After departing from Rivendell, the twenty-seven members within the Fellowship of the Ring set on their long awaiting adventure to the east. Upon arriving at the Ford of Bruinen, they left the Road and turning southwards went on by narrow paths among the folded lands. Their purpose was to hold this course west of the Mountains for many miles and days. The country was a little rougher and almost barren than in the green vale of the Great River in Wilderland on the other side of the range, and their going would be slow, but they hoped in this way to escape the notice of unfriendly eyes. The spies of Sauron had hither to seldom been seen in this empty country, and the paths were little known except to the people of Rivendell.
Gandalf walked in front, and with him went Aragorn, who knew this land even in the dark. The others were in file behind, and Legolas whose eyes were keen was the rearguard. The first part of their journey was hard and dreary, and Frodo Baggins and Jane Foster both remembered little of it. For several days, an icy blast came from the Mountains in the east, and no garment seemed able to keep out its searching fingers. Though the Company was well clad, they seldom felt warm, either moving or at rest. They slept uneasily during the middle of the day, in some hollow of the land, or hidden under the tangled thorn-bushes that grew in thickets in many places. In the late afternoon they were roused by the watch, and took their chief meal: cold and cheerless as a rule, for they could seldom risk the lighting of a fire. In the evening they went on again, always as nearly southward as they could find a way.
At first it seemed to the hobbits that although they walked and stumbled until they were weary, they were creeping forward like snails, and getting nowhere. Each day the land looked much the same as it had the day before. Yet steadily the mountains were drawing nearer. South of Rivendell they rose ever higher, and bent westwards; and about the feet of the main range there was tumbled an ever wider land of bleak hills, and deep valleys filled with turbulent waters. Paths were few and winding, and led them often only to the edge of some sheer fall, or down into treacherous swamps.
They had been a fortnight on the way when the weather changed. The wind suddenly fell and then veered round to the south. The swift-flowing clouds lifted and melted away, and the sun came out, pale and bright. There came a cold clear dawn at the end of a long stumbling night-march. The travellers reached a low ridge crowned with ancient holly-trees whose grey-green trunks seemed to have been built out of the very stone of the hills. Their dark leaves shone and their berries glowed red in the light of the rising sun.
"These lands don't seem so bad to look at," Agent Fortunov remarked.
"Let's try not to think of that at a time like this Jerry," Pat scoffed.
"And let's not try to think of Mordor at a time like this," Agent Fortunov suggested.
"I'm telling you Darcy, I think we took the wrong way," Boothby whispered.
"Hey Gandalf, mind if you tell us where are we now?" Darcy asked.
"We have reached the borders of the country that people call Hollin," Gandalf announced to the group. "But the Elves call it Eregion."
"Eregion?" Bangs responded.
"Well I say?" Lancelot remarked.
"Wow," Deke sounded amazed.
"May I ask, do the Elves still occupy these lands?" Agent Simmons asked.
"That they do, my dear," Gandalf answered her question. "They've lived here in happier days, but now, I fear they will be involved in this coming war, for which the shadow in the east grows as we travel."
"Thanks for the tip in all that," Deke sighed.
"Do you think Mordor is filled with butterflies?" Imogen asked.
"I don't know Snowbunny," Deke shrugged. "Besides, nobody even knows much about this Mordor."
"Keep your eyes open," Natasha warned the group. "Gandalf may know these lands all to well, but in my take, since the weather will be milder now, it'll be more dangerous since we no longer have haven in a city."
"Don't worry about me, I got my gauntlets all ready if I have to quake or brake," Quake grinned, holding her hands up.
"Let's not even think about using powers here because sometimes accidents can really happen," Lincoln Slade said, giving his girlfriend the heads up.
"Accidents or not, a real sunrise is bloody welcome," Lancelot said, throwing back his hood and letting the morning light fall on his face.
"The mountains are ahead of us," Doctor Selvig calculated the distance. "We must have turned eastwards in the night."
"No," Gandalf responded immediately "Beyond those peaks, the range bends round south-west. There are many maps in Lord Elrond's house, but I suppose you never thought to look at them?"
"His library was very intent," Doctor Selvig remarked. "Though, the languages were very difficult to translate."
"Well, since Frodo is the Ring-bearer, I hope he has a better head for that sort of thing," Darcy joked.
"I can't believe this is really crazy," Quake whispered to Bobbie. "That kid is going to get himself killed... even if I have to risk my life protecting and saving him both."
