Sorry for the delay in this being updated, I haven't forgotten about this story I have just been struggling a little bit with writing this story, and yes i started some other stories and finished some others but I decided that I wasn't going to upload something I wasn't totally happy with. I am not sure when the next chapter will be loaded up, but I will get this finished off, its just making it good without rushing it to end it if you get what I mean. I don't want my readers going what you did a shit job of finishing this off. Enjoy let me know what you think.

"Jose, what the hell is going on with you?" says Jose Sr through the phone to his son. Jose has no idea what he is talking about as it was the first words out of his father's mouth, no hello how are you doing, like is normal to hear from him when he rings to talk to him.

"Not sure, what you're talking about here dad, can you explain?"

"I've just spent the last three hours on the phone to Ray, as well as Jason Taylor who is an old ex-army mate of Ray's." the line is dead quiet between the two for a few moments, Jose Sr letting the words sink in to Jose.

"How is Ray doing?" Jose askes.

"He is rather fucken pissed off right now, you're lucky I'm talking to you via this phone and not being beaten to a pulp by Ray."

"What have I done to him to have him want to do that to me?" Jose askes.

"It's the way you have been towards Ana, that has him wanting to beat you to a pulp. breaking into her apartment at uni, not backing off when she asked you to back off, threatening her and Christian. Telling her that she is being used and is just some fling to Christian. Most of all telling her she is like her mother and sold herself to Christian. I am so angry, and upset. I sat there on the phone wondering if that was really my son, wondering what did I do wrong that he would push himself on to some girl, and not accept No from them. I've seen the footage of what you have done Jose and I am not happy at all. I am disgraced by it all. Ana has known Christian since she was fourteen, had Ray and Carrick not lost contact when they left school then they would have known each other since Ana was a baby, when Ray first met her. Telling her to stop lying about her marriage and how long she has known Christian is not good Jose, not good at all. I told Ray I would talk to you and find out what the hell was going on with you, I know you had been drinking as well, but this lack of disrespect towards those you call friends is horrible, totally horrible, your obsession with Ana stops now, respect her boundaries, and if you want more proof that they have known each other for as long as they have you will be receiving a package in about fifteen minutes, it will include photos of Ana and Mia together at school, and as friends, photos of Ana on Christians arm long before she went to college. You need to accept right now she is off limits and is not someone you are to have any more interest in." Jose Senior says to his son, his anger at what he has done coming through rather thick, Jose can tell he is rather pissed off with him now. Before he can even get a word in to his father the phone line goes dead.

Jose just sits there not saying anything he had hoped his father would never find out about what he had done or how he had acted towards Ana, before he knows it his father has hung up the phone and not even said goodbye to him, then there is a knock on his door. A big guy passes him an envelope and then leaves, he goes back inside his house and opens it up. He see's photos after photos of not only Ana and Christian, but of her and Mia, Elliot, Grace, Ray, Carrick, school photos and photos of Carrick and Ray when teenagers and kids. He is even given a copy of Ana marriage certificate stating when she was married, including one from their wedding day. It breaks his heart seeing the photos, he was hoping she would come back to him, and be his wife, he always thought deep down that she loved him but she just didn't want a relationship while studying which he was ok with. There are so many photos at different times, even photos of a younger Ana all dressed up to the nines, in fancy dresses and high heels, then there are others of her laying reading a book in someone's garden, or on a couch in a room, photos of her curled up with Christians, them playing pool with others, Photos of her with Ray, and the Grey family. So many photos. He still can't believe what he is seeing. He still doesn't want to believe she is married; he is sure she is just doing it for the money.

"At least I have the job at the place she works, it maybe only way day a week but I can check up on her, be able to see her and make sure she is ok, and that I am there for her if she ever needs me," He says to himself, still hoping like hell to get her away from that man.

COURT HOUSE

"Has anything been released yet?" Gail askes Jason, as the two-sit waiting to see the judge for their pre court hearing.

"No not yet, but Carrick will have a lot to do with it as he sent a letter to her lawyer explaining what will happen if she does, due to the non-disclosure agreement she signed and also how we know her links to Elena who is also under investigation. Today will be interesting to see if anything is said." Jason finishes off as he sees Carrick walking towards them.

"Where is Sophie?" Carrick asks him when he sees she is not here.

"She is having her say with the legal team appointed by the courts, that you had set up for us, well I mean for her so she gets her say, they also said she can stay with them while we are with the judge as well. They said there could be more questions after he sees us and he may want to talk to her some more afterwards." Jason babbles on to Carrick, Carrick quickly picks up the worry that Jason has for today, it's not normal to have Jason lost for words or talking to much like he is right now, he normally has everything under control

"I'm pleased to hear that I know I only sprung it on you yesterday but the judge suggested it, I hadn't thought of it sooner myself, but it will help your case with everything that has been going on."

"That is ok, there is so much going on, I honestly do not know how you are able to know what is involved for me, then GEH, and then Christian on top."

