Reviews:

Clefeifei: Hope you had a good Valentines Day doing all that. Yup. You are going to love all this :-)

Greymon Leader Batx flashpoint: Your review had me in stitches XD It was so funny. Akira was just the name I chose to give Meiko's father. The commander was unnamed, but I based him on the colonel from the movie Akira. Anyway, I am glad you enjoyed the chapter.

Ackbarfan5556: Yes, it was a great line. I loved writing it.

Sweet Cari: Don't forget that Izzy's parents basically made one short appearance. I was surprised that Matt's dad didn't show up once. They'll always need their parents, no matter how old they get.

Music Chick: You bet it was. Thank you for helping write these last three chapters over a year ago ;-)

Counterpart: All fixed :-)

Hey guys. Hope you all had a good week. Outside of this "snowmageddon" most of the country is having to deal with, I had a pretty good week. We are getting sooooo close to the end of this story. Second to last chapter here. As I alluded to last week, we have even more reunions to get to. Also, the mystery of Joe's girlfriend will be revealed. Who it is may genuinely surprise you ;-)

Enjoy!

The Destined Jedi waited patiently in the hospital waiting room for the nurse to come back. They were dressed inconspicuously so no one could recognize them and cause a scene. Dark clothes, hats if they wanted to, and very quiet, reserved demeanors. No use drawing any unwanted attention.

After all the chaos had subsided, public opinion turned the other way on them. Now whenever they went out in public, the group made sure to not draw attention to themselves or go in packs when they could. Meiko was not with them, having been taken into custody by Child Services the day before.

Around the waiting room, there were families waiting to hear news about their loved ones or crying after being told they had not survived. The group wore sullen expressions as they witnessed all this. They knew it wasn't their fault these things had happened, but that wasn't going to stop anyone from blaming them.

It took the group a few days to find out which hospital that the younger Destined Jedi were staying at. Amid all the chaos from Alphamon and the Dark Digimon Army, the hospitals in Tokyo were overwhelmed with patients being admitted that it was hard to track anyone down.

Finally, earlier that day, Joe's father managed to find out which hospital they were in and told Joe, who then told the rest of the group. They did not hesitate to go when they heard because all of them were worried about what the extent of the younger Jedi's injuries were.

Joe had filled them in on what happened to them and their current conditions. Davis and the others were very weak due to being kept in coma-like states for months. Ken survived being thrown by Meiko, but it came at a terrible price. When he was found, Joe heard Ken had suffered a fractured shoulder, road rash, and a punctured lung. Dr. Kido swore that he was stable now, but it still caused great worry within the group.

The nurse came back into the waiting room. Joe got up to talk to her.

"Are we free to go in now?" he asked.

"Yes," she nodded. "But only one visitor at a time. They're asleep right now, and we don't want to overwhelm them with all these faces after being in a coma for two months."

Joe bowed. "I understand." He turned to the others. "We should do this by seniority. I'll go first."

Tai nodded. "Okay." Joe saw him glance at Sora before adding, "Try to be quick though. Check the area and sense out if they're in danger from anyone else. We don't want any psychos inside that want to kill them. If anyone's awake, let them know we're sending Sora in so she can heal them and we can all get out of here. I don't want us and them to be here any longer than necessary."

The Jedi of Reliability nodded and walked through the double doors.

Nervous tension gripped Joe's heart as he walked down the long, bustling, crowded hallway to the room where the younger Destined Jedi were in during their recovery. He wasn't sure what he would find when he got there. He hadn't heard about the complete extent of their condition, even though his dad told him everything he knew––how badly injured they were, what they looked like, all the important information a doctor-in-training would be interested to know––so he didn't know what to prepare himself for. He took a deep breath, letting the Force provide warmth and comfort for him before resuming his walk down the hallway.

It was like a scene out of a movie. Beds were lined along the hallway with people in them. Joe noticed the varying degrees of condition they were in––some were fine, some were in-between, and then others were in dire straits. Joe knew some of them would not survive the night unfortunately.

The rooms he passed were packed with people. He heard loud, urgent shouts from the nurses and doctors as they tried to save patients. Joe did his best to stay out of the way of any gurneys or nurses that would rush past him. He sensed the nervous energy flowing from them as they ran from here to there. It was a scene he would have to get used to down the line, but right now he tried to keep the fear in his heart at bay.