"Gandalf may be a wizard, but I think he's making a mistake," Bobbie whispered and let out a sigh.
"Mistake or not, but I don't even know them that well and how do I know that I can really trust this wizard?" Quakesharply whispered.
"Well, Hunter and I knew him for over a year," Bobbie quietly told her about him. "Well, I wouldn't say a year, but still, I do trust him. Now, Hunter and I think its not the way we see it."
"Why's that?" Quake quietly whispered.
"Gandalf may know about this evil that we haven't heard about, but I fear that this ring will do whatever it can to corrupt anyone of us, including Gandalf," Bobbie explained in hast whisper. "If its already corrupted him, he may try to lead us into danger."
"And when we are in the middle of danger, he could try to take it as a distraction," Quake pointed out quietly.
"Which is why we need to keep our eyes open," Bobbie whispered in full awareness.
"What about Boromir?" Quake asked quietly about that. "Do you trust him?"
Barbara Morse was hesitant to answer her question. Even though, she and Daisy remembered back at Rivendell that the Gondorian almost tried to take the ring from the stone plinth during the Council of Elrond.
"Honestly, no," Bobbie whisperedly answered.
"That's good to know," Quake quietly sighed. "But do you trust Aragorn?"
"Yes," Bobbie quietly nodded her answer. "He helped us get to Rivendell. We didn't trust him in the beginning when we first met him in Bree. We thought he was going to kidnap Frodo, but it turns out he was just protecting him and his little friends. As a man of honor, he kept his word and I know he'll do the same thing for us."
"Did you know?" Quake asked.
"Know what?" Bobbie asked, confused.
"That he was a king," Quake answered.
"Honestly, none of us did," Bobbie shook her head. "I thought his name was Strider, but it seems he wanted to keep that to himself."
"He's the last of a royal bloodline," Quake sighed. "Imagine what would happen."
"Let's not get to that either," Bobbie suggested.
While Jane and Jemma were having a very nice conversation, Fitz was walking in between Aragorn and Hunter. Lincoln was walking behind the group, keeping his eyes open for any enemy activity since he trained to be a ranger like Aragorn.
"So, is it true that your entire bloodline is related to a line of royal kings?" Agent Fitz asked.
"Yes," Aragorn answered. "To prove my line, my forefathers and I wear the Ring of Barahir." He raised his finger to reveal the ring he held.
"Where was it forged?" Lancelot asked.
"The ring was forged by the Noldor in Valinor, at some point prior to the beginning of the First Age," Aragorn explained the ring's history. "It was brought to Middle-Earth by Finrod Felagund as an heirloom of the House of Finarfin. Finrod carried the ring until he met a man named Barahir, who saved his life during the Dagor Bragollach. Finrod gave Barahir the ring as a sign of friendship between himself and Barahir's house. Barahir would bear the ring for the remainder of his life, until he was waylaid by orcs led by Gorgol, who took Barahir's hand and ring. Both hand and ring, however, were retrieved by Barahir's son Beren when he avenged his father. The ring was passed from Beren in direct line to Dior, then his daughter Elwing and her son Elros, who brought it to Númenor during the Second Age. It was an heirloom of the kings of Númenor until Tar-Elendil gave the ring to his eldest daughter Silmariën, who was not allowed to succeed him on the throne. She in turn gave the ring to her son Valandil, first Lord of Andúnië. It was handed down to succeeding Lords of Andúnië to the last one, Elendil. the ring was again passed in direct line from Elendil, to Isildur, to the Kings of Arnor, and then Kings of Arthedain. The last King of Arthedain, Arvedui, gave the ring to the Lossoth of Forochel; thankful for the help he received from them. It was later ransomed from the Snowmen by the Dúnedain of the North, after which it was kept safe at Rivendell for a time."
"That's some story," Agent Fitz remarked and pointed at the ring. "That ring is over thousands of years old. Its amazing how still remains shiny."
"Its always been like that due to the power of Valinor," Aragorn answered.
"Well whatever we're about to face, you should really get yourself mate," Lancelot suggested.
"When we journey to Mordor?" Aragorn asked.
"I'm just saying, if your the last of Isildur's line, you should reconsider getting yourself a damsel, raise beautiful fat babies and then pass it to the eldest," Lancelot offered more to his suggestion.
Aragorn didn't say a word. He seemed intrigued by Hunter's suggestion, but since his love for Arwen was strong and that he couldn't marry her, he had to figure a different solution in marrying a mortal woman.
