Rosalie had sat with Allison while she ate her breakfast, catching up with each other before heading to the library where Seth and the rest of the Cullens were at. As soon as Rosalie opened the doors to the library, Allison instantly felt herself be pulled into a bear hug. Allison smiled, Emmett was the only one that'll risk giving her a bear hug.

"Jesus, Alley, you sure had me worried when you didn't come back," Emmett said, not letting her go.

"Sorry." Emmett put her down on her feet.

"So you're Queen now, huh?" Emmett looked at her, a huge smile was painted on his face.

"I know, it's shocking." Her eyes moved over to Edward, he still looked upset, she alreadyaccepted his apology the other day. Her eyes suddenly went to Alice. "I'm guessing you didn't have a vision of this?"

"No," Alice said. She got up, making her way over to her and wrapped her in a hug. "It's always difficult to see you in them."

Allison hugged her back. "I know." Allison suddenly felt that feeling she got last time, that something was going to happen. Her eyes made contact with Jasper, of course, he would be the one that would pick up on her. It's fine, Jasper. She mentally sent to him, putting up a wall so Edward couldn't hear.

Always trust that feeling. Make sure you stay with one of us or the Volturi.

Will do. She dropped the wall, ignoring the fact that Edward looked at her with a questioning look. She went to go sit beside Seth, her eyes wondered over to Bella. Bella was basically clinging to Edward, she wondered if it was because they were in Volterra and the Volturi wanted her turned or she was worried that Edward would disappear. She decided she wasn't going to be too overconcerned about Bella, right now she just wanted to spend time with her family.

After four hours of spending quality time with her family, Giovanni had came to the library to gather the Cullens for whatever reason that the kings wanted to speak to them about. If Bella was a vampire, she would've crushed Edward's arm by the way she was holding on to him. Giovanni had stated that since Seth was a shapeshifter, her and Allison would be fine on their own.

While the rest of the Cullen family went to go see the kings, Allison stayed in the library with Seth and Bella. Her and Seth were in full-blown conversation but she kept getting distracted by the way Bella looked.

Singing, Allison got up. "Who's hungry?"

"I am." Seth jumped up.

Allison looked at Bella. "How about you Bella? Wanna grab something to eat?"

Bella looked up at her. "S-sure." She got up.

Allison led them out of the library, towards the human side of the building where the cafeteria was located. She kept looking back at Bella, making sure she didn't get lost or any of the guards or some vampire had taken her... not like that'll ever happen, but the possibility was high. When they got to the cafeteria, it was empty.

"So.. do we order or make the food ourselves?" Seth asked.

"The Volturi does have chefs, but right now, they are on break," Allison said. "We can make the food ourselves."

"I'll make us some sandwiches," Seth said with a smile, as he made his way to the kitchen.

Allison went to a table in the corner of the room, with Bella following her. Allison watched Bella take a seat across from her, the Swan girl still looked hesitant on being back in Volterra.

"You know," Allison started, "you don't have to be hesitant about being here. The Volturi is more focused on the whole Victoria situation."

"Do you think they would force their ruling?" Bella asked.

Allison shrugged. "Maybe, if they see that Edward isn't going to change you." Allison paused, she tilted her head. She really couldn't understand Bella at the moment. She was hesitant and nervous that she was going to be turned into a vampire, yet she was always bugging Edward to change her. The whole vibe that Bella was giving off, was just...off.

"Maybe you could talk to the kings," Bella suggested.

"About what, exactly?" Allison raised an eyebrow in question. "What they said seems reasonable. Turn you into a vampire by the end of this year; their law is followed through and you get what you always wanted. Being a vampire is what you want, isn't it?"

Bella glared at her. "Not yet. I can't become one at the end of the yea-"

"Bella," Allison interrupted. "My life changed the moment I got here. I didn't have time to wrap everything up."

Bella frowned. "At least, your family are vampires."

Allison rolled her eyes. "Yeah, sure but you knew the sacrifices of becoming a vampire will be." She really didn't feel like arguing with Bella at the moment. Bella knew what she would have to give up to be a vampire- her human life. She couldn't be around her dad nor her mom and step-dad anymore, leave her human friends behind, change towns a whole lot so no one gets suspicious, not having children... the list can go on and on. Allison falls into the same category too but she doesn't have to say goodbye to her family; she knew what it was like to move town to town often and leave any friends she made behind. Allison doesn't know what was going on in Bella's head as they argued about this, but to Allison, it was proving that Bella shouldn't become a vampire. "Bella, you know the sacrifices. You know there are laws to be followed," Allison sighed.

"But-"

Allison wanted to scream in frustration. "I'm not going to talk to the kings about it. I'm not a vampire, therefore, I really don't have a say in their sentencing."

