Chapter 34.

Christian.

Christian and his brothers just stood when Ana and the ladies left part of him wanted to run after her and beg her to stay. He has ruled over the scariest, biggest, baddest fucking beings ever created as did his brothers and yet here they all stood looking fucking terrified.

Christian looked over to Ava who just smiled at them all then lifted her headphones up and made a show of putting them on clearly showing that she would be no help. She curled up on the sofa lifted her tablet and shut the whole room out and he couldn't say that he blamed her if he could he would do the same.

Turning around he looked at everyone "Ok Brothers this can't be that hard there is only five of them the babies I am sure will be happy to just sit and watch that fucking ridiculous show ." he looked at Jamie and Mia who had gasped with shocked amused expressions on their little faces and realised what he had done wrong.

"Uncle Chris you just said a bad word that's naughty. If we say naughty words we get time out." Mia was looking at him with her eyebrows raised expectantly. Did she think he was going to put himself in time out oh hell no he wasn't even sure what time out fucking was but he sure as fuck wasn't doing it.

"You're right Mia I am sorry. That was bad of me to swear like that and I am very sorry but I can't go into time out because I have to look after you guys so I will just have to say sorry and promise that I won't do it again ok." He was crouched in front of her, he hated towering over them when he was talking to them he could imagine how intimidating that must be for them.

Mia just looked at him smiling and nodding her head "Ok and I promise I won't tell Aunty Ana or Mommy that you said a bad word." She hugged him and he swore in that moment he melted. He loved this little girl so much. Ana and her family made him question everything he had felt throughout his existence. His complete indifference to the human race. He protected them sure, by punishing those who committed evil acts and he punished demons who hurt them but he felt nothing for them. In fact he believed them to be less than him, but here right now with this precious little girl hugging, loving and trusting him he knew in that moment that despite him being more powerful physically, they had never been less than him and that they had been worth his love and respect.

He pulled back from the hug to stand "Ok what do you guys want to do today?" He asked needing the answer but also dreading it.

"Uncle Chris can we play hide and go seek please?" Jamie asked jumping up and down clapping his little hands Mia looking up at him hopeful.

"What's that Jamie?" He had a clue from the name but he couldn't be a hundred percent sure so he had to ask.

"You have never played it before? Oh it's so fun we go hide and you have to find us but you have to count to one hundred before you come and find us. Normally it's count to fifty but this place is really big." It was Mia that answered him.

"I'm not sure we can, we have to look after the babies as well and this place isn't child friendly you don't know the place you could get lost or hurt and then your Mom and Aunty will kill me." He laughed.

"We will be careful we promise Please Uncle Chris PLLLLLEEEEEEAAAASSSSSSEEEEE!" They both said at the same time.

"Yeah Uncle Chris you go and play we can watch the babies it's not a problem. "Beal said amusement clear in his voice. Fuck that if he was doing this so were they.

"Nope you guys are joining in, Ava honey can you take your head phones off" Christian said walking closer to her but she couldn't hear him. "Ava!" He was waving his hand in front of her now. She looked up and took them of. He looked down at the tablet curious to see what she had been doing. When he saw what she had been drawing it was incredible and somewhere he knew very well as he had not long stood at it's gates. He felt sick She was drawing fucking Tartarus.

"Ava honey what are you drawing?" He tried to sound casual so that he didn't scare her but he needed to know where she had got this image from.

"I don't know I just kind of saw it in my dreams and thought it was pretty it's a bit scary though but I like to draw so I just decided to draw it do you want to see my other drawings?" She looked up at him and he gave her hand a little squeeze.

" I would love to just give me a second." He turned back around to the other kids. "Ok we will play this game you want to play but first lunch tell Uncle Beal what you want for lunch and he will get it for you. Abaddon get the babies their bottles. He was telling them in their heads that they had to use Glamour discreetly but to get it done because he needed to see what else Ava had drawn because he was really concerned about the fact that she was dreaming about Tartarus.

His brothers went of to sort the other children out while he sat with her head on his shoulder as she handed him the tablet showing him all the things she had drawn and his heart sank. "Sweetheart where do you get the ideas for all of these you are very talented." He didn't want her to think that he didn't thing they were good. She was very talented no doubt but what she was drawing scared the shit out of him she was drawing demons and places in hell that he knew well including his fucking throne room.

"I just see them in my dreams some of them are really scary but they make pretty cool drawing don't they?" She looked at him smiling and he couldn't help but smile down at her she was so innocent and young how the fuck was she dreaming about all of this.

