The monks hurried into the back entrance as quickly as they could. No one suspected a thing, as everyone assumed the 4 waiters were tending to the entertainer. They reached the security room on the second floor, the door gapped open. Kimiko nodded to Stella, who pushed the door open, making a creaking noise.
The guard looked back, surprised to see her.
"You shouldn't be here! Get out!"
"Oh really! I guess I got lost. This place is so big." Stella said in a sultry tone. She leaned against the door frame, hand over her head pretending to be a damsel in distress.
"Um it's okay...accidents happen." Said the guard, who was starting to let his guard down.
"I'm worried I'll be fired for being late. I don't suppose to a big man like yourself can show me where I'm suppose to be at?" She walked over and cupped his face, smiling a devilish grin.
"Uhh..uhh yeah o-f course, miss." He stuttered, looking into stellas big brown eyes gleaming in the dim light.
"Oh you're so helpful! Thank you!" Stella exclaimed, leaning into his face.
"Y-you're welcome..." he leaned in as well before blue electric bolts consumed his body and he slumped down. Stella pushed his unconscious body away with a disgusted look on her face.
"Creep. What kind of idiot thinks it's a good idea to kiss someone they just met?" She questioned before the rest came in.
"Nice! Now we need to hogtie him." Clay said, getting his rope out.
"Help me get him on the chair!" Raimundo said, having trouble getting the man up. Stella pointed at him, a light streaming off and carried the man into the chair with her magic. They tied his hands and feet behind the chair and put his jacket on the back so it looks like he's been watching the cameras. Omi put duck tape over the mans mouth.
"How long does your spell work?" Omi asked
" I don't know, so we're gonna have to make this fast." Stella replied, running to the door , escorting everyone out. She shut the door behind them, locking the inside beforehand. They made it to the main area of the party. All around were fancy tables, black table cloths with golden candlesticks in the middle, vines wrapping around the metal. Golden lights were strung all around, with gothic style crosses and skulls here and there. Apple tree cutouts clung to the wall with black vines holding it up. A giant stage fell in the middle of the room, yellow lights underneath the floor of it, giving a gloomy vibe to the room. Villains were sitting around, chatting and eating. The monks were surrounded.
"Okay, we need to be fast, let's go ge-" Kimiko started
"YOU THERE! " a voice rang out.
The monks froze and slowly turned around. A man in a manager suit looked at them angrily
"Why are you standing around!? You're up to perform NOW!" He snapped. He grabbed Stella by the wrist and dragged her towards the stage. Stella looked at her friends, terrified of the situation. They didn't know what to do either.
"Ummm there's a misunderstanding I'm not suppose to be doin-"
"You're in the lead performers uniform. You ARE suppose to! Don't turn on me now! Mr pandabubba already paid you to do this! "
The manager pushed her onto stage, making Stella cling onto the microphone stand to prevent herself from falling. The microphone screeched, causing her to push it away from her. She gasped as she faced the crowd full of villains, staring at her with evil eyes. The microphone picked up the sound of her heartbeat. She looked over at the manager, who's urging from the sidelines to sing. Music started playing, a song Stella recognized from her galaxy frequency radio. She took a deep breathe, and started.
Chases POV 5 minutes ago
"Ugh this party is awful. I don't know why you made me come to this, spicer." Chase Young groaned, head buried into his hands.
"Oh come on! What's not to like about this? We're surrounded by the greatest evil masterminds in the world! You being number 1!"
"This is all one big popularity contest. It has nothing to do with evil."
"Master Chase Young! So good to see you here!" Panda bubba yelled, walking towards the two.
Chase rolled his eyes "Can't say the pleasure is all Mine" he muttered
Panda bubba laughed. " Good one. Now since you're part of the elite heylin members, I must escort you to the Elite table. It's right in front of the stage surrounded by rope." He informed
"See! You're so lucky! You'll be right there for the performers to admire!" Said Jack.
"Oh yes. I've picked some of the most beautiful women from all over to perform." Panda bubba stated, swinging his hand over to the other girls dressed like Stella, but with dark red and green variations.
"That's your version of beautiful? Whatever." Chase got up to follow the host of the party. He took a seat next to the others, who talked about their evil doings, but to chase, they all sounded like petty heists. They weren't truly evil. He felt alone. He took a sip of his champagne.
"Don't turn back on me now!" Someone yelled. Chase looks up, mid-sip, to see someone push a girl up on stage. When she lifted her head up, chase choked on his drink. He was surprised to see the fairy of the Sun and Moon right in front of him, and in the same costume as the other girls. To chase, the costume only looked good on Stella. The others couldn't pull off the fairy costumes. She made it look majestic, yet mysterious, and it was beautiful in chases eyes.
Then he heard her sing. He sat back in a daze, admiring her voice.
"Check out that hot broad, aye chase?" A random elite villain said, leaning over to his ear. Chase punched the guy in the face, knocking him out cold. He looked over and Stella didn't notice. Good. He sat back to continue listening to the fairy's song.
Back to normal POV
Stella: (eyes closed, still holding the mic tightly) There ain't no reason you and me should be alone

Chase: rests his face in his hands, still admiring Stella, who hasn't even notice he's there.
Stella: It's hot to feel the rush(Runs a hand down the curves of her body)
To brush the dangerous(pushes the hand away)

The edge, the edge, the edge(Lands on a table two tables away from chase. Another villain helps Stella step down the table and she starts walking around.)
Chase: Gets up and walks to the fairy.
Stella: I'm on the edge of glory

I'm on the edge with you (stops and turns when she feels someone grab her wrist. Sees chase smiling down on her gaped face.)
I'm on the edge with you (Still has a shocked expression as he wraps around her to dance)
Random villain: YEAHH CHASE YOUNG!
Stella: I'm on the edge with you (has a determined look and goes with it)
Saxophone solo plays
Chase: (starts to talk to her telepathically) "What are you doing here?"
Stella: (enhanced to chases powers) Me!? What are you doing here!?
Chase: Takes her hand and spins her around, her leg kicked up in the air and him looking poised and content during the long riff of the saxophone.
Both start to bob up and down leaning towards one another. Stella twirls around chase and leans against his back, while he holds her hand and twirls her back into his arms.
Chase: Same as every villain in this room. I was invited to this thing. But I'm happy to see you here as well.
Stella: smiles before they both look surprised as to seeing the room fill with red lights flickering and alarms blaring. She turns to see the monks on the giant tv screens running back to the main corridor, holding bags of Shen gong Wu.
Jack: hey it's the monks! But where's Stell-(turns to realize she's in disguise) hey! That performer is an imposter! She's one of them!
Chase: (mutters) I'm gonna get jack one of these days.
Stella: the music is still playing. Might as well end with a bang. (Giggles and leans back and does a semi circle in chases arms. Opens her eyes to and aims at a villain heading for her.)

And I'm hangin' on a moment of truth(gets out of chases arms and starts fighting the burly security guards coming after her)
Out on the edge of glory (turns back in surprise to see a fallen guard she didn't see. Notices chase dusting his hands. He had knocked him out before the guard could touch Stella)
And I'm hangin' on a moment with you(smiles at him before seeing more guards and villains coming in her direction. Starts to glow)

Chase: (Looking around the room at the damage Stella caused) What a woman.
