How's everyone doing today?

I've been reading a couple of new books for my English classes as well as finishing some other projects for my other activities. Hope everyone's doing well!

Nico POV:

"Go ahead then," I replied, taking a seat in space on one of the couches. Everyone's eyes following my movements in an irksome manner. "If you're going to say something, then say it,"

"What the hell was going on?!" A Slytherin girl from the side of the room directly spoke out after he said so. "You, all of you, are really peculiar, you know. First, there were all those times you went to Dumbledore's which I suppose were reasonable enough with all this stuff about non-magic-affected-creatures, however what about all these things that happened today?"

"You'll have to be more specific if you hadn't noticed a lot had happened tonight, and honestly, please keep it quick. I'm tired,"

"We've all heard some way or another what happened. Those centaurs storming into our school to help, but also the students from your school who just so happened to have bows and arrows, so on and so forth. Later, before you even come back, you first left again to another meeting with Dumbledore,"

"Those students are a specific group in CHB. They travel around the world. We also have a Physical Skills & Battling Aspects class, it trains us physically so we can prepare for situations where we might not have our wand,"

"Physical Skills & Battling Aspects class? What a ridiculous-sounding class," Another Slytherin remarked. "What wizard doesn't carry a wand on them?"

"You shouldn't be saying that," I reasoned, a corner of my mouth curling slightly. "After all, I suppose you should be calling me Professor Di Angelo now,"

"What?" Draco's brows wrinkled slightly as he narrowed his eyes. "Dumbledore is making students our professors now?"

"Only for the physical battling which I can say we're more skilled in than regular magic students. Dumbledore will be giving you more details. He just thought that due to the increase of these attacks which we don't know about, students should not be deprived of any more magical education while they'll learn physical defence skills as well. Besides, we've been having an education at Hogwarts as well, it's right we give something in return,"

"This is absurd," I've seen Draco bad-talk several different topics ranging from politics to students to just about anything. However, this moment was one of the ones where I could genuinely see the anger and irritation steaming off of him. "Completely incompetent. Professors helpless to aid students, and after at least 2 months of these situations, he still hasn't been able to solve the issue? And now? Rainbow spells and students as professors. What happened to the so-called greatest wizard of all time? This shouldn't be this hard to solve!"

"You could always just drop out of school if you're dissatisfied," I suggested.

"Watch what you're talking about, Di Angelo," Draco responded. "I'm not calling you professor,"

"And I never asked for it," Ever since we had come to Hogwarts, one of the people whom I interacted most with was Draco. Although we had our share of conflicts from time to time, it was this moment where I felt that things might be getting more complex. However, the situation was unravelling like a ball of yarn, the two worlds would have to start cooperating. By my guesses, in the current circumstances, it would be far from easy to do so.

Hermione POV:

"Anything change now?" When Percy re-entered the room, the Gryffindors had almost all gone to bed when Percy came back again, looking as he always did. "Yeah," Percy said. "Dumbledore's been making some changes. Guess what, I'll be your teacher!"

"You will be?"

"Yeah. Since CHB had a Physical Skills & Battling Aspects class, and magic doesn't seem to be working on the attackers so we'll be teaching you,"

"So it's like the D.A," A student remarked from the side. "Only it's out in the open. How are our schedules going to change?"

"Dumbledore is going to make an official announcement tomorrow concerning the details. As for today, he found it to be fine if we revealed some information. This way we can start a search for the bugs tonight,"

"Bugs?"

"You know the virus? It's these bugs that are causing them. They've been going around the school and hiding out. Dumbledore's been figuring out the details, but finding the root of the cause in this amount of time is pretty admirable considering all else happening,"

"Well, that seems logical," I confessed. "There have been wizarding viruses caused by bugs before like Scrofungulus,"

"Either way, they should be still somewhere," Percy confessed. "Let's check every crevice and space," As he said this, he went to the boy's dormitories and began flipping his things out of his trunk as he checked through the walls and the floors of the Gryffindor rooms. It was a least half an hour before someone managed to go through a small space hidden between a trunk. From there crawled out at least a dozen of small dark cockroaches, their back shiny and glinting as they scurried along the floor as if desperate to escape and hide. "Accio!" Percy pointed his wand towards the bugs managing to use the spell to move one of them into a jar which he quickly closed. The others proceeded to do the same to the rest of the first batch of bugs found, soon filling up someone's empty jar. "Sorry, about that Neville," Percy apologized. "Nearest jar there was,"

"It's fine," Neville admitted, looking at the bugs in the jar. "I had already moved my gum wrappers to another box,"

"We were one of the houses that had a lot of the students infected," Ron said. "Do you think we have the most of these?" He looked towards the bugs in the jar with repulsion as they crawled around each other, looking like black splotches that were constantly changing in the jar.

"It's possible," I reasoned. "Try looking around the beds. If there are so many hiding there, there could be more in similar places,"

"What are you doing here, anyway?" Another student asked as he flipped through his covers with apprehension. "Shouldn't you be with the girls?"

"I'm going back and forth between the two dormitories," I reasoned. "Spaces you might notice I might. If I don't see spaces there, then after I search around here I might find some more over there,"

It was long before another set of bugs were found hiding in someone's trunk. Exposed to peering eyes and bright lights, they crawled out frantically, their legs like wiggling thin lines.
