DISCLAIMER: I do not own Three's Company or any of the characters involved in this story.

A/N: All right, I've been anxiously waiting to get to this part of the story. I had to get through writing all the emotional drama stuff between Jack, Janet, and Chrissy in order to get here as that was a necessary part of the story. But this is where I feel it really starts to get good.

This particular chapter bares much resemblance to Janet & Phillip's wedding on the series finale of the actual show only with Chrissy in the place of Vicky. But I think there's enough of a difference that it should still hopefully be enjoyable and won't feel like you're just watching the show again.

So please enjoy and as always, reviews are very much appreciated.

Wedding day has arrived for Janet and Phillip. This is the day that every girl dreams about growing up. It is the day that magic happens. For Janet, she has double the reason to be excited today as the typical bride does on her wedding day.

Not only is she going to be walking down the aisle in her white wedding dress to enter into the bonds of Holy Matrimony with Phillip, but she knows something that nobody else does. She has secretly arranged for Chrissy to stay with Phillip's parents and then for them to bring Chrissy over early to be reunited with Jack. When that happens, she expects to be a very heartfelt and romantic reunion between two of her best friends and two of the most important people in her life.

It is morning, but already everyone is hard at work trying to get the apartment ready for the wedding. Jack is standing on a chair, hanging pink and white streamers up on the wall with Terri assisting him by looking at the streamers to make sure they are even. Pink and white paper bells have already been hung up around the apartment. While they are doing this, Larry and Mr. Furley are bringing in a small but heavy organ that is to be played at the wedding.

"Ah, that's good." Terri says as Jack bangs a nail into the wall to rest the middle of the streamer on. Jack then moves to hang the end of the streamer.

"A little higher, Jack." Terri instructs. Jack doesn't reply to her, but rather just stands there looking at the wall and streamer. For several seconds Terri notices that he's not doing anything. "Jack?" Terri says to get his attention. At that point, Jack turns around to look at Terri.

"Sorry, I was someplace else." Jack says. The expression on his face and the tone of his voice are a clear indication that Jack's full thoughts are not on Janet's wedding or what needs to be done to get ready for it.

"Oh. Well, when you come back could you lift it a little higher, please." Terri says jokes.

"Sure Chrissy, I mean Terri." Jack replies, realizing immediately that he let his main thought slip from his mind and out of his mouth.

While Jack and Terri continue to work to hang the streamers, Mr. Furley's loud screams bellow from just outside the apartment.

"Well, hurry it up! This thing is heavy!" Mr. Furley shouts. At that point, him and Larry walk into the apartment each of them carrying one side of the organ. Because of the awkward grip and the shape of the organ, both Mr. Furley and Larry have to take baby steps in order to move it.

"Oh good, the organ." Terri says as Larry and Mr. Furley stop once they are inside.

"Well, where do you want it? This thing is heavy." Mr. Furley replies to Terri.

"Any place for now." Terri replies. At that moment Larry and Mr. Furley miscommunicate as Larry tries to walk it to the corner but Mr. Furley stays put. The two of them nearly lose their grip.

"Will you put it down?" growls Mr. Furley. Larry quickly puts the organ down on the floor. At that point, Mr. Furley's eyeballs grow wide. "Will you pick it up?" he shouts in a high-pitched tone of voice.

"You said put it down!" shouts Larry.

"But not on my foot!" Mr. Furley screams. "Pick it up!" he shouts. Larry lifts the organ long enough for Mr. Furley to move his foot out of the way. Mr. Furley begins limping around the apartment in a comical way to try to walk off the pain in his foot. Then he walks over to Larry and makes like he's going to karate chop him with the wide eyeballs of his.

"Mr. Furley!" shouts Terri as she notices what the two of them are doing. "Larry, will you just put it over there." she says. Larry and Mr. Furley move the organ over to the corner near Jack's bedroom, right in front of the living room window.

"Now Larry, I want you to run out and pick up the flowers, paper napkins, and plates." Terri instructs.

"Cinderella, Cinderella, all I hear is Cinderella." Larry sings as he marches out of the apartment, letting it be known that he's feeling frustrated by being a work horse. Mr. Furley casually walks over to Terri and Jack as he is still busy hanging the streamers.

"Well, I understand Janet's parents can't come out for the wedding." Mr. Furley asks Terri.

"Yeah, Janet and Phil are going to fly out and see them later." Terri explains.

"Well, who's going to give the bride away?" Mr. Furley asks.

"I am." Jack answers.

"You?" Mr. Furley replies with a smirk on his face. "Then who's going to be the flower girl?" Mr. Furley says as he starts snickering and laughing making a crack at what he thinks is Jack's life preference.

At that moment, an older man and woman appear at the front door of the apartment. They see that the door is open and they stick their heads in slightly while knocking on the door.

"Hello?" the woman calls out. Jack, Terri, and Mr. Furley turn to look at them.

"Hi? Can we help you?" Terri asks.

"Hi. We're looking for Janet." The man says.

"Yes, we're Paul and Catherine Dawson, Phillip's parents." says the woman. At that point, Jack hops down off of the chair and he and Terri walk over to introduce himself to Janet's future in-laws.

"It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Jack Tripper, Janet's roommate." Jack says shaking both their hands. "And this is Terri, Janet's other roommate." he says.

"Hi, it's a pleasure meeting you." Terri says as she shakes their hands.

"Likewise." replies Mr. Dawson.

"And this is Mr. Furley, our landlord." Terri says as the Dawsons politely shake hands with Mr. Furley.

"I'm afraid you guys are a bit early. The wedding doesn't start for several hours. As you can see, we're still getting ready." Terri explains.

"Oh, we know that." Mrs. Dawson says. "We just came by to see Janet for a quick moment."

"Ah, what a great idea." Mr. Furley says with a smile.

"I beg your pardon?" asks a confused Mrs. Dawson.

"Well, since Janet's parents aren't going to be here, someone needs to talk to her about…you know, whatever a young bride should know." Mr Furley says in a tone to make himself sound all wise and intelligent.

"Mr. Furley, I wouldn't worry…." Terri starts to say.

"I was going to do the job myself." Mr. Furley interrupts as he pulls his pants up as far as they'll go and sticks out his chest with pride. "But I guess since you guys are here and you're family and all…." Mr. Furley says.

"Actually Mr. Furley, if you don't mind, I'm out of nails." Jack says.

"Huh?" Mr. Furley asks as he turns to Jack.