He sat looking at the pictures for a while longer before Jamie came running up to him his little hands cover in something that looked like chocolate. "Uncle Chris will you take me to they toilet and then can we play the game please?"

Christian just looked at him not knowing what to say he had never had to do that before. "Why can't you go to the toilet by yourself buddy you're a big boy you should be fine." He looked from Jamie's unsure scared little face, to Ava's face. She smiled at him and got up holding her hand out to Jamie.

"It's ok Uncle Chris I can take him, where is your bathroom?" He was so relieved. If you go to the top of the stairs you can either use the one just of mine and Aunty Ana's room which is just in front of the stairs or down the end of the hall last door on your left." She nodded then took his hand before walking away Mia ran up to them saying she needed to go as well.

He knew that when Carla had given them the false memories she had made them think that him and Ana had just moved into this apartment. So it would make sense why they didn't know where anything was. Considering Carla had only been in the lounge area she couldn't really give them memories of what she hadn't seen.

Once the children had left the room Christian picked up the tablet showing his brothers. "I need someone to go and figure out why Ana's nine year old niece is being shown this shit in her dreams. Who wants to go? I only need one of you the others stay here with me."

All of his brothers hands went up. All saying at the same time "I'll go."

"Fucking grow up are you really that scared of little children." The all looked at each other before looking back at him shrugging and nodding their heads. Fucking cowards.

"Abaddon you can go I need you to find out what ever you can and..." Before he could finish what he was saying Abaddon had shimmered out. "Report back." Christian finished saying knowing that Abaddon would still hear him.

"Uncle Chris we are back." Jamie and Mia came skipping in the room cleaned up and looking excited. Ava was behind them smiling .

"Thanks Ava I owe you, here's your tablet can I ask you while we play this game will you watch the babies you don't have to do anything you just have to shout if they need anything."

"Sure go have fun and just so you know when we went up stairs they looked around for good hiding spots so good luck finding them." She laughed a little before going back to her drawing.

He frowned down at her hating that she was going back to drawing that awful fucking place. Shaking his head he turned to look at Mia and Jamie. "Ok how does this work?"

"We go and hide you count to one hundred then you come find us." Mia said excitedly.

"Ok well go and hide and we will start count." He was still talking when Mia grabbed Jamie's hand and started running.

He knew this was going to be a wasted game as he and his brothers could hear everything from their breathing to their little whispers of excitement at being hidden from them, and their little beating hearts but they played it anyway for what felt like forever. He had to admit that Mia and Jamie's excitement when they were found made the game fun. They always hid together so each game was always over relatively fast.

Mia and Jamie had gone hiding again and when they went to look for them they soon realised they had decided this time to hide separately. Christian smiled to himself he would still be able to find them quickly but he loved hearing the little giggles when they thought they couldn't find them. He walked around the upstairs calling out for them pretending to look in places that he knew Jamie wouldn't be in. He eventually found Jamie in the spare bedroom under the bed.

His brothers where in the other rooms pretending to look for Mia when he went into his bedroom and walked over to the closet hearing that Mia was hiding behind the clothes. When he looked where he could hear her but couldn't see her he was filled with dread.

Oh please please don't let her be in there he thought. Sure enough he pushed open the secret door that was behind Ana's long dresses. FUCK FUCK FUCK. Stood in the middle of the play room he had yet to show Ana was Mia looking around at all the different things that he had bought to use on Ana. So far he had only brought things out of the room to introduce to her when they had sexy he hadn't showed her the room yet. She didn't even know it was here he had it built after seeing her in the lobby. It had a huge bed in the middle of the room the walls were covered in floggers, whips, chains, cuffs, spreader bars, vibrators, butt plugs and a huge array of other toys. Everything was there to be seen. Nothing hidden he wanted Ana to be able to see everything that he would one day use on her, and right now his seven year old niece was stood in the middle of it all and he had no fucking clue what to do or say.

They both stood staring at each other not saying a word. What the fuck was he supposed to say to her? How the fuck had she found the room? all of a sudden they heard an almighty scream coming from down stairs. He grabbed Mia and ran down the stairs. He knew he was going faster than a human but he didn't give a fuck someone could be hurt.

When he got down stairs he nearly dropped Mia.

The twins and Ella were currently sat in a huge fucking play pen filled with blue and pink balls that hadn't been there before. Oh fuck this wasn't good. He looked over to Ava who was trying desperately to get as far back from twins as she could.

