AN: I don't own Naruto/Star Wars: Legends

Uncomfortable twinges of pain from cramped muscles sparked tiny motes behind closed eyes as the return of consciousness began to return. Gasping, It was immediate that slowly shifting only sparked more jolts of pain as something dug deeply into his back. Grimacing, trying to grip something, anything, was met as a near fruitless endeavor as Naruto tried to pick himself up. Everything hurt, and he could only think of so much before the pain drown everything out.

"...Focus."

Grimacing, Naruto began drawing on the pain, trying to use it to sharpen his senses. His grasp was weak and pitiful, as each attempt to reach out and draw upon the Force was met with his own mind seeming to scream and thrash at him, leaving him without the Force to bolster him. It felt as though he was alone, and weak, forced to rely on his own strength alone if he wanted to do anything through the pain he felt in the moment.

It was something he hadn't had to deal before, and a sensation he could barely recall ever having before. Being without the Force suddenly made him anxious and tense, which did no good when he felt the sharp pain in his back. Something was digging into his back, causing him discomfort. He had to stand up. To get away from the pain, and to have a moment to focus.

Groaning, he managed to roll forwards, staggering until he fell on his hands and knees. Coughing softly, he fell on his side, quickly trying to push himself upright only to find his muscles fighting him. Slowly, struggling and needing to take a moment to reorient himself, he shifted himself, focused, and managed to finally push himself back to a standing position.

Blinking and trying to push past the haze the pain left him in, everything seemed blurry. He needed to clear his head. Breathing slowly, he tried to rub his face, staring at everything around him in confusion. This room wasn't the Archives, it was somewhere else. Somewhere with boxes, or perhaps crates?

"Focus!"

Naruto nodded to himself, patting himself down. To his surprise, he couldn't find his cloak. The one he'd gotten from Kalee. He'd never left it far from his reach before. Had he left it behind? No, he'd been wearing it. Had it fallen off? Where was he?

Gritting his teeth, he made his way around the room. Was he trapped? Had someone taken him? Suddenly his world went tunnel visioned, and he fell to his knees, fingers digging into his neck in momentary horror before he sighed shakily. No collar. No leash. It was a relief, but his heart thundered in his chest even so. Gasping, he blinked and clenched his fingers around the collar of his shirt as he took a moment of comfort from that fact.

"Focus... focus..."

His voice this time. He was speaking aloud to himself. The words were dry, and his throat felt cracked. How long had he been out? Rubbing at his throat, he grimaced, trying again to recenter himself. His mind was so muddled. What had happened?

"You were drugged kid."

Jiraiya. Jiraiya had been speaking to him. Not the most helpful, but maybe he knew more. "When...?"

"Probably whatever that drink was. I... couldn't go far from you, so I couldn't see much. Kid, something weird is going on here."

"No..." He tried to say 'no shit', but his throat felt like it closed in on itself again. Curling up, he pressed his forehead to the floor. "... who?"

"I don't know. He was wearing some weird mask when he came back for you. Took your cloak, dropped you in here, and just kinda left."

"Why?"

"Kid, you know more about these Jedi and the galaxy than I do. You tell me."

"Can't think... I can't even think now." Naruto slowly shoved himself to his feet, coughing roughly. "Damn it..."

Back on his feet, he moved towards the door, groping his hand until he pulled out his shoto. They hadn't disarmed him; a poor, foolish choice on their part. Unarmed, he was dangerous. With his lightsaber, he was still a threat.

Pressing his hand against the door, he felt his way to the switch to open it to see if it would open. Pressing it, he almost feel back when it snapped open. Just like that? No playing around with finding what he needed, or anything to that effect? It just, opened.

Slowly stumbling out, he kept his lightsaber off and held in a reverse grip, not wanting to start swinging without his head on straight. Taking a moment, he tried to figure out where he was, and found his mind seeming more and more befuddled the more he tried to think. Slowly, he let his defensive posture drop, and his lightsaber began to fumble in his hand until he gripped it tighter, cursing as he tried to piece what was happening together.