"Nails." Jack says. "Do you have some more nails down at your apartment?"

"Oh right." Mr. Furley says. "Well, a landlord's job is never done. So, I'm just going to run down stairs and I'll leave you guys to give your words of wisdom to the bride." Mr. Furley says as he walks out. Right when he gets to the door he turns around. "But don't say anything I wouldn't say!" he blurts out with his wide eyes before turning around and walking downstairs.

"Uhm, don't mind Mr. Furley. He gets a little eccentric on wedding days." Terri says with an embarrassed grin.

"Or any other day." Jack adds.

"Uhm, Janet's in the bedroom. Go ahead and go on back." Terri says to the Dawsons as they walk back to the bedroom and knock on the door.

"Come in!" shouts Janet from behind the door. The Dawsons walk in. They see Janet wearing a pink robe. Her wedding dress is laid out on the bed, ready for her to put it on. "Mr. and Mrs. Dawson, oh come in!" Janet says in an excited tone as she pulls them into the bedroom quickly and closes the door.

"Hi Janet." greets Mr. Dawson.

"Hi. Where's Chrissy? Has Jack seen her yet?" asks an exuberant Janet.

"Janet, we have some bad news." replies Mrs. Dawson.

"Oh no. Not bad news. Not today." Janet replies.

"Janet, we went to the airport last night and were there at the gate you told us to be at, but Chrissy never got off the plane." Mr. Dawson says.

"What? You're kidding." Janet says in a stuned state of disbelief. "Well, are you sure you got the right flight number?"

"Yes, dear. We asked the flight attendant. And gave them the description of a young blonde girl and they said nobody like that ever got on the plane in San Francisco." Mrs. Dawson says.

"But that can't be." Janet says. "I mean I just talked to Chrissy yesterday morning and she gave me the flight number and everything."

"I know, dear. But maybe she had a change of heart at the last minute." Mrs. Dawson says.

"Janet, she didn't by any chance call here last night, did she?" asks Mr. Dawson.

"No. Oh no. I hope nothing's happened to her." Janet replies as she starts to get worried. "I better call her."

"Look, you just concentrate on getting married. We'll find her after the wedding." Mrs. Dawson says

"Oh okay, but…." Janet says as she starts to wring her hands with a look of disappointment and worry on her face. "This was supposed to be a great day."

"And it will be." Mr. Dawson says. "You just don't worry about it. Things always have a way of working themselves out."

"That's right. We can't wait to have you in our family." Mrs. Dawson adds. The two of them both give Janet a comforting hug. Janet appreciates the warm and welcoming sentiment her future in-laws have given her, but the news that Chrissy wasn't on the plane has taken a lot of wind out of her sails. She couldn't wait for Chrissy to walk through the door and for Jack to see her, but in a flash that excitement has gone out the window.

Meanwhile, Jack is sitting on a chair in the living room. He is still lost in his own world of thoughts about Chrissy while Terri is going over the decorations with a fine-tooth comb and trying to figure out what else is needed.

"Hey, Jack do you think we need something else over the door?" Terri asks. Jack is lost in a daze for a moment but turns to look at Terri after a few seconds.

"I'm sorry. Did you say something?" he asks.

"I said why don't you just look Chrissy up and give her a call and tell her how you feel?" Terri asks.

"Chrissy? Who said anything about Chrissy?" Jack asks.

"Oh come on, Jack. It's written all over your face. Not to mention Janet's getting married in a few hours and you're out to lunch." Terri says.

"All right, Terri. I'll admit it. She's been on my mind." Jack says.

"Really? Well, you could have fooled me." Terri says sarcastically.

"In any event, if she wanted to talk, she would have called me by now. Face it, Terri. I just need to move on. It's just going to take some time for me to get over it." Jack says in a depressed tone.

"Well, could you tell time to hurry it up a little? I mean this is Janet's wedding day after all. How do you think she's going to enjoy her wedding day if she sees you out here miserable the whole time?" Terri explains.

"You know something, Terri. You're right. I may have been punched in the gut, but I'm not going to let it bring me down. Especially not today when one of my very best friends is getting married. From this moment forward, I'm just going to forget about Chrissy and be happy for Janet." Jack says as he tries to pick himself up.

"That's the spirit." Terri says with a smile as she pats Jack on the shoulder.

"Yeah, I'm not going to let one girl bring me down. You know why, because I am strong. That's right, nothing is going to ruin this day for me!" Jack says as he bangs his chest, but he forgets that he is holding a hammer in his hand from where he has been hammering nails in the wall to put up the streamers. As he hits himself with his fist, he winds up banging the ball of the hammer right into his chest.

"I'm in pain!" Jack says as he throws the hammer down and grimaces. Jack grabs his chest where he accidently hit himself and Terri begins to rub it to try to make it feel better.

The guests have all arrived for the wedding and are seated in the chairs that have been placed in the apartment to watch the wedding. Larry, Mr. Furley, Phillip's parents, and everyone is sitting down and eagerly awaiting the start of the ceremony. Jack is dressed in his tuxedo and giving instructions to the organist on when to start playing.

Larry is conversing with his date as Mr. Furley is mingling with those sitting around him. Janet and Terri are in the bedroom as Terri is helping Janet with her wedding dress. At this point there is a knock on the door and Jack goes to answer it. His face turns to one of nervousness when he sees that it is Phillip standing there with a cheerful smile on face.

"Phillip!" Jack greets. "Hey everyone, look who's here. Big day, huh Phillip?"

"Oh, you said it. Jack, this is my best man, Tony Williams." Phillip replies, as a young blonde-haired gentlemen follows Phillip in.

"Hi. Welcome." Jack says to Phillip's best man as he shakes his hand.

"Thank you." Tony replies. At that point, Jack puts his hand on Phillip's shoulder.

"Uhm listen, Phil. We have a slight problem here." Jack whispers to him. Phillip looks over at Jack, his smile turns to a look of concern.

"Oh no. Don't tell me. I don't believe this. Why here? Why now?" Phillip says in a panic stricken tone. Immediately Phil thinks that Janet has gotten cold feet and skipped out on the wedding.

"Calm down, Phil. I'm sure there's a perfect logical explanation here." Jack says trying to be reassuring.

"Explanation? Are you kidding, Jack? There's no explanation for it. This is the worst thing that has ever happened to me." Phillip complains.

"The minister being late is the worst thing that has ever happened to you?" asks Jack.

"Yes, the minister being late is…..The minister is late?" asks a surprised Phillip as he realizes that he and Jack just had a misunderstanding.