Joe then arrived at the door to the younger Destined Jedi's room. With a light rapping of his knuckles against the wood of the door, he opened it slightly to enter the room without making too much noise. Davis and the others were asleep so he didn't want to wake them up. The room was just like any other hospital room––plain white walls, a wide window and the steady beep of the heart rate monitors. There was a divide between two sets of beds. Cody and Ken were on one side, while Yolei and Davis were on the other. From his vantage point, he saw that the nurse had been right––they were all sleeping.

At Davis' bedside, a girl about two years older than the oldest Destined Jedi looked up to see who entered the room. Her eyes widened in shock and immediately ran to the bespectacled young man. The two embraced like it had been years since they saw each other. Since he was slightly taller than the girl, Joe buried his cheek against the top of her head. He squeezed her tightly, and her arms did the same around his neck. All his worries went away as the scent of her hair filled his nose. This was his nirvana after the struggle against the cold, unforgiving sea.

"Joe," the girl whispered with relief, giving him a kiss on the cheek before they separated from each other. The two still kept their arms firmly grasped on the other's sleeves.

"I've missed you, Jun," Joe murmured softly. His lips threatened to burst with the wide smile that lit up his face as his eyes gazed upon his girlfriend for the first time in days, if not weeks.

"I'm so glad you're okay," Jun Motomiya said, keeping her voice down to not wake up her brother and the others. She wiped strands of her burgundy hair away from her eyes. "I feared the worst when I heard about you all."

"I'm alright," he assured, embracing Jun once more. His eyes wandered to Cody sleeping on the bed nearest to him. The boy had an IV stuck in his arm as the computers kept track of his vital signs. Bandages were wrapped around his chest. The heartbeat monitor beeped in a steady, monotonous tone that filled the room, along with the others.

"I'll leave you alone," Jun hugged him again. "Call me later. I need to spend some quality time with you after being apart for this long."

"I will," Joe nodded, giving her a swift kiss on the cheek before she walked out of the room. His lips curled in a smug smirk. "No girlfriend, my ass," he whispered. "Who's stupid now, guys?"

A moan came from Cody's bed. Joe spun around as the twelve-year-old boy's eyes flickered open. The green irises could hardly be made out, but it was enough to show him that he was indeed awake.

"J-Joe?" the boy said in a raspy voice. It was so quiet that he could barely be heard, but Joe heard him loud and clear.

"Hey ya, Cody," he greeted softly, a relieved smile on his face. He sat down beside the bed. Cody turned his head slightly so that he looked at him. "How are you feeling?"

"Not good," replied Cody. "I feel like I was asleep for a thousand years. Now I know what a mummy feels like."

Joe chuckled. "Yeah, but unlike a mummy, you guys came back to us. We were so worried about you. What happened?" He looked down at the bandages wrapped around his torso. "And what happened to your chest?"

"We –" Cody coughed into his hand. Joe handed him the glass of water next to the bed so he could refresh his throat. After three gulps of water, his former apprentice handed him back the glass. The preteen cleared his throat and resumed. "We got ambushed when we tried to call you for help. I think whatever attacked us slashed me across the chest. After that, there was nothing. What happened?"

Joe smiled. "You don't have to worry about a thing anymore, Cody. We destroyed the ones who did this to you all. It's over." He ruffled the boy's hair. "I'm glad to have you back."

Cody smiled before his eyes closed. He was still very weak, so he couldn't stay awake for very long. Joe did a quick double take around the room for anyone with bad intentions against them, but sensed nothing. He rubbed Cody's hand and patted it once before leaving the room. There was no point in telling the boy that Sora would be in soon and they would be getting them out. He needed his rest.

They all did.

A day later, the group all met up at Tai and Kari's apartment to celebrate the younger Destined Jedi's release from the hospital. Everyone had sectioned off into their own little subgroup––the Kamiya siblings sat with Davis on the couch; TK and Matt were talking with Ken; Joe and Izzy laughed at something Cody said; and Mimi and Sora were gossiping with Yolei about what the Jedi of Love and Sincerity had missed while she was away. This was the first get-together they had had in so long. Everything felt right once again.

"I'm sorry, Tai," Davis mumbled, his eyes glanced down at his feet.

Tai smiled at the boy and patted his shoulder. Kari sat on the other side of Davis.

"Sorry about what?" Tai asked.

"I let you down. I didn't exercise good judgment in being a leader. Yolei and Cody wanted to go home, but I badgered them into going on rather than taking their advice. If I had, then we wouldn't have ended up in this mess. I'm sorry."

