: Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! Yep, hopefully Goldie will get what she deserves.
JDubReaderWriter55: Yeah, I'm glad Le Fou gave Goldie up, but he'll probably still see hard time. Yeah, it's most likely that the losers on Pleasure Island are meant to cause chaos, while Rodmilla does the real work. Glad you liked seeing Henry and Lucy. Lol, I think it's 2025 and I agree, cancel Goldie. I think you'll like what I have done with Elsa's grandfather. I think it's intriguing. Aw thanks, it's so nice to hear that you come to my story for your OUAT fix. I love the show too, but not enough Snowing for me and some storylines leave a lot to be desired. :)
Ghostwriter: Well, you know Zeus. Glad you're enjoying and yes, Goldie is the worst.
Number Ten: I know, Bobby's enthusiasm is a lot of fun. Goldie is very twisted and she's not going to get any better, unfortunately. Her sanity is starting to plunge. We see signs in this chapter. Blue sort of did something useful, but as you'll find out, she didn't do so for the greater good. Yep, the elements are awake and you'll find out exactly why they're so angry. Yes, it will likely affect the other Charming children too. Glad you're enjoying. :)
Guest: Wow! You read it in one week. That's amazing. Thanks, that's an amazing compliment. Yeah, Neal's death didn't need to happen just to make way for Captain Swan. I wanted him to live and usually I ship Swanfire too. So glad you found my story and I hope you continue to enjoy. :)
Me: Thanks, hope you continue.
Carpathian Princess: Thanks.
Kaley 2.5: Glad you loved it!
Shaeril McBrown: I think you're lost. This is a fanfiction site where people read and write stories. It's not a place for you to advertise things you are selling on Etsy. Go away.
Grace5231973: Yeah, if you have to scare people into your army, you've probably already lost. Yes, Summer is cleared, but things really ramp up now. I'm loving exploring more about the elements so I think you'll like what I came up with too. :)
Sexystarwarslover: Yep, yet another twist and there are more twists to come! Yep, aggressive negotiations was a bit of a Star Wars nod. Yeah, don't mess with Charming, especially when he sees an injustice. And since a kid is involved, Charming is in beast mode, lol. Yeah, no one serious actually believed that Summer could kill anyone. But Grimm and Goldie are out there spreading lies anyway. Yeah, the last thing they need is a new evil Queen and especially one with no redeeming qualities like Rodmilla Tremaine. Snow does love being in Charming's arms. No one can blame her. Yep, Johnny's mom is one of the thirteen and they'll soon embark on another adventure. Yep, the elements are out of control and we learn more as to why in this chapter. Yep, Henry is the true voice here. Yes, and we finally meet Elsa's grandfather in this chapter. Glad you're enjoying it!
AnonSnowing: Yes, if Regina was her old self, she would probably be teaming up with Goldie. Yeah, Le Fou is doing gross things. Glad I can still surprise you. Yeah, he's a creep, but probably didn't kill anyone. No, David is not in a merciful mood. But Summer is in the clear. Not that any serious people thought she was guilty. Yep, Grimm got the word out to people that don't know Summer though. Hopefully, Henry can correct them.
Yep, Xander is undercover and hearing everything. Yep, Rodmilla is officially the Evil Queen 2.0. I love how Snow could sense him too, even in sleep. Yep, not so sleepy anymore. Taco time!
Yep, magic is going haywire now and the elements are out of control.
Yeah, David is making breakfast for his family. Yeah, Natalie is right to be worried about Clayton's family line, but she'll be raising the baby as a Charming, so the kid will be fine.
Yep, they'll be taking a trip to the Smithsonian. Hopefully, no exhibits come to life, though I love that movie. Yep, Bobby's magic is immune and he can control what's going on somewhat.
Yes, the mystery man is Runeard and there is another twist coming with him. Yeah, I do not envy Henry having to talk to editors and reporters. Nope, Elsa certainly didn't expect that. Blue is still making trouble. Glad you enjoyed it! :)
Finding You Always
Chapter 229: Legend of the Northuldra
"What?" Elsa asked.