"Yeah, the minister who is going to marry you hasn't gotten here yet. We don't know where it is. What did you think I meant?" asks a curious Jack.

"Oh, uhm, well I just thought that….uh, nothing." Phillip says.

"Wait a minute, you didn't think that I meant Janet got cold feet, did you?" Jack asks.

"Well, kinda maybe." stutters an embarrassed Phillip.

"Oh, no no no, Phil. Janet's just fine. She's in the bedroom with Terri." Jack says in a reassuring voice.

"Oh, well, Thank God." Phillip says as he breathes a sigh of relief. "Guess I'm a little jumpy today, huh Jack?" Phillip says as both Jack and the best man chuckle.

"Yeah. But don't worry, Janet didn't get cold feet. Her feet are plenty warm. Toasty as a matter of fact. Flaming hot. Yeah, as a matter of fact she's walking on sunshine, oh woah" Jack says, trying to make a corny joke in a nervous tone in typical Jack Tripper manner. "I'll tell you what, I'm just going to go check on her. I'll be right back." Jack says.

Jack starts to walk off to the bedroom to check on Janet. At that point Larry gets up out of his seat and rushes over to him.

"Hey Jack, when does this train wreck, uh I mean wedding start?" Larry whispers to him. His Freudian slip there making a clear indication that Larry isn't a real big fan of weddings.

"I know Larry. But in case you haven't noticed, we don't have a minister here. That makes it kind of hard to have a wedding." Jack replies quietly back to Larry.

"Jack, the natives are starting to get a little restless." Larry replies.

"Well, what do you want me to do, Larry? Wave a magic wand, say 'abra cadabra', and make a minister appear?" Jack asks sarcastically.

"Could you? My date's a cruise attendant in on shore leave for the weekend and the longer this thing drags on, the less time I have to get her drunk." Larry replies jokingly. Jack smacks Larry on the shoulder as a way of telling him to stop thinking of himself for once. He then proceeds to Janet and Terri's bedroom and knocks on the door.

"Who is it?" shouts Terri.

"It's me, can I come in?" Jack asks through the door.

"Yes." Terri shouts back. Jack opens up the door and in. He sees Janet in her wedding dress as Terri is making sure that her dressed is lined up just perfectly. Jack just stands there and is blown away by how amazing Janet looks in her dress. He always knew this day would come; he just didn't know it would be so soon. Jack takes a few seconds and just admires Janet as many thoughts and memories of her instantly come rushing to his mind.

"Oh Janet, you look so beautiful." Jack says with the utmost sincerity in his voice as he puts one hand on his chest.

"Jack Tripper, if you make me cry, I'm going to kill you." Janet says, her voice getting a little choked up.

"Hey, listen, Phillip is here. But we have a minor issue." Jack says.

"What?" Janet asks.

"The minister that you hired hasn't shown up yet." Jack replies.

"What?" asks a disbelieving Janet. It is still not known to Jack that Reverend Snow has agreed to perform Janet and Phillip's wedding. But now she is really worried. First Chrissy isn't on the flight that she was supposed to be on. And now her father is late to perform the wedding.

"Don't panic, Janet. I'm sure he'll be here. He must have gotten tied up in traffic or something. You know how the Santa Monia freeway is on the weekend."

Janet starts to squirm and look anxious. Just as she does, she hears the doorbell ring.

"You see, I'll bet you that's him right now." Jack says, trying to be as reassuring as possible.

"Gosh, I hope so." replies a nervous Janet.

"Now don't you worry about a thing. Everything is going to be just fine. I promise." Jack says to her with a positive smile. Terri grins as does Janet. They both think it is so nice that Jack has put the situation with Chrissy on the back burner in order to be there for Janet when she needs him to be. This just shows that while he isn't perfect, his good heart always shines through when it really matters.

At that point, the door to the bedroom opens up and Mr. Furley sticks his head in.

"The minister is finally here. Are you ready?" shouts a hyper Mr. Furler, his tone of voice is one of extreme excitement and nervousness, as is typically the case with him.

"See. I told you." Jack whispers to Janet. She breathes a huge sigh of relief.

"Mr. Furley, just a few minutes." Janet says to him.

"All right." Mr. Furley shouts as he leaves the room. But within seconds he opens the door back up again and sticks his head in. "How many minutes? Two? Three?" shouts a super hyper Mr. Furley.

"Mr. Furley!" shouts a visibly annoyed Terri.

"Take as long as you want." Mr. Furley says as he rushes back out.

"See Janet, everything worked out in the end." Jack says as he puts his hand under Janet's chin affectionately. Janet gives him a soft smile back.

"Well, not quite everything." Janet says with a hint of sadness in her voice. "I wish Chrissy were here." Janet says.

"So do I." Jack replies as his reassuring smile turns into a slight frown. Janet gives him a soft and gentle hug. "But hey, don't you worry about that. This is your special day, and I just want you to be happy."

"I am, Jack. I am." Janet says, her voice is choking up as she is getting emotional. "Jack, Terri, I just want you both to know that you two are the very best friends I could ever have. And I'm so happy that you are both here." Janet says, her eyes are starting to well up with tears.

"Janet." Terri says, butting in.

"Yes?" Janet replies.

"Shut up and get married." Terri says. She is trying to be comical and get Janet to laugh so that she doesn't cry before her wedding. The three of them laugh and then share an emotional group hug in the bedroom.

Moments later, Jack emerges from the bedroom. The guests at the wedding are starting to get impatient as it is well past the time that the wedding ceremony should have started.

"Jack, are we ready yet?" Mr. Furley asks.

"Yes, Mr. Furley. We're reaaddd…." Jack says but stops in mid-sentence as he looks up to the front of the living room past the people who are sitting down. He sees Phillip standing there along with his best man. But when he sees Reverend Snow standing there in his black robe and minister's collar, his mouth gapes for a moment.

"Reverend Snow?" Jack says in disbelief as he starts to walk to the front of the aisle.

"Uhm Jack, I think you're suppose to be in the back to walk Janet down…." Mr. Furley starts to say as Jack walks past him.

"Shhh. Quiet, Mr. Furley." Jack replies as he walks straight up the aisle and stands next to Phillip while continuing to look at the Reverend Snow.

"Hey Jack, I hate to be the one to break this to you. But you're not the bride here. Janet is." Mr. Furley says, making another crack at what he perceives to be Jack's alternative lifestyle.

