Okay. I think everything is up and running now. I have some stuff to discuss.

Please don't threaten me with dropping the story. I have everything planned out okay? This won't be like other villain deku fics in a lot of ways. I don't want to spoil anything, but I will say that this story will go beyond the Kamino incident. I can't just have the villains win right then and there.

Also, in that last post, there was some weird stuff. For some reason, there's some dots and dashes… maybe I haven't fixed everything…

I'll work on that while we continue.

Izuka raised her glass in a toast to the two official members of the league. Mirko was snuggled up to her side. Tetsutetsu was grinning with Toga and Hatsume.

Stain smiled at the rabbit hero snuggled up to Izuka. "So the wild rabbit has been tamed huh?"

Izuka smiled back. "Well Stain… it does appear so doesn't it?"

Mirko sighed. "Stain… shouldn't you be less worried with my owner winning me over, and more focused on your pet iguana?"

Stain chuckled at the joke. Spinner was indeed quite the fanboy. Stain could say anything and he would believe it.

"Hey! I'm not an iguana!" The lizard man huffed.

"I like how you didn't deny being Stain's pet…" Izuka chuckled.

"Watch your mouth girl-"

Mirko was suddenly behind the villain. Her arm wrapped around his chest and her two fingers pointed at her throat. "Be careful what you say… we wouldn't want anybody to get hurt now, would we?"

Izuka clapped her hands. "That's enough Bunny. I'm sure Mr. Spinner didn't mean anything bad by it."

Mirko nodded and released Spinner, before returning to Izuka's side and snuggling up to her once more.

"Oh babe… you are so cute when you control Mirko like that…" Toga strode over to her girlfriend's side. "It makes me…"

Izuka placed a finger on Toga's lips. "Enough… we can get to that later…"

She stood up and set her glass down. Toga sighed. "You're right… we need to do the briefing on our next courses of action…"

Izuka snapped her fingers. "Bunny… Would you get the lights please?"

Mirko stood up and turned off the lights. Izuka brought out a small hologram device. The hologram showed a number of information on each of the students in the hero course.

"There are two weeks until the UA midterms. After that, both hero classes will be involved in a secret training camp to train their quirks."

"Okay… so what does that have to do with anything?" Dabi raised an eyebrow. "It's secret right? Where will we get the location?"

"You forget that I'm in class 1-B." Toga smiled. "Information like that is easy. I can wear a tracker, or just look through files again."

Dabi shrugged. "Okay. Why are we attacking the hero students again?"

Izuka tapped the hologram, bringing up the files of three students.

"Katsuki Bakugo. Iryu Takanawa. Minoru Mineta…"

"You want those three? Why?" Tetsutetsu asked.

"We're mainly aiming for Iryu. She has the healing quirk that could restore Sensei to full health once again." Izuka said. "Katsuki Bakugo and Minoru Mineta are special cases… FOr one, we've been planning on tormenting Mineta for a while. He's the resident pervert the hero course. He has a superiority complex. And he took your seat in class 1-B after the internships."

Tetsutetsu growled. Stain nodded. "Okay. So the last one… Katsuki Bakugo. Why him?"

Izuka's eyes dilated. A crash was heard across the room. Mirko quickly turned the light on and everybody looked at the direction the crash was heard from.

Izuka had thrown a knife faster than anybody could perceive, blasting a hole in the wall. In the wall behind it, a picture of Katsuki Bakugo was pinned by Izuka's knife.

"That bitch is mine."

Toshinori sat with Gran Torino and Nezu, as well as Kirishima, Bakugo, and Aizawa.

"So why did you call us here?"

Nezu brought out a stack of books. Aizawa raised an eyebrow.

"Quirk Emergence Theory? I never had the heart to look past the first volume. It was all hogwash."

Nezu glared at the teacher. "I would think that you would better educate yourself Aizawa. I mean, quirks like these have developed when each book says."

Nezu slid a book to each person, except Kirishima. Toshinori and Bakugo flipped through their volumes.

"These are expertly done. Ahead of their time, that's for sure. But what's the point behind this?" Toshinori asked.

Aizawa studied the cover of his volume. His eyes landed on the names of the authors. "Hm. Interesting."

"What's so interesting?" Bakugo asked. Gran Torino threw the volume in his possession onto the table.

"One of the authors is Inko Midoriya."

Bakugo stared at the book in his hands. His auntie had written so many of these books. So many writings that challenged the belief of everyone years ago.

"Auntie Inko… Wrote these?"

"Inko did indeed write these." Nezu said. "We've learned a bit more about the Midoriya family, including quite a bit of information on Izuka's mother. For instance, we all grew up with her."

"Oh yeah… my mom mentioned something about that…"

Nezu looked at Katsuki. "Your mother knew her?"

"Childhood friends. Stayed that way forever. Only person Auntie apparently kept in touch with."

Nezu nodded. "Well then… as soon as you three adults see her picture you will know who she is."

The animal hit a button and an image was projected on a hologram in the center of the table. A picture of Inko Midoriya.