"Easy, yours is on top, the firm is handling the Elena issue, and GEH well that is so far not needing any of my time as of yet." Carrick says to him, he passed Elena off to the rest of the firm, he is dealing with Jason personally, and the IRS with GEH is so far not needing any legal help yet.

Judges room

"Carrick, Mr Taylor, Mrs Taylor, my plan today is to honestly get an agreement done today, get something sorted without having to go to court on this matter, I do this with all my child custody battles. I am pleased you have agreed to Miss Taylor having her own representative from the courts to talk on her behalf Mr Taylor, she is now talking with her team and I have also talked to her already, but there will be more questions I will need to ask her after I have meet with your ex-wife, and yourselves."

"Do you have any objections to her seeing her mother?" the judge asks Jason and Gail.

"No, they don't but I do have some stipulations on her visitation." Comes from Carrick.

"She has it in a set place, with a court approved carer to be there as well. Due to the people who her mother is often in company of, we feel it is safer for Sophie to know that she is in good hands. Mr and Mrs Taylor's employer, Mr and Mrs Grey have both agreed to pay for this, whether it is in one of their apartments that they have throughout town, or in a hotel in town. She can even have her over night, but the carer must be there for Sophie's safety. Sophie as you would have found out today also has her own bodyguard as well that goes everywhere, she goes, Mr and Mr Grey put this in place to protect her in case someone used her to get to Taylor to then get to the Grey's." Carrick says to the judge, he hands over paperwork, showing who her mother has contact with including the contentions to Elena. Including why they are worried about Sophie's safety with Elena being involved, and not knowing how much of her relatives are also involved in what she does with young people.

"The information in that folder will explain why we are putting these things in place, we are for protecting Sophie, she can see Sophie as often as she likes as long as it meets these requirements." Carrick finishes saying as he watches the judge read through the paperwork that has been given to him from Carrick.

"She also has had a bodyguard since Jason started having issues with her mother faking problems, so they employed one to protect Sophie plus also if there was a problem Jason would hear it direct and get the correct information, she did not like it because she did have to inform them of what they were up to, but protecting Sophie was highly important to Jason, even more so the more popular GEH became in the public."

"Mr and Mrs Grey are prepared to do whatever is needed, reducing Jason's hours of work, less travel. But Mrs Taylor has informed me that she prefers that he does as he currently does. She can look after Sophie while he is away. She feels that his job and what he does shouldn't suffer, she also informed me that when they aren't traveling, he takes her to school, picks her up, helps her with homework, does everything a father should do." Carrick also says to the judge as he goes through what has been given to him.

The room falls into silence. No one says anything as the judge reads what Carrick has given him. Jason and Gail sit there.

"So basically, par the requirements you have for her when she is with her mother, which going by the reports you have given to me, aren't a bad idea considering the connections. I am free to suggest things that I feel are needed."

"Yes, anything you suggest I will make sure that it gets put into place, but whether these lot here listen is another thing."

"Though going by what Sophie has told me about how things have been living with her father and his extended family, that includes your son. She seems to be happy, she said she does love the movie room that is in the apartment. Her only issue seems to be her mother. Who I have spoken to all ready this morning and has stated you have refused all and any contact with her daughter?"

"That is incorrect Sir, we have had no contact except the day I took Sophie to collect her science project. I brought Sophie her own mobile on a contract that she can ring her mother any time, but I do know that she has not once picked up the phone." Comes from Jason, and Carrick hands over records of the account and the dates and times when Sophie can call her, including records form Jason's mobile, and the home phone as well.

The judge looks at the information in front of him. Shows Sophie's phone and the numbers she has rung, her mother's being the most. He notices there are issues between the paperwork from Carrick and the paperwork from the lawyer for the other side. He decides he needs to look into this further himself.

"Has her number changed at all do you know?" The judge asks them.

"Not as far as we are aware, we have tried her home and mobile numbers that we have on record, we haven't looked into if she has any other numbers to contact her on. As she is meant to inform us of any change of number as unknown numbers automatically get rejected when you ring the penthouse and our apartment. If you ring my mobile it will still go through. That was put in to protect the Grey's their phone would be ringing all the time if people knew how to get a hold of them, if the number became public by any chance.

"Well, I have records here showing she has rung, but the number she has used is different to the number you have here."

"She does know that if she changes numbers, we must know otherwise the calls won't come through to the penthouse, but she could have tried my mobile, or at least Sophie mobile, I know she has left her mother a message every time she rings her." This information makes the judge think that Sophie's mother is trying to make these guys into the bad guy, they are doing anything and everything they can for this child, they do anything they not stopping her from seeing her child, they just want protection which with the contacts she has isn't a bad idea it's a good idea to protect Sophie.

"I also want her to have her own legal team until she is of age to make these choices without needing us as her parents to decide these things for her. I feel this is in her best interest." Comes from Jason to the judge and this surprises the Judge it wasn't something he was expecting but for the judge it shows this father is prepared to do whatever is needed for his daughter.