He was still in the Temple. That had to be where he was. The walls, the lighting, everything screamed hallways of the Jedi Temple. So, he wasn't among enemies. That was good. But, he'd also woken up in some random side room, and had no idea where in the Temple he was. Not the worst, but annoying.

Slowly moving his way through the halls, he tried to stitch the rest of it together as well. The drink had been drugged. Not poisoned, though perhaps drugging was still considered a form of poison with how his connection to the Force felt. He was alive, which meant they hadn't intended to kill him, which was good. Or bad. No, it was probably worse that he was alive. Why drug him and drag him around if they didn't have a point to it? There was a point. Strategically it had to have a purpose.

Unless it didn't? What if it was a prank? He'd been one who had run around and done a lot of different things throughout the Temple when he was younger. A prank wasn't out of the question... except, no prank he'd ever done had involved drugging someone and dragging them around the Temple. That was steps too far than he was willing to cross. So that left him with someone had a purpose to it. A reason. Something they were wanting to do. Maybe something they wanted him to do?

Trying to figure where he was felt like wading through a swamp without the ability to stand on the water. It was maddening, and frustrating to look around and feel himself struggling to put one foot in front of the other. His head pounded, keeping the Force from him despite his attempts to reach through and draw upon it for help. He was on his own, in friendly, but dangerous territory.

Stumbling, he tried to focus again. Focus. Why was it so hard to focus? What had they given him that had him so off balance?

He was in an open room, with a number of other people milling about. A few glanced at him, seeming to take note of his presence, causing him to shift his lightsaber to a more concealed hold. No need to cause trouble. A scene would cause only more trouble. Trying to nod and shake it off, he stumbled as he stepped forwards, rubbing his face and trying to get feeling back into him. The Force. Where was the Force?

Reaching out, a feeling of desperation almost filled him as he tried to reach out for the Force. It was like it was slipping through his fingers, forcing him inwards. With a frustrated growl, he began to do so, focusing on the techniques he had learnt with his father, and tried to focus on the Force within himself. It wouldn't help him predict anything, or allow him to utilize the Force as it was around him, but it was something. Something he could almost immediately grasp, and hold onto, giving his body a new sense of strength as his head began to feel like it was suffering from a migraine to the point he was seeing spots throughout his vision.

A sound caught his ear, making him perk up. Others around him seemed to take a moment too, looking back the way he did, meaning he wasn't just hearing things. Someone was screaming. Stumbling back, he moved towards it. A few others behind him sounded like they were beginning to do the same, but they'd been seated; he was up, and by drawing from his strength within, he could move quick as ever. Using the last second of contact to push himself at speeds that should have had him slamming into walls, Naruto ran. He ran, and he tried to find his way to where he'd heard them; unknowing of the cause, the reason, or anything else except a desire to help.

Moving through the halls, his eyes sharpened for a brief instance as he saw where the sound was coming from. Just a few steps more, and he stood in its doorway. The scene inside caused him to stumble when he saw what was within. It was a casual training room, with a scene that clenched his gut from how sudden and jarring it was to see in the Temple. The sound of wailing, and gnashing of teeth alone shook him, almost forcing him to stumble back at the screams of agony and pain.

In the room sat several people. Padawans, or perhaps other Knights, were moving around a room of carnage. Multiple people were in the room, cut apart with the tell-tale marks of a lightsaber, with one padawan having buried her face into the chest of their master. A familiar face. One that had him slowly stepping in, staring at the scene and feeling his heart sink.

Master Jmmaar.

"Who..." Naruto's voice was still quiet and his throat caught. Someone had managed to come into the Jedi Temple and cause this kind of chaos? Glancing to the side, he saw another familiar face among the dead, held by their padawan, T'chook D'oon. Holding him was Flynn Kybo, his young human padawan; he'd met both on Abbaji, when he'd arrived with his master T'chooka D'oon as part of the Jedi team that had been sent to aid the Yam'rii. The young man was gripping something, staring down at it with an expression of grim determination. "What is it?"