"My grandfather...King Runeard?" she asked. Athena nodded.
"But he's been dead for many, many years…" Elsa objected.
"I am afraid that's not exactly true...there is a reason that Arendelle's history is quite vague about him," Athena said.
"Let me guess," James interjected, as he crossed his arms over his chest.
"There have been things removed from Arendelle's official history. Sound familiar," he said.
"I'm afraid you're right and it was my error. I should have come to you the moment Blue died," Athena replied.
"What...what does this have to do with the Blue Fairy?" Aphrodite asked with trepidation.
"Unfortunately...everything, but you won't find it in a book in Rose Red's library. The only account of this tale that Blue didn't destroy is in the small library within the convent," Athena replied.
"So she's dead and still screwing us over," James deadpanned and no one could disagree with that assertion.
"Well...we need that book," Snow said. Athena nodded.
"I'll call Neal and he and Tink can meet us there," Emma replied, as she did so and they made the migration to the convent in Storybrooke.
Goldie walked into the bar, following her debut, and glowed when Grimm gave her a clap.
"A star is born and my article is the talk of the Land Without Magic," he boasted.
"I told you that most people love gossip more than flowery stories of true love conquering all. I mean, those stories pacify the masses for a while, but soon, they crave drama and dirt on the very people they admire," she replied.
"Indeed," he agreed, as he poured her a celebratory drink. Xander sat nearby, disguised with a glamour spell and pretended to drink.
"So...does the new Queen have a plan to mobilize the scum that hangs out here? I mean her show of force was nice, but we're still dealing with a bunch of drunken losers," she mentioned.
"Not yet...but the doctor is working on that. He hopes to synthesize his power into weaponry to help combat the magic," Grimm said.
"And then of course there is our goal of obtaining more of the truest love blood so we can make sure that little power outage we caused looks like a picnic," he added, giving Xander verbal proof that Jekyll had been behind the power outage. He just never imagined how they had done it and was racking his brain as to how they could have possibly obtained Snow and David's blood.
"And if all of this fails...because let's face it, they always win. Snow White gets everything. She's Queen, she has the perfect husband, the perfect marriage, the perfect children...and the adoration of millions," Goldie said bitterly. He smirked.
"You really hate her…" he teased, as she gulped down more whiskey.
"Shut up," she growled.
"Yeah...well, I do have something else on the backburner if it becomes necessary, but it's not yet ready to be discussed," he said.
"As long as she's destroyed...I'm on board for anything. Though I do favor the reality where Jekyll gets his way and she suffers having to be with him and torn from her perfect husband," she replied. He smirked.
"Unlike your ass clown of a husband," he added.
"Don't remind me of that drunk bastard," she snapped.
"I get it...she has a man that treats her like a Queen and would only ever give her a loving touch. Yours cheats on you and has the...harsher touch. Nothing about this fair," he agreed.
"Then you don't think I'm just a bitter, jealous bitch?" she asked. He chuckled.
"Oh, you're definitely that, but they should still pay," he replied.
"First they pay in the court of public opinion. Then they pay in every other way...I can toast to that," he agreed, as he did a shot.
"Thanks for the drink...I have another broadcast to do," she said, as she happened to look at the television, just as her replacement, Atina, came on the air.
"Breaking news from Arendelle...Queen Snow and King David have determined that Queen Elsa is not the direct cause of the storm in her Kingdom, nor is their son responsible for the thunderstorm in Misthaven," she reported.
"That's right...apparently it is some other anomaly they have yet to disclose, but they are on the scene with their youngest son to get control of the situation," Scuttle added. Goldie seethed at that.
"Are you going back to the studio?" he asked.
