February 08, 2021:

Oh boy! A Monday update? Must be a calm week then.

Hello, everyone!

Are you having a good day? Here is... okish, for now.

So, I bring you all a new chapter of this fanfic...it's getting longer than I imagine it was going to be when I started this almost 2 years ago XD

Anyway, nothing much to say, other that I hope you all enjoy the chapter.

Chapter 52: The Forces from Busterhorn.

A large wave of Heartless ran as fast as they could. Their empty yellow eyes centered on it's objective, and wanted to destroy it. However, suddently, several orbs of energy hit the large wave of Heartless, eradicating them all, and not allowing them to get close to its objective.

The large wall.

The Wall that divides the city of Kyushu-Ho and the valley had some scratches on it, but it still remained strong, unaffected by the attack of the Heartless that managed to reach it.

It's been an hour since the army of Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes took the city, and after that, the Heartless started to attack the walls to try and get in. However, the cannons of the towers were activated, and soon eradicated all Heartless close to the Walls, and push the mass of darkness soldiers back a mile away. Now, the mile between the walls and the Heartless army were some kind of No-Mans-Land, as it was empty from any forces. Sometimes, some Heartless group tried to attack, but the cannons destroyed them instantly. Even flying Heartless were no match, and even if they managed to survive, they were attacked by spells from the Spellcasters, so they couldn't get inside the city.

On top of the wall, close to the only gate that connected the valley and the city, the group of heroes, the Crystal Team, along with some mages and elemental heroes, looked at the valley of endless Heartless that tried to reach the city.

"They are truly endless." Said Steve, as he saw another cannon shot exploding and destroying a large amount of Heartless. "The cannons have been firing for a whole hour and it seems like their numbers don't go down."

"They do." Said Master Strum. "However, the Heartless return to this world after a while."

"That being said…" started Master Spintas. "The number of Heartless being killed by the cannons is larger than the amount of Heartless that revive after a while."

"Wait…" started Krysopa. "So you mean that if we keep firing them, we will kill them all."

"Technically… but it will take WAY to long." Karoita answered. "Probably days if not weeks. And then they return, so it will make no change."

"We don't have much time." Said Kristal. "We need to reach the Volcano and the Fire Temple and soon!"

"So, what do we do?" Asked Kainita, the Silent Magician. "Shall we go and attack them?"

"Eventually." Master Duncan answered. "However, we need to recover some of our energy that we lost in the battle. By the way, how is the army?"

"Not too shabby." Said Vianto, the Elemental Hero. "We lost almost a fifth of the soldiers we came with. It's better than what we expected but it's still a loss of numbers."

"I mean…how many were we? Like a little over a thousand between Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes?" Asked Steve. "We lost almost 200 of them."

"We can't lose more." Said Alan, looking at the heartless with determination. "But… 1000 against how many? A Million Heartless? As much as it would be cool to replicate the 1000-Heartless battle, this is just too much."

"We need to rest, at least for a while." Said Duncan. "Recover our strength, and then try and rush towards the Temple."

"Shouldn't we use Osiris to destroy the Heartless?" asked Alan. "I mean, if I summon him, we can destroy them…"

"Yes, but what happens if we face your cousin Reed and he summons Obelisk when your Osiris Summon is over? Then we will fight an Ancient God and…even with our army AND a Blue Eyes White Dragon on our side, we will lose."

"I…I guess you are right. So what is the plan?"

"The plan is simple. We will use the cannons to shoot directly in front of us, to create a safe zone from here to the temple."

"What is the maximum range for the canons?"

"Seven kilometers (4.34 miles) approx." Said Strum. "And the Temple is 20 kilometers (12.42 miles) from here."

"So…any plan for the rest?" asked Marcus, looking at the endless ocean of Heartless.

"Yes, we do have a plan." Said Master Spintas. "We will use the breath of your Blue Eyes friend to create a path, cutting the whole Heartless Ocean in the middle. Then, our army will run directly in between them, in a large column, and try and continue like that until we reach the Temple."

"You think we can do that?" asked Kuarzo. "They are… to many Heartless."

