Prom was next weekend and graduation was the weekend after was graduation. This weekend Hayden volunteered to watch, a now month and a half old Abigail so her parents could go to a bed and breakfast. She figured she owed them for buying the condo. Sally and Cole were getting ready to leave.

"Make sure you behave." Sally said to Hayden.

"I will mom."

"I know but you have your sister to take care of now."

"I won't let anything happen to Abigail mom." "I know how to take care of her."

"I know, I just worry about her." "I did the same thing with you."

"Well you don't have to worry, go have fun with dad."

Sally went over to the playpen. "Bye sweetie, mommy loves you."

"We left you money for pizza." Cole said to Hayden. They left.

Hayden went over to Abigail and picked her up.

"Guess what Abigail." Hayden said. "Hawk's coming over." "He's gonna spend the night with us." "We're not telling mommy and daddy about it."

Hayden loved Hawk's relationship with Abigail. She thought it was adorable. He always made it a point to talk to and pick up. He walked through the front door around fifteen minutes later.

"Hi baby." Hawk said.

"Hi."

"Where's my Abigail?"

"Right here." He sat down next to them. She was holding Abigail. She and Hawk kissed.

"Let me have her." She handed her to him. "Hi." "Have you been a good girl for your big sister?"

"Yes she has." "It's almost time for her dinner bottle."

"I'll feed her."

"Ok."

Hawk was feeding Abigail.

"I was thinking about getting all of us a limo for prom." Hawk said.

"I can't go in a limo, remember?"

"Oh right, we don't have to get one."

"No." "You, Sam, Miguel and Demetri go ahead."

"No." "We're not leaving you out." "If we all can't be included, we're not doing it."

It was around two o'clock in the morning. Hayden was awakened by Abigail crying. She went to get in her chair. Hawk stopped her.

"I'll go." He said.

"Are you sure?

"Yes."

"Thank you." He kissed her.

"You're welcome."

A few minutes later Hawk went into Abigail's room with a bottle.

"It's ok Abigail, Hawk's here." He picked her up, sat in the rocking chair and put the bottle in her mouth. "There you go." "That's better huh?" "I have a surprise for Hayden." "It's a secret but I know I can trust you." "I don't know when yet but...

The next weekend Hayden and Hawk were getting ready to leave for the prom. Hayden's dress was silk and dark blue.

"I want to take one picture before you go." Sally said taking out her phone. They posed for the picture and Sally took it.

"Do you think you'll be coming home tonight?" Cole asked.

"I'm not sure yet." Hayden said.

"Make sure you call us if not."

"I will I promise." They left.

When they got there they immediately spotted Sam, Miguel and Demetri, over by the punch bowl. They went over to them. Sam's dress was light pink.

"You look great." Sam said to Hayden.

"Thanks." Hawk said jokingly.

"I think she was talking to me." Hayden said.

"Well the three of us look better then you two."

"Dream on."

A little while later it was time for the announcement of the prom king and queen.

"Your prom king is, Miguel Diaz." He went up and got his crown. "And your prom queen is, Samantha LaRusso." She went up and got her crown.

After they had their ceremonial dance everyone started to dance. Hayden and Hawk were sitting at a table.

"I got us a room tonight." Hawk said showing her the key. "We only get one prom night." "I wanted tonight to be special."

"Aw."

"I know the room won't be as good as the rooms you can get us."

"I'm sure it's a great room." "When do you want to go?"

"Whenever you do." They left.

They'd just gotten to the room. It was just a standard room but Hayden didn't care about that. It could've been a shack and she would've been happy.

"It's perfect, I love it." She said. "I love you."

"I love you too." They kissed.