"Yes...they're not going to just weasel out of this crisis again. They constantly cause mayhem and I'm not going to let people forget that they're probably the reason for all the trouble in the first place," she replied, as she stormed out. Xander quietly got up and exited the bar. He had seen and heard enough for now and headed for the harbor.
Tink and Neal met the group at the convent and led them into the small library they housed there.
"I haven't really gone through many of the books in here. Maybe I should have. Who knows what else Blue has hidden in here," Tink mentioned, as they started looking around.
"So...did she hide it somewhere?" Leo asked.
"Most likely, but I doubt it's going to be like Scooby Doo where you pull the right book and a secret compartment is going to open," Emma replied.
"That would be cool if it did though," he said, as he touched a book and it sparked, creating a scorch mark on it.
"Okay sparky...no touching anything," Tink chided.
"I hope that book wasn't important," Leo said.
"Fortunately no...it's just a manual on fairy ethics," Tink replied.
"Well, that explains why it's dusty. She probably never read it," Snow quipped and that gave Athena a moment of pause, before she lifted the book from the shelf.
"You scheming gnat…" she cursed, as she removed the concealment spell and revealed the true cover of the book.
"That is the Arendelle Royal crest!" Elsa exclaimed, as Athena opened the book and then waved her hand, casting a spell and before them, brought the events of the book to life like a movie.
"Long ago, when your father was still a Prince and your grandfather ruled, they embarked on an expedition to a mysterious Enchanted Forest. This part of the forest was very far north, even further north than the most colonized northern Kingdom," Athena said.
"My mother's Kingdom," Snow murmured. Athena nodded.
"This part of the Enchanted Forest was not usually ventured into and once gone, was quickly forgotten. But King Runeard had been studying it and its mysterious people for a very long time. He commissioned the expedition under the guise of seeking a peace treaty with the Northuldra," the Goddess explained.
"The Northuldra?" David asked.
"A mysterious magical tribe of people that were one with the elements. They embraced the magical gifts of the elements, but respected nature's will. They feared outsiders with good reason, for they knew many would either want control of such power or destroy it out of fear," Athena explained.
"Which one was my grandfather?" Elsa asked, as the image of him appeared and he seemed menacing, with a scowl, as he observed the Northuldra people in the distance.
"Fear, I'm afraid...he feared magic greatly," Athena said, as Elsa looked down sadly. Leo moved to comfort her, but stopped short. They couldn't touch each other right now and it was beyond frustrating.
"What happened and how do we stop...this?" Leo asked, as he held up his electrified hands. Athena directed their attention back to the hologram-like movie before them.
"Runeard approached the tribe under the guise of peace and proposed the building of a dam. He said it would help them further utilize the resources of the land and ocean, but in reality, he planned to use the dam to hinder their connection to the elements and eventually incorporate their enchanted land into his Kingdom," Athena explained.
"But the tribal leader saw through this and the elements were angered when the King murdered the tribal leader, taking him by surprise when he was in prayer," she continued, as they had to watch the King sneak up on the Northuldra leader and slit his throat. Elsa closed her eyes and shook her head in dismay.
"That was an act of war and Arendelle's army overwhelmed the Northuldra with their advanced weaponry. The elements became enraged and as the Northuldra people were slain, one by one, the elements became untamed," Athena explained, as they witnessed many Kingdoms experiencing terrible storms. The Maritime Kingdom nearly was overwhelmed by a hurricane. Phillip's Kingdom experiencing raging twisters, a volcano exploding on one of the southern isles, and finally, a raging winter storm in Snow's Kingdom.
"Wait...what time of year was that snow storm?" Snow asked, as Athena's gaze met hers.
"In the spring of that year...it was the worst winter on record in your Kingdom," Athena said, making her gasp.
"The year I was born," Snow realized.
"Wait…I remember mother once saying that James and I were born about six months after a really hard winter; one that sent our parents further into poverty," David recalled, as they exchanged a glance.
"There are no coincidences," Athena stated.