Flynn turned around, his eyes suddenly flashing with a rage the likes of which Naruto hadn't seen since the Huk War. As he turned, Naruto felt his heart drop. Held in the hand of T'chooka D'oon, was a cloak. A very particular cloak, that Flynn would have seen before. The cloak he'd been given by the Kalee. His cloak.

"You!"

Naruto backpedaled immediately, the snap-hiss of Flynn's lightsaber snapping to life causing more than a few people to yelp and leap to the side as Flynn drew on the Force and threw himself upon Naruto. Racing back into the hall, Naruto cursed himself, trying again to reach out to the Force through his pounding headache. Hearing the hum of Flynn's lightsaber swung near his head, Naruto snapped his shoto out and parried it at the last second, immediately set on the defensive.

Defense had never been a good position for him. Caught flatfoot, trying both to explain himself - to no avail, block or dodge, and keep out of Flynn's reach, turned out to be a challenge. Only the time he'd spent honing his reflexes kept him from being carved in half, each swing hissing close to him, with one swing going so close his ear at one point that he could almost feel the lightsaber's hum, drawing a yelp from him as he leapt back.

As he stepped back, he slammed into someone, causing Naruto's eyes widened and curses to fly out of him rapidly. Of course, the scream would've attracted attention, and people would've been running as well. Flailing around with a lightsaber wasn't the best choice at all then, and could get people hurt. Apologizing under his breath, he groped wildly in the Force, trying desperately to get some strength - any strength - and managed to feel as though the tips of his fingers gripped some small bit of it, giving him the time and strength to throw it behind him, throwing those people back in a mild stumble away from them as Flynn's lightsaber hummed and swung so close to his face that it cause the spots he'd seen before to feel like they exploded across his vision.

Cursing, Naruto leapt straight up, drawing on the Force within himself to attempt gripping on the side of a wall. Hearing the snarling of Flynn, he felt like he was safe for a moment. Just a moment was all he needed. "What the hell? What's-"

"Shut up!"

Before he could get out more, Flynn's hand reached out and ripped him off the wall. Naruto choked as he hit the ground, not able to turn himself in time to catch himself. No, that wasn't right. He should've had more than enough time. Grunting, he rolled rapidly, the crackling of lightsaber cutting through where he'd been just a second before. Cursing, he tried to throw out his hand to push Flynn back, wincing when Flynn was faster, slamming him against a wall.

"You killed them! I know it!" Spinning his blade he moved up, the glint in his eyes one he'd seen before; of a man who had lost all patience, and had tendrils of wild darkness he had never considered clawing at him, trying both to strangle him, and to do the same to the one who they hated. "I won't let you hurt anyone else!"

Naruto struggled to speak, pinned to the wall, gritting his teeth as he closed his eyes. The Force was there, if he could just focus through the ache of his mind, he could do it. Feeling the wisps of the Force held clutched in his weak grip, he began pushing back against Flynn, trying to free himself and get down. The action was noticed immediately, and had the adverse effect of Flynn deciding that he needed to rush him.

Raising his shoto, he was able to hold Flynn back as he connected, the sparks of their lightsabers clashing causing a further pain as they locked sabers. Gritting his teeth through he'd been hit, he tried to shift his position, forcing him into an even more precarious position when Flynn's lightsaber began moving to hover closer to his face.

"I should've known since Abbaji." Flynn's voice was like a thunderclap in his ears, far too loud to have simply been spoken. "They spoke of your violence, and I tried to warn them. Now look what you've done!"

"It wasn't me-"

"You even had the audacity to come back? To try and look innocent?" Flynn snarled, the blade now so close Naruto could almost feel it singeing bits of his hair. "I know better! I see through your lies, and won't let you get away with-"

For a moment, Flynn pushed harder, and a sudden strength filled him to a point that perhaps could successfully overwhelm Naruto with its ferocity as he was. Then, Naruto felt the weight lifted, and Flynn cursed as he was yanked back and away from him. Behind him, a young Falleen woman held out her hand, moving over to Naruto and looking him over quickly. "... are you okay?"

