And now I bring you the start of a few flash fictions that are connected to each other! Enjoy!
The hot sun was way up high in the sky, peering over a crowded beach in non-magical Britain.
Why was the beach so crowded, you ask? Because today was the annual Sand Sculpture building contest. There were two particular entrants in this tournament who had recently become well known around these parts because they had swept the entrants in the previous competition by a landslide.
These entrants were Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley. After the war, these two had decided that perhaps spending some time in the Muggle world where things weren't as... strange, for lack of a better word. Harry and Ginny had clear ideas for what sculptures they wanted to build, and despite them being a couple, they were not willing to spoil their plans to each other.
The competition was just about to start and the two of them took their places, at opposite ends of the competition grounds.
This is it! I can't wait for Ginny and the judges to see what I am making! Harry thought.

The competition began. Everyone had exactly one hour to build their sculpture.