"…as long as some manage to get inside, it will be worth it."

"What?!" asked Kristal. "Then…you are willing to sacrifice the army, if that means we manage to enter the temple? That is…"

"Unfortunately, that is necessary." Said Master Premiara. "The Crystal must NOT be destroyed. Even the lives of this army are an acceptable sacrifice if we can stop the Crystal from being destroyed."

"A necessary sacrifice?!" asked Alan in anger. "How can you say tha-"

"We agreed." Expressed Master Spintas. "The Dark Sage, the Master of the Spellcasters, formed this army with that objective. He asked for volunteers who were willing to give up their lives if the Crystal is saved. Every single Spellcaster in here is willing to make the ultimate sacrifice…for our future."

"What?!" asked Kainita, before looking at her sister Karoita and Krysopa. "…even you two?"

The GaGaGa Girl and the Card Ejector looked down for a few seconds, before Karoita looked up.

"We have to do our part." Said Karoita. "We couldn't stay at home and wait for the world to end, or for others to try and save us. That is why we are here."

"We want to help." Said Krysopa with determination. "In any way we can."

"You were…" started Kristal. "…willing to give up your lives…"

"… just like you when your team left the city to protect the Crystals." Said Karoita. "You knew it was dangerous, as you and your team are one of the only ones who have learned the spell to fix them, and so the enemies will come for you. You did the same."

"…that…is true…"

"That being said…I don't plan to just die. I will fight until I can't!"

"We will do what we can." Said Krysopa. "I don't plan to die in here, especially since I found…a new reason to live." She said, as she eyes Alan, blushing slightly.

"I…I understand." Said Kristal, understanding what her small sister was implying. "Just…take care of yourselves."

"Same goes to you, sis!"

Alan smiled. Their bonds of sisters were notable, and they really worry for each other. It's good to have a family in there. He sighed as he remembered his own family on Earth, and hope they were ok... in their frozen state...

However, his train of tough was interrupted when he started to heard a sound from far away. He couldn't identify it at first, but after a few seconds, he did.

…it was a horn.

"Hey… do you hear that?" the human asked, causing everyone to stop talking and trying to hear what he was hearing.

"Hey…that is a horn, right?" asked Marcus.

"…and no ordinary horn." Commented Duncan. "That horn sounds like…"

"…from the Warrior-Clan." Said Vianto, finishing from Duncan. "…and it's coming from the other gate. Does this mean…"

Without saying anything else, the 4 Spellcaster Masters and the Elemental Hero Vianto began to float north, towards the other gate. The rest of the students looked at each other, before going in the same direction, either floating or running across the roofs.

A few minutes later, the group reached the North Wall, that protected the city from the outside, the same wall that Reed's Blue Eyes destroyed in their invasion. The group stood on the wall, looking for something…until they saw them.

Coming from the East, hugging the mountains, a large group of people were marching towards the entrance. They had flags, and one of them was sounding a horn as they march. They were mostly human-looking, with armor, indicating they were soldiers or something.

"Can't be." Strum said. "That flag is… from the city of Busterhorn."

"Busterhorn?" asked Alan in confusion.

"It's one of the Great Capitals of the world." Answered Kristal. "The great city of the Warrior Clan."

"Where is that city?"

"It's on the Asgan Continent, directly south from the Water Temple, although far away from it, like 400 kilometers (248.55 miles) from it."

"In another continent? Then…why are they here?"

"We will know about it soon." Said Duncan, as he heard the horn of the army incoming army. He raised his arm and, from the tip of his index finger, he released a burst of energy into the sky.

This burst of energy flew several meters into the sky, before it exploded in a similar way as Fireworks from Earth, completely surprising Alan.

"Fireworks?" the human asked in confusion, as he saw the rest of the blue fire in the sky.

"That is our signal." Said Kuarzo. "It signals an ally force that it's safe to continue. If it was red, it would advise them that something was wrong."

"Oh, I see." Alan said, as they all heard the horn of the Warrior Army again.