"No." Naruto picked himself up, wincing as he stumbled. "There's been a misunderstanding here, but he's not listening."

She stared at him, seeming uneasy, but slowly held out her hand. "Maybe you shouldn't-"

Naruto didn't even bother thinking as his eyes snapped behind her. Reaching around her waist and pulling her close, he threw himself over her as he tackled her away from Flynn's next assault. The sound of the lightsaber carving through the wall resounded behind them, and Naruto rolled to all but throw her to the side so he could defend himself. Once more he was pushed back, forced to keep his eyes open on alert, least Flynn cut through his defenses and get a hit on him as he had no warning otherwise.

Flynn was maybe a year younger than him, but his skills with his lightsaber combat still allowed him to have the advantage against Naruto in his dazed and weakened state. Inwardly Naruto cursed whatever it was that plaguing him, and whoever had done it to him. Dancing blades between him, Naruto's eyes flickered, noting another person coming. More people was bad; he didn't want any others to get hurt trying to stop Flynn from hurting him.

In the corner of his eye, he saw the sudden glow of another lightsaber and felt the pit of his stomach clench. Their eyes were set on Naruto, and they moved up to join Flynn, rather than intercept. He could still handle himself, especially as his strength returned, but if they caught him slipping even once, he could be in trouble.

There was another light that suddenly sprung alight behind him, and the Falleen was beside Naruto again, her blade catching the blade of the other person who had joining Flynn. Naruto groaned softly at the wild look in their eyes as they glared both him and the Falleen down. In that moment, suddenly it was all to clear that this was going to either result in pain, injury, or someone's death. They would not be relenting; not when they had someone beside them to embolden each other.

"Get out of the way Iowen."

"You're being idiots!"

Naruto nodded, leaning back and kicking Flynn harshly in the chest. The new person who joined began dancing his blade in an attempt to clip him, but Iowen's own was quick to answer, keeping him off of Naruto as Flynn picked himself back up. Or, was picked back up, as two more Jedi stood next to him, their blades coming to life as well.

"Son of a Hutt..." Naruto whispered, eyes feeling like they were rattling in his head as he saw the three of them move towards him. Each had a fully functional, long bladed lightsaber, and he had a shoto. Worse, they were all angry, and eager to fight; Naruto wasn't. "Listen, I don't - I wasn't-"

They screamed, and rushed him, forcing Naruto to action. Ducking and weaving between the blades was more than most could hope for, and only quick interventions of his shoto on many parts kept him from having more than bits of his clothing cut away at. The entire hallway seemed to be screaming, people shouting and trying to call for the Temple Guards to come and put a stop to the fighting. Others intervening would mean they would be picking a side, something that could cause more trouble than good for those who were as of now only onlookers.

Cursing, Naruto was forced back. These were not initiates lime Anakin, but were trained and skilled practitioners of lightsaber combat. Each of them had a different style, making dodging troublesome. Occasionally they needed to move and draw back to give each other space as they weren't used to fighting together, which was Naruto's main saving grace at the moment. Gasping out, adrenaline only helping keep him alive by virtue of his reflexes moving fast enough to block and parry, he felt his head pounding like the thundering of a storm without end, his eyes watering as he struggled to keep up.

Iowen was clearly not the greatest duelist herself, keeping up if only by virtue of a constant retreat, and poking through the other padawan's guard when he tried to leave her to focus on Naruto. Still, catching sight of her slipping, Naruto saw him knock her over and cursed. Keep fighting, or help her...

The moment the thought entered his mind, the Force suddenly was in his grasp, and he was a blur. Leaving his opponents to stumble, he was suddenly between his fight with the three, he moved between Iowen and clashed once more. He heard the surprised shock as his new opponent swung wildly, and Naruto felt a sudden start when the blade moved close enough to almost cleave off his hand. Only a quick jerk of his hand away kept that from happening, but a sickening sound of lightsaber through metal filled his ears and the faint orange glow of his lightsaber faded as he saw it cleave through the emitter of his shoto.