"Holy shit…" Aizawa breathed.

'There's no possible way…" Toshinori gasped.

"Shida Tatsumaki…" Gran Torino grumbled. "Well Well… This is getting to be even more interesting…"

"Who the hell is Shida Tatsumaki?" Katsuki asked.

"Shida Tatsumaki is her real name. She was a graduate of UA, in our class."

"What happened? Why did she not end up being a hero?"

Toshinori held up his hand. "I think I can explain. I have it here somewhere…"

The blonde pulled out a folded scrap of paper from his wallet. He opened it and began reading.

"Dear Shida Tatsumaki, We regret to inform you that you are not eligible to receive a hero license, due to use of substances in your highschool career-"

Nezu slammed his paws on the tabletop. "HOW LONG HAVE YOU HAD THAT?"

Toshinori looked at the principal, before going wide eyed. "Oh shit… I forgot all about it…"

"HOW LONG TOSHINORI?"

"Since… Since I saw her walk out years ago…"

"Wait wait wait, hold up. Use of substances? Like, drugs?" Katsuki asked.

Gran Torino sighed. "That imbecile. The old principal didn't believe in quirk evolution. A lot of people didn't at the time. Shida knew it wasn't just a theory, it was a natural law. Her quirk originally allowed her to move small objects towards herself, but it underwent two evolutions."

Toshinori shook his head. "She beat me in the third year sports festival, but withdrew before the final announcement was made."

"It's because of him," Nezu growled. "The old principal threatened to kick her out of the school."

"Wait… Auntie Inko… beat you?" Katsuki pointed at Toshinori. Gran Torino sighed. "Do you have a video of the fight Nezu?"

"I don't know… that was years ago. I might have to… there! Here it is!" Nezu pulled up a video and played it. Shida and Toshinori fought toe to toe. The highschool girl in the recording threw around the blonde boy as if he was a twig.

"Holy shit…" Katsuki breathed.

"So basically, after this, Shida graduated but didn't receive a license. She stormed out of her apartment that night and met All For One, who convinced her to go with him?"

Nezu nodded. "Yes. There's a little more to the family story. Izuka was born with her fathers quirk."

"She had All For One?" Toshinori frowned.

"Yes. But they took it from her. They knew it would put her in danger. The plan was to give her a quirk at the age of four. A quirk that would allow her to be a hero."

"But before that could happen, Toshinori and All For One faced off. And All For One was badly injured." Gran Torino said.

"Nice Job Toshinori." Aizawa chuckled. "You've fucked this girl's life up six ways to sunday."

The blonde was horrified. "What have I done? Is there any way to save her now? Should I even try? Should I let her kill me?"

Nezu shook his head. "Don't say such things."

"You're right… I'm sorry."

"Anyways… That's about it. Everything we know about the Midoriya family. Are there any questions?"

"I have my questions, but I believe that you don't know any more than I do." Aizawa said.

Nezu nodded. "Okay then, meeting adjourned."

Hawks sat on the edge of a rooftop, his proud red wings fanned out behind him.

Hawks loved the city air. He could sit like this all day. His wings ruffled just perfectly whenever a breeze passed by. It was heaven.

A chuckle snapped him out of his trance. "Damn. Do you really do that when you're bored?"

Mirko walked up to the hero wearing her new suit. It was the same as her villain suit, but instead of black, it was the color of her older suit. She wore gloves that covered up to her elbow.

"What are you- HOLY SHIT! WHAT'S WITH THE LOOK?" Hawks squawked.

Mirko chuckled. "That look on your face was priceless… I started getting tired of advertising my body. You got a problem?"

The hero shook his head. "Not at all… is that where you've been for the past two weeks?"

Mirko shook her head. "No. I was doing an internship with a UA student. We trained for the entire two weeks. Hand to hand combat."

"That explains the notches in your ear…"

"Yup."

Hawks noticed the black collar around Mirko's neck. "What is-"

"DON'T TOUCH!" Mirko slapped the hero's hand away from her collar. "Sorry… it's important. A gift from the intern."

"Ah… well then, I'm sorry for wondering."

"You wanna go stop some crimes together today?" The rabbit hero asked.

"Sure… why not? I could use the company."

The two heroes leapt off of the rooftop and began patrolling the city.

Nezu stood in his office. He had finally gotten the meeting done with. The animal took a deep breath and exhaled.

Shida was important to him. He would be having words with Toshinori about the diploma note. The blonde knew about their friendship. Why would he keep that to himself?

The rodent took another deep breath.

'And what would cause her to go with All For One? Did he force her into it?'

Nezu thought about Izuka's childhood situation.

'No… If he did, she wouldn't want anything to do with her daughter…'

The rodent walked over to a small bookcase that was next to the door. On one of the shelves was a picture frame, displaying an image of Inko and Nezu from before graduation. Both of them were smiling. It was one of the happiest days of Nezu's life. The day he finally opened up.