The Fellowship had been walking through a land of deep valleys for the last couple of days when they traveling closer and closer towards where the Misty Mountains were, but they began to notice on their journey was that they were passing ancient ruins that belonged to the Elves long ago. After traveling over open plains, up and down hillsides, it was getting close to noon, for which this was the time to for the group take a moment to rest on a hill filled with large rocks. This was the perfect spot for the group to camp for the night, but very few had to stay wide awake to keep their eyes open for enemy activities, now that the One Ring was on its way directly into Mordor, the realm where the Dark Lord Sauron awaits its return.
Gandalf was having an important meeting Erik Selvig, Daisy Johnson, Lincoln Campbell, and Barbara Morse to discuss of their plan to cross the Gap of Rohan unseen. Gimli, on the other hand, was sitting behind them on the rocks, smoking his pipe-weed while listening of Gandalf's suggestion. Agents Piper Baines and Dennis Kedzierski were assigned to keep watch along with Prince Legolas Greenleaf, who was looking around like an eagle. Agents Jerry Fortunov, Pat Smith, and Soo-jin Smith did the same thing as well. While Bangs was polishing her knife while keeping watch, Jerry and Pat kept on the lookout. As for the others, Jemma Simmons, Leo Fitz, Lancelot Hunter, Jane Foster, Ian Boothby, Darcia Lewis, and Derrick Wainscroft were all sitting together, watching and enjoying some entertainment with Natasha Romanoff fighting against Imogen Snow.
Imogen wanted to show Romanoff her fighting skills and what she was capable of, and so Natasha decided to challenge her. However, Romanoff was considered to be one of the best fighters in the world, having been trained from a young age in the Red Room and S.H.I.E.L.D. in her later life as a top operative. She was extremely skilled in the field of martial arts, having mastered arts such as sambo, hapkido, Lucha libre-style wrestling, Krav Maga, multiple styles of kung fu, wing chun, Taekwondo, and kali. Imogen was highly skilled in hand-to-hand combatant, and was even able to hold her own against her foes. Immediately, the two began to hit and kick each other with the use of their mastered arts.
"Who do you think is going to win?" Darcy asked.
"Natasha Romanoff is the best fighter in the world," Doctor Jane remarked on Natasha's skills.
"Well, how bout we bet each other on who can stand or fall," Boothby suggested.
"I bet Snowflake," Agent Fitz said, raising his hand. "Even though Daisy doesn't like her."
"Well, I will vote for Romanoff," Agent Simmons giggled in excitement since she was a very huge fan of the Black Widow. Then, she focused her eyes on Boromir, who was training with Merry and Pippin on how to sword fight. "And Boromir."
"Seriously, your really betting him?" Lancelot scoffed, dissatisfied. "Good luck."
"If anyone is betting, then I know my Snowbunny will take the Widow down in a matter of seconds," Deke hopefully guessed.
"You really think your precious damsel will take the Black Widow out?" Lancelot scoffed at him. "Hmm, let's see what happens. The tables may turn."
"Seriously man, why do you think that, huh?!" Deke exclaimed.
"Its not my place to answer," Lancelot sighed.
"Fine, whatever," Deke groaned and took a moment to lie himself down on a flat rock bed.
Samwise Gamgee spent his time preparing the firs and began to cook up some sausages, bacon, and ham for the hungry travelers. When he had just finished preparing a couple of sausages, he places them on a plate, and then walks over towards Frodo, who is sitting watching Merry and Pippin were almost dancing around while practicing sword fighting with Boromir. Frodo was very distrustful towards Boromir, as well as Aragorn himself, who was looking on also while smoking his pipe.
"Get away from the blade, Pippin," Boromir instructed him during the sword tuition. "... on your toes ... good, very good ... I want you to react, not think."
"That shouldn't be hard," Agent Simmons whispered to Fitz.
"Try to move your feet," Aragorn responded, giving Pippin a tip.
"Quite good, Pippin," Meriadoc remarked on Pippin's skills.
"Thanks," Pippin responded in delight.
Gandalf continued to go on through his plan with Erik Selvig, Daisy Johnson, Lincoln Slade, and Barbara Morse about their journey into Mordor. However, very few had argued about the idea in which way they should take.
"So Rivendell is over here," Quake pointed at the map. "We pass through Eregion and we're somewhere whatever its called."
"We're near the Misty Mountains," Bobbie said.
"We must hold this course west of the Misty Mountains for 40 days," Gandalf explained of his plan to them. "If our luck holds the Gap of Rohan will still be open to us. From there, our road turns east to Mordor."