A few minutes later, the Warrior Army arrived at the gates of Kyushu-Ho, and since they were destroyed, they enter it. They were around 1000 Warriors, almost all of them with armor and weapons. Inside, they were received by the group of Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes, along with Chisato, the only Shiranui left.

"Greetings." Said the young samurai. "My name is Chisato Hayama, the last Shiranui alive. In the name of my lost people, I welcome you to our city."

The Warrior Army stopped in front of her, as they looked around the destroyed city. They saw lines of Spellcasters and a few Elemental Heroes around them, and looked at them in confusion. Soon, one Warrior, an armored man with long blondie hair and a mustache, walked forward to meet her. Alan noticed him immediately.

'Hey… isn't that…?'

"Greetings, Chisato. It's good to see you again." Said the man, that she recognized immediately.

"Commander Freed." Said Chisato in surprise.

"GENERAL Freed now, miss." Expressed the man. "It's been 10 years, hasn't it?"

"Yes, yes it does." Chisato said, looking down. "I…so much has happened."

"What happened here? Where are the rest? And why did you say you were the last Shiranui?"

"...It's a long story…"

Alan saw and heard how Chisato was explaining to Freed, the Matchless General, about what had happened in the last few days. The invasion and fall of Kyushu-Ho, she being attacked by a mind controlled Daichi, she managing to survive and find the Crystal Team, finding the Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes on the fortress and how they took the city back. It was a long story.

"I see." Said Freed. "I'm sorry to heard that, Chisato. I can't imagine what it must feel to lose everyone."

"I know." Chisato answered. "But I can't remain in here and do nothing. I am going to fight, for the honor of my clan."

"That is the spirit." Freed said, before looking up. "So these are the armies of the Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes?"

"Yes. They helped me recover the city."

Masters Duncan, Strum, Spintas and Premiara, along with the Elemental Hero Vianto, step forward to talk to the General.

"Greetings, General Freed. I am Master Spintas. Me and Master Premiara, along with our Spellcaster Army came from our city in the north as a mission to protect this city."

"I am Master Duncan. We are on a mission to try and fix the Elemental Crystals with a spell we know. Master Strum came with us after they found us."

"And I am Vianto, Hero of the Winds. We came from our city in a pilgrim to this city, when we tried to help the Shiranui, but were forced to retreat."

"I understand." Said Freed. "What is the situation?"

"It will be long, so let's go to another place." Said Chisato. "Let's go to the palace, so your men can rest and we can explain it to you."

"Agreed. Lead the way."

The group lead the army into the city, guide them until they reached the palace. The majority of the soldiers stayed outside, making camp around the palace, using the destroyed buildings around them for defense. Meanwhile, Freed, along with another Warrior, a Marauding Captain, walked inside the Palace into another floor. It wasn't the throne room, but one a floor below, some kind of plan room, as it has a table that showed the whole city and its surroundings.

The young heroes wanted to enter the room too, but Master Strum stop them, saying only the Masters can be in there, as they will talk about battle formations, and that they all should rest, because there was a chance that after that reunion, they will attack, so the Mage Masters want everyone rested.

And so, the doors were closed, and inside the room now were:

The Dark Magician, Duncan.

The Chaos Command Magician, Strum.

The Cybernetic Magician, Spintas.

The Ice Master, Premiara.

The Last Shiranui, Chisato.

The Elemental Hero-Avian, Vianto.

The General, Freed.

And another soldier close to Freed.

"First, let me introduce you to my second in command." Said Freed. "His name is Reinald, and he is a Marauding Captain."

"Greetings." Said the newcomer. "I hope we can be of help."

"You will." Said Duncan. "Now, if I may…what are you doing here?"

"Yes, I was going to ask that." Started the Spellcaster Premiara, as she looked at the two warriors. "We didn't expected reinforcements from the Warrior Clan."

"It's understandable." Said Freed. "It all began weeks ago, after we got reports of the destruction of the Water Crystal. Our Master, the Buster Blader, got in contact with the Dark Sage of the Spellcaster's Clan, and he decided that we should send a force to protect the Earth Crystal."

"The Earth Crystal?" asked Spintas in confusion.