"By the time you two were born, evil had festered for nearly six hundred years without champions of true love. It is no accident that the elements are championing your children," she added and then looked at Elsa.
"Nor is it an accident that you are also blessed with an elemental gift," Athena said.
"But that doesn't make any sense if my grandfather slaughtered an entire tribe of people!" Elsa exclaimed.
"It does once you know the rest of the story," Athena explained, as she showed them the next part of what occurred.
"Your father, Prince Agnarr, was horrified when the fighting broke out and taken by surprise, not knowing that it was his own father that had sparked the bloodshed. He was knocked unconscious and saved by one of the Northuldra," Athena said, as they watched the young woman save the young prince.
"That's...that's my mother Iduna," Elsa realized.
"Yes...and the only surviving Northuldran person that day. Your parents escaped back to Arendelle. But the trouble was not over. The elements were out of control and Arendelle began to experience the same snow storm that Snow's Kingdom was experiencing. Nature's violence was untamed and threatened to destroy the entire realm," Athena explained.
"Your mother's magic left her that day and she could no longer tame it. The elements wanted vengeance, so Zeus sent Blue to handle it. A colossal mistake, but we did not know about her treachery at the time," Athena explained, as they watched Blue save the embattled, disgraced King Runeard.
"Why did she help him? She doesn't do anything for anyone unless she thinks she can get something from it," Aphrodite pointed out.
"You're correct and she saved him, hoping that she could somehow get control over the elements by using him. But it quickly became clear that only Runeard's death or banishment would quell the anger of the elements," Athena answered.
"So she banished him?" Snow asked. Athena nodded.
"She encased him in a pocket dimension, probably some sort of netherworld. She declined to kill him, in case she ever found a way to control the elements for her own use, but that never happened," the Goddess added.
"And when she died...he was automatically released?" Henry asked. Athena nodded.
"And now the elements are enraged again," David said.
"So...we kill him and that solves the problem," Rumple replied bluntly.
"That's one option...but we have to find him first. Trust me, he will hide until he thinks he can make a move in his favor," Athena said.
"Then what do we do about the storms if his death or banishment is the only way to quell the storms?" Snow asked.
"That used to be the only way...but now we have another way," Athena replied, as she looked to Bobby.
"Me? I can stop the storms?" he asked.
"It won't be easy and it will expend a tremendous amount of energy, but you can quell the elements. It is no accident that you were born with the earth element. You're a conductor for the rest of the elements, which is why you can channel them, but also absorb them," Athena replied.
"That sounds incredibly dangerous...and I don't like it at all," Snow protested.
"Neither do I...but until we find the wayward King Runeard, Bobby may be the only way to quell these storms," the Goddess said sympathetically.
"It's okay, Mom...I want to do this," he said. She sighed and David squeezed his shoulder.
"Can we help him at all with the Chalice?" he asked the Goddess. She nodded.
"Yes...you can help enhance his energy with the Chalice and absorb some of the brunt of it," she replied.
"There may have been no way to deal with the elements before, but there is now. Like I said, it is no accident that your family is tied to the elements. After all, true love is what truly binds humanity and is in-sync with the earth around us," she explained. They nodded and decided that Arendelle should be their first stop.
"And good afternoon, United Realms! I'm Goldilocks, streaming directly to you from Pleasure Island, to bring you the raw, unfiltered news of the day," she said.
"So if you're tired of the likes of Good Morning United Realms, the Storybrooke Mirror, and the Daily Griffin giving you such a rosy picture and fawning all over the royals, then you've come to the correct place," she said.
"Here on my new broadcast, the Golden Pulse, I promise you the gritty truth. I'm sure you've just seen the latest spin that our favorite royals aren't responsible for the adverse weather conditions in numerous Kingdoms and whether that is true or not...the reality is clear. None of the terrible things that befall our lands would happen if the Charmings weren't constantly the reason for it all!" she claimed
"It's time we all wake up to the fact that they are always at the center of every terrible thing that happens. They may stop the calamities, but we all know those problems wouldn't happen without their presence," she added.
