(Last chapter)

Gibbs went straight home. He needed a good nights rest. He had been working long hours and had little to no sleep. He fell into his couch face first and relaxed. He was on the verge of sleep when his cell phone rung.

He picked up his cell phone and saw the caller ID. It wasn't a name, it was a number and he didn't recognize it. He flicked his phone open. He had a gut feeling.

"Hello?"

The man on the other end had a thick accent.

"Hello Agent Gibbs. My name is Eli David."

Gibbs' heart almost stopped. He tried to sound casual.

"Well. Hello Eli. Long time no speak."

"Oh yes. We have not spoken in a while haven't we?"

Gibbs rolled his eyes. He was getting annoyed.

"What do you want Eli?"

"Well Special Agent Gibbs. I have reason believe you have my daughter."

"What makes you think that Eli?"

"Well. She has not called me and when I checked her apartment she was not there."

"She was in her apartment back at Israel? Hmmm. how did she get there?" Gibbs asked sarcastically.

Eli didn't know what to say.

"I want her back." Eli completely ignored Gibbs' question.

"What makes you think we have her?"

"I would not know anyone else who would kidnap my own daughter away from me."

Gibbs couldn't believe his ears.

"Weren't you the one that abducted her from her hospital bed?"

Again Eli didn't know what to say.

"I want her back. NOW!"

"That's not going to happen."

"Agent Gibbs. Maybe I had not made myself more clear. You will bring my daughter back and you will leave her here."

"It doesn't work that way. Ziva's an adult and she is capable enough to make those decisions herself. If she wants to come back, she will."

"I want my daughter back now. If you don't bring her back by next week, you will just have to see what happens." Eli hung up.