"Yes. We were on our way to the Earth Crystal on the west. Our mission was to arrive there and protect it until the Sage of Earth was ready."

"Ready?" asked Chisato with confusion.

"Just like the Sage of Winds, the Sage of Earth is still in training. She lives in a village close to the mountains on the West where the Earth Temple resides. Our mission is to arrive and protect the Sage of Earth until she is ready for the pilgrim to the Earth Temple. If she wasn't ready, we will continue to the Earth Temple to protect it. However, we had a few…problems."

"What kind of problems?" asked Strum.

"After the destruction of the Wind and Water Crystals, all of our ships were left unusable. After all, we are a clan of Warriors, not Spellcasters. We had trouble finding Spellcasters in the villages close by, but in the end we found a few."

"We still had problems." Continued Reinald, the Marauding Captain. "We couldn't sail deep into the ocean, so we had to travel close to the coast and jump from Asgan to Ritsma, follow the coast until we reach the Port city of Nibawen. In there we resupply, and learned of a group of Spellcasters that protected three of the Sages, and also of a human with the Keyblade, that reached that city a few days before and helped them with their crystal shards."

"After that, we continued." Said Freed. "Followed the coast until we reached the Betan continent, and we immediately arrived at Carooné."

"Carooné?" Chisato asked in confusion, before she remembered. "Oh yeah, the small port town several kilometers south of Balm Port City."

"Indeed." Said Freed. "But for us it was enough. After all, without Spellcasters, we will be in trouble in the Forest of illusion. Fortunately, there is a gap between the forest and the mountain range that goes all the way from the coast to here, although it's a very dangerous one."

"So you used that passage to arrive here?"

"Yes, and our plan was to say on here and resupply but… we didn't though the city was taken by our enemies."

"We though the same when we arrived." Said Vianto. "We didn't expect the forces of Exus to be this bold. This only shows his army is getting even stronger, to send a large number of Heartless to attack the city."

"Indeed, and I am sure you are all here for something, right?"

"Yes." Said Master Premiara, the Ice Master. "It's about the Fire Crystal. It seems Exus have captured the Fire Sage, and is right now in the process to brainwash her to their side. If that happens, they will have access to the Fire Temple and will be able to destroy the Crystal."

"They have the Fire Sage?" asked Freed in surprise. "And what is stopping you from going to the Fire Temple RIGHT NOW?"

"…like a million Heartless." Steve answered non-chalanty.

"…explain."

Chisato explained him the situation, about how the valley between Kyushu-Ho and the Fire Temple is full of Heartless, and how at this moment the canons on the south wall were firing. She explained their plan and how they will try and take control of the Fire Temple before Exia returns with the Fire Sage.

"Are you mad?" asked Reinhard in surprise. "1000 Spellcasters against some million Heartless?! It's a suicide mission!"

"I have to agree with my right hand." Commented Freed. "Even if you have the help of a Blue Eyes and the Keyblade Champion, it's a suicide mission."

"We have no choice." Commented Duncan. "Exus must be close to completely brainwash the Sage of Fire by now, and if we don't risk it and take the Fire Temple, the Fire Crystal is good as gone. It's already weakening, but it's strong enough to last a few more days, but if the Fire Sage appears, she will open a path for them. By our calculations, it was either yesterday or today, that the brainwash should be complete, depending on her willpower. We are almost out of time."

"So we need to take our chances." Said Premiara. "We need to take the Temple and now."

"You will fail… if you go alone."

"Probably, but we have to do it."

Freed and Reinhard looked at each other, before they nod.

"We will help you." Said Freed, causing the 4 Mage Masters to smile.

"We hope you will." Said Master Spintas. "We know your mission is to go to the Earth Temple, but…"

"…if we can do something to help with the Fire one now that is close to us, we must do it. After all, our mission is to protect the Crystals, and if the Fire one is in danger, we need to save it."

"We are grateful for your help." Master Premiara commented. "So, do you have any suggestions for the plan?"

"A few." Reinhard answered. "We, the Warriors, will go in front. We are more resistant and our armors will fend off the Heartless a little better. With the support of the Elemental Heroes, we can form a large column, and then you, the Spellcasters, will go in the middle, using your spells to keep them at bay and to shield us from any of their spells."