"Don't you think it's time we start holding them responsible for it all? If you do...then this broadcast is for you and let me clear. This broadcast promises to put the Charmings and their allies on notice. I'm putting you on notice...Snow White. That's a promise," she said.
After donning proper winter gear, they arrived in Arendelle and met Anna and Kristoff on the outskirts of the Kingdom.
"The storm is getting worse," Kristoff said.
"Is it true? Our grandfather is alive and the reason for all this?" Anna asked.
"I'm afraid so, but we have no idea where he really is," Elsa replied
"Where do we start?" Bobby asked.
"Focus on your earth powers and let them guide you," Rumple instructed. Bobby closed his eyes and was suddenly in another place, but he instantly recognized it. It was the place where he had come to his mother as an adult, even though at the time, he had been a baby. It was the same place that Apollo and Artemis had come to speak to him after Jekyll injected him with his dangerous drug. But the person he was meeting this time was not one he recognized.
"Hi…" he said and she smiled. She was a beautiful blonde, with pink highlights in her hair and she wore a long, flowing white gown with gold trimmings.
"Hello Bobby," she replied.
"So...you know me, but I'm not sure who you are, even though you seem familiar," he said, as he saw a Pegasus flying in the air. It landed beside her and nuzzled her lovingly.
"I'm Serenity," she said. His eyes widened.
"You're Queen Serenity?" he asked in awe and she giggled.
"No...Queen Serenity is my mother. I'm Princess Serenity...her daughter," she replied.
"Then you're like me...a child of true love," he said. She nodded.
"It is the tradition of my mother's bloodline that each first born daughter be named Serenity so that the royal name carries through generations," she explained. He nodded.
"My parents named me after my grandfather and my uncle...but I go by Bobby," he said. She nodded.
"Are you here to tell me how I'm supposed to stop storms from raging in the Kingdoms?" he asked.
"The elements are angered by the return of a man that killed a race of people that they had chosen to bestow their gifts to. It is only justified that the successors of the elements have chosen your family to be the ones to banish this man again," she replied.
"The elements chose us, because we're the products of the truest love?" he asked. She nodded.
"Why didn't the elements choose you or Tigerlily?" he asked curiously.
"With our magic, we can call on the elements like most with magical abilities, but we could never master them the way you and your siblings can. And because you are earth...you can embody them all," she replied.
"Wow...Dad was right. You and your family really like to give cryptic, roundabout answers," he quipped, making her giggle.
"Your wit is refreshing and entertaining," she said.
"This man...we heard the story about him. I guess I just don't get why the elements didn't just destroy him? I mean, wouldn't that make the most sense?" he asked.
"A very valid question...and while the elements can always be a danger in their natural circumstances, they cannot purposely seek to kill anyone. That would be a complete abomination against the laws of nature. A person dying in a natural storm by accident or bad circumstance is much different than purposely striking one down," she explained.
"I guess that makes sense...and explains why they've chosen us to do it for them," he agreed. She nodded.
"Your family is very special...even in this exclusive little club of truest loves and products of it," she said.
"Yeah…people keep telling us that," he drawled. She smiled.
"This man...we have to find him and destroy him to fully appease the elements again?" he asked.
"That may end it...I don't know. I cannot see this man, nor do I know why the shadows shroud him in mystery," she replied.
"Sounds like more than a man then...and he supposedly hates magic. It sounds familiar," he said, as he had little clarity and more confusion.
"You are earth...you'll know what must be done. You can correct this imbalance," she urged.
"No pressure," he muttered and she smiled, surprising him with a kiss on his cheek, which made him go red.
"Go...you are your parent's son. You will be a great hero like them and your siblings," she said. He swallowed thickly.
"Okay...goodbye Princess Serenity," he stammered. She smiled.
"Farewell Prince Bobby," she said, as everything faded and he was once again standing with his family.
