Protagonist…what is the protagonist? This is a long topic so lets just explain the traditional protagonist

They are someone that favored greatly by the world. Basically, for every protagonist, they will have a subconscious desire or wishes, and the world will do their best to fulfill it.

Example: Even though Izuku Midoriya wished to be the best hero but before that, he is a quirkless boy that have been bullied thanks to lack of quirk his whole life, if you didn't have something as a human you will desire it

Deep in his mind Izuku Midoriya want a quirk, something he lack and the reason he was bullied. Afterall if you just want to be the best hero you didn't need a license, just help people around you, quirks or no quirks.

With that desire canon Izuku desire granted by the world, long story short canon Izuku meet with All-Might one of the two people in the world that can give him a quirk. Keep in my mind the chance is like [2: Billion]. If it was in Gacha terms the rate is below 1% or even lower, you know just how maddening Izuku luck

After having a quirk, Izuku subconscious desire to become the best hero becomes stronger, and with that the world sending him numerous trials that will make him become the best hero sooner or later.

Another example: Satou Kazuma the MC of Konosuba, even though he always, says 'I want a quiet life' or variation, remember he is once a neet with no friend, that living a dull life on earth.

He subconsciously wants a life full of adventure and friends

The first thing that comes to his mind seeing the shadow of vehicles is Truck-kun. With that alone you can guess, he wants a live full adventure. That was the reason he got a really quirky teammate, ensuring his subconscious desire for adventure and friends fulfilled

So yeah their life is dependent on their subconscious desire. If Izuku wants to be a villain the world will send him the most corrupt hero in a waves, if he wants to be a vigilante the world will give him any loophole in the law that makes him untouched by authorities

They are the best hero, They are the best villain, They are is the most favored by the world, that is the protagonist.

"So that was the reason Izuku Midoriya didn't meet All-Might" Nezu amused while talking with Shinji through the phone "It seems the world deems you are better at making Izuku into a hero"

"Its really troublesome but please talk to his mother and obtain permission to drag Izuku to beyond," Shinji asked "Even though I like this world, staying for 10 months is too much"

"Sure! But remember to visit his parent before you go, its more polite that way and don't worry I will solve Izuku school problem"

"Good!"

Izuku that hear the conversation is confused, he gonna be the apprentice of this boy? But he is the same age as him!

"I know you are confused but the world asking a favor by letting you meet with me" Shinji scratch his head "ignoring a request from the world is a suicide, so I have to accept you as an apprentice."

"Prepare to have your mind blown kiddo"

To say Izuku Midoriya surprised is an understatement. The nice girl that stop him from jumping, the white-haired girl, and the seaweed hairstyle boy. Is from another world.

They are from beyond.

Normally if someone tells you something like this, that person didn't have the right mind and you should recommend a nice hospital but the moment seaweed hair-style boy showing his magic. Any kind of doubt in Izuku mind dissipates.

Normally people in BNHA, can't accept it and will think Shinji magic as some kind of quirk but Izuku Midoriya is anything but normal

Izuku Midoriya likes to observe quirk, it originated from a subconscious feeling of envy in his heart toward the one who lucky to have it and as a form of training so one day if he becomes a hero, he can use it as a point of reference.

Needless to say thanks to his habit, aside from any biology scientist, he is the one who knows the limitation of quirks the most.

And just by seeing it once, Izuku knows that Shinji magic feat is impossible to be imitated using any kind of quirk!

All quirk have weakness and limitation, even the seems invincible AFO and OFA have it.

For AFO for each quirk, he stole the 'echoes' of the original user will remain, taking too much will quickly make you insane if your body not destroyed by the amount of biological information of each quirk at that point

For OFA you must train your body to handles its power and it was the type of quirk that needs time to gather the energy required before it becomes at least useful. It needs at least eight generation of stockpiling energy before it can go toe to toe against AFO

With a trembling voice and full of hope Izuku asked "Can a quirkless kid like me become a hero?"

"No" Shinji answered

Izuku hope is burning to ashes

"For the current you the answer is no" Shinji continued "but at least I admit just like every person that walks on earth, you have the potential kid. Quirkless or otherwise"

With that sentence, Izuku hope is reborn from the ashes.

Izuku cried…he cried in happiness, for his whole life there no one acknowledge him but this person in front of him a total stranger that he met a while ago, talking about something that he didn't understand, suddenly decided that he will be his trainer, and dropping some exposition bomb out nowhere, said that he just like everyone else has the potential.

"Damn, stop crying. I give you a week to prepare "

"Prepare?"

"Yeah, we are not gonna stay in this world for long, the longest will be around a month. So you better start packing your daily necessities, to travel along with us, don't worry we will return you ten month later at the day of UA entrance exam"

"But, I need to attend school?"

"We are here giving you an opportunity traveling to another world that most scientist will sell their unborn baby to the devil for a single chance and most otaku will let themselves trampled by Truck-kun if know about it" Shinji laughed "And you are thinking about school?"

"..."

"Don't worry, every kind of your paperwork will be handled by Nezu, maybe he will applicate you to the homeschool program…well, who knows?"

"Nezu as in principal of UA!?" Izuku jaw dropped "He knows about this and beyond!?"

"Yup, you can say he is the stationed protector of this world" Shinji amused "if only you guys didn't experiment on him, maybe this world already became gateway or hub for the beyond, a long time ago."

"Shinji, will you teaching him Charyeok?" Ritsu asks Shinji the moment Izuku went home

Shinji shakes his head. "What he wants is to become a hero, not a combatant but I will give him a bonus, depend on his effort in his training"

Reaching his home Izuku surprised to find the principal of UA is visiting his house. If there is still someplace in the corner of his mind that still thinks this as a dream, the appearance of UA principal destroys it without mercy.