"The formation will be like a spearhead." Said Freed. "If we march against them in columns, we will be destroyed. Our objective is the Fire Temple, so we start going as a spearhead…and then, your Blue Eyes can use her breath weapon to create a pathway towards the temple, and then the spearhead formation will collapse into a single long column, were we will run using that pathway. As the forces of the Heartless collapses on all of our sides, we still run forward."

"Yes, that is what we were thinking." Said Duncan. "We can't fly, or else we will be shot down by the Heartless. We can only run head on towards it, since there are no caves or anything we could use to hide ourselves. We will be in the open."

"It will be difficult, and many of us will die…" said Strum. "But it's our only choice."

"Indeed." Said Freed. "So…let's make some more preparations…"

And so, the Masters and Generals continued to put the small details on the plan, hoping this will work.

Meanwhile, outside the Shiranui Palace, the human Alan was walking around. The Warrior soldiers from the Warrior army were camping outside of the Palace, getting their weapons ready for what will look like a very dangerous battle ahead. And he couldn't agree more. He almost couldn't keep his mind outside of the battle that will happen in a few hours, as he knew it was going to be difficult.

Well, there was ONE thing that could keep him from thinking of their imminent doom… well, TWO big things… sandwiching his left arm.

"Kuarzo, do you REALLY need to be so clingy with Alan?" asked Kristal, as she walked besides Alan, on his right, as she looked with some disdain at her younger sister, who was hugging Alan's arm.

"I have to, Kristal oneesan!" expressed Kuarzo, happily hugging Alan's arm. "We don't know when it will be the last time we see each other, especially with the battle that is upon us. What if something happens to me and Alan-kun will never be able to feel my breasts again?"

"Kuarzo, don't speak like that." Alan said, kind of serious kind of embarrassed because of what the young woman was doing. "We need to be positive. Realist, but positive. We will survive this."

"I know, I know, I also believe that. It's just that…something could happen, we don't know."

"…that is true."

"See? Now feel them more!" said Kuarzo, hugging Alan's arm harder, causing him to blush a little.

"Uh…"

Kristal just sighed as she slapped her own face in frustration. She knows Kuarzo was doing that because she was a pervert, more than anything 'the future is uncertain' nonsense. Still, she did have a point: the battle ahead of them will be more difficult than anything. At least one that they can manage. If they survived a battle against millions of Heartless for a few hours, they can survive this one…right?

She sighed again, as she wondered if she should do something with the little time they have left. She saw her sister and the human again, and then look at Alan's right arm, that was still vacant, no girl attached to it. She wondered where her sister Krysopa was, as she expected her youngest sister to be there like Kuarzo, but she wasn't there. Without her, Kristal began to think that maybe…just maybe…she could do the same thing Kuarzo did.

'It's just a hug…right?' She though, as her left arm slowly approached Alan's right one. 'it's just a little hu-'

"Excuse me?"

'Ra damn it…'

Kristal, Kuarzo and Alan stopped as someone approached them. It was a male soldier, a Warrior from the army that just arrived. He had short dark greenish hair, with a red headband on his forhead. He also had a full armor, although a little damaged from old battles. He looked like he was in his mid 20's and had fair white skin. He was approaching them.

"Excuse me." He repeated. "Are you by chance the Keyblade Champion? The human from another world?"

"I am." The human answered. "The name is Alan Hernandez, from Earth."

"It's an honor to finally meet you. My name is Rahz, Field Commander of this army."

"Field Commander Rahz?" asked Kristal.

"Yes. And you are, miss?"

"My name is Kristal, Dark Magician Girl."

"And I am Kuarzo, Apprentice Illusion Magician." Kuarzo answered back, checking up the warrior in front of her, although she didn't see anything in special.

"I see. So you are the ones that were on the quest to fix the Elemental Crystals, right?"

"We are, at least me in the beginning." Kristal answered. "Why do you say it's an honor to meet him?"

"Because it's an honor to finally meet a Keyblade Champion, like the ones in our legends."