"Kid?" Emma asked.
"Uh...sorry, that was weird," he muttered.
"Weird? In the United Realms? No way," Leo said sarcastically.
"I think...everyone needs to channel their elements into me and then I can stop this. Then we'll have to clean it all up," Bobby said.
"You're the boss in this one," Eva replied, as she put her hand on his shoulder and his eyes glowed pink.
"I just hope I don't shock us both to the moon," Leo joked, as he put his hand on his brother's back. Bobby's eyes glowed cobalt and the electricity swirling around Leo ceased. Summer was next and her little brother's eyes glowed lavender and finally Emma put her hand on his back, making his eyes glow white.
"Now Mom and Dad...your element is love and kind of the reason we can do any of this," Bobby said. Snow and David smiled at them and each other, before placing their hands on Bobby's shoulders. His eyes glowed rainbow at that point and a large pulse of pure power exited and there was a rumble beneath them, as the power traveled beneath the ground. They all watched in awe, as the power lit up the ground in a display of multi-colored light, before steam began to rise from the ground and when the billowy steam finally cleared, all the snow was melted. Elsa looked at her hands in awe, realizing that her powers were under control again too.
"One more pulse should do it on that cloud, kid," Emma said. He nodded and they produced another pulse of rainbow colored magic, this time hitting the dark, ominous cloud over Arendelle that was dispelling the cloud that was showering the Kingdom with snow. They smiled.
"Well done, young one," Rumple said.
"Yeah...your powers keep expanding at an amazing rate," Regina added, clearly impressed by the display.
"I...I think we're the new Northuldra. Or like them and we know that Elsa is half Northuldra," Bobby said, as he turned to them.
"This is going to make a great next chapters of the book and get everyone's attention off Elias Grimm's stupid, untrue article," Henry said, as the pen glowed and he went to find a place to work.
"Why do you say that, honey?" Snow asked curiously.
"Earlier when I spaced out...I met Serenity and Endymion's daughter," he confessed.
"Really?" Eva asked in amazement.
"Was she cute?" Leo asked and then received an elbow from his sister.
"What? It's a valid question," he argued and she rolled her eyes, while Bobby blushed. He and David smirked.
"She was cute," Leo said.
"Anyway...I asked why the elements would be so angry at one man and why they didn't just punish him directly," Bobby replied.
"That is a good question. If it were me, I'd just toss a fireball and be done," Regina agreed.
"Princess Serenity said that the elements can't just directly go after someone. It's against nature to seek to kill someone," Bobby explained.
"That makes sense too. When someone perishes in a storm, it's usually an accident. Never intentional," Belle mentioned. He nodded.
"She told me that since most of the Northuldra are gone, except Elsa, that the elements have chosen us to...right their wrongs," he said.
"Naturally…" Emma said in exasperation.
"He's right, you're half Northuldra. You and Anna both," Leo mentioned to his wife.
"Once again, we have to save everything," Summer said.
"Like we don't have enough going on," Eva said.
"So if we find this King and banish him again...then our powers stop going haywire?" Leo asked.
"That's what Serenity alluded to. She didn't exactly give direct answers," Bobby replied.
"Okay then...I guess that's one more villain we need to find," Snow said.
"I still can't believe my grandfather and Arendelle's soldiers were responsible for wiping out an entire tribe," Elsa said sadly.
"Me too...I had no idea that our family line had blood on its hands," Anna added.
"Hey...you two are not guilty of his sins. If you were, then why would your mother have fallen in love with your father?" Kristoff questions.
"He's right. Obviously, she didn't hold his father's actions against your father," Leo agreed.
"Definitely. We are not responsible for the actions of those that came before us. Regina and I both know something about parents that didn't do good things," Snow reminded her.
"Yeah…I haven't met your grandfather, but you have to be pretty bad to hold a candle to my mother," Regina agreed.
