Welcome back to Ignitus' Wisdom! Today, our Smash wrap up series continues with something quintessential to these little intros to begin with. As each can only occur on a unique stage: Shadow Moses Island and Skyworld for Snake and Pit respectively. So to make this work, Spyro is getting a Stage in this game, as all DLC fighters do. But he's not alone. Cynder will be getting one too. So, let's see what location these two call home!
Spyro's Stage: Dragon Temple
A rather simplistic stage in essence, consisting of one large platform, two stationary ones, and two larger mobile platforms: one vertical, the other horizontal. We start off in the Dojo area, and transition overtime out to the Balcony area
The main stage hazard is the movement of the large dragon statue in the background of the Dojo section, which lowers into the floor randomly. the shaking of which can move enemies off the edge if they're standing close enough.
Other stage hazards include training dummies that randomly spawn on the Dojo section. They don't attack anything and are destroyed in one hit, but they can get caught in Final Smashes in place of actual players. The chaos caused by these dummies can be used as an excellent distraction by a player familiar with their movement patterns. On the Balcony section, the stage hazard is Dreadwing bombardments
The Omega and Battlefield forms take away the extra platforms and show the Temple at night rather than during the day like the normal stage does.