"Legends?" asked Alan in confusion.

"Indeed! The Keyblade Champions are the most powerful and honorable warriors of all. The legends say they can create miracles just to save their love ones, and to try and protect the weak from evil. They can protect everyone."

After hearing that, Alan looked down in shame.

"I…I am no one special." He said. "I…I couldn't save one life, even if I was there to stop it. I… I can't protect everyone…"

"Well, it's normal, since you are just starting." Said Rahz, causing Alan to look up back at him.

"What do you mean?" asked Kuarzo.

"Our legends are more complete when describing the life of a Keyblade Champion. The legends say that the Keyblade Champion also started from below, and slowly but surely, they trained and trained to become better, and eventually they became the warriors from Legends. You are just starting, right? Don't worry, because if you keep training, you will eventually become like one of those warriors of Legends."

"You think so?" Alan asked, now with a little more hope.

"Indeed! Specially because, like I said, the Keyblade Champions of Legend started small. I do hope to see the time you become one of those Legendary ones."

"…well… I hope so." Alan said, laughing nervously.

Rahz looked at Alan again, mostly his body characteristics.

"You humans really look similar to some of us Warriors and Spellcasters." Said the young warrior. "Therefore, your body must be also vulnerable, I imagine."

"Uh? Well, yeah, we humans are very vulnerable, technically speaking." Alan answered. "Then again, I am training to use my Aura to shield myself from harm."

"Ah, I see, like your Spellcaster friends. We Warriors also use that, but on lower level of power, so we use armor to protect our bodies. Maybe, since you are human, you could use a bit of both."

"What do you mean?"

Rahz smiled, before signaled Alan to follow him. Alan looked at Kristal and Kuarzo in confusion, before they walked to follow him to one of the destroyed houses. Inside, there were some items, like swords and shields, along with some treasure boxes. Rahz walked towards one of these, and grabbed it, before he walked back and placed the box in front of Alan.

"What is this?" Alan asked in confusion.

"Well, since you look like us…" Rahz started, as he opened the treasure box. "…a Warrior and a Spellcaster, I thought that you can have the best of both worlds: a magic shield like a Spellcaster…and an armor like a Warrior."

"Wait… that is…"

"It's an armor." Said Rahz. "Unfortunately, we didn't brought much, so this is the only one I can offer to you. It's low protection, but it can still protect you more than your plain clothes."

"I…I see. Thank you for your offer, and I accept it. However…" Alan started, before he lifter one of his sleeves, revealing an arm protector. "…I already have some for my arms and legs, so I will take only for the rest."

"That is good. You can change in here, if you want."

"Thanks." Said Alan, before he turned to look at the two sisters. "Girls…I need a little privacy."

"Awww, can't we see?" Kuarzo pleaded, making the most adorable puppy eyes ever. However, Alan was immutable.

"No."

"Not even a bit? Not even your abs? I'm sure Kristal oneesan would want to see you t-"

"Ok, that is enough, Kuarzo." Said a blushing Kristal, as she began to pull her perverted sister out of the house.

"Nooo! I want to seeeeee-!" Kuarzo exclaimed, as she was dragged out, leaving an embarrassed Alan and a confused Rahz.

"Is she your girlfriend?" asked the male warrior.

"No…she is just a pervert." Alan said, as he laughed a little.

"I…see. Anyway, I'll let you be."

And with that, Alan was alone in the house. Thankfully, the room still had its door, so no one can enter. He looked at the contents of the treasure chest and saw some armor pieces, along with a dagger, a dagger holster, and a chainmail undershirt. He took what he needed and began to change. Thankfully, he didn't need to take his pants of, only his shirt.

A few minutes passed by, and both Rahz and the girls outside were waiting for Alan to come out. Kristal was lecturing Kuarzo about stop being a pervert all the time, but the young sister said she couldn't deny her true nature…or something like that.

However, their conversation ended when Alan emerged from the house, and it was…interesting.