Tai patted Davis on the shoulder. The burgundy-haired boy looked up at him with surprised eyes.

"It's alright," the Jedi of Courage said. "Even the best of leaders make mistakes. I know that better than anyone. I trusted someone I shouldn't have, and I almost did something I would have regretted. I messed up more times in the last few months than I ever had before." He smiled again. "But we succeeded despite all these setbacks. Don't let this one mistake get you down."

Davis beamed the best he could.

"We're going out to a movie together soon. You pick the movie."

"It's a deal."

Kari leaned in close to Davis' face. His face exploded with redness because of her proximity to him.

"It's all going to be fine now, okay?" she smiled before kissing him on the cheek.

Davis' eyes rolled back in his head and a rush of blood surged down his nose as his head met the back of the couch. The other Jedi couldn't help themselves and exploded into laughter.

A few days later, the familiar hard rock ringtone filled the room as Tai sat at his desk doing his homework. He put the pen in his hand down and picked up his cell phone just as the singer started singing about wanting to be a butterfly.

"Hello?"

"Hi, Tai."

The teenager's eyes widened. "Sora. What a pleasant surprise. How are you?" he asked.

"Okay. Could you meet me at our usual spot?" Sora asked.

A thunder wave shot through Tai's body. The last time she asked him to meet her somewhere was the last time they were alone together in the school before the battle with Alphamon. The bad memory filled him with dread, and the last thing he wanted to hear again was a speech about wanting to stay friends.

"Look, Sora, I don't think this is a good time," he replied. "I'm busy right now, and I think-"

"Please?" she begged. "There's something I want to tell you. Something important."

For a moment, Tai really considered saying 'no'. If he had learned anything since that awful night in the classroom almost two weeks ago, it was that he had to keep his guard up with her. He was starting to get used to not being her boyfriend as he settled on a career path: A professional soccer player. Right as he opened his mouth to decline, something in his heart told him that this was different. Reanalyzing her request, he found even the tone of her voice was different than it was that night.

Ignoring his nerves, he nodded in reply, "Okay. I'll be there in a few minutes," before hanging up.

Tai got up from his desk and placed a coat on. It was late September, and the days were getting cooler as fall was pushing summer out of the way. Before he went to put his shoes on, he grabbed a Black Thunder chocolate bar from the secret stash in his drawer and shoved it into one of his coat pockets.

The memory of Sora comparing him to a candy bar months ago before they broke up flashed through his mind. Without realizing it, he shook his head as if to chase the memory away. For a split second, he felt dizzy and held his head. If it weren't for the Force reassuring him again, he'd have sent a text to Sora cancelling the meet up.

"I'm going out for a little bit," he called to his mother. "I'll be home soon."

"Okay," Mrs. Kamiya replied. "Be safe."

"I will."

Tai put his shoes on at the door and walked out into the cool Tokyo evening. The sun was setting on the horizon past the Daikanransha Ferris wheel at Palette Town Mall. The Rainbow Bridge started to light up with dim colors that would brighten when night settled in.

Soon, Tai found himself near the Akemi Bridge. He took a deep breath and pressed on, ready for whatever Sora had for him, no matter whether it was good or bad. When he walked down the stairs to the landing, she was already there. The setting sun made her auburn hair glow in the light and her crimson eyes sparkle. The sight of her under the sunset was something that always took his breath away.

"Hi," she greeted with a shy smile.

"Hello," he nodded back before joining her against the chain barrier keeping them from the water. The two looked out across the strait of water to the other side with the sun reflecting off the Daikanransha's glass-covered cars.

"What'd you want to talk about?" Tai asked with a nervous smile, breaking the peaceful serenity of the moment.

Sora bit her lip as a slight blush was displayed on her cheeks. "I've been thinking a lot these past couple of weeks, ever since we defeated Himekawa and saved Meiko and the others from the infection. We had to make hard decisions."

"Yeah, we did. But we did what we thought was right," he flashed her the famous Kamiya grin. "Everything worked out, didn't it?"

Sora nodded looking out into the water. "Yes, it did."

There was a peaceful stillness between the two as the sun dipped below the horizon. That is until Sora shouted with glee to the sky above, "We won! Woo-hoooooo!" which then ended with her laughter.

The sound of her laughter filled Tai with happiness. Sora hardly ever laughed anymore. He was surprised to see his arm already reaching out to rest on her shoulders, but stopped himself. Holding her was an automatic response whenever she laughed when they were together. The problem was they weren't anymore. As much as he tried to move on, his subconscious was stuck in the past.