"Mr. Furley, please!" Jack shouts as he continues to look at Reverend Snow.

"Hello Jack. It's good to see you again." Reverend Snow says to him as he shakes Jack's hand.

"What are you doing here?" asks Jack.

"Didn't Janet tell you? I'm performing her wedding." Reverend Snow replies.

"Performing her wedding? No, she never said a thing to me about it." Jack says.

"Oh? Well, I do apologize for my tardiness. But something of extreme urgency came up at the last minute and unfortunately I was the only one who could resolve it." Reverend Snow says. At this point, the impatience of everyone is beginning to show on their faces, including Phillip's.

"Jack, uhm, what exactly is going on here?" Phillip asks.

"Phillip, this is Reverend Snow, Chrissy's father." Jack says to him. "Listen Reverend Snow, I have something really important that I need to talk to you about."

"And I'll be more than happy to talk to you later, Jack. But right now, I'm afraid that our duties at this ceremony must take precedence over our catching up." Reverend Snow says.

"What? Oh yeah, right." Jack says as he suddenly realizes that there is a wedding to be done. Jack starts to walk back to his spot where he's supposed to be. But before he does he turns back the Reverend.

"Reverend, just one thing. Can you please give me Chrissy's phone number in San Francisco? I have something I have to talk to her about right after the wedding." Jack asks.

"Jack, I could give you the number. But I don't think it'll do you a whole lot of good." Reverend Snow replies.

"Oh, I see." says Jack in a downtrodden tone as he takes what the reverend just said to him to mean that Chrissy has made up her mind to stay in San Francisco and doesn't wish to speak to him. "All right, well, I'm sorry to hold everything up. Let's get on with the wedding." Jack says.

"Jack, I don't think you understand." Reverend Snow starts to say.

"It's all right, Reverend. It's okay. Let's just get on with the reason why we are all here." Jack says as he walks to the back of the aisle and gives the signal to the organist to start the music. A look of concern comes over Reverend Snow's face as the wedding march starts to play.

Terri walks out of the bedroom first as Janet's maid of honor and she slowly walks past Jack and down the aisle. However, just as "Here comes the bride" starts to play on the organ, the telephone rings. An irritated Jack walks over to the phone and picks it up.

"Do you mind? The wedding's about to start." Jack says to whoever it is that is calling and slams the phone back down. He then goes back to the end of the aisle and gives the signal to the organist to start playing again.

Just as "Here comes the bride" is about to start playing again, another interruption occurs as the doorbell rings. A collective sigh comes out of everyone at the wedding as an irritated Jack goes and answers the door.

"Listen, can you come back later! The wedding is about to…." Jack says as he opens the door. However, he stops in mid-sentence. He can feel his heart almost skip a beat as standing there in a red dress and blonde hair looking as beautiful as ever is the woman who has owned his thoughts for the past week.

"Chrissy?" Jack greets.

"Jack, I'm sorry. But with all the people here I couldn't find any parking. So, I had to let Daddy off at the front and then I had to park the car 3 blocks away and…" Chrissy says as she tries to catch her breath. As Jack looks her over, he sees that she is out of breath and appears to have run to the apartment in high heels.

"Chrissy, please come in." Jack says as he escorts her inside and closes the door behind her.

"See Jack, that's why her number wasn't going to do you any good. Why call her on the phone when you can talk to her face to face?" says Reverend Snow.

"Wait a minute?" Mr. Dawson says. "Is this the same Chrissy we were supposed to pick up from the airport last night?"

"Yes. It's me." Chrissy says

"Well, why weren't you on the plane, dear?" asks Mrs. Dawson

"Well, I would have been. But the taxi I was in overheated on the way to the airport and I was stuck on the side of the highway with the cab driver for hours. By the time I got to the airport the plane had already left, and the next flight to L.A. didn't leave until early the next morning. So I spent the night sleeping on a bench at an airport terminal and caught the first flight down here this morning." Chrissy explains.

"Yes, and when she got here, the only number she could remember was mine. She also spent all the money she had in her purse on the plane ticket here and had nothing left for a taxi. So I had no choice but to go and pick her up at the airport. And that's why I was late getting here." Reverend Snow says.

"Chrissy, you slept in the airport last night?" asks Jack.

"Yes, Jack I did. I just had to see you. There's something I really need to talk to you about and I couldn't let it wait any longer." Chrissy says. At this point Jack is visibly touched that Chrissy went through such an ordeal just to get back to L.A. to see him. Chrissy looks around at the apartment and realizes what is about to happen. "Oh no. I interrupted Janet's wedding."

"Listen Chrissy don't worry about it. I need to talk to you too." Jack says as he grabs Chrissy's hand and starts to lead her to the kitchen.

"Jack! The wedding's about to start." Terri says to him as he and Chrissy are walking to the kitchen.

"Huh?" Jack says as he turns around and looks at everyone. "Oh yeah, that. Listen, everyone take five. We'll be right back." Jack says causing everyone to roll their eyes and groan in frustration as there have already been so many unexpected delays. Larry facepalms as he watches his best friend walk into the kitchen with Chrissy, making a fool out of himself.

"Look Jack, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to interrupt Janet's wedding. I just had to see you. But I just had the worst time trying to get here and find a place to park Daddy's car and….." Chrissy rambles at him in the kitchen.

"Never mind that, Chrissy. I'm just so glad you're here." Jack says as he puts his hands on Chrissy's shoulders.

"You are?" Chrissy asks.

"Of course, I am. I missed you so much this past week." Jack says to her.

"Oh Jack, I missed you too. That's why I came here. I just couldn't stay away from you any longer. I had to see you again." Chrissy cries in a sincere and loving tone. At this point Jack and Chrissy reach in and hug each other. They hold each other close and enjoy the feel of being in one another's arms. Jack gently caresses Chrissy's blonde hair with one hand. Chrissy just holds onto him as tight as she can as she tries to gather herself from all the excitement of everything that's happened to her today.

"I have done nothing but think about you all week long." Jack says to Chrissy.

"You have?" asks Chrissy. "Gosh, I wish I would have known that."

"You didn't know?" Jack asks.

"Well, I was thinking about you too. And I wanted to think that you were thinking of me. But I didn't know you were thinking about me. But if I had known, then I could have been happy because I would know that while I was thinking of you, you were also thinking of me, and then I wouldn't have to wonder if you were thinking about me while I was thinking about you because I'd know you were already thinking of me and that we were both thinking about each other." Chrissy explains in her typical confusing fashion. Jack releases from the hug momentarily and looks at her. "Jack, are you all right? You look confused." Chrissy asked.