His clothes were the same: same white sleeveless shirt and blue jacket he wore normally. However, over his white shirt he now wore a grey plate armor that covered all of his torso, and also had a metal skirt that protected his hips. He still had his arm and leg protectors that Kristal gave him back then but they were still hidden below his jacket and pants. His blue jacket was next, and over them, a pair of shoulder pads that were keep on place because of hardness over his torso and back. On his left hand it was the shield that he took from the Gardna warrior, and on his back was a holster when a somewhat big knife or short sword rested.

"Well…what do you think?" asked Rahz with intrigue.

"It feels…weird…" said Alan, as he stretched his arms and his body. "Never wore armor before, so it feels heavy and I think it restricts my movements a little."

"No, you are just not used to it. Especially since I suppose you are wearing the chainmail below all of it too, right?"

"Yeah, I do. I'll probably get used to it." Said Alan, before turning to look at the girls. "What do you think?"

"I…don't see much difference." Kristal answered him. "You are wearing your same clothes, only with some armor on it."

"Yeah, we thought you were going to change clothes, Alan-kun." Expressed Kuarzo, scratching her cheek nervously.

"Nah, no need. My clothes are baggy enough to allow it. I do feel a little overweight with all that armor, but with some of my Aura, I can reduce that weight, or at least make my body to not feel it."

"Sounds good. At least now you are more protected." Kristal said, sighing in relief.

"Awww, but I won't be able to hug him like always!" Kuarzo whined, as she saw the metal protection on his shoulders and part of his upper arm. "Oh, wait, there's still the face… Alan-kun! Let me hug your head!"

"Kuarzo, sis, just stop." Said Kristal, now sighing in shame for her younger sister. She then noticed something. "Say, Alan, why the sword? You have THE Keyblade that you can summon whenever you want."

"Meh, could be useful, you don't know." Alan responded, shrugging as he said so. "I mean, if everything else fails, I can use it as a throw weapon."

"Have you…EVER used a sword?" asked Rahz, arching an eyebrow.

"No…not at all. But…I have a Keyblade, so it must be the same…right?"

"Not at all. That is the first mistake a rookie can make. All swords are different, and can be wield different, especially when they have a different length. I suggest you to practice with that sword first before using it, so you can know what its limits are. Otherwise, you will be caught off guard when you use it for the first time."

"…and those are the words of someone who is an expert." Said Alan, laughing nervously. "You are right, I may need to practice first. I don't think I will use it since, like Kristal said, I have a Keyblade that I can summon at will, but…you don't know, maybe it will be helpful."

"It will be an honor if you let me practice with you."

"Oh! Well then! Sounds fair! Thanks for the help!"

And so, for the next hour or so, Alan began to practice using the sword, having a better understanding of its limits. Since it's a short sword, range is a problem, but he can move faster with it. He also used his new shield, since he wasn't used to it, so it was a good practice. However, after a few more minutes of training, they noticed all of the Warriors began to move, marching again, now towards the South Wall.

"Uh? What's going on?" asked Kuarzo in confusion. Kristal looked at this and became serious.

"…it's time, then." Said the blondie mage.

"Exactly." Commented Rahz. "The time has come. Seems like we will help you guys with the Fire Temple."

"It seems like." Said Alan, looking at the South Wall with determination. "We appreciate the help."

"Don't worry about it. Our mission is to protect the Crystals, no matter which ones. If we can make the difference to save this one…so be it."

Alan nodded, looking at everyone. He was ready. Another battle was about to begin. Another battle where they could die in the moment.

…he was getting used to them.

"Let's go." He said, as he began to walk towards the South Wall. Kristal and Kuarzo walked besides him, ready for their next battle. Rahz looked at them from behind and smiled.

"I'm sure he will be… one of the Champions of Legend." The warrior said, before looking at the skies, that were slowly turning cloudy. "This will be…interesting."

-Location: Yang Island-

-Exus Castle-

The dark castle in the middle of the large island was mostly calm... until the whole island began to shake. Suddently, a small hill erupted in large burst of fire and magma and, from it, a large shadow emerged. It unleashed a powerful roar, before it took into the skies, it's large wings creating hurricane winds that destroy several dead trees. The large shadow flew, and then impacted with the large shield that surrounded the island, a seal to stop everyone sealed inside to be free and attack the world.

