Once Sam retrieved Steve, the four of them booked swiftly down the stairs to the street.
They kept Bucky sandwiched in-between them in case they ran into any more Hydra douchebags who knew his trigger words, but the man Natasha had killed on the roof appeared to be the only operative stationed there.
Strange, but Steve wasn't going to question their luck. He was too busy worrying about how they were going to get Bucky to the safety of Stark Tower in New York City.
And, once there, how they could erase those damned trigger words from his friend's brain.