"Well, we didn't venture this far south for nothing," Doctor Selvig sighed. "Let's hope the passage south isn't watched, cause if it is, then we need to take a different route."
Gimli decided to earn a chance to speak since he was thinking of another idea. He believed that taking the Gap of Rohan was not such a great idea since he knew that it was far too close to where Isengard was and suggested taking a different road. He rises to his feet and turns around to address them.
"If anyone was to ask for my opinion, which I note that they're not, I'd say that we were taking the long way round," Gimli told them.
"And what makes you think we are since we're following the road to the Gap of Rohan?" Quake asked.
"I don't need a map," Gimli said and began to explain his theory. "There is the kingdom where our fathers worked of old, and we have wrought the image of those mountains into many works of metal and of stone, and into many songs and tales. They stand tall in our dreams: Baraz, Zirak, Shathur. Only once before have I seen them from afar in waking life, but I know them and their names, for under them lies Khazad-dum, the Dwarrowdelf, that is now called the Black Pit, Moria in the Elvish tongue. Yonder stands Barazinbar, the Redhorn, cruel Caradhras; and beyond him are Silvertine and Cloudyhead: Celebdil the White, and Fanuidhol the Grey, that we call Zirak-zigil and Bundushathur. There the Misty Mountains divide, and between their arms lies the deep-shadowed valley which we cannot forget: Azanulbizar, the Dimrill Dale, which the Elves call Nanduhirion."
"Gimli, I'm not entirely sure taking this route to your realm is not the plan," Lincoln Slade argued against the idea.
"Why not?" Gimli argued menacingly. "There's no danger in these parts. What I suggest is, we should take the pass through the Mines of Moria. My cousin Balin would give us a royal and most honorable welcome."
Gandalf, Erik Selvig, Daisy Johnson, Barbara Morse, and Lincoln Slade began to look at each other for a moment. Worried looks on their faces showed that they didn't think it was such a good idea since they don't these lands too well and it would be too risky.
"No Gimli, we would not take the roads through Moria unless we had no other choice," Gandalf declined on the idea.
"Its a good plan, you all may not know about this realm, but I know that its a place of refuge," Gimli continued to go with the idea.
"Know that the Gap of Rohan takes us too close to Isengard, which is something else that worries me and everyone else," Doctor Selvig pointed.
"We have to try," Bobbie shook her head in the plan. "Crossing the Misty Mountains will be too difficult."
Elsewhere across the camp, Legolas jumps from one stone to another, when he began to notice something far away in the South. His eyes were fixed on a dark patch appeared, and grew, and drove north like flying smoke in the wind. Jerry Fortunov and Pat Smith pause when they notice it too. Gandalf, Erik Selvig, Daisy Johnson, Barbara Morse, and Lincoln Slade take a short pause and began to notice as well. Dead silence was around the group, and over all hung a clear blue sky, as the Sun rode up from the East. Imogen lost her distraction when she began to notice the grey cloud in the distance as well, giving Romanoff a chance to do her scissor kick, thus bringing her down on the ground.
"You froze," Natasha grinned.
"I was distracted," Imogen groaned.
"By what?" Natasha asked.
During the training, Boromir continued to train with Pippin as the others watched in amusement. That was when Boromir thrusts, catching Pippin on the hand.
"ARGH!" Pippin gasped, feeling a slight twinch of pain and drops his sword and held his hand.
"Sorry!" Boromir apologetically exclaimed and takes a steps forward to look at Pippin's hand.
Then at that moment, Pippin kicks Boromir in the leg. Feeling the pain, Boromir falls down on one knee, allowing Merry and Pippin to wrestle and tackle Boromir to the ground. The two crazy hobbits jumped and laughed when they continued to pin him down. Rather than gasping in pain or even yelling in anger, Boromir had been laughing in amusement.
"Get him!" Meriadoc laughed when he and Pippin threw themselves on Boromir. "For the Shire!"
"Hold him!" Pippin exclaimed in excitement. "Hold him down Merry!"
While Deke was relaxing, Jemma Simmons, Leo Fitz, Jane Foster, Ian Boothby, and Darcy Lewis started to laugh in pure amusement. Hunter decided to put a stop to this once and for all, and immediately stands himself up and takes hold of the hobbits.
"Alright you two, playtime is over," Lancelot responded as if he was bored.
