Peparia floated above Toki Toki City, once again looking for new teachers. Cell was still her main teacher, as he was the one she used to get stronger fastest. But as always, there were benefits to finding new instructors, as that was the only way to learn new abilities.

Ginyu had been a waste of time, as he mostly taught "Super Fighting Poses", as he called them. His Milky Cannon wasn't that good either, as it was just a ball of ki that she could control the distance of. And his body change was useless, as she'd never abandon her own body for another, as no other race was as perfectly suited for battle than a Saiyan was.

Hercule was a complete joke; his abilities were rather useless in a battle with ki and flight. However, she could sense a lot of strength within him that was completely untapped, as his martial arts techniques that weren't tricks and explosives were good abilities in and of themselves. And he was extremely durable for an Earthling. But his moves were did nothing for a Saiyan like Peparia.

Hercule and Kakarot's granddaughter, Pan, was an interesting case. She had the potential of a Saiyan with the creativity of an Earthling, and her techniques were interesting. The Feint Shot required Peparia to teleport once, and then again and fire a ki blast, which could be used to trip up a foe. And her Maiden Burst and Maiden Blast were great for when foes got up close. But as with most of the masters she'd met, Pan's moves weren't suited to Peparia's style.

#18 had some interesting techniques, though some of them required her infinite ki engine. Her Endless Shoot attack was exactly that; a series of ki bolts that could be fired endlessly by #18, but when Peparia tried, she found herself running out of stamina. But it was her dual Kienzan attack that was more interesting; she created two Kienzans and then threw them at her opponent in a pincer motion, completely catching an opponent unaware. And while this would be useless against someone like Buu, but that technique and Krillin's Chain Kienzan attack would be useful to taken out someone normal if used correctly.

But the one that Peparia found most interesting was a team; Gohan, and Hercule's daughter Videl. It wasn't the lessons that Peparia remembered most; it was the conversations she had with Gohan and Videl that were the most interesting.

"Hello! I heard you're the one protecting history," Gohan said at first, but then, his face changed. "Wait, you look familiar."

"You know her, Gohan?" Videl asked jealously.

"I think she saved my life many times in the past," Gohan explained. "Like she was some guardian angel for my friends and I."

"How do you remember that?" Peparia asked. "The Kaioshin of Time told me that all of my efforts would be wiped from the timeline when the scrolls were returned to their proper place."

"I don't know," Gohan said, clearly confused as to what was going on. "But you kept us all alive in some of the worst situations. You're a hero."

"Don't go fawning over her, Gohan," Videl snapped back at him. "We're here to teach these Time Patrollers, not kiss their asses!"

"…Right, Videl. Sorry," Gohan said, backing up from his previous praise. "Anyway, Trunks asked me to be your teacher. He said you could benefit from some new skills."

"Hold on, Gohan," Video said. "We need to make sure she's strong enough to handle what you can show her!"

Peparia just laughed. This Videl must be from a point before Majin Buu was awakened and must still think her father was the one who defeated Cell.

"What's so funny?" Videl snapped back at Peparia.

"You must still be new at ki sensing, girl. Gohan and I have more power in your pinkies than you do in your entire body," She said.

"Then why don't you prove it!" Videl shouted.

"Easily," Peparia said, smiling at this Earthling girl's spunk. Much like Bulma and Chichi, she was definitely a worthy bride for a descendant of a Saiyan, and considering she'd already met Pan, she knew that they'd create and raise a strong daughter.

The sparring was, of course, in Peparia's favor, but she did learn from Videl in some ways. All the techniques that were taught were Videl's, some of which were application of close range fighting that Peparia hadn't thought of and would definitely be something that she'd use in the future. And through it all, Videl gained a new respect for Gohan and people like him.

But eventually, Peparia needed to return to Cell for her real training. Buu with Gohan's strength wasn't enough. She needed to power up for Mira, and quickly. And the only way to do that was sparring with him in his Room of Spirit and Time.

I'm coming for you, Mira, Peparia thought as she headed toward where Cell hung out. And when I find you, I'm killing you.