She looked up at him terrified. "Uncle Chris I don't know what happened one minute they were watching the Teletubbies and there was this ball pit on it with kids playing in it. Then all of a sudden it was here in the middle of the room." She was pointing at the play pen. "Furniture started moving backwards and their bouncy chairs all ended up in the play pen. Uncle Chris Ella wasn't even sat in a bouncy chair. Look her car seat is over there and now she is sat in the same bouncy chair as the twins. I swear I'm telling the truth."

She looked like she was on the verge of hysteria just as he was about to say something his phone rang. He put Mia down and went to pick it up seeing that it was Ana. "Fuck!"

"Uncle Chris you said a bad word again." Jamie said with the sides of his mouth pointing down like he was saying ooooops.

"Sorry buddy." He walked away picking up his phone. "Hi baby how's it going?"

"Christian what's wrong? I had a bad feeling and I can hear in your voice I was right is everything ok? Do you want us to come back?" He sighed he didn't want to ruin their lunch but he didn't know what to do.

"Baby you have to understand it wasn't my fault so you can't be mad ok?"

"Christian what the fuck has happened just tell me." She whisper shouted clearly pissed but not wanting her sister to hear.

"Ok so before you met me after I saw you, I had a secret room made for us. It's where I keep all our toys and well it's a play room for us. Well we were playing hide and seek with Mia and Jamie and Mia somehow found the room, but I swear I don't know how it's really hidden. Anyway I found her stood in the middle of the room. Ana none of the toys are hidden so she saw everything."

"Fuck what kinds of toys are you talking about what the fuck did she see?"

He was hating himself so much he could see his brothers in stitches in the dining room. Fucking assholes.

"Well... whips, chain, vibrators, butt plugs, clamps everything, Ana she saw everything." he could hear her growling on the other end of the phone. Well so much for thinking she was going to show him how much she loved him when she got home. That was so not happening now he thought bitterly."

"Ok I will talk to my sister. I don't know what the fuck I'm going to say but I am sure if I explain a little she will understand."

"Errr baby that's not all." He said with his eyes closed pinching the bridge of his nose.

"What do you mean? what else could have happened we have only been gone two hours."

"Well this one isn't actually my fault so you can't really be mad at me." He heard her growl down the phone. Ok so clearly she could be mad at him, great he sighed and continued. "Well we were playing hide and seek and just as I found Mia in the playroom I heard a scream from down stairs. I grabbed Mia and ran down to see Ava terrified and the twins and Ella sat in bouncy chairs in a huge play pen filled with pink and blue balls. Apparently they had seen it on that damn fucking show and Ava said furniture started moving back and the play pen appeared. Then she said all three of the babies were sat in it. They even glamoured a matching bouncy chair for Ella." There was just silence for what felt like an eternity.

"What can you do because this needs to be fixed. I could explain away the play room but I can't explain what the twins did. So what can you do?"

" I can take the memory away for them all but I'm not a fan of messing with kids memories but this situation is beyond fucked up and I don't know what else to do."

"Do it we have no choice because I cannot have my sister find out." All of a sudden Beal shot through the room running for Ava who was on the phone FUCK FUCK FUCK.

"Ava who are you calling? Beal asked sounding panicked.

"My Mommy I'm scared did you not hear what I just said happened?" She as on the phone to Izzy FUUUUUUCCCCCKKKK. "Mommy I swear I'm telling you through truth."

"Ana she is telling Izzy." She growled again well looks like the playroom wasn't going to be played in anytime soon and he may well be sleeping in the spare room tonight today was so fucked up.

"Yes Christian I can hear what my sister is being told for fuck sake." She sounded more frustrated than angry. "Ok do me a favour honey. You deal with the issue on your end and we will deal with things here. Wipe their memories make the play pen part of their new memories because I worry that the twins will just do it again if you get rid of it. Then when I get home we are talking to trouble one and trouble two. Also baby I don't blame you, I get that kids are hard work. None of what has happened today is your fault, but lets stay away from hide and seek. Maybe put a movie on take the twins out of the room. Tell them because of what they did the Teletubbies is not allowed on for the rest of the day. It's honestly the only thing I can think to do because of their ages and I'm not sure it will even work but it's worth a try."

"Ana baby what if they get upset do you really think they need to be punished they only wanted to play baby. I'm wiping their memories so no harm done." Oh please don't make him punish his babies he thought with his eyes closed.

"Christian they need to know they can't use their magic like that especially not in front of people, they need to learn." He could hear she was getting frustrated.

"Ana I hate seeing them cry is there nothing else we can do please baby?" He could hear that he was sulking in the way he was speaking.