*Flashback*

Nezu stepped into the white halls of UA. His vision flashed to the walls of his prison. They were the same sheen of white as these walls…

A girl with green hair walked past. She noticed Nezu stopped and turned around to meet him. "Hey. Are you okay?"

The animal looked up into the beautiful face of Shida Tatsumaki. "I-I'm fine…"

"An animal with a quirk… how interesting…" Shida said. "I'm Shida. Shida Tatsumaki, what's your name?"

"M-My name?" Nezu asked. "I-I don't know…"

"Hmm… you don't have a name?" The girl asked. "How about… Nezu!"

"Nezu?"

"Yea! It means mouse! And that's kinda what you look like."

"Nezu… I like it!" Nezu smiled. "I guess I'm Nezu!"

"It's nice to meet you Nezu."

"How did you know that I was an Animal with a quirk?" Nezu asked.

"Well… You don't seem to like being around people that much. I can tell that by how nervous you were with me. You could be a man with some type of animal quirk, but I can't help but notice that you seem to take in everything around you. Your eyes are searching every nook and cranny as you walk. That suggests a mental quirk. And you can't have an animal quirk, and a mental quirk."

Nezu looked at the girl surprised. "You're really smart… I don't think I've ever met anybody who's analyzed me like that before…"

Shida chuckled. "What class are you in Nezu?"

"Class 1-A…"

"Oh really? I'm in there too! C'mon, Mr. Torino doesn't like it when people are late for class."

Nezu was yanked down the hallway by the green haired girl. It felt strangely nice…

*Flashback End*

Nezu sighed at the memory and turned the picture frame around. On the back, there was a tiny black envelope. The animal opened it and dropped its contents onto his paw.

A small silver charm in the shape of a schoolgirl glinted in the light of the room. Nezu clenched it in his paw and turned the picture frame back around.

"I never did get to say goodbye…"

Hawks was having a blast. Mirko seemed more alert than ever. She was faster, more precise.

"If we keep it up, we'll be able to arrest all the villains in the city before the evening!"

Mirko laughed as she leapt over the rooftops. "Wouldn't have it any other way!"

The two heard a scream coming from a street not far from them. Hawks flashed a smile to the rabbit hero. "Race you!"

The two arrived on the scene at the same time. A villain with tentacle fingers was kidnapping a woman from the sidewalk.

"I'll take care of this."

Hawks rushed forward with a feather blade in his hands. He dodged a few tentacles as the villain defended himself. But one nicked his shoulder.

Apparently, the tentacles must have some paralyzing effect, because hawks lost control of his muscles and fell flat on his face.

"Ow."

The villain growled and approached the paralyzed hero. "Well well well… Hawks. I could kill you right now… to think that such a strong hero was defeated by me…"

"HEY CALAMARI!" A large rock flew through the air and smashed into the villains face. "I'm still here!"

Mirko was kicking chunks out of the ground and throwing them at the villain. The only thing that the kidnapper could do was dodge. He quickly leapt back and away from Hawks in order to strategize.

After a few seconds, the Squid man rushed in. He deflected each boulder with ease. Mirko saw that he was heading directly at Hawks.

"Oh no you don't"

Hawks watched as Mirko blurred out of existence. A shockwave tore across the road as the villain went flying back. Mirko stood with her foot outstretched. "Not to my friend you don't."

Nezu paced down the streets of Musutafu, heading for a specific house. The Bakugo household was very nice. Nezu was happy that Katsuki had grown up in such a beautiful neighborhood. He knocked on the door of the house, and it opened to reveal a woman with explosive blonde hair.

"Hello? Who are you?"

"Hello… Yes. I am Principal Nezu."

"Nezu? OH MY GOODNESS I AM SO SORRY!"

Mitsuki Bakugo bowed. "What can I do for you?"

"I was wondering if you might direct me to the Midoriya home?"

Mituki stared at the rodent. "This is about her isn't it… Shida…"

Nezu nodded. "She had something that meant a lot to us… I think that I would like it now that she is gone…"

Mitsuki nodded. "Okay then. Let me get some shoes, and I'll show you to the apartment."

Five minutes later, the two were at the apartment complex. Mitsuki followed Nezu into the living space of the Midoriyas. It was the same as it had always been.

"Inko's room…" Nezu muttered, finding the door to his friends bedroom. He opened the door and stepped inside.

The room was fairly normal. A desk, a bookshelf, a bed. Nezu looked at everything and nodded, before walking over to the desk. On the working space was a picture frame displaying the same picture that Nezu had. Mitsuki smiled.

"She talked about you a lot you know…"

Nezu nodded. "I know…"

The rodent took the picture frame in his hands and turned it around, taking off the small black envelope.

"What is that?" Mitsuki raised an eyebrow. Nezu smiled warmly as he dumped the familiar silver necklace out into his open paw.

"It's a memory."

The rodent reached into his paw and withdrew the charm of the schoolgirl. He threaded it onto the silver filament of the necklace, right next to the tiny silver likeness of himself.

"I'm so sorry…" The rodent said as he clipped the necklace around his neck.

"I never knew…"