The thing is…you NEED to be sealed by the spell in the first place…and that shadow was not.

The large creature pierced through the shield like it was nothing, as it really didn't affect it, and it began to fly South-East at high speeds.

Inside his castle, the Dark Sorcerer Exus was looking at his window, arms crossed, looking at the large shadow escaping from his island.

"Well…THAT happened." He said nonchalantly, as a shadow portal opened behind him. "So, Hades…what did you do this time?"

"L-Lord Exus…" said the Fiend Hades, and he looked terrified. "I-I'm sorry, but... he was TOO much."

"Of course it was!" Exus commented, before turning to look at Hades…smiling? "You tried to take control of an Ancient dragon, when I told you it was extremely hard to do so…and you thought you couldn't mess up?"

"I-I'm sorry, he was just… too much."

"You repeat yourself. So… what did you did? And speak well!"

"W-Well… I tried to use our mind control spell on him, since I have perfected it, so I thought it would be possible."

"…Hades… he IS a DRAGON! Magic is almost useless against them! You will need someone with my full power to have a chance to fully mind control it. What made you THINK you could do it?"

"…I…I…"

"Anyway…whatever happened, it DID have some effect, I see." Exus said, looking at the skies. "He went berserk, right?"

"How did you kno-?"

"I could sense it. He is bloodlust. He is thinking on one thing and one thing only: protect it's territory. He is mindless, right now."

"Y-Yes, he went berserk. The magic we used had another strange effect in his mind, and, instead of he being our servant, he destroyed the whole chamber."

"Yes, and left before trying to destroy the Island, because he wants to return to his domains." Exus said, smiling with malice. "This will be interesting…"

"My Lord?" hades asked in confusion.

"The human and his spellcaster friends just took control of the city of the Shiranui. If I am correct, they will start the siege on the Fire Temple…just when he arrives. This will be a fun show, Hades."

"Y-you are not mad, my lord?"

"Mad? No…" said Exus, releasing a small laugh. "I'm ABSOLUTELY LIVID!" Exus exclaimed, the whole castle shook as the place became darker for a few seconds, causing Hades to take a step back in fear. "But don't worry, whatever happens, the Fire Crystal will be destroyed and I will be one step closer to freedom. Get Exia and the human Reed ready. I suppose the Fire Sage is ready now…right?"

"Y-Yes, My Lord!"

"Then get ready. The next hour will be…a spectacle to watch."

Exus then looked at the skies once again, and he smiled.

'What are you going to do now…human?'

Author Notes:

AND DONE!

So...what do you think of it?

The forces from the Warrior Clan were not part of the old version of my fanfic, like many things I have written on this one. I did rewatch the Lord of the Rings movies, and that gave me the inspiration to add the armies that I put now, the Spellcasters, Elemental Heroes and Warriors. This was to make this Episode to be seen more like a true global emergency, where people from other regions try to help, and not that our heroes do everything.

This is not Star Trek, people. (Because, you know, the Enterprise always do everything, even though the Federation has HUNDREDS of spaceships)

So, Busterhorn is another of the Capital cities of the world. I will later put on my DeviantArt a global map of Regno Tenebrae and the travel of the heroes on it. The Warriors began to travel just after the Crystal Team left Kuribohria back on the Chapter 20's. They did travel fast, as their ships were fast but they had no way to make them move until they found some spellcasters. They arrived south of where the heroes arrived, and while they trained in the magical tower in the middle of the illusion forest, the warriors tried to pass between the forest and the mountains south from there. A more dangerous but faster route.

The Warrior clan's leyends are more complete than others, since the Warriors REALLY worship the Keyblade Champions (well, the mayority), since the Keyblade Champions are more Warriors than Spellcasters. The Spellcasters know of them because they collect knowledge, while the Warriors is because they worship them.

Now, with more forces, this will be...still hard, but more doable.

Also, Alan has armor now. I will later at night post how he looks on my dA, so expect it soon.

Anyway, I hope you liked this. I see you all in 2 weeks.

See ya later!