"Not anymore. For the first time in my life, everything makes perfect sense." Jack says in a soft and romantic tone as he smiles at Chrissy while looking into her eyes. She looks back at him lovingly. Her smile is warm, and her eyes have a soft welcoming message in the way she's looking at him that he's never seen with any other girl he's ever been in a relationship with. They both can feel it, and are both thinking the same thing, how much they love each other.

Meanwhile, out in the living room. Everyone is confused and growing more impatient by the second. In the bedroom, Janet wonders what is going on as the music has stopped playing and she hears soft murmuring going on outside from the wedding guests. Janet quietly opens her bedroom door and peaks her head out as not to draw a lot of attention. She notices that Larry is sitting closest to her, so she tries to get his attention.

"Pst. Larry!" Janet whispers loudly. Larry notices her and walks over to the bedroom door. "Larry, what's going on here? Why'd the music stop playing? Where's Jack? He's supposed to give me away."

"He's is in the kitchen with Chrissy." Larry says. Janet's face lights up like a Christmas tree upon hearing this news.

"She's here? Oh, I got to see this." Janet says.

"Uhm Janet, I'm not so sure you should go in there. I don't know how well it's going. Plus, won't Phillip see you in your wedding dress?" Larry asks.

"Oh yeah. That." Janet said. "Larry listen, do me a favor, create a diversion while I run into the kitchen."

"What? How?" Larry asks.

"Oh never mind, I'll do it myself." says Janet. "EVERYONE QUICK, LOOK AT THE CEILING, I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO SEE ME!" Janet shouts from the bedroom at the top of her lungs.

Without question, everyone at the wedding looks up at the ceiling as Janet comically rushes out of the bedroom and into the kitchen. "Nobody sees me!" Janet yells.

In the kitchen, both Jack and Chrissy have closed their eyes, tilted their heads and they are leaning in to kiss one another. But before they can, Janet comes rushing in.

"Jack! Chrissy!" Janet shouts as she sees them both. A startled Jack and Chrissy open their eyes and turn to look at Janet.

"Oh Janet, you look so beautiful in your wedding dress." Chrissy says to her.

"Never mind me, Chrissy. I need to talk to you about you and Jack. I need to talk to both of you actually." Janet says.

"Janet, listen we…." Jack starts to say.

"Jack please, just hear me out." Janet interrupts. "Listen, what I said to both of you was wrong. And I now know that for so long both of you didn't act on your feelings for one another because you didn't want to hurt me. And I just want you both to know how much I appreciate it. But the time has come for both of you to stop worrying about me and to start listening to your hearts." Janet cries.

"Janet look, we….." Chrissy starts to say.

"Chrissy, let me finish." Janet interrupts. "I got a husband now. I got someone to look after me. And I want both of you to be happy and have someone to look after you. I know both of you so well. I've seen you both in the past fall in love with the wrong people. And I've watched you both get hurt time and time again. You're both good people. And if you truly want to be with each other, I know that you will be completely devoted to each other and neither one of you will ever hurt the other. And knowing this will make it a lot easier for me to sleep at night, especially since I won't be around to look after you guys anymore. So as of this moment, I just want to say that the ground rule that we all agreed upon when we first became roommates is officially canceled. From now on, the new ground rule is to follow your heart." Janet says with as much emotion as she can muster.

"Gosh Janet, I don't really know what to say." Jack says as he is overwhelmed by Janet's heartfelt emotional speech.

"Jack, all week long you've been depressed. You've been thinking it was over and that you would never see Chrissy again and would never get to tell her how you really feel. The one thing you've wanted was a second chance with her. Well look, here she is. She's right in front of you. You got your second chance. Don't be afraid, just say what you truly feel." Janet tells Jack.

At that point Jack nods to her, knowing that he can't argue with that logic. He turns to look at Chrissy. He takes a moment and just stares into her eyes, nearly getting lost in her beauty. Her childlike innocence is practically omitting from all over her. He pauses for a moment before speaking.

"Chrissy, I have been chasing after women for a long time, hoping to find the right one. But no matter how hard I tried to make all those other relationships work, they were all meant to fail. Because with all of them, I tried to be somebody I wasn't. With you, all you ever wanted from me was for me to be myself. Those other relationships were meant to fail for one reason, because you are the one for me. I know that now. The signs were always there, but I didn't see them clearly until now. I have never been happier in my life than I was that night a week ago when you came to the bistro and told me how you really felt. And I've never been sadder than when you left. I don't want to spend another day being sad. Chrissy, I love you." Jack says sincerely. Janet stands there watching the two with a big smile on her face as Chrissy is almost in tears, overcome with emotion.

"Jack, I love you, too. And I feel the same way. I want to spend my life with you. So many guys chased me all these years. But I don't feel like any of them ever loved me for me. They just looked at me and saw what they wanted. But you, I feel like you love the real me. And you were always there for me when I needed you. You are the kindest, sweetest, and funniest guy I know. You could always make me laugh, no matter how down I was." Chrissy says. Jack looks at her with a smile.

"And I always will." Jack replies with a warm smile.

Jack and Chrissy close their eyes and lean in and kiss each other warmly and passionately as they wrap their arms around one another. Janet stands there smiling in glee at the sight of seeing two of her very best friends having finally come to one another. After about 10 seconds, they releases from the kiss.

"I have just one more thing to ask you." Jack says to Chrissy.

"What?" Chrissy asks. At that point, Jack drops to one knee and grabs Chrissy's hand. Janet cups her hands over her mouth in excitement as she knows what is about to happen.

"Chrissy Snow, will you marry me?" Jack asks. At this point, Chrissy looks at down at Jack on one knee. She can no longer fight back the tears as they start streaming down her face. Jack sits there on one knee as his entire life now hinges on what those tears mean. Are they tears of joy or tears of sorrow? He looks up at Chrissy who wipes away the tears with her free hand. She then starts to nod her head, slow at first, but then faster and faster as a huge smile comes across her face.

"Uhm, is that a yes? Or are you practicing to be a horse?" Jack asks in a joking manner, referring to Chrissy's head nodding.

"Yes, Jack! It's a Yes! Yes! Yes, I'll marry you!" Chrissy says softly, her voice getting choked up, but her face is absolutely glowing with pure joy at that moment. Jack gets up off of one knee as he embraces Chrissy with a warm hug. The two of them kiss several times and then hug each other tightly again. Janet stands there watching them with a big smile of contentment on her face.

