Friday Night SmackDown was live at the Mellon Arena in Pittsburgh, Smack of the Night was CM Punk defeating the Bladewolf last week on SmackDown and right before he cashed in Money in the Bank, Umaga made his return, kicking CM Punk's head off his shoulders before hitting his twisting side slam.
Tonight will see a rematch between the Bladewolf and CM Punk.
In the arena, Punk's theme hits to a loud pop and out comes Mr. Money in the Bank with his briefcase in hand. Punk walks down the ramp, climbs up the steps and gets onto the turnbuckles where he raises his briefcase before he jumps down into the ring and shows off his briefcase before placing it down outside the ring and he waits as his theme dies down.
OOOOWHOOOOOO!
The Devil's Wolf hit to cheers from the fans as the lights dimmed to the sinister blood red and out comes the Bladewolf with Trish Stratus at his side and the World Heavyweight Championship around his waist. They pause on the stage and Trish circles her husband, running her hand across his chest, back, and shoulders before seductively leaning against him then arched her back in a seductive manner before she begins sauntering forward with a sway in her hips, the Bladewolf walking beside her.
They reach the ring and Bladewolf gets onto the apron, holding the ropes open for Trish who seductively gets in, getting wolf whistles from the fans. Bladewolf's theme dies down as Bladewolf takes his coat off and hands it to Trish, then takes off his title and hands it to Trish who gets out the ring, holding the coat and title.
Bladewolf stares down Punk with his demonic hellfire eyes as the referee calls for the bell.
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
Punk rolled his shoulders and the two men circled each other before Bladewolf lunged forward, but Punk ducks and hits some high kicks to the knees and ribs before he backs off quickly as Bladewolf grunts at the hits then flips his hair back. Bladewolf backed Punk into the corner and lunge dfor a right only for Punk to duck it and nails a high kick to the head then a few more kicks to the legs and stomach of the Bladewolf before landing a s;inning heel kick to the side of the Bladewolf's head, bringing him down to a knee.
Punk rebounds off the ropes and comes back for a dropkick only to get a clothesline by Bladeowlf who stood up and flipped his hair back again then grabs Punk and lifts him up for a suplex but Punk rolls out of it then nails another high kick to the side of the Bladewolf's head, then hits a couple of lefts and rights before hitting a spinning backhand then he Irish whips Bladewolf into the corner, runs and hits a high knee, going for a Running Bulldog afterwards but Bladewolf shoves him off and Punk turns into a clothesline again.
Bladewolf picks Punk up and drives him into the corner, hitting some shoulder thrusts to the stomach before driving his right fist into the stomach of Punk multiple times then pulls him close and hits a belly-to-belly suplex. Punk landed across the ring and rolled out the ring to try and get a second breather as the Bladewolf exits the ring and follows him, going to grab him when Punk lands a slap across the mask then lands some kicks to the Bladewolf's stomach then shoves him into the steel steps, taking the Bladewolf down.
Punk rolled into the ring and Bladewolf followed him and tackles Punk down and unloads with lefts and rights before he stand sup, grabs Punk and lifts him straight onto his shoulders when Punk elbows him in the side of the head continuously until he falls to a knee and Punk keeps elbowing his back until the Bladewolf is down. Punk lifts Bladewolf onto his shoulders with a yell...THEN HITS A MOVE HE CALLS O GO TO SLEEP!
Bladewolf stumbles back and falls down onto his back, Punk lunges forward but instead of going for the cover, he grabs Bladewolf's arm and...LOCKS IN A SUBMISSION HOLD HE CALLS THE ANACONDA VICE! WILL BLADEWOLF TAP OUT?!
Punk has the hold tightly locked in as Bladewolf struggles to find the ropes, trying so desperately to not tap out to the hold as he has never tapped out at all in his career. Bladewolf's struggles start slowing down and weakening until his arm lays on the mat and Punk puts more pressure on the hold then puts the other shoulder to the mat, causing the referee to count! ONE! TWO! THRE-! BLADEWOLF SAT UP!
Punk's eyes were wide as he stared into the dark, demonic hellfire eyes of the Demon Wolf, looking into the eyes of the Devil himself. Bladewolf fights to his feet, Punk still got the Anaconda Vice hold locked on until Bladewolf knees Punk in the stomach, then scoops Punk onto his shoulders but he slides off...AND HITS A HIGH KNEE KICK TO THE HEAD!
Bladeowlf falls out the ring and lays on the floor, groaning. Trish comes around to check on him as the referee starts the count. Punk rolls out the ring but Bladeowlf punches him in the stomach then tosses Punk back into the ring. Bladewolf slides in and grabs Punk, scoops him up onto his shoulders but Punk elbows him in the side of the head, then scoops Bladewolf up...AND HITS THE GTS!
Before Punk could make the pin, Umaga ran down and attacks Punk!
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
Umaga floors Punk with a super kick to the face! Umaga then hits his spinning side slam and he screams to the crowd! Umaga now picks Punk up and hits the Samoan Spike!
Still to come tonight is Jeff Hardy vs. Chris Jericho whereas if Jericho wins then he gets into the Championship match at Judgement Day.
