One week after stranded on a desert island, Kara and Lena had finally decided to move in together. They were already spending all their time either at each other's house but this time they had been visiting apartments and finally decided on a beautiful apartment on the top floor of a building in downtown National City. The apartment was also located almost equidistant from Cat&Co and the WD, which would allow the two women to go to both without too much difficulty.
So they were eager to move in together, alternating from one apartment to another to retrieve their respective belongings. Kara and Lena felt that they would finally be able to enjoy their new life, falling asleep next to each other every night, which she already did almost every night, but this time was different, they would be at home, and not just at Kara's or Lena's place. Knowing that they would be able to admire each other's gaze every day of their lives, feel all the love that unites them and enjoy the carnal pleasures when they feel like it and not only after waiting for a date. And then this way, they would finally be able to take care of their wedding to get married as soon as possible. Both women were really looking forward to making things official between them and proudly showing off their beautiful rings to the world. Alex was to come and help them with the move. Their new apartment was full of boxes and Kara watched as Lena unpacked a box full of clothes while she unpacked kitchen utensils. But as she looked at Lena, she didn't see the kitchen door that she was supposed to go through to put the stuff away and took it in her face, breaking it instantly. When Lena turned around to see what had happened, she couldn't help but laugh at the situation, making fun of a sulking Kara.
But in front of her fiancé's sulky pout, she stopped for a moment from what she was doing and came over to Kara, taking her face in a cup and kissing her tenderly while Kara had her arms folded, pretending to sulk. Lena couldn't help but feel Kara's smile under her lips, although she told her otherwise, making Lena laugh even more, and she would never tire of seeing her future wife like that. She was an adult with the soul of a child, a woman with a huge heart, a soul that only wanted to be loved. And she was, she was loved more than anything by Lena and every day she thanked heaven that it was reciprocal.
She asked Kara to come and take a break. As she had almost finished unpacking the kitchen, she offered to teach her how to make pancakes, one of Kara's favorite foods. Since Kara almost always burns pancakes, it was time to teach her not to set their kitchen on fire every time she wants to make pancakes.
Kara watched Lena busy mixing the eggs and flour, trying to memorize what her fiancée was telling her, but the sight of Lena's hands in the flour gave her teasing ideas and tried in every way to disturb Lena in her preparation. She ended up throwing flour in his face and it turned into a pitched battle between the two women, each trying to get the other to eat flour, causing laughter and mockery on both sides. They were both completely filled with flour when the doorbell rang. They went to open the door together, fighting to be the first one to open it, still out of breath from their 4-year-old bickering. When she opened the door, it was a stunned Alex to see the two women completely covered in flour in front of the door.
What happened to both of you had asked for a sceptical Alex.
We cooked had answered in heart the two women without even consulting each other beforehand.
I don't know what you cooked, but I don't want you to make me drip laughed Alex, suspecting full well that the kitchen must have been in a bad state.
And indeed, when she went into the kitchen, it was in a pitiful state, flour everywhere, objects scattered on the floor because of the battle of the two women, and cardboard boxes spilled and damaged. Alex thought it was about time she arrived, she was sure that if she had arrived five minutes later she would have interrupted something else that would have traumatized her for life. The two women were all hunched over, pretending they were going through with the move as if five minutes ago nothing had happened. But they decided to take a shower to clean themselves up, but Alex held Kara by the arm, they didn't want the two women showering together when she was right next door. Decidedly, when they were together she would sublimate each other, each one of them being able in their presence to be the person she really wanted to be without hiding herself, without hiding the fun part or the childish part and so on. Together they were simply herself and Alex couldn't help but think that they would be just as happy as she and Maggie could be. She and Maggie had known each other since college and she was still as much in love with his wife despite the years. And the two women had known each other for just as long, and despite the years of separation, they had never been as much in love and complete as they were together. And she was happy that one of her best friends made her sister so happy.
So it was in a good atmosphere that the three women finished tidying up all the boxes, Kara sometimes using her powers to tidy up at super speed, and shamelessly flirting with Lena under Alex's nose to the latter's great displeasure. She was often forced to call the two women to order, reminding them that she too was there and that they had no desire to have salacious images of her sister in her head.
Once the packing was done, Alex sat the two women on their new couch and stood in front of her. Kara and Lena were still wondering what the hell they had done. But they were quickly reassured because Alex said to them and began his speech.
You girls have been through a lot and now that it's all over and you're finally together we're going to have to get down to business. Me and the parents said that we will take care of your marriage, you two will have nothing to do. You tell us what you want and we'll take care of the rest, the only thing you'll have to do is show up at the ceremony and say the right name*** she said laughing.
Then she ends up adding:
Since Lena has the same friends as Kara, we're going to organize two bachelorette parties, it's up to you two to flip a coin to see who's going to start.
Lena and Kara looked at each other for a moment with eyes sparkling with desire to become each other's wife. They had been waiting for this moment for so long, and no doubt Alex would prepare a hell of a bachelorette party for them. But their eyes darkened with what Alex had just said. She really cared about tradition, and a week before the wedding they should no longer live together so that they wouldn't go crazy with their bodies during that time. The two women disapproved and decided they couldn't do without each other. So Kara will have to go live with Alex and Maggie for the whole week before their wedding.
Once Alex left their apartment, the two women looked each other intensely in the eyes, happy to finally know they were home, their little love nest, their first home, the beginning of their new adventure together. Then Kara came closer to Lena, took her in her arms, tenderly telling her that she loved her and that she was happy. Then the businesswoman delicately kissed Kara's lips, a kiss that quickly became fiery and passionate as Kara pushed Lena against the wall, letting her hands wander as she explored her companion's body. And so they named each room in their new apartment, enjoying their last moments of freedom before spending their week away from each other.