"Well, all right. This is what I wanted to see." Janet says. Jack and Chrissy then look over at Janet and they both reach out with an arm and pull her over to them. Jack, Chrissy, and Janet all share in a very touching and emotional group hug there in the kitchen. The hug lasts for what seems to be a long time before Chrissy finally releases from it.

"Hey! What are we standing here for? Janet, we have to get you married." Chrissy says to Janet.

"That's right! Janet, we got to get you back to the bedroom. I was supposed to give you away 15 minutes ago." Jack replies.

"Oh my God!" Janet cries as she rushes over to the kitchen door and pokes her head out. "EVERYONE QUICK, LOOK AT THE FLOOR!" Janet shouts out to everyone at the wedding. Everyone looks down at the floor of the apartment as Janet as rushes out of the kitchen and back to her bedroom. "Nobody sees me now either!" Janet shouts as she runs into her bedroom and closes the door.

Jack and Chrissy follow Janet out of the bedroom. Jack is holding Chrissy's hand and he escorts her to an empty seat in the rear of the congregation. Chrissy sits down in the seat as Jack takes his place at the back of the aisle.

"I think we're finally ready to get the show on the road." Jack says as everyone at the wedding starts clapping collectively in a comedic fashion.

Jack signals the organist who begins to play "Here comes the bride." Janet walks out of the bedroom, carrying her bouquet. She meets Jack at the back of the aisle and grabs onto his arm. The two of them walk side by side down the aisle and to the front where Phillip is waiting for Janet along with his best man and Reverend Snow. As Jack and Janet reach the front, the organist stops playing and Reverend Snow begins to speak.

"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today in the sight of God to join this man, Phillip Dawson, and this woman, Janet Wood, in the bonds of Holy Matrimony. Phillip, Janet, on this day it is a great pleasure for your family, friends and those who you have shared your lives with to be here with you as you two now join your lives in the union of marriage." Reverend Snow says. "If anyone here sees any reason why these two should not be wed, let them speak now or forever hold their peace." says the Reverend.

At that point, Mr. Furley coughs really loudly. Everyone turns to look at him. As he notices the attention suddenly on him, Mr. Furley starts to get embarrassed.

"Oh, no that wasn't me. I just had something stuck in my throat. I don't have any objections." Mr. Furley says as he tries to laugh it off, his face red with embarrassment. Jack, Janet, and Terri shake their heads. "Please Reverend, continue." Mr. Furley says.

"Who gives this woman to be wed to this man?" Reverend Snow asks.

"Well, normally it would be Janet's father, but since he's not here…." Jack starts to say.

"Just say 'I do'" Reverend Snow interrupts.

"Oh, I do." Jack replies with am embarrassing chuckle as he kisses Janet's hand and releases her. Jack steps aside and moves over to Terri's left side in order for Janet to take Phillip's hands.

"A wedding day is often a time when the man and the woman who are getting married reflect on the journey they have taken to get to this moment in time. Often, they will remember the people in their lives who helped them on their journey. Some of these people are here today to witness this most joyous of occasions. And others either were unable to be here today or have passed on to their eternal destination. Janet, Phillip, before we begin, I would like you two and everyone here to take a moment to reflect on your own personal journey and the people in your lives who have helped you along the way. And please remember that this marriage does not mean the end of old friendships, but rather the beginning of new ones as your circle of family, friends, and special people in your lives expands as does your ability to affect the lives of those in it in a way that is pleasing to God." Reverend Snow says.

As Janet and Phillip reflect, the guests are watching intently. Everyone in attendance including Larry, Mr. Furley, Chrissy, Jack, and Terri start to get lost in their own thoughts as each of them remember a special time that they were fortunate enough to share with Janet. A few of them start to get sad and wonder if there will ever be any new memories with Janet to be made now that she will be married and gone.

"Thank you." Reverend Snow says. "Do you Phillip, take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife, to love, honor, and cherish, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, so long as you both shall live?" asks the Reverend. Phillip looks at Janet and smiles.

"I do." Phillip says.

"And do you Janet, take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband, to love, honor, and cherish. For richer or poorer, in sickness and in heath, so long as you both shall live?" Reverend Snow asks. Janet looks over at Phillip.

"I do." Janet says in a high voice, getting choked up.

"May I have the rings please?" Reverend Snow asks as the best man hands the rings to him.

"Your wedding rings are the outward and visible sign of the inward and invisible bond that the two of you now share which has your hearts united forever in love." Reverend Snow says as he hands a ring to Phillip.

"Phillip, would you place this ring on the third finger on Janet's left hand and repeat after me." Reverend Snow says. Phillip slides the ring on Janet's ring finger on her left hand and smiles.

"I give you this ring. Wear it with love and joy." Reverend Snow says.

"I give you this ring. Wear it with love and joy." Phillip repeats.

"As this ring has no end, my love for you is forever." Reverend Snow says.

"As this ring has no end, my love for you is forever." Phillip repeats. At that moment, Reverend Snow hands the other ring to Janet.

"Janet, would you place this ring on the third finger on Phillip's left hand and repeat after me." Reverend Snow says. Janet nervously looks at Phillip and slides the ring onto his finger.

"I give you this ring. Wear it with love and joy." Reverend Snow says.

"I give you this ring. Wear it with love and joy." Janet repeats to Phillip.

"As this ring has no end, my love for you is forever." Reverend Snow says.

"As this ring has no end, my love for you is forever." Janet repeats.

"And so by the power vested in me by God and the state of California, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." Reverend Snow says. Both Janet and Phillip smile and look relieved as they lean in and kiss each other. As they do Mendelssohn's wedding march begins to play on the organ. Everyone in attendance stands and claps. Janet and Phillip hug and then everyone starts to come in and congratulate the newly married couple.

First Janet gives Reverend Snow a hug. Then she hugs Terri, and then Jack. Terri then goes over and hugs Phillip. Jack shakes Phillip's hand.

"Hey, you take good care of her now." Jack says to Phillip who smiles and nods. Mr. Furley comes up to Janet and hugs her.

"Oh, Mr. Furley!" Janet says. Mr. Furley is crying in a comical way.

"Oh Janet, I'm so happy for you!" Mr. Furley says. At that point, Chrissy has made her way up from the rear to the front where Janet is.

"Oh Janet, I'm really happy for you. I'm sorry that I almost ruined your wedding." Chrissy says to her.