However, Merry and Pippin both exchange looks at each other and decide to focus their attention on Hunter. Together, the two grab Hunter's legs, throwing him backwards onto the ground. Immediately, Jemma Simmons, Leo Fitz, Jane Foster, Ian Boothby, and Darcy Lewis all began to laugh even harder.
"This is too rich," Darcy laughed.
"Oh, bloody hell," Lancelot groaned.
"Hey Hunter, having a little trouble with two little ankle-biters?" Doctor Jane laughed at him.
"Not like this," Lancelot continued to moan as he was already in agony.
"Oh Hunter, where's the fun in that?" Agent Simmons sighed with a smile.
"If you want them to tackle you down to the ground, just ask," Lancelot gasped, feeling a small stinch of pain as he raised himself up a bit. "Its not amusing actually."
"I think its adorable," Agent Simmons remarked.
"Not the 'word' I'm looking for, luv," Lancelot sighed and took his moment to sit down. "Besides, I still miss drinking beer."
"So what was it like when you stuck on this planet for nearly year and now?" Agent Simmons asked.
"I found it to be quite as different than Earth," Lancelot answered.
Daisy Johnson, Erik Selvig, Barbara Morse, Lincoln Slade, Gimli Lockbearer, Pat Smith, Soo-jin Smith, Jerry Fortunov, and Gandalf continue to gaze worriedly at the sky. Samwise Gamgee, who had just finished cooking lunch, immediately stands up when he too notices that the cloud, which looked like dark specks, was moving towards them. Piper Baines and Dennis Kedzierski had been noticing it too, and the two both look on with worried looks on their faces.
"What is that?" Quake asked, wanting to know what it is.
"I don't know, looks like a cloud to me," Lincoln described.
"Master Lincoln speaks true, its just a wisp of clouds," Gimli agreed to Lincoln's description. "Nothing to worry about."
"Yeah, but its moving fast," Quake said, looking a bit worried now. "Like its against the wind."
"I don't think that's a cloud," Doctor Selvig said, staring at the grey cloud in the distance.
"I think those are birds," Bobbie described, staring at the view.
Before anyone was about to answer, Legolas was the first one to notice what it was. Horror struck upon the elven prince's face as he knew what those specks were. Flocks of birds, flying at great speed, were wheeling and circling, and traversing all the land as if they were searching for something; and they were steadily drawing nearer.
"Crebain from Dunland!" Legolas shouted a warning to the group.
"Crab what?" Quake asked, confused as to what the elven prince was talking about.
Aragorn, who overheard Legolas' warning, immediately rises to his feet at once and yells just as he grabs his sword. "Everyone, hide!"
"Wait, why do we have to hide?" Agent Baines asked, confused.
"Just do it!" Bobbie ordered her as she runs towards Hunter.
"Hurry!" Boromir cried out as he took Pippin and Merry with him towards a spot to hide in.
Piper Baines looks at Dennis and exclaims. "Don't look at me, let's do it!"
"Right, right, right, whatever," Agent Kedzierski hastily said as he starts to run and hide.
In a panic, everyone starts to run around and gather their things, dousing the fires, and dash under the rocks out of sight. Piper Baines and Dennis Kedzierski quickly scramble to their feet and hide in their own spot.
"Hide around the rocks!" Natasha loudly ordered as she pulled Imogen to her feet and the two immediately rush to hide under some rocks.
"What's going on?" Deke asked, looking around in absolute confusion.
"Fitz?!" Agent Simmons cried, looking around for him.
"Jemma, c'mon!" Agent Fitz called, waving his hand.
Jemma rushes to join Fitz in his hiding spot and cover themselves up with bushes. Jane Foster, Darcy Lewis, Ian Boothby, and Erik Selvig quickly huddle themselves together in a very tight spot beneath the rocks. Gimli, himself found his own spot to hide while Legolas did the same thing. Daisy and Lincoln crawl under a small cave, and the two look at each other worried. Without saying a word, they held their hands tightly together.
"Lie flat and still," Aragorn hissed, pulling Samwise down into the shade of a holly-bush.
Lancelot Hunter and Barbara Morse grab Frodo and take him to hide in their spot. While almost everyone was hiding, Deke was the only one in the group that didn't do anything, for he was too confused as to why everyone was hiding.
"Guys, can one of you tell me as to what we are hiding from?!" Deke yelled.