He'd broken his lightsaber.

With a howl, Naruto dropped the remains of his shoto. The triumphant look on the padawan's face was short lived and soon his head snapped backwards as Naruto slammed his fist into his face, breaking his nose. As he reached up to grip his face, Naruto gripped his arm and with a sharp pull, he heard their arm pop out of its socket, the padawan's lightsaber dropping free of his grip as he threw him into the crowd. Dropping under an overhead slash, Naruto picked up their lightsaber and heard the familiar snap-hiss of its blade igniting and catching another blade from carving into his back as the others finally caught up.

Hearing another blade humming as it approached, Naruto tried to back up again, swinging and catching another aimed for his side, only to see a third aimed for his chest. A single stroke, the sort that was would end a fight, and an opponent; permanently. A stroke he wasn't fast enough to block, not with the others on top of him. No. No not like this. Not now!

As it closed in on him, a red blade sprung forth, catching the blade and causing the three moving upon him to jump in a start. The moment was enough for a completely cloth covered hand to stretch forwards and slam into them with the Force, throwing the three back. Turning, Naruto blinked as the heat of his anger tempered, his emotions still wild and barely within the tips of his fingers grasp, but thankfully not bleeding into his use if the Force.

Next to him was a form he'd seen before. Completely covered from head to foot, no skin showing at all, even his head wrapped with goggles to let them see out without exposing their eyes. The garb of a Tusken Raider. a younger one, closer to his own age.

"... Hett?"

"Some of these fools here are hindering the guards." A'Sharad Hett's voice was tinged with more than a hint of frustration, his lightsaber held in an aggressive stance. "This could all be over and done with if we could simply get them to move out of the way."

"You don't have to defend me..." Naruto muttered, and found himself smiling when he heard a faint, derisive snort.

"Like you didn't have to defend my people? You have proven yourself a friend... and an ally. Even if you choose to not cover yourself."

"Hey, I'm dressed, I just..." The joking left him immediately, his hand moving to where his cloak would rest on his shoulders. "... I'm being set up."

A'Sharad glanced to him, and a faint growl gave Naruto enough to know he was likely scowling. "And that's why this started? Figures as much. Guys like these have been looking for a fight."

"I don't want one." Naruto muttered, seeing them snarling at him as they circled them.

"You should've thought of that before you killed my master!" Flynn threw himself at Naruto again, this time with his friends intercepted by Iowen and A'Sharad alike, with another voice behind them shouting at the padawan Naruto had stolen the lightsaber of.

"Xiaan is keeping him down. Good." A'Sharad moved around the padawan he was dueling, forcing them to focus on him or have to deal with a far less drugged, and far more aggressive opponent.

Iowen was still far less the duelist, but by keeping near Naruto, he could cover for when they tried taking advantage of her fumbles. The longer the fight went, and the more his heart thundered against this situation, the clearer his body and mind became, letting him move between their strikes and slowly begin overtaking the two with blows that threw them more off balance.

Lashing out, Naruto threw out his hand and slammed the Force into them, trying to pin Flynn to the floor and keep him from attacking so he could talk, but both of them began pushing back, forcing Naruto back towards the crowd. He could hear more than a few milling about, and could almost hear a few of them beginning to unclip lightsabers from their belts. It was going to become a bloodbath if something didn't change.

"What's going on here?!"

Despite the voices of the guards, the three didn't relent, the voices to far to intervene in time. Iowen did though, and tried to speak up, only to for her opponent to step in and slam the butt of his lightsaber against her head in the brief moment she tried to speak, throwing her to the floor. Naruto stepped in, gripping their wrist to keep them from swinging down on Iowen, grunting when his opponent dropped his lightsaber into his other hand to try and keep jabbing at him. With Flynn still trying to attack him, he had moved into possibly the worst places to be in this current fight.

