Chapter 33: The Unfinished Stands, Part 5

In the second floor above, Rocket Man and Over The Rainbow performed their rush attacks on Plastic Love.

"AIYAAAAAAA!" Plastic Love shouted.

"Damn! Her Stand is more powerful than us!" Iz shouted.

Rocket Man and Over The Rainbow missed an attack and were off guard. Plastic Love then punched both of the Stands in the gut.

"Argh!" Clayton shouted.

"Gaah!" Iz shouted.

Both Clayton and Iz fall to the ground.

"G… Great…" Iz said. "I need to get up.

Plastic Love then fired a plastic band at Iz, sending her to the floor without moving.

"In the next 25 minutes, the plastic that my Plastic Love makes will melt." Riya said. "And you will melt alongside the plastic as well."

Riya looks at Clayton.

"You and me." Riya said. "Bring it on!"

Clayton takes a deep breath.

"Let's do this…" Clayton said.

Plastic Love and Rocket Man then clashed. Rocket Man took the first attack, but Plastic Love avoided the attack and punched Rocket Man in the gut two times, hurting Clayton as well.

"Clayton! Iz shouted. "Don't die just yet!"

"Urgh!" Clayton groaned as he still stands up. "I can still do this… I have to do this for myself… My family… My friends…"

Then, Clayton saw Plastic Love's left hand disappearing.

"Where is it..?" Clayton wonders as he slowly gets dizzy.

Clayton then felt something going through his body and coughs up blood.

"(Looks down and saw that Plastic Love's left hand impaled him) Uh… No…" Clayton slowly said. "It can't end here… Not now…"

"Hmph! One more light... Will go out for you…" Riya said. "I don't care if that happens because my main target is Mr. Rhadaman and not you… Looks like I will be winning this battle..."

Clayton was silent.

"A million stars flickers… Your time has run out, my friend." Riya said. "Return the fist, Plastic Love."

Clayton then got Rocket Man to grab the fist.

"Huh? What are you doing? How are you still standing?" Riya wonders.

"I do… I do care about having one more light…" Clayton said as he slowly walked over to Riya. "I will avenge with what I have! You and your boss will never hurt the ones that I trust! (Raises his arm up to show the rainbow wristband he still has on) Iz… I appreciate the support. Take this!"

The rainbow wristband then shined a light. Clayton looked away.

"Clayton…" Iz slowly said.

"(Looks at the light shining from the other room) What's going on?!" Ashley shouted.

"It's Clayton… He's gonna take her down?!" Burnie said. "I can't get out of the plastic to see the whole thing!"

Riya then had her eyes burned from the light.

"ARGH! MY EYES!" Riya yelled. "I CAN'T SEE!"

Clayton and Rocket Man then finally approached Riya.

"(Then heard someone walking from far away and turned around to see Jocelyn) JoJo… Thanks for being my friend…" Clayton said as he looked at Riya. "If I'm going down with one more light, then I am taking you with me!"

Rocket Man's fists then detached themselves to pull Riya closer to the Stand and performed its rush attack on her.

"Finish her off!" Clayton shouted. "ROCKET MAN!"

"ROCKAAAAAAAAA!" Rocket Man shouted. "ROCKA!"

One more attack then sends Riya to her death on the ground, defeated.

"(Turns back and smiles at Jocelyn and saw the plastic fading away from Iz) I've… done it…" Clayton said. "I've… Won… With one… more... light…"

Clayton then falls to the ground.

"Clayton!" Iz shouted.

"CLAYTON!" Jocelyn shouted as she ran over to Iz.

"Wait for us!" Troy shouted.

Burnie and Ashley then exited the room to see Clayton.

"Oh my God…" Ashley said as she looked away.

"Clayton…" Jocelyn said with tears. "Clayton! You can't die here!"

Clayton was killed. Jocelyn was in tears after what she saw. Iz covered her face with her hands and cried. Ashley and Katsuma looked away in disgust. Kaihekoa and Troy were shocked and sad. Burnie was looking down.

"Clayton…" Burnie softly said. "I underestimated you… You did what you did to help us on this journey… Good job…"

"Shit…" Troy said with sorrow. "I… I was starting to get to know him… Why did it have to end so quickly?!"

"Damn it all…" Katsuma said. "No… We can't do this… We must take Mr. Rhadaman down and end it all!"

"(Sniffs and takes a deep breath) Clayton…" Iz said. "We'll avenge you…"

Jocelyn then wiped the tears from her face and got up.

"Well, guess we have one more job to do…" Jocelyn said. "To avenge Clayton and my parents…"

"We don't have time left." Burnie said. "Clayton had his light go out. One of us could be next from the boss's hands… Let's go to his office."

Everyone then walked to the 3rd floor. There, they went to Mr. Rhadaman's office finds out that he broke out from the window.

"Damn! Where could he have run off to?!" Burnie shouted.

"No… He can't run off to…" Ashley said. "Everyone! We're going to The Amethyst Gardens! Maybe he has run over there to find that arrow that was buried there!"

Everyone nodded and left the building to run to The Amethyst Gardens.