Give me some time. I need to go talk to Sophie again as well as the other party involved and I will get back to you.

The group leave the judges room and go off to a side room to sit and wait it out.

SIP/Grey Publishing

In a conference room, it is being announced that as of today SIP is going to be referred to as Grey Publishing.

"Ana how is that project coming along that I got you to work on?" Jerry asks Ana, as they sit in the Conference room after the announcement.

"It is coming along really good."

"When do you think you will have it up and running?" he asks her

"What do you mean up and running I thought you would want a plan laid out first before I brought it to you."

"I trust you Ana, so far everything you have suggested re authors have been a hit, just let me know when it is ready to go live, then we will do a big press conference on it and then press go. I trust you Ana, you are a bloody hard worker. It is going to be hard to keep you away from moving to Grey House."

"No Jerry, that won't happen I love my books far too much."

"Good cause I do not want to lose you ever. Anyway, I better go, got work to do. Thanks, Ana, for your hard work." Jerry says before he gets up and leaves the room, Ana gathers her things and heads back to her office.

Several hours later.

"Right Hannah we need to schedule a meeting with Mr Brown on his book, and also we have a conference to go to in three months as well make sure that gets added into the calendar, you will be coming with me as well as I think you will benefit from it as well."

"Sure, now do not forget you have a meeting tomorrow at 8am, here with Kate and Welch re the website for the new project. Ouch." Hannah says out as she grabs her belly.

"Hannah you ok?" Ana asks as she sees that Hannah is in pain. "Hannah." Ana's managers to get Hannah to her couch, before she collapses and passes out.

"Sawyer." Ana yells from her office to get Sawyer, when he comes in, he sees Hannah on the couch. Ana doesn't even tell him what to do, she watches as your normally in control bodyguard kneels down in front of Hannah as he is calling an ambulance for her. Then hearing Luke calling Hannah's baby, she then clicks, to a few things that have been going on and the look Hannah gave when she first saw him with Ana when she first started.

Ana rings Taylor to let him know what is going on but it doesn't connect then she remembers fuck he is at court today.

"Sawyer, who do I ring, you need to go with Hannah." Ana asks

"Fuck, um give me a moment to make a few phone calls."

"I'll ring Christian and explain I won't leave here I promise. You go with her. Just keep me informed okay."

"Yes." He says to her as they take Hannah away.

"Pick up the phone, come on pick up the phone, damn it Christian pick up the bloody phone."

Ana rings Ros and gets the same thing. "Fuck" so she tries Andrea and thank god she answers

"Andrea it's Ana, where is Christian it is an emergency. I need to talk to him ASAP."

"Ros and him are in an important meeting, he left his phone with me the same as Ros they wanted no interruptions."

"Well, you are going to have to break that, take his phone to him and tell him to ring me right now it is an emergency."

"Have you tried Taylor ma'am?"

"Andrea just do as I tell you, this is wasting my time." Ana says stressing out, both heads of security are now busy with their own family matters and she has no idea who the hell to contact. She sends a text message to Prescott to see if she is free to get to her office ASAP.

Five minutes later she has had a reply back form Prescott who is on her way to her office, so at least Ana is feeling slightly better.

"Ana, what is so urgent that you had to have Andrea come into my meeting. I did tell you I would be out of reach this morning."

"Hannah passed out at work Sawyer has gone with her."

"Why has Sawyer gone with your assistant?" Christian askes then Ana clicks he properly has no idea as well.

"Hannah is his partner; I didn't even click on it until she was lying on my couch and he was talking to her. Jason is in court, remember, I have managed to get Prescott to come to the office but what the hell do we do we have no head of security available right now." He hears the panic in her voice that they are now wide open for an attack. He is pleased she got a hold of Prescott.

"Sawyer didn't want to leave but I told him to go, he would be no good here with me with her going to hospital, I hope that was okay."

"No, you did the right thing, I knew he had a partner, they have known each other since they were kids, but who it was I had no idea. But the fact we are now without our main guys is a problem, a big fucken problem baby, stay at the office, do not leave, until I get there. If you need anything order it in, or get Gail to bring it in for you. When is Prescott due there?"

"She said it would be about twenty minutes she was out and would get here as soon as she could."

"Okay be careful, I will do what I can at this end, you do know where your panic button is in your office don't you?" He says to her reminding her of the panic button they installed in the office, even Hannah knows where it is for even her own protection.

"Yea I remember where it is."

"If you need to use it, do so baby, be careful, look after yourself and text me as soon as Prescott gets there. Right, I better go laters baby." he says as he hangs up the phone.

"Welch, monitor the surveillance. We are down guys right now." Christian says into his phone.

"Already on it's sure Sawyer has already rung." thank fuck Christian thinks, even with what he is having to deal with he is still thinking work wise.

"I also have Ana work up as well, I have people on monitoring those and those only, anything they think is not right they know what to do, also running extra programs through the systems as well. I have my end cover." he says as he hangs up the phone on Christian.
