Just the Two of Us

Sokka and Suki gave each other a knowing look.

"Those two better appreciate all of this sacrifice," Sokka grumbled under his breath. Suki gave him a playful pat.

"Oh, I'm sure they do. Let's go! An escape room sounds like a lot of fun."

Back at the beach house, Zuko brushed against Katara's lips with his own.

"We have the best friends on the planet," He whispered into her hair. Katara pulled his face back to hers and urged him to kiss her more deeply.

"Less talking." She grunted. Zuko chuckled at her enthusiasm and kissed her breathless as a reward. Moans and gasps reverberated off the walls of the empty house as the couple finally got a moment to do a few "team-building" exercises and work on their relationship...

The Escape room was amazing! Toph figured out how to set up the walls to open if they discovered the right combination of symbols she placed in random spots around the cavern. Once they found the "key" the wall would open, and they would go to the next room. They only missed one combination and ran out of time on another before Toph had to open the wall for them.

Sokka and Suki were a dynamic duo. Aang barely had time to think about the combination before the two of them had it figured out. He was getting bored.

"Guys, I thought this was supposed to be an earthbending training. Neither of you is earthbenders. Can I have a chance now?" He said. Sokka and Suki gave Aang an apologetic look.

"We can be a little competitive sometimes. Sorry, Aang." Sokka admitted. Aang smiled.

"It's OK. Look we have one more room and we're done. How about I do that one and we go to dinner? I'm starting to get hungry." He said. The teens happily agreed to let Aang work on the final puzzle.

"I've got it! I've got it!" Aang shouted. He figured out the last combination with only a few drops of sand remaining in the hourglass. The heavy stone "door" slid open.

"Well done Avatar!" Toph said in her authoritative announcer's voice. "Because your team worked together and solved nineteen out of twenty-one puzzles, I will be paying for tonight's dinner. Choose your location Avatar." She said.

"Yesss! Flaming Noodle shop! Flaming Noodle Shop!" Aang practically screamed. Then he stopped suddenly.

"Wait I can't go! I forgot my hat. I have to cover my tattoos. Hey guys, I'll be right back!" Aang said not waiting to hear that they already thought of that and brought his hat. Toph and Suki gasped together.

"Oh God, he's heading to the house... Katara and Zuko! Not good. Not good!" Suki said in a near panic. The three friends left behind ran as fast as they could to the Fire Lord's abandoned beach house to save Katara and Zuko.