Her shy smile returned, along with pink cheeks, as her gaze returned to the Daikanransha's glass-covered cars. "It's okay. I won't bite."

"It's your bark that worries me," Tai responded in a quiet tone, rubbing the back of his neck, as he looked down at his feet.

He couldn't do this; pretend like nothing happened. His heart ached, and anytime he was near her, he had to keep fighting the urge to reach out to her. It was different since they all had to work together to help Meiko, but now that it was over…

After shoving his hands inside his coat pockets to keep his hands warm, he felt the candy bar in his right hand. That's right. He was a candy bar to her – whatever that meant. The last few months proved that she was never going to tell him the real reason why they broke up. As much as he analyzed that dreadful day, he couldn't understand the significance of the candy bar.

"Tai, I have something important to say," Sora turned to him, playing with her fingers while looking down at her feet.

"Save it," he dismissed her. "I'm tired of your 'friend' speeches and how I'll learn to 'move on'. I didn't mean it when I told you at school that I hated you. I don't." He huffed. "You're right. I will learn to move on, but it's not helping with the constant reminder of how much I miss you."

Sora's mouth fell open in shock. "No, that's not even close to –"

"I still haven't figured out what this meant!" He took the candy bar out from his pocket, and waved it in the air with frustration. "So, you know what? Here's your candy bar back."

Tears were forming in Sora's eyes. "Please, let me explain!"

Tai tossed the candy bar into the water. "I'm done. No more 'talks'. If another emergency happens in the Digital World, we'll work together. Until then please, I need space."

"You don't understand," she begged. "I'm sorry for –"

"I'm sorry too," shrugged Tai as he turned his back to her and headed home.

That is, until Sora yelled out, "I thought I would be in your way while you tried to figure out your future career! My mom said that I should take a break from you in order for me to focus on my future. I thought it would be a good chance for you to figure things out too so I decided to go ahead with breaking up."

Tai jerked to a stop. His head spun with this new revelation.

"And then when we all thought you died – Kami, I thought I lost you!"

His head slightly turned down and to his left, waiting if there was more. His back still faced her.

"That candy bar was me justifying that if I made you work for your future, just like I made you work for the candy bar back in recess, then it was okay to break up with you. It was so hard, Tai. I didn't want to, but I couldn't stand in your way. I really did think what I did was the best for us both and I regret it so much!"

Anger rose as Tai spun around to face her. "Are you kidding me? You broke up with me because I didn't know what I wanted to do after I graduated? Because of a deal with your mom? That was all?"

Sora's lip quivered as tears formed in her eyes. Tai stormed towards her until they were inches apart.

"Instead of offering to help, or trusting me to figure it out on my own, you thought to make a decision for the BOTH of us that we shouldn't be together? We're freaking 17 years old! Not everyone knows what they want to do that young! You knew I knew you weren't being honest, and –" Tai released a deep, frustrated growl while turning away again. "I thought it was because I tricked you to smell the fart I trapped in a brown paper bag at my parents' anniversary dinner!"

"I had good intentions. I swear!" she begged, reaching out to hold one of Tai's arms. "Believe me when I say I should've never done that."

Tai snapped his arm out of her hold the second he felt her touch. "Earlier when you said we had to make hard decisions, you didn't just mean Himekawa and Meiko, did you?"

Sora shook her head as she wiped her eyes. He could tell she was trying to keep from becoming a crying mess.

"Well, let me make a hard decision for the both of us. Ready?"

Sora's eyes widened with fear. "No! No, please!"

"Goodbye."

"Tai!" she wailed, falling on her knees as her emotions overwhelmed her.

Tai ignored Sora's calls as he walked away. Try as he may, the sobs he suppressed under his anger flowed out, blurring his vision. Dizziness set in. He stopped in his tracks to hold his head until his eyes focused on his new surroundings.

He was back in his bedroom, holding the candy bar inside his coat pocket. It was a vision! He had yet to meet Sora!

Trying to process everything he saw, he felt for the desk chair with a hand. He stared out into space until he felt he could safely sit. Maybe he really should cancel the meet up.

Taking out the candy bar to examine it, the vision meet up continued to play back countless times. How could she? He loved her. He even confessed on that June day, and Sora just…

Tai sighed.

