Chapter 36

NOTE: Hi guys I am only doing one chapter today as I have a migraine but I will be back tomorrow with lots more after a rest. I hope every one is doing well stay safe and take care and thank you all for your continued support.

Ana

Ana was woke up by Christian whispering to the twins and she couldn't help the smile on her face as she leaned up resting her head on her hand just watching him.

"Shhhhhhh you two Mommy is asleep, don't tell her I told you but I think mommy had to much wine yesterday with your Aunties and Gammie. Naughty Mommy." He was chuckling softly the babies staring at him with huge smiles on their cherubic little faces.

They looked over to Ana their smiles getting wider as they looked back to Christian. She heard their sweet voices in her head "Daddy look Mommy" Christian stiffened before turning around looking sheepish .

"Morning kitten did you sleep well?" He knew he had been caught.

"Mmmhmm I did thank you. So what were you talking to the twins about? " She raised her brows but couldn't help the smile in her face.

"Just telling them how much I love you." He was laughing knowing she knew exactly what he had talked about. She got up out of bed glamoring on silk pyjama shorts and shirt to match. Walking over to him she kissed him before bending down to kiss the babies.

"Yeah yeah of course you were. Morning you two come on let's get some breakfast." She picked up Theo Christian picking up Abigail as they shimmered down stairs.

"Holy fuck, what the fuck!" they both froze on the spot at the familiar voice behind them that was screaming. FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK suddenly the room went silent she slowly turned to find her sister Kate sat frozen on the sofa.

"What the fuck? when did she get here? and why were we not informed by the front fucking desk?"

"Christian honey I understand your frustration believe me but can you please stop swearing the babies are listening." He looked down at the babies before sighing.

"You know I'm never going to be able to stick to that. To much S.H.I.T happens in our lives to not swear." Ok so he had a good point there but still it's bad enough they couldn't stop them doing magic she couldn't handle little voices saying 'fuck' in her head.

"Well we need to try, anyway enough about that you need to wipe her memory and let's get to the stairs so we look like we have just walked down them. When she has gone we need to do some training I need to figure out how to use my powers also let everyone know they can't shimmer in because my nerves can't deal with much more." She kissed him then walked to the stairs to wait for him.

A couple of seconds later he was next to her. Both of them walking into the lounge area. She had to remember that she was supposed to not know that Kate was her so she had to act surprised.

"Oh my god Kate what are you doing here?" Kate ran over hugging her tight being careful of Theo in her arms.

"Ana honey I have been so excited so sorry for being sneaky I just wanted to surprise you both I literally had to show the desk down stairs pretty much our entire family history in pictures just for them to let me in it's seriously secure here." 'Well not fucking secure enough' she could hear Christian saying in her head she had to admit he wasn't wrong.

"Ok Gimmie I want to hold one of these gorgeous little bundles please." She was holding her hands out and shockingly it was Abigail who leaned forward so quick she nearly fell from Christians arms.

"Hey baby come to your aunty Kate. Oh god she is so beautiful look at those eyes wow and who is this handsome little man?" She was stroking Theo's face and he was beaming at her trying desperately to get to her.

"Ok let me sit down so that I can hold them both. Oh god you guys they are beyond beautiful." She was so excited to be holding them Ana couldn't stop smiling.

Abigail just sat staring at Kate like she was the most fascinating person she had ever met and she was playing with Kate's mass of dark curls with both her tiny little hands.

"Wow I honestly can't get over these two they are so much bigger than I expected them to be. How are you guys coping?" She looked up at Ana smiling.

"Actually honey we are doing really well they sleep all night and they are surprisingly independent which helps so much. I have to ask what brought you here not that I'm not excited because I am. I'm just curious. Also where are you staying? do you want to stay here?"

"No honey I'm ok I can stay in a hotel I am pretty sure this week you will need the time on your own with everything that you have to plan so don't worry honey and I'm here for the wedding silly."

"Kate we have an apartment that you can stay in you don't need to stay in a hotel." It was Christian that said this and it was such a perfect idea.

" Oh that would be perfect thank you so much. Izzy told me that I'm a bridesmaid. I am so excited, and don't be mad at Izzy for telling me. I think she was drunk. She was slightly slurry." They both laughed yep she had no idea how tipsy she was.

"Ok what number is the apartment so that I can go and get unpacked then I will be back. Izzy said you guys took pictures of the dresses yesterday and I can't wait to see mine." She was handing Theo back to Ana who whined a little at having to leave Kate. Ana gave her the number of the apartment and Christian handed her the keys.