The guards were still not anywhere near the fight, meaning Naruto was forced to continue his duel without intervention. Hearing the guards seemed to throw the two into a frenzy rather than calm them, causing them to begin attacking with such a ferocity that Naruto didn't have to question or wonder if they were tapping into the dark side; they were wreathing themselves in it like a cloak, trying to let it fuel them and allow them to cut him down.

As the guards broke through, Naruto would immediately regret his next choice. Their blades moved so quickly, the two of them trying to use his position between them to throw him into a place where he'd be cut down in one fell swoop. So, he simply used his teleportation straight upwards, moving above their swinging blades. It was his next move that would haunt him; a choice that was reflex, and instinct. A choice that he wouldn't have made had he been thinking fully.

As it was, as gravity drew his weight down, he used the momentum of it, slamming his feet against each of their arms, dropping their blades downwards and through the others arm, causing them to cut the others arm off.

The two padawans stared in shock, and the people around seemed to share in the silence. Before anyone could react, Naruto had landed and threw his hands upwards, lifting the two off the ground a half second before he dropped them to the ground and slammed them into it, pinning them there. Panting, almost wheezing, his face drenched in a sweat as every part of him shook violently, he fell to his knees and began retching, coughing and struggling as his mental grip on the Force slipped at the same moment, leaving him hunched over on the floor.

Hearing a new humming from lightsaber blades, Naruto slowly looked up. Around him in a ring, yellow lightsaber blades pointed at him in a clearly defensive stance as they all tried to ensure he wouldn't stand. Idly, he counted the number. Six. Maybe if he was at his best he could outrun them. As he was, he didn't feel like fighting them, and certainly couldn't.

Leaving the lightsaber he'd had to take on the floor, he coughed again as he noted Master Drallig approaching. Turning to him, he held up a hand. "Master Drallig, I-"

"We will get to questioning you in a moment." One of the guards motioned the blade closer, forcing Naruto back into the center of them. "Look at what you've done. Are you proud of yourself?"

Naruto opened his mouth to speak, then slowly looked around. So many were watching, and behind the guards, the two padawans lay there in shock. He'd seen the kind of shock from such injuries before, and he slowly shifted his posture. A'Sharad had managed to detain and keep the final padawan from moving, but then he'd done so without injuring them significantly. These two would need prosthetic arms.

"I don't know what's going on." Naruto spoke softly, shaking his head. "I don't-"

"Naruto Uzumaki, you are under arrest for the murder of nine Jedi, including Masters D'oon and Jmmaar."

Cin's voice cut through the silence, and the voices of the onlookers all but exploded into barely hushed discussion. Naruto blinked, recalling the room and the carnage. Yes, there had been a number killed, but considering how much difficulty he'd just had, he was surprised to hear how many people sounded like they seemed to think he could. Had it been for any other instance, or for any other reason, Naruto might have been pleased that they had such faith; as it stood, the fact hey had such faith in the wrong part of that statement. They had faith he'd have the capacity to kill multiple Jedi, in the Temple.

"There's been some mistake..." Naruto stared, but trailed off as Cin looked to him with a look of disappointment.

"I'm afraid there hasn't. Security caught image of a person matching one of your aliases entering the meeting room of those masters and alerted us."

"Security - Master I was unconscious!" Naruto pleaded, a sudden pit in his stomach. "Someone drugged me in the Archives. I-"

"Naruto." Cin stepped forward, moving his hand to have the guards step to the side. When he was closer to Naruto, he leaned in. "I am aware that something is wrong... but someone did see you on the cameras, and if we do not take you away from here, do you think the people here will let you walk away? More importantly, do you think that others will not be harmed if you do decide to attempt to fight?"