"Ruin it? Are you kidding me? Chrissy, you made it all the more special by being here." Janet says to her as she hugs Chrissy.

"I did?" asks a confused Chrissy.

"Yes. Chrissy, you gave me the best wedding present today that I could possibly have gotten." Janet says as she hugs Chrissy again. Chrissy then goes over and hugs Phillip and congratulates him. At that point, another old friend approaches Janet.

"Janet!" Larry says as he walks over to her. "What can I say?"

At that point, Janet overwhelmed with joy and happiness does something totally unexpected and plants a kiss right on Larry's mouth. A stunned Larry is speechless at first.

"Wow. Do you know that's the first time you ever kissed me?" Larry says.

"And the last." Phillip says jokingly as he comes up from behind and pats Larry on the shoulder. Everyone laughs at the joke.

"I hope you two are very happy. You deserve it, princess." Larry says as he playfully nudges Janet's chin.

"Oh, thank you, Larry." Janet says back to him, her voice now getting even more choked up.

"All right! Everyone down to my place for refreshments!" Mr. Furley shouts from the back of the room. Slowly everyone makes their way out of the apartment and downstairs to Mr. Furley's apartment where the wedding reception is to be held.

The reception is in full swing down at Mr. Furley's apartment. Everyone is laughing, talking, and enjoying themselves. The food that Felipe's catering service has prepared is delicious and everyone is enjoying it as well as the champagne and drinks that are available, though some have apparently had too much. Like Mr. Furley, who is already starting to act a little tipsy as it is well known he can't handle more than a glass or two of champagne.

Meanwhile, Jack and Chrissy have decided to not announce their engagement to anyone at this time. They both agreed that this is Janet's day and that the spotlight should be on her and Phillip, not them. They talked about it amongst themselves and with Janet and they all agreed that they would tell Larry and everyone else their exciting news later, after the wedding had concluded.

However, there is one person there they decided that they must tell. And that person is Chrissy's father, Reverend Snow. As Janet and Phillip have cut the wedding cake and participated in the ceremonial eating of the cake, the cake starts to be passed out to all the guests.

As everyone is enjoying their cake, Jack and Chrissy decide to seize this opportunity to ask Reverend Snow if they could speak to him privately. Jack, Chrissy, and the Reverend all quietly make their way out of Mr. Furley's apartment and go back upstairs to Jack's apartment where nobody is presently at so that they can have some privacy.

"Listen Reverend, I'm glad that Chrissy and I finally get a chance to talk to you alone because there is something very important that I need to tell you." Jack says as they all walk into the apartment.

"Well Jack, I also have something very important that I need to tell you as well." Reverend Snow replies.

"You do?" asks a surprised Jack.

"This isn't easy for me. But…." Reverend Snow starts to say as he pauses in the middle of the sentence.

"Daddy? Are you okay?" Chrissy asks.

"Yes dear. I'm just trying to find the right words here." Reverend Snow replies. "Jack, I owe you an apology."

"Oh?" asks a surprised Jack.

"Jack, years ago when we first met, I must admit that I didn't care for you too much. And I had a great deal of concern about my Chrissy living under the same roof as you. When I learned about your lifestyle and how you frequently dated many different women, my concern grew even more. I worried that you would be a bad influence on my daughter. But now I know that I couldn't have been more wrong."

"Well Reverend, I, huh?" asks a confused Jack.

"You are a fine man and have been a wonderful friend to Chrissy. She couldn't have had anyone better to look out for her than you. That's why it made me sad when the two of you lost touch after Chrissy moved back to Fresno. I could tell when that happened that it left a certain emptiness in Chrissy's life. So, I want you to do me a favor. I want you to promise me now that you and Chrissy have reconnected that this time you will stay in touch for good and never lose contact. And should anything happen to me, I want your promise that you will look out for her. Do you think you can do that for me, Jack?" asks Reverend Snow. He looks over at Chrissy and grins.

"Yeah, I think I can manage that." Jack says as he puts an arm around his fiancé's shoulders and holds her close to him.

"Oh, bless you, Jack." Reverend Snow responds with a smile. "Now, what is it that you wanted to tell me?"

"Well Reverend, you see….." Jack starts to say but stops in mid-sentence. "Chrissy, uhm, why don't you tell your father?"

"No Jack, you go ahead." Chrissy says.

"No Chrissy, he's your father. You tell him." Jack argues.

"Well, somebody tell me. The Lord may have blessed me with more patience than the average man, but even I have my limits." Reverend Snow jokes. Jack and Chrissy look at each other, then turn back to the Reverend.

"Reverend, listen, when I met up with Chrissy on the plane, you see something kind of happened." Jack says in a shy and stuttering way.

"Something?" asks the reverend.

"You see, seeing Chrissy again after all this time, it made me realize what I had been…what I had been…" Jack says he starts to stutter, visibly showing signs of nervousness. Chrissy bites her lip as the reverend tries patiently for Jack to spit out what it is he has to say.

"You see, Reverend, there comes a time in a man's life when he realizes that he must….." Jack says as he tries again to spit it out. "See, I just realized that it was time I settled down and…..settled down and…." Jack stutters. Finally, Chrissy can no longer contain herself and decides she needs to spit it out.

"Oh, enough Jack!" Chrissy says to him as she turns to her father. "Daddy, Jack asked me to marry him?"

"He what?" asks Reverend Snow with a surprised and excited look on his face.

"Jack asked me to be his wife, and I said yes." Chrissy tells her father. At this point Jack closes his eyes really tight and grimaces, preparing for the worst possible reaction. Reverend Snow looks at them both, speechless at first.

"Jack, is this true?" asks the reverend.

"Yes sir, it is." Jack replies as he slowly opens his eyes to peak at the reverend's reaction. He looks surprised at first and he turns his back to Jack and Chrissy and begins to weep quietly.

"I knew it. He hates me. I'm taking his little girl away. He's so upset about it, he's crying." Jack whispers to Chrissy. She smacks him on the shoulder.

"Daddy, are you okay?" Chrissy asks.

"Am I okay?" Reverend Snow repeats. "I've been dreading this moment for over 30 years. But now that it's finally here, I can't tell you how happy I am." he says as he turns to face Jack and Chrissy again with tears rolling out of his eyes.

"Well, if you are happy then why are you crying?" asks Chrissy.

