The whole team were crowded around Ziva's bed. Ducky was telling them all funny stories about how he and his friend Angus went to the theme park and the whole thing went wrong. He was mainly doing it to keep Ziva's mind off the stress and discomfort she must be feeling.

"Haha Ducky. I do not suppose your day could have gotten any worse." Ziva laughed.

"Well my dear Ziva. When I think about that further. It did get worse." Ducky said while contemplating the bad day with Angus.

Gibbs wasn't listening to Ducky's story.

Jenny had gone back to her office that afternoon.

Gibbs was thinking about Ziva and her father. That bastard! How could a father do such a horrible thing to his daughter. We now have enough evidence that THIS was Eli David's doing. If I could get Ziva to testify against her own father then he would go down in court. But this could cause havoc to the relationship between our countries. I wonder if Ziva would be willing to even testify against her father either. Even with all the horrible thing that he had done to her, he is STILL her father and she is STILL his daughter. The look in her eyes tells me that she hates her father but enough to want to send him to jail forever? I have a lot of asking, negotiating and arguing to do don't I? Gibbs sighed at the last thought.

Gibbs knew he needed to talk to the director but he needed Ziva's side of the story first.

"Ohhoho. Angus then fell face first into the mud pile." Ducky was laughing to tears before Gibbs interrupted him.

"Duck. Can I please talk to Ziver for a minute?"

"Of course."

They all stood there waiting for Gibbs to say something.

"In private please." Gibbs warned.

They all left.

"Tony. You should stay." Gibbs said right before Tony left the room.

They both sat beside Ziva.

"Look. Ziva, I know this is hard but I need some answers. We need to find your father and he needs to be dealt with appropriately. Unless you are willing to let it go and forget about it." Gibbs chose his words carefully. Gibbs wanted her to say yes to her father getting what he deserved.

Tony looked at Gibbs in disbelief. Why are you bringing this up right NOW!? Tony had the overwhelming urge to yell at Gibbs and tell him to shut up. But he also knew that Gibbs knew what he was doing.

"Well, Gibbs-" Ziva started. She didn't know what to say. Thinking about what HER father had done to her. She still loved her father. More than anything. However, she couldn't feel it at the moment. She is damaged goods by her father's hand. She didn't know whether to forgive and forget or let the punishment fit the crime. She was starting to tear up.

Now Tony understood why Gibbs got him to say.

Ziva unconsciously fell into Tony's shoulder and cried.

Gibbs sighed. She's not ready for this. Gibbs got up to leave and leave them to be alone.

Ziva looked up.

"NO! Wait! Gibbs!"

Gibbs turned around. Ziva was wiping her damp eyes.

"I want my father to get what he deserves. If he does not get called out, he's going to come back to me and more people will get hurt. I do not want that to happen."

"Are you sure? Because once I tell the director, the decision in final."

Ziva took a deep breath. "Yes. I am sure Gibbs."
