BrokenKestral: Thank you! I like to think I have exceptional grammar. I wasn't really thinking about it like that, but rereading I see that you're right.
Disclaimer: And guess what? I don't own, I don't own, I don't ooooown! *whispering* I like to whisper, too.
"The fourteenth day of the second month of the year. That will be a holiday of love. Don't you agree, Helen My Love?" King Frank is sitting at his desk in his study while his wife is sitting on the couch reading a book. She looks up from her sentence.
"Just like Valentine's Day? I think it is a wonderful idea. We could celebrate just as we used to. With hearts on the walls and poems and cards and, oh, it will be wonderful!" replies Queen Helen.
"Yes, of course, Dear. And, soon, there will be another to celebrate this lovely holiday with." He gets up and makes his way to the couch and gathers is wife in his arms as she rests her hands on her large belly.
"Yes, My King. There will be. Now, about names, I still think that, if it is a boy, he should be named after his father," the Queen informs her husband.
"And if it is a girl she will be named after her wonderful and loving mother." He kisses her head. After a moment of silence he says, "I love you, you know."
"I do."
Fin.
A/N: This is what my odd brain came up with. Don't worry, this one was proofread. Please provide constructive criticism. It would make me a better writer and then I can write even better stories.
Yours truly,