"Christian honey, I love you so much and I love that you don't want to see our babies upset I really do." He sighed with relief thinking she was agreeing with him when she continued. "but if you do not do what I am telling you to do then that thing you wanted to do tonight won't be happening. Ok?"

FUCK "Fine but if they grow up to hate me it's your fault." She laughed before saying good bye and hanging up.

He walked back in the room seeing his brother had wiped their memories already, because Mia was sat with Jamie on some kind of game and Ava was back on her tablet with her head phones in. Ella was fast asleep in her bouncy chair so he carefully lifted the chair out of the play pen before lifting her up kissing her little forehead and putting her down gently on the floor. He then told Beal to grab Theo while he went over to Abigail and picked her up bringing them into the dining area and placing them on the table.

"Ok Theo, Abigail I have just spoke to Mommy about what you just did and she is not happy. She has told me that because you did magic in front of Ava you are not allowed to watch the Teletubbies for the rest of the day." The tears that started forming almost made him cave and give in repercussions be damned. "I'm sorry sweethearts but your Mommies right and word is final there is nothing I can do. You can't use magic in front of people. Don't be sad we will go and watch a movie and cuddle it will be fun I promise?" They looked up at him still with tears in their eyes and little bottom lips quivering as they nodded their heads it was breaking his heart.

Three hours later and everyone was snuggled on the sofa the twins and Ella sat on Christians, Beal's and Mammon's knees. The sofa was covered in potato chips, pop corn and little chocolate hand prints that Jamie had been terrified would have upset Christian. He just shrugged it of it could all be glamoured away and even if it couldn't the fact that all of the children were happy and quiet made the mess worth it. He was beyond exhausted, not being able to use glamour for things meant that he was constantly up and down to the kitchen. Making snacks, getting drinks. Having to get up and change diapers which he still hated doing. Kids just never stopped asking for things, they never stopped talking and they never stopped fucking moving. Even when they were settled they constantly moved. At one point he looked over to Jamie who was watching the movie upside down his face covered in chocolate. Christian realised that children were fun but incredibly strange. When he had seen Jamie like this he couldn't help the laugh that came out. He never knew what being a Child was like but seeing Jamie upside down not caring he just seemed so free and happy. H had to admit he was slightly envious.

As he was sitting thinking of how chaotic yet fun and stressful and whole bunch of other things today had been Ana walked in with Carla, Izzy, Artemis and Huldah stumbling in behind her. Yep they had all had a few drinks it would seem. Ana smiled at him before coming over making a show of being careful not to wake the children he had only just realised had all fallen asleep.

She looked at the room that looked like a bomb had exploded in it."Have fun baby?" She laughed kissing him lightly. He could taste the wine she had been drinking on her lips. Fuck she tasted good.

"Mmmmm, I missed you kitten how was your afternoon? Get much planning done?" She sat next to him careful not to wake Abigail who had her head nuzzled into his neck causing little Goosebumps on his skin every time she breathed her tiny hand was on the other side of his neck unconsciously tickling him he never wanted her to grow up ever.

"We did actually pretty much everything is planned. We even found the dress. There are a few things we need to do together, but yep most of it is done. So you are up next, to work your magic and get it arrange Mr." She laughed as she stroked Abigail's head staring over at Theo.

Everyone looked up at the sound of the elevator doors opening. Just as all the ladies were sitting down. Elliot walked in looking over at the room. "Oh Chris what the hell happened man I do not envy the clean up you guys have to do." He was laughing as he walked further in to the room. "Sweet place though despite the mess."

"Hi Elliot how are you?" Christian didn't stand not want to wake Abigail but he held his hand out to him to shake.

"Good man just here to pick up the brood and the Mrs." He looked at Izzy who was looking a little drunk and sleepy.

"Hi honey take me home I need a bath and sleep." Izzy said looking exhausted. Elliot just kissed her then came over to gently wake up the older kids without waking the babies. Elliot had brought Ella over for Christian to give her a kiss on her cheek before he put her in her stroller.

The rest of the Kids came over and gently hugged him, before saying thank you for a fun day and saying good bye, with Christian promising that they would do it again soon. Carla had gone with them as she wasn't as drunk as Izzy. So she said she would help with the kids and Ray could pick her up when he was finished work.

Once they had gone Beal gave Theo to Ana before walking over to Huldah and shimmering out followed by Artemis. Leaving just Ana, Christian and the babies.

What a fucking day. He smiled it had been hard, frustrating and at times scary but he couldn't deny that he had fun.

He also knew that he and Ana would have to talk about the situation with Ava but he didn't think with the fact that Ana was tipsy that tonight was the best time to talk about it.