"Yeah we took loads of pictures. We will have a look later then you can help me plan a dinner party."

Christian leaned down to grab Abigail who currently had her hands full of Kate's curls and she looked like she didn't want to let go.

"Abigail sweetheart, Aunty Kate will be back later on you have to let go." Abigail looked up at Ana before looking back to Kate with a huff this was the first time Ana had seen her look angry it was really freaking cute.

"Come on baby lets get you some breakfast then Aunty Kate will be back and you can play." With another huff Abigail turned back to Ana before turning to Christian holding her hands out with a scowl on her sweet face. Ana was beginning to see who the dominant twin was, and which one would have the biggest attitude.

"Ok I will be back in a little while" she came over hugged Ana then Christian and kissing both the babies.

"Kate honey do me a favour could you call when you are on your way. So that I can get some food and drinks sorted for us." She didn't want to say 'Could you call so that none of us are using magic as you walk in' nope she can't imagine that would have gone down well.

"Yeah sure honey, K see you guys in a little while." With that she grabbed her suit case and was gone.

As soon as she was in the elevator and the doors closed Abaddon shimmered in as though he had been waiting for Kate to leave. "Brother I have news about the pictures Ava is drawing."

Ana turned to Christian with a questioning frown on her face. "What does he mean why are you looking into Ava's drawings?" She was turning her head from Abaddon then back to Christian.

"Will someone please fucking tell me what's going on and why are you looking into my Niece?"

"Ana you're not supposed to be swearing remember?" She turned to look at him and noticed Abigail was looking at her worried. Ok she needed to calm down.

"You're right I'm sorry Mommy is sorry for saying a bad word. Now that's over could someone please tell me what's going on with Ava.?"

"Ok why don't we put the twins in their chairs then we can sit down and talk." She nodded putting the Theo down and glamoring their bottles before walking over to the sofa she needed to know what the fuck was going on.

"Ok so yesterday I was trying to get Ava's attention but she was on her tablet and couldn't hear me I was curious as to what it was she was doing when I saw that she was drawing. Ana she was Tartarus."

"What does that mean?"

"I don't know that's why I sent Abaddon to find out what he could so until we hear from Abaddon I'm as clueless as you sweetie." She took a deep breath before turning back to Abaddon nodding for him to talk.

"Everything she is drawing is everything that Asmodeous has seen or is seeing. Which means that whatever is happening to him right now she could be seeing in her dreams or in this case more like nightmares. Brother, Ana the thing that worries me is that from what I have heard in my search for answers is that people who have gone through something similar to this is that it can intensify and there is a chance that the shared link could not just give her visions but she could eventually physically start to experience what he is experiencing."

Is he fucking kidding that can't happen she can't let that happen. "How do we stop this happening what do we do? Also what has caused this?" Ana was panicking again she felt like they couldn't catch a fucking break.

"I went to see Pythia to see if she could help."

"Who is Pythia?" Ana asked confused.

"She is the Oracle of Delphi she has a direct line to the gods they can shoe her the future and I wanted to know if she could help."

"Well brother did she? Stop leaving us hanging we need to know what to do." Christian sounded angry and frustrated.

"She is looking into why this has happened. She has however seen something about Ava. She says she has power but she says the power is incomplete. As we know Izzy is your Mom's biological daughter so she does have some powers no matter how weak they are. Which stands to reason that they will be passed to Izzy's children. She saw something in Ava something powerful but like I said not yet complete I suspect when it is she will be incredibly powerful. Pythia could see in Ava some of the powers that she herself has, as an oracle. We don't know if Ava saw Tartarus before or after Asmodeous was taken there it could be that she saw it before he was taken and because of how detailed the picture was it just took her a few days to draw in which case she was seeing his future. Or it could be that she has been linked to Asmodeous for some reason "

Ana wanted to cry why can't this all just stop.

"Pythia is working on it so we will hopefully know soon what is going on. Until then we need to keep an eye on what Ava is drawing we don't want any unknowns when it is in connection to Asmodeous. Also Ana, Pythia did saying something else to me ." He took a deep breath before continuing.

"When you stripped Hera of her powers you took them inside you to heal the evil Hera had created. Yes?" Ana just nodded. "Good Pythia said to keep them safe their new host is nearly ready to receive them."

Ana was so confused and scared and weary she just wanted some normality this was all to much.