"My father was the evil demon Peter Pan. He still beats Cora and Leopold," Rumple chimed in.
"He has us both there," Snow agreed.
"Okay...let's get to Misthaven and handle that storm now," David said, just as his father caught up to them.
"Dad…" James said.
"Did you find out anything on Pleasure Island?" Regina asked.
"Oh yeah...and it's a lot. I'll follow you back to Misthaven and then we can talk," he replied. They nodded and started off. David stopped though and pulled Snow back for a moment.
"Are you okay?" she asked, as she tilted her head. He nodded and caressed her face.
"Are you?" he asked and she released a breath that she didn't even know she was holding, as he pressed his forehead against hers.
"I am...I just worry about all this responsibility being put on Bobby. He's only fourteen," she fretted.
"I know...he's amazing though," he said, making her smile.
"He is...there is so much of you in him and Leo," she gushed. He smiled.
"There is so much of both of us in all of them," he said, as he kissed her tenderly. She slipped her arms around his neck, as they lost themselves in a deep, passionate kiss for a moment.
"If you two are done sucking face, we're leaving now!" Regina called. Their lips parted and they smiled, as they proceeded to leave for their Kingdom now that Arendelle was safe.
Goldie let out a howl of rage, as she watched the news coverage from Arendelle. The entire Charming family had just stopped the storm there in a brilliant display of magic and were once again being hailed as heroes.
"I hate them!" Goldie raged.
"They are quite infuriating...and it seems that anything you do has little to no effect. Meanwhile, you are also wanted for double murder. Explain to me how you are still useful to me and not a complete hindrance?" Rodmilla asked sternly.
"Then provide me with the same magic you have! If you want me to go after Snow White...then I need help," Goldie said.
"Oh no...you cannot be allowed this power. I know you would not hesitate to harm my lovely Snow," Jekyll refuted, as he took a seat at the table.
"This is why we're losing! Dr. Psycho here won't let us harm the precious, perfect Snow White!" Goldie argued.
"She does make a valid point, Dr. My entire purpose is to see that little retch suffer," Rodmilla pointed out. At that, Jekyll lost his temper and he slammed his fists on the table, leaving burnt scorch marks there.
"We are doing things my way! Snow White will be mine and that doesn't involve harm coming to her!" he growled.
"So we wait around on you to tinker in your lab until you're ready to strike?" Goldie challenged.
"Oh by all means, go ahead and attempt to take on the Charmings by yourself. I'm sure that will end swimmingly for you," he retorted and she clenched her teeth in annoyance.
"Perhaps you'll welcome one more into this circle of the diabolical," a new voice said, as an older gentleman made his way into the room.
"Who the bloody hell are you?" Jekyll questioned.
"I am the reason the elements are ravaging the lands as we speak," he claimed.
"You?" Goldie questioned.
"It's quite a story...but I assure you that I am a very dangerous man and can aid your cause in not only the destruction you seek...but the domination you thirst for," he said.
"Wait...how did you get in here? My guards should have stopped you," Rodmilla said, as she stood up. He smirked and motioned to the entryway.
"You mean those guards?" he asked, as they observed the two bodies on the floor. Their skin was gray and their eyes were frozen open in death.
"How...how did you do that?" Jekyll asked.
"The elements champion the children of the sun...or truest loves and their children. But I am the reason the elements are angry again. I was released from my prison upon the Blue Fairy's death and I am the antithesis of the elements," he explained.
"When I committed the acts I did...something happened to me when I was banished away, locked in a barren wasteland. I became something more, as if the darkness heard my pathos and gave me an answer. A path to revenge…" he said.
"I am the lost element, one very little known. I sucked the life from your soldiers with a mere touch. I am void," he said. They were very interested, as he began to spin his entire tale for them.
The rain and lightning ceased and the ground dried up, as the sun shined once again on Misthaven.
"Wow...that was a lot of energy. I'm starving now," Bobby said, as they went inside. Regina responded and a stack of pizzas appeared on the table.