Natasha and Imogen grab hold of Deke and pull him into their hiding spot at once. Once everyone was hidden and kept themselves out of pain site, a large regiment of birds had broken away suddenly from the main host, and came, flying low, straight towards the campsite. Samwise Gamgee, Jane Foster, Derrick Wainscroft, Jemma Simmons, Leo Fitz, Darcy Lewis, Ian Boothby, Daisy Johnson, Lincoln Slade, Imogen Snow, Pat Smith, Soo-jin Smith, Jerry Fortunov, and Erik Selvig all thought they were a kind of crow of large size. As they passed overhead, in so dense a throng that their shadow followed them darkly over the ground below, one harsh croak was heard. After the crows finished wheeling and then fly off back to the south from where they came, the Fellowship emerge from their hiding places.
"Crows?" Deke scoffed in absolute confusion as he and Imogen held each other, and started to snap. "Seriously?! We were hiding from crows!"
"For a second, I thought an enemy was coming," Agent Baines said.
"That was an enemy," Gandalf immediately replied.
"Since when do crows end up being an enemy?" Agent Fitz asked.
"That's because they are," Bobbie said, remembering something of what Gandalf had said to her in the Shire.
"Indeed," Gandalf nodded and began to explain about them. "These type of crows serve as loyal spies to Saruman. These regiments of black crows fly over all the land between the Mountains and the Greyflood. It seems they have passed over Hollin. They are not natives here. They are crebain out of Fangorn and Dunland."
"Well that's not good," Doctor Jane gasped.
"Great," Darcy sighed. "We're doomed."
"I have also glimpsed many hawks flying high up in the sky," Doctor Selvig said. "I think we ought to move again this evening."
"Well I'm afraid Hollin is no longer wholesome for any of us," Lincoln Slade sighed.
"Then that means the passage south is being watched," Quake stated her theory.
"And in that case so is the Redhorn Gate," Gandalf added.
"What are we going to do then?" Agent Fortunov asked.
"Aye, I should ask the same thing," Boothby said.
"Well we can't stay here, if what Gandalf says is true, then we're being watched," Quake sighed.
"Then how the hell can we get over there without being seen?" Agent Fitz asked.
"We need to think of another plan," Natasha suggested. "If we're being watched, then we need to take a different route to avoid being seen."
"Luckily our fire made little smoke, and had burned low before the crebain came," Bobbie said. "It must be put out and not lit again."
"Well if that isn't a plague and a nuisance," Agent Simmons said.
"All because of a pack of crows!" Deke exclaimed. "I had looked forward to a real good meal tonight: something hot."
'Well, you can go on looking forward," Gandalf said to him. "There may be many unexpected feasts ahead for you. For myself I should like a pipe to smoke in comfort, and warmer feet. However, we are certain of one thing at any rate: it will get warmer as we get south."
"But we can't head south, if we do, who knows what will happen when the enemy surprises us," Doctor Selvig warned. "There has to be another way without ourselves being seen.
"Gandalf, you know these lands," Natasha reminded him. "Is there a better route for us to take?"
"There is," Gandalf nodded in answer and then pointed his staff directly at the snowy peak mountains. "We must take the Pass of Caradhras."
"There?" Pat asked. "That's where we go, next?"
"Is he pointing at the mountains?" Deke asked.
"I believe he is," Imogen assumed.
"We must be more careful," Gandalf said. "If you bring a Ranger with you, it is well to pay attention to him, especially if the Ranger is Aragorn."
"I definitely agree with the old man," Lancelot nodded aloud. "Aragorn is a good tracker and he knows how to do it."
"Same here," Doctor Jane nodded too in agreement. "Will be behind you my lord."
"However, what some of us don't like is the mountain climbing," Agent Simmons mumbled fearfully.
"We don't have a choice Agent Simmons," Quake said. "Unless, if you want to go back to Rivendell. That's fine."
"Which Jemma and I don't know where," Agent Fitz said. "We stay together, like a family. Its what we always say to each other. Right?"
"Okay," Quake breathy nodded.
"If we're going to climb the mountains, we're going to have to add some extra layers," Natasha added.
"Well its a good thing we have hiking boots," Boothby remarked on what he and the group were wearing.
"If anyone is ready to move, let me know," Aragorn said.
"Oh we're ready," Lancelot said.
"Same here," Agent Kedzierski said, raising his hand in approval.
"Let's just do this," Bobbie said, ready to roll.
"Don't look at me, I'm good," Deke said.
"We should move now," Doctor Selvig said in a hast and got himself ready to move forward. "I doubt those crows will be back."
"I agree with Mr. Selvig, no matter how many times they come, they will continue giving their reports to their own master," Natasha stated in agreement.
