ALSO QUESTIONS FROM THE COMMENTS:
ItsYaBoi325: I know it was so long! My favourite animal would have to be maybe a meerkat or a koala? Meerkats because they look so cute when they stand on their back legs and koalas because theyre super cuddly (and are native to australia). P.S. your thing didnt glitch - i really did update twice. It's because I post primarily on another website ( ) and sometimes forget to update here, (im sorry) so a lot of times i will post two chaps at once.
PurpleBunny5540: Thank you for the support!
abbyskates: Thanks so much! You have no idea how happy these type of comments make me feel.
LeviAckerman23: hehe I'll try my best ;)
Percabethlover ArcAlphaFordo77: Okay so you have telepathic powers... *wink wink* how did you know?

Percy POV
"You ok there, Tom?" Percy asked. Whilst they had been explaining, Tom's face had gone rather pale. "Do-"
"I'm ok." Tom replied, trying to snap. His voice was shaky though, which took the edge off. "I just... I just need some time to think."
Percy nodded and Annabeth gave him an understanding smile. "Ok." She said. "If you have any questions, just let us know."
Suddenly Percy thought of something and fished three drachmas out of his pocket. "Here, take these. If you need to contact us, find the nearest shower or hose, anything that makes mist, and throw one of these in."
Tom looked at him like he was crazy. "Huh? What will that do?"
"It's how demigods contact each other. Throw a drachma into the mist and say, 'O, Iris, Goddess of the Rainbow, show me' and then the persons name and where they live. Here, I'll show you." He turned towards the bubbler and controlled the water so it formed a mist. Tom stared in reluctant awe. "I'm going to call our camp director, Chiron."
"The horse dude you told me about?" Tom asked sceptically.
"Yes, the horse dude." Percy handed Annabeth a drachma, which she then threw into the water. It shimmered and disappeared.
Annabeth took a deep breath. "O, Iris, Goddess of the Rainbow, show me Chiron at Camp Halfblood." The rainbow caused by the water flickered and suddenly was replaced with the image of a man with a horse body.
Percy grinned. "Hey Chiron! We think we found the demigod! Meet Thomas Graham."
Tom waved. "Hi…" Chiron looked at him and smiled, then studied Tom's face.
"Graham, you say? Any chance you're related to Phillipa Graham?"
"My mother, sir. How did you know?"
Chiron stroked his beard for a moment. "Yes, the resemblance is definitely there… The eyes, the hair."
Percy was confused. What was Chiron going on about? "Um, Chiron, you said you knew Tom's mum?"
"Ah, of course. My boy, Phillipa is a daughter of Apollo." The centaur replied nonchalantly.
Tom POV
What. The actual. Froogilytoops. Tom thought. He was unsure what to make of this piece of information, unsure how to process it. On one hand, cool, my mum's a demigod, which meant he was probably powerful. Epic. On the other hand, his mum had been hiding this from him his entire life. A whole other world and Tom had been told nothing.
But... if I'm a demigod, then who's my godly parent? He thought. It took him a moment to realise he'd voiced the question out loud. Chiron pondered it for a moment.
"I'm not sure." He said, but took one glance at Tom's crestfallen (and confused) face and gave him a pat on the shoulder and a smile. "Don't worry, Tom. There's a high chance we'll find out at the campfire tonight. In the meantime, Percy, why don't you show him around?"
Tom and Annabeth began to protest, but Chiron silenced them with a hand. "And Percy, my boy? Make sure to show him the archery. I have a feeling he'll have a knack for it." The centaur winked at Tom and then trotted away, calling out to other campers.
"Daisy! Let's not make flowers grow on the Ares cabin again please? Remember what happened last time?"
Tom stared after him. What was this place? His brain was still trying to catch up on everything. Tom noticed Annabeth and Percy talking in hushed tones and padded over to listen.
"-ook I know he doesn't like you, but think of this as a way to start over." Annabeth said to Percy, rubbing his arm. Percy pulled her close and kissed the top of her head, playing with her hair.
He sighed and replied, "Fine. I'll try my best. I just- I don't like when people don't like me, you know? The whole 'loyalty is my fatal flaw' thing kinda makes it important."
Annabeth pulled away and gave him a quick kiss. "How could anyone not like you? You're the most kind, courageous, loyal person I know." She smiled at him, and Tom's heart hurt to see her expression filled with such pure love for someone who wasn't him.
Percy put on a comtemplative expression and asked, "What does courageous mean?" Annabeth sighed and opened her mouth to explain before she saw his dopey, lop-sided grin. "I'm just messing with you, Annie. Anyway, I'm gonna show Tom around now. I'll meet you at dinner?"
She grinned. "Yep. Go get 'em, tiger." She punched his arm playfully, then grimaced. "That was weird, wasn't it?"
Suddenly a voice called from across camp. "ANNABETH! You're home!" Annabeth's grin got even wider, if that was possible, and she sprinted off to tightly hug a red-headed girl.
Percy approached Tom. "Uh, hey Tom! Come with me and I'll show you the ropes. You're going to love it here!"
We'll see about that, Tom thought, but he followed Percy anyway, down the hill and into the sprawling mess of buildings and bright orange t-shirts that was Camp Halfblood.