He confessed that day, and Sora, being the most kindest, thoughtful person he had ever known, took it as confirmation that what she was doing was the best thing so she didn't stand in his way, even though it sacrificed her own happiness with that deal.

Tai groaned. He shoved the candy bar in his coat pocket again and hid his face in his hands. This girl! He wanted to strangle her and kiss her at the same time.

A peaceful still washed over him as that feeling in his heart assured him that everything was going to be okay. Of course it was. Fate helped him to not make the biggest mistake of his life.

"I'm going out for a little bit," he called to his mother, racing to put his shoes on. "I'll be home soon."

"Okay," Mrs. Kamiya replied. "Be safe."

"I will."

Soon, he stood at their usual spot. The sight of her as the sunset was something that always took his breath away.

"Hi," she greeted with a shy smile.

"Hello," he nodded back before joining her against the chain barrier keeping them from the water. The two looked out across the strait of water to the other side with the sun reflecting off the Daikanransha's glass-covered cars.

"What'd you want to talk about?" Tai asked with a nervous smile breaking the peaceful serenity of the moment. His hands sought shelter in his coat pockets and immediately the hand that felt the candy bar traced its surface.

Sora bit her lip as a slight blush was displayed on her cheeks. "I've been thinking a lot this past month, ever since we defeated Himekawa and saved Meiko and the others from the infection. We had to make hard decisions."

"Yeah, we did. But we did what we thought was right," he flashed her the famous Kamiya grin. He would've continued his thought, but stayed quiet. He needed to change this future. Their future.

Sora nodded looking out into the water.

There was a peaceful stillness between the two as the sun dipped below the horizon. That is until Tai shouted with glee to the sky above, "We won! Woo-hoooooo!" which ended with the both of them laughing.

The sound of her laughter filled Tai with happiness. He was surprised to see his arm already reaching out to rest on her shoulders, but he didn't stop himself this time. Holding her was an automatic response whenever she laughed when they were together, and he wasn't going to stop any time soon. Not after what he learned.

Sora's muscles tensed for a brief moment out of shock. Her cheeks then turned pink. "Oh!"

"Tell me," Tai pretended not to notice her reaction, "What other hard decisions did you have to make?"

Sora's forehead wrinkled in confusion until she dismissed it. She turned to face him, his arm slipping away in the process, playing with her fingers while looking down to her feet. It looked as if guilt riddled her face. "Um, Tai? I have something important to say."

"Go for it," Tai encouraged while taking a step closer to her.

A nervous chuckle escaped Sora. "Are you feeling alright?"

"Yeah," he grinned. "Never better. Why?"

"It's just that, um," she studied his face. "It's nothing," she murmured to herself, shaking her thoughts away. "I'm just gonna say it."

"Okay."

"I am."

"All right."

"I'm going to blurt it out, and you're probably going to hate me forever."

"No, Sora," he smiled. "No matter what, I could never hate you."

"I had good intentions. I swear!" she began. Sora's bottom lip quivered as tears formed in her eyes.

Tai reached out a hand to caress her cheek, wiping away a tear. "I think you've punished yourself enough. Let it out."

Sora took a deep breath in and said, "I thought I would be in your way while you tried to figure out your future career. The less distractions in your life, the better. Then when we thought you died – Tai, I couldn't sense you in the Force. It was so hard standing strong, and when I thought I lost you forever, I knew I messed up. I thought you died without knowing the truth."

Tai snuck his arms around her waist and pulled her close as she cried. Resting his head against hers, he grinned and asked, "Without knowing the truth, huh? Did that include that you love me? Because I've gotta tell you, I've never once stopped loving you."

She stilled, gently pushing away only enough so that she could see his face. "Are you sure you're feeling alright?"

His only answer was his famous grin.

"I mean," Sora continued, "by now you'd be yelling at me, not saying –"

"Sora Takenouchi, I'm in love with you," Tai stated with conviction. "We can keep dragging this out, or I can pull you close, kiss you, and then I scream to the world that we're back together."

She sighed to herself. 'How can you forgive me so easily? How can you be taking this so calmly? This isn't you. I wouldn't take myself back."

He kissed her forehead. A soft, tender kiss that he missed so much, that he ached to feel after so long. "I think you've tortured yourself long enough for the both of us. But," he snickered taking out the candy bar and taunted her with it, "since it sounds like you want some kind of consequence, I'm gonna make you work for this."