Slowly, his eyes panned to the people behind Cin. There were a number milling about, fear evident in their eyes. Around him were a number of Jedi who looked ready to riot, to run, or to scatter. Each of those emotions Naruto had seen during the war, and he knew the dangers of each. If they fought, people would be harmed by the wild swings of others nearby them. If they ran, others could be brought into a fight they didn't want. If they scattered, they might trample one another underfoot. Likely only Jedi training had kept them from such for as long as they had, and kept them from acting now.

"... why are there so many people here?" Naruto whispered, unable to make sense of it. There were many Jedi in the Order, but this was so many for one area. Was there something that had been going on before the fight that had drawn them there? A disturbance in the Force?

"We're looking into that as well." Cin slowly pulled out a set of manacles, giving Naruto a firm look. He gave Naruto the option to resist, as though testing his nature. The truth of who he was.

Slowly, Naruto held out his arms, letting Cin place them on him. The fading adrenaline made him feel like his chest was tightening into a pain the likes of which he hadn't felt. As he opened his mouth to say something more, A'Sharad spoke up. "He was not the one who started all this. Why are you arresting him?"

"He is going to be taken to detainment, where we can get answers in peace." Cin slowly turned, looking to everyone. "Now is not the time for such things as this. Disperse! Go to you rooms, go about your business! A'Sharad, you will come with us. There will be questions for you as well."

The people around began mulling about, needing the guards to begin calling the same as Cin had, getting them to move away. A few others were stopped though, brought over to assist those guards in taking Flynn and his cohort to the medical bay. Watching them leave, barely seeming conscious of the world around them, Naruto could only pity them, and their anger.

As they passed, another guard pushed through the crowd, moving over to Cin. He had something wrapped in cloth, and seemed to shift about nervously. Cin, upon seeing him, slowly nodded, then perked up. "... speak, Jax."

Naruto's head lifted, his hope rising. Jax? Maybe he had a friend among all this chaos. Surely he'd understand. But, from the way he held the cloth-covered object, there was something about his posture that was anxious, confused, and perhaps even worried. What had he found?

"I just, wanted to say for the record," Jax began, his hands tightening around the object. "That I do not think Naruto is responsible...it's all too much... but..."

Pulling the cloth off it, Naruto found his mind going blank. There, nestled in the cloth, cut through by the blade of some other lightsaber, was another lightsaber; one of bone, and of wood. His warsaber, no longer whole, cleaved in twain.

Slowly, Naruto closed his eyes. Throwing his head back, he tried to contain himself, to keep some form of decorum through all this. Yet, as tears ran down his face, he wept, and let himself sink to his knees.

His home was not safe. His weapons were destroyed. And he... he was now, more than ever, truly lost.

AN: And... scene. This has been something I've been working towards for a while and boy... was it an interesting one to consider to try and get right. I actually revised it and added on 700+ words when i realized certain things didn't make complete sense. It's been a long time coming but oh do worth it.

Q&A Time

ClassyUlysses: Is Naruto gonna become the kurama form later on and Naruto home planet will he visit again? I'm assuming by the time Pain will be the next villain for him. And lastly what's Naruto pairing?

At some point to both, in due time. It'll be a while though, as I've plenty more to get into first. Which means Pein is not his next villain, yet.

Multi pairing. I haven't picked the exact number, but top 3 were Aurra, Aayla, and Padme.

Vizard890: Will Naruto stay a Jedi?

I mean, for now he's certainly going to still call himself a Jedi, but... well...

Guest: Naruto was POISONED!? Who did it and why!? That is going to send the whole Temple into LOCKDOWN

No, no~ ... this will.

Stonepotrice: Random question is the droid that helped naruto look in the archives a droid that gonk "recruited "?

That one specifically? Hard to say (yes) as the network has grown even while he was gone. Also good catch on how long I've been building stuff like this up! It's been a blast knowing it would lead here.

Thank you all for your reviews, they are always great to read. If you haven't seen, the poll to go over the pairing options for Anakin on my Profile page. I look forward to seeing who you choose, and how I'll be able to consider and use it through the building story.

May this chapter find you well, and may the Force be with you.