Later
It's Jeff Hardy vs Chris Jericho, if Chris Jericho wins then he gets added to the World Heavyweight Championship match at Judgement Day.
Mike Chioda calls for the bell and the match begins. Hardy gets the crowd into it. Jericho quickly gets on the offensive, kicking Jeff Hardy in the midsection and punching him around the ring. Jericho holds him against the ropes and talks trash into his ear. Jericho whips Hardy into the ropes and he spears him down and punches him a bunch of times. Hardy clubs Jericho a few times before bouncing his head off the top turnbuckle. Hardy has a whip reversed on him but Hardy hangs on the top rope, causing Jericho to miss the dropkick. Hardy then hits a double leg drop to Jericho's midsection and covers for a two count.
Hardy gets Jericho up but counters with a forearm to the midsection and a head-butt. Jericho attempts a body slam but Hardy slides off and hits his own body slam. Hardy now goes up to the top rope for a Swanton Bomb but Jericho slides out of the ring before he can do it.
Jericho is taking a breather on the outside but what he doesn't know is Rey Mysterio makes his way down to ringside! Jericho then sees Mysterio and talks trash until he is hit from behind by Jeff Hardy. Mysterio claps as Hardy bounces Jericho off the barricade. Hardy puts him in the ring and bounces his head off the top turnbuckle. Hardy forearms him in the corner but has a whip into the corner reversed on him. Jericho charges and dives but Hardy moves and Jericho bounces his head off the ring post and falls to the outside!
Hardy whips Jericho into the barricade and fixes the steps up for himself. Hardy runs and flies off the steps for a Poetry in Motion type move but Jericho moves and Hardy crashes and burns! Jericho gets in the ring to accept the count-out but Hardy gets in at nine!
SmackDown goes to commercial...
'*After commercial break*
We're back from the break and we see Jericho standing on Hardy's back while he's prone on the second rope. Jericho talks some trash to Edge before heading back towards Hardy and grabbing his legs. Jericho then performs a catapult guillotine into the second rope. Jericho smiles as the crowd chants for Hardy. Jericho picks him up and Hardy punches Jericho before going into the ropes and getting hit with a knee to the midsection from Jericho for a two and a half count. Jericho quickly locks on a chin lock. Hardy fights up but stays in control. Jericho then goes for an Irish whip but Hardy twists into his clothesline takedown neckbreaker.
Hardy comes back with a forearm smash and a clothesline. Hardy has a whip into the corner reversed on him but he tries to counter with a Whisper in the Wind but loses his footing and Jericho quickly gets to him to keep him from falling on his head! Jericho hammers Hardy in the kidneys and gets to the second rope for a super back suplex but Hardy forearms him off and hits Whisper in the Wind on Jericho! Hardy covers for a two and a half count!
Hardy gets the crowd into it and goes for a kick that gets blocked. Hardy goes for his flipping mule kick but Jericho pushes him away and goes for the Walls of Jericho and locks it on! Hardy is bleeding from the eyebrow! Edge is cheering his long time rival on to NOT tap out! Hardy eventually fights to the ropes. Jericho gets into an argument with Mike Chioda about that. Jericho then charges towards Hardy but Hardy catches him with a sit-out front suplex. Hardy then removes his shirt and goes up for the Swanton Bomb but Jericho moves and Hardy crashes to the mat! Jericho quickly hits the Lionsault and Jericho covers for a CLOSE two and a half count!
Jericho is really upset but this. He punches Hardy a few times before picking him up and going for a kick that gets blocked. Jericho tries for the enzuigiri counter but Hardy avoids that. Hardy punches Jericho a few more times and goes for the Twist of Fate but Jericho twists into a leg sweep and attempts to lock the Walls of Jericho back on but Hardy kicks Jericho off. Hardy catches Jericho with an inside cradle but Jericho turns Hardy onto his shoulder at the two count and Jericho gets a two and a half count! Jericho is against the ropes and Hardy clotheslines him over the top rope, taking himself along for the ride!
Hardy attempts to punch Jericho but Jericho counters by throwing Hardy over the announcer's table! Jericho gets Hardy back in the ring and covers for a two and a half count. Hardy then comes from behind and school boys Jericho for a two and a half count! Jericho is in the corner and Hardy runs right into his boot. Jericho then covers and gets both feet on the ropes for leverage and almost gets the win until Rey Mysterio yells over to the referee that Jericho is cheating. Jericho talks trash to Mysterio and turns into a Twist of Fate! Hardy then goes to the top rope and hits a Swanton Bomb for the win!
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
Hardy's theme played as he celebrated his win.
OOOOWHOOOOOO!
The lights go out and when they come back on...THE BLADEWOLF WAS IN THE RING! Hardy turns around...INTO A GOOZLE! Bladewolf lifts Hardy up...AND PLANTS HIM WITH A CHOKESLAM! Bladewolf stares down at Hardy before grabbing him, scoops him up and holds him upside down in front of him...THEN HITS THE TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER!
Bladewolf gets to his feet and raises his arms before throwing them down to summon four lightning bolts to the turnbuckle, making fire shoot out as the blood red lights descend on the arena and Bladewolf's theme plays as SmackDown goes off the air...