"Yes...thanks Nana," Bobby said, as he started chowing down. She shrugged.
"Feeding you is what I do," she said, as they all sat down and attention turned to Xander.
"Well...how bad is it?" David asked.
"Pretty bad...because Jekyll has perfected his method of providing magic to a willing participant, without the side effects," Xander replied.
"How?" Snow asked.
"He created these...gloves and the person wearing them can now use simulated magic," he explained.
"Drizella Tremaine is locked up again though. Who is he going to give them to?" Henry asked. Xander looked at all of them and sighed.
"That bad, huh?" Leo asked. He nodded.
"He's given them to Rodmilla Tremaine. They're working together," he revealed. That made David rise from his seat and clench his fists, as he attempted to keep his emotions in check.
"David…" Snow said, as she followed him and put her hands on his shoulders.
"It's going to be okay," she assured.
"The woman that tortured you, without magic, now has it," he said.
"I hate to say it...but he's right. She was dangerous and formidable before, with just her wealth and status. We cannot underestimate her," Regina replied.
"Nor can we count on her to not go after Snow. I'm sure Jekyll has been insistent that she's not physically harmed...but we cannot trust that woman to listen to him," Aphrodite said.
"You have no idea how right you are," Xander said.
"What else has she done?" Belle asked.
"She has erected herself a lavish castle all her own on Pleasure Island and is calling herself...the new Evil Queen. And if that wasn't bad enough, she's recruited every low life scumbag in that place to be an army for her. The doctor is already working on enhanced weapons for them all," he explained.
"Did you spot Goldie there?" Emma asked. He nodded.
"Oh yeah...she's already teamed up with the whole retched gang. She and Grimm are leading the way in doing hit pieces on this family in the media. She has her own show again," he said.
"That's not going to satisfy them for long. I'm the real source of information and most know it, even in the Land Without Magic. They may enjoy the gossip and dirt Grimm is publishing, but it won't last. I countered it all. Pretty soon, he'll be publishing tabloid fodder," Henry argued.
"That's why they already have another plan," Xander said.
"Boy...the hits keep on coming," Bobby muttered through a mouthful of food.
"What do you mean?" David asked his father.
"I mean I heard them admit that they were behind the blackout and you're never going to believe how they did it," Xander replied.
"Then don't keep us in suspense," Rumple urged.
"I don't know how...but they somehow managed to get blood from both of you," Xander said.
"That doesn't make any sense...how?" David wondered and Snow's eyes widened.
"Munchkin land...that whole thing was a ruse. It had to be...you got cut," Snow said and his eyes widened.
"And the flowers...the thorns cut you," he realized.
"With the right enchantment on the flowers and the weapon that cut you...it's possible they somehow obtained some blood. But we're talking a very tiny amount," Regina surmised.
"But it was enough for a few drops of ink...enough to create a modicum of chaos," Henry deduced.
"And now that they know it works...Grimm wants more. He wants to write his own book, but unlike Isaac's twisted version, this one would be written with magical blood," Xander said.
"That could have untold consequences," Rumple said gravely.
"Then we don't let it happen. We know what they're up to, so we stop them," David said.
"Yeah...can you imagine what kind of stories those psychopaths would write for us?" Leo wondered allowed and Snow shivered.
"He...he's going to use our own blood against us. He's going to use our love against us…" she fretted.
"No...never. That's not possible," he promised.
"He's never going to stop...unless we stop him," she said. He gazed into her eyes and realized she was right.
"You're right...let's end this now," he agreed, as he took her hand and they strode purposefully toward the double doors.
"Crap...that will be a disaster," Leo said.
"Let's go stop them. Walking into Jekyll's playground is the last thing we should do right now. Trust me," Xander said, as they hurried after them.
"Mom! Dad!" the Charming kids called after them. A hasty act at this point with so many villains and danger afoot could lead to disaster and they refused to lose their parents to this madness...