If looks could kill, Allison would be dead by now the way Bella was looking at her. Before Bella could open her mouth, Seth finally came back- thank God- with a tray of peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwiches and three glasses of milk. He set the tray down and took a seat inbetween Allison and Bella.

"Lunch is served," he said with a smile on his face.

Allison gave Seth a smile, trying to make the tension die down. Of course, with Seth's wolf abilities, he could sense it. What's with the tension? It wasn't like this earlier, Seth commented as he took a sandwich and bit into it.

Allison reached for her sandwich and glass of milk. Had a very frustrating conversation with Bella, she informed. She wants to be a vampire but not right now.

Don't bother with it. At the end of the day, this all falls back onto her and Edward and it's nothing you should feel stressed about. Seth took a sip of his drink.

Allison wanted it to not bother her, but she was very bothered by the conversation she just had with Bella.

It was around eight in the evening, when the kings had decided that they had enough of court, even though they felt like that several hours before. During a break earlier in the day, Aro had asked Giovanni to bring the Cullens for a little chat; he wanted to update them on the Victoria situation back in the United States. Aro had done that, plus he added that the Volturi still upholds the sentencing that they gave- for Bella to become an immortal. He did believe Bella would become an intriguing immortal, especially with her ability to shield; of course, she wouldn't be compared to his mate. Yes, Aro was looking forward for Allison to become immortal. After the amount of time, Allison has been with him and his brothers, he only seen her use her abilities once and that was it. As much as the rumours that goes around saying that he was hungry for vampires with abilities to join his coven, that wasn't true at always gave them an offer, it was up to them if they wanted to join or not. Anyways, back to his main thought and that was giving immortality to his mate and that Swan girl. Bella had to be turned, she was a threat of spilling out the secret that vampires do exist. Allison, on the other hand, her situation was different. She was the kings' mate. She's surrounded by the safety of the Volturi and even if she wanted to leave them- that thought hurt Aro's undead heart- she couldn't. If it was up to Aro, he would change her by the end of this year; if it was up to Caius, it would be by the end of this day. Marcus respected her wish to be turned at twenty, at least, she would be closer in appearance to the age that the kings had been turned. Aro was turned at twenty-five, Caius was turned at twenty-three and Marcus at twenty-six.

The three kings walked down the halls of the castle, tracking down their lovely mate to spend time with before she goes to bed. They found her with Seth, joking about. Seth noticed them and gave them a nod of acknowledgement. Allison looked at them with a smile. The kings waited patiently for Allison to say goodbye to Seth before she went with them.

Aro still wasn't sure how he felt with Seth being around her. He has wolf blood running through his veins, any slight lost of control of his temper could end up a devastating result if Allison was near him. However, Seth had gave them no cause of concern to kill , killing him would devastate his mate and he didn't want to make his mate upset. Aro mentally sighed, he hated chain reactions.

Seth had left them alone. Marcus was the first one to have her in his arms, he planted a kiss on her head. "How was your day, amore?" Marcus asked.

"It was... something," she said.

Aro frowned at the way she said it. Something was bothering her.

Marcus let go of her so she can hug Caius. "How are you, Caius?"

"I am fine, amore." Caius tilted her face up to him and kissed her lips. "E stata una lunga giornata senza vederti, tesoro."

Allison smiled. "It has been a long day." When she was finally free of Caius' arms, she went over to Aro to give him a hug.

Aro gladly welcomed the hug. He wanted to see what was bothering her, if she would allow it. Aro suddenly saw the events of the day- he was happy that she was allowing him to see- though the smile on his face was suddenly gone when he saw the conversation between her and Bella. Bella was trying to get Allison to convince the kings to change their mind about her becoming a vampire at the end of the heard Allison's personal thoughts, and the mind communication between her and Seth. He did agree with Seth when he told her to not let it bother her and that this all fell on Bella and Edward. Aro let out a small growl, he was clearly not happy with what he just seen.

"Brother?" Caius asked in concern, as he and Marcus took a step closer to him and Allison, ready to tear him away from their mate if they had to.

Allison looked up at him with her blue eyes. "It's fine, Aro."

Aro knew his brothers wanted to know what was going on, of course, he would tell them of the conversation their mate had with Bella once their mate was asleep. For now, they were going to have to put up with not knowing. Aro held her close, taking in her scent. "Since, you've had a frustrating day, how about I help you relax."

"What's your definition of helping me relax?" she asked with a smirk.

"Well," Aro smirked back, "it would certainly involve you taking off your clothes, however I can wait."

Caius rolled his eyes, Aro couldn't help but have a smug look on his face.

"I will get your bath ready, darling," Marcus pipped up, getting her attention before taking off.

Aro had a blank look on his face, he kind of wanted to convince his mate to... Aro brushed those thoughts away, he suppose maybe next time. As of right now, he had a duty as a mate to help his mate relieve the stress of the day, and he definitely needed a break from being the vampire king.