"Ugh," she groaned in embarrassment. "I don't know what I was thinking using that memory. I'm sorry. There's more to it. If you just let me –"

"Do you realize I just now figured out what you meant? I should make you smell another fart I trapped in a paper bag," he half teased while unwrapping the candy bar. There was no point in hearing the conversation a second time. Not that she knew that. If she wanted to explain later on, then so be it.

"Don't you dare!" Sora laughed, wiping her tears away while sniffing. "That was horrible."

"Don't tempt me," he laughed. Breaking off a piece of the candy he held it in the air to her. "Each truthful response will earn you a piece. That's your punishment. Tell me the truth."

A sigh of relief escaped her lips. She nodded.

"You're an annoying girlfriend."

"Hey!" she blushed and slapped his arm. "I'm not annoying!"

"Oooh, I beg to differ," he laughed. "I'll give you an 'E' for effort. Here," Tai gently laid the candy piece on her lips.

Sora's cheeks blushed as she ate it. After she swallowed, Tai asked his next question.

"In June, I said I was in love with you. Correct?"

She covered her mouth with a hand in shyness. Looking away, she nodded again.

"Ah. She remembers," he chuckled. After giving her the second piece, he asked. "Did I not say a minute ago that I love you again?"

"Tai, this is embarrassing," she whispered as an older couple passed by on a stroll.

"So what? Deal with it." He shrugged off her comment with a laugh then yelled to the couple, "Teasing the girlfriend!"

The couple laughed while Sora hid a smile. Tai held the piece of chocolate up to her again waiting for an answer. When she nodded, he gave it to her.

"Two more questions." Breaking off another piece, he asked, "Did you hear me call you my girlfriend?"

She silently cried, nodding and accepted the piece of chocolate.

"Last one," Tai softly said. He held up the remaining candy bar to her. "Do you love me?"

After sniffing back tears unsuccessfully, she nodded again.

"Then will you do something for me?" Tai stuffed the candy bar in one of her coat pockets and pulled her close. "Will you stop crying and kiss me?"

Under the starry night, the two passionately kissed. Time stood still until they eventually hugged each other in silence, enjoying feeling the other in their arms. Tai knew in his heart that everything was right in the universe again. He was where he felt the most at home: With Sora.

"Promise me next time you'll talk to me. Decisions are made between us, not by ourselves. Is that clear?" Though firm, he gently ran his fingers through her hair.

"I promise," she agreed. "I lost you once. I'm not losing you again."

"I love you, Sora." Tai held her chin waiting for her response.

A soft smile appeared on her lips. "I…I love you too, Tai." She leaned in to whisper in his ear. What she said next sent shivers of delight down his spine.

"My parents aren't home tonight."

Tai let out an exhausted groan as his torso rose up slightly from the body underneath him. His leg was tied in the white sheets that covered their tangled lower bodies. The second his eyes made contact with the flaming crimson orbs of Sora, he fell in love with her all over again. His breathing was still heavy as a smile spread across his face.

This was everything Tai had ever wanted. He was exhausted, but happy. His long-lingering hunger had finally been satisfied. Everything in the world felt right after being left out in the wild for so long. The Carpenters' 'Rainy Days and Mondays' played from Sora's stereo, giving the room a light, almost dream-like atmosphere. He hoped this wasn't a dream.

"We're finally back together, Sora," he said, stroking her cheek with his thumb.

She smiled back at him with her hands wrapped around his sides. "We're back together, Tai," she confirmed. Her eyes then looked away for a moment. "I'm sorry I was so stupid. I really was trying to help."

"I know." Tai kissed her cheek. "We all make mistakes, but now I am determined to not let you go. We're always going to be together, Sora. I won't let your mom get in-between us again. I promise."

Sora pulled him down on top of her and their lips smashed together. Tai gladly surrendered himself to his passions and her.

I think we should leave them alone for now ;-) What's left to happen? Find out next week in the series finale of Revenge of the Infected.

Sweet, sweet payoff there, guys. Yes, Jun is Joe's girlfriend. I know I kind of alluded to a potential crush going on from Joe's part in ATOE, but I bet you guys did not expect it. Thank BrokenAngel01 for turning me on to the idea of Joe and Jun being a couple. I also have to thank Music Chick for writing that whole Taiora moment, save for the last part. That was me.

We have one last chapter left. This story has gone by way too fast but it has been worth every single moment. This was the story I really wanted to write and made me want to do this series. See you all next week for the finale. Be sure to review and subscribe while ya can.

Tootles.
