Ziva had been stuck in Tony's apartment for DAYS. This time she didn't get the chance to even try escape she had at least one of the team guarding Tony's doors, windows and Ziva.

"Can I go home yet?!"

"No." Gibbs yelled back simply.

"I'm all better already! It's been two weeks already!" She whined.

The rest of the team were working on a case. They were trying to find the serial killer of the kids of marines. He would rape then strangle them and carve 'she' with a cross over it in their forearm. All the crime scenes they were invited to were brutal. Bloody and the entire area was trashed.

They had a hard time working on this case knowing what these kids went through before the psycho bastard offed them by asphyxiating them. The poor marine families were devastated and it caused a lot of attention on the news.

This case was especially hard on Gibbs because they were young, beautiful girls getting sexually assaulted and then strangled to death. So they let him be the one looking after Ziva most of the time.

This was also hard on Ducky because he had to do autopsies on those young girls.

At this point the killer had killed at least 13. The killer's name is Collin Keller. 35. He was once a lieutenant in the corps but then was dishonorably discharged for assaulting his C.O in 1995. Ever since he had been torturing and killing young girls with the father and mothers of marines in retaliation of the Navy. Ever since he killed his first victim he went off the grid and no one could even trace credit card used in any store.

The case had been bounced around from agency to agency and got the same zilch result. Every time, it would be handed right back with no extra leads or tips. Now it is a joint case between NCIS, OHS and the FBI. This case is in a way a cold case. It was abandoned years ago but was soon reopened when a civilian found several skeletons and corpses belonging to small children and older children buried in her backyard.

The youngest of the sicko's victims were just 5 years old. This case made all the people sick. There was just no leads as to where to find Collin Keller...

At this moment, Abby was with Ziva and the rest of the team were still trying to work down loops and lead for the case. The majority of the leads they found turned out to be a dead end.

Tony's apartment.

Ziva was trapped in Tony's apartment with Abby as her watchdog. Abby may not have a gun or a badge but she sure does have a tongue and a lab full of things to torture Ziva with. Ziva was bored. Tony's apartment sure had a lot of entertaining things but the things he owned were not things that Ziva would usually choose to entertain herself with. Ziva would usually choose to read and if not read, sleep but she had slept enough and Tony's apartment didn't exactly have any books Ziva liked to read in it. He had comic books, picture books and magazines with half naked women in it. He had a TV and a whole lot of movies that Ziva tried to enjoy but couldn't. The team didn't let her leave not even McGee. Somehow he was able to hold his ground when Ziva threatened and begged him. Ziva was desperate to leave. In some ways, she wished she was still in the hospital.

"Abby?" She asked.

Abby narrowed her eyes before answering. "Yes Ziva?" She finally answered.

"Why do you have to keep he hostage in Tony's apartment?"

"Well probably because you decided to escape from hospital in bad condition. Defying the orders of Gibbs...And mine"

"When can I go?" She asked for the hundredth time since she arrived in Tony's apartment.

"In about three weeks." Abby answered casually. To Ziva, it sounded like four million years.

"Hooray!" Ziva exclaimed sarcastically.

A/N: So, I'm back and I will be able to write as usual again. I will be making the story less fun but still interesting. So more things with Eli David and stuff.