"Sweetheart, these are tears of joy." Reverend Snow says. "Ever since your mom passed, I've had to face the facts. I'm not going to be around forever and before I leave this world, the one thing I prayed for is that I would have the peace of knowing that my little girl has found a man with decency, character, and morality to look after her and take care of her. And that it's someone who would make her happy. And as He always does, He has answered my prayers. Oh, Praise the Lord, you two have made this old reverend's heart jump for joy." says an emotional Reverend Snow

The Reverend goes walks over and hugs his daughter and kisses her on the forehead. He then goes over and hugs Jack.

"So, does this mean that you won't mind performing our wedding?" Jack asks as he hugs the Reverend back.

"Mind? Do I mind? Are you kidding? Jack, it would be the biggest honor of my lifetime to perform you guys wedding." replies Reverend Snow his face glows as he puts one hand on Jack's shoulder and the other hand on Chrissy's.

"Wow, thank you, Reverend. This means a lot. You have no idea." Jack replies.

"On one condition though." Reverend Snow says.

"Oh, you want a deposit? Hey, no problem. I'll have to write you a check but….." Jack starts to say.

"Oh, Good Heavens, no. Jack, I could never ask for money to perform my own daughter's wedding. What kind of man would I be if I did that?" Reverend Snow replies. "No, the one condition I have is that you stop calling me reverend. And please, call me dad." Reverend Snow says.

The words from Reverend Snow just melt Jack's heart right there, as well as Chrissy's too. He's just at a loss for words over how accepting and gracious his future father-in-law has been upon hearing the news of his engagement to Chrissy. At this point Jack, practically in tears, moves in and gives the reverend another big hug. Reverend snow hugs Jack with one arm and reaches out for Chrissy with the other. Chrissy hugs her father with one arm and Jack with another. The three of them share a massive group hug right there in the living room.

"Well…." says the reverend as he releases from the hug. "I wish I could stay and celebrate with you guys, but I have another social engagement this evening that I have to get ready for. But I'll be in touch." Reverend Snow says as he smiles at his daughter and future son-in-law.

"Bye Daddy." Chrissy says with a smile as she puts an arm around Jack and rests her head on his shoulder. Jack holds her close with both arms.

"Thank you, reveren….I mean….Thank you, Dad. We'll see you soon." Jack says. Reverend Snow smiles at them once more and then walks out the door leaving Jack and Chrissy alone in the living room. The two turn their attention to each other as they continue to stand there holding each other tightly.

"Well, I'd say that went pretty well. Don't you think?" Jack asks her.

"I knew he'd love the news. He always did like you, Jack." Chrissy replies.

"Always?" Jack asks while chuckling.

"Well, maybe not always. But for a long time." Chrissy replies.

"Oh, not always? Now you're back tracking." Jack says as he gives Chrissy a hard time.

"Well, he had to get to know you first." Chrissy argues back.

"Oh, I get it. So, he grew to like me?" Jack suggests.

"Well actually he was already grown when he met you so he couldn't grow anymore." Chrissy replies making a dumb joke as she laughs and snorts at the same time. Jack stands there watching her and realizes that he loves everything about her. Even the things he once found annoying; he now wouldn't change for anything in the world. As Chrissy stops laughing, she and Jack look at each other. Big smiles are on their faces and the magic is in both of their eyes.

"I love you." Jack says to Chrissy softly.

"I love you too." Chrissy whispers softly back to him. The two of them stand there looking at each other and holding one another for a few seconds before they close their eyes, tilt their heads, and lean in and kiss one another.

As Jack holds Chrissy tightly around the waist, she throws her arms over his shoulders. When their lips touch, it's like every other care in the world is suddenly gone and they aren't even there anymore. They are now in their own private perfect place. The kiss goes on, gently yet passionately.

As Jack and Chrissy continue kissing alone in the living room, they are eventually interrupted by a very tipsy Mr. Furley who by now has drunk one too many glasses of champagne. Mr. Furley comes stumbling up the stairs and can't even walk straight. He walks in as Jack and Chrissy are kissing. His mind and his thinking are clearly affected by the alcohol in his system.

"Jack! Chrissy! Where'd you two crazy kids run off to?" Mr. Furley yells as he hiccups. Jack and Chrissy release from the kiss and turn to look at him. "Everyone downstairs is asking about you guys." Mr. Furley says as he takes another sip of the glass of champagne in his hand.

"Oh yeah, I guess we'd better get back down there, huh? Come on, Chrissy." Jack says as he takes Chrissy's hand and starts to lead her out.

"Hey, nice suit, Mr. Furley." Chrissy says to him.

"Gee thanks. I do look kind of sharp if I don't say so myself." Mr. Furley says as he breathes in heavily through his nose and grins. Jack and Chrissy chuckle as they walk past Mr. Furley and go downstairs to rejoin the party.

As Mr. Furley is left standing in the apartment alone, he looks around and then down at his glass of champagne. It suddenly occurs to him what he saw or what he thought he just saw. As he looks up at the spot where Jack and Chrissy were standing when he walked into the room, he ponders to himself if he really just saw Jack and Chrissy kissing.

He then looks back down at his bottle of champagne and reasons that the alcohol he has consumed must me making him imagining things.

"Nah." Mr. Furley says out loud to himself as he shakes his head and then downs the rest of the glass. He then turns to walk back out of the apartment but in his drunken state winds up walking face first into the wall instead before finding the actual door and exiting.

TO BE CONTINUED

A/N: So it was after this and one other scene where the tv show ended on tv.

But am I done with this story yet? Nope. I still have another 4 chapters minimum to write before this story is complete.

You may have noticed that I really haven't written a lot about Janet and Phillip's engagement and wedding in this story. It was a backdrop and a part of the story, but I didn't write a lot about it and there's a reason for that. It's because I had been planning all along to write Jack & Chrissy's wedding which is going to be a lot bigger and involve more people. So I didn't want to really write a lot about one wedding when I had plans to write about another wedding that I feel is going to be a lot more interesting.

But before there are still a few more chapters to go before we get to Jack & Chrissy's wedding and a lot of fun stuff to cover. We've had a lot of drama over the last couple of chapters, but now we get back into what Three's Company is really all about, comedy! First of all, one of the many things I didn't like about the series finale on the actual show is that they didn't bring back any of the old characters from the earlier years to do cameos. No Chrissy. No Cindy. No Ropers. Well, that's all going to change in this story as Cindy, the Ropers, and a few others will be making appearances.

Secondly, the next few chapters are going to help set up my version of what the "Three's a Crowd" spinoff should have been and not the horrid show we wound up getting.

So, stay tuned. I'm just getting started here.
