The next morning, Luz got everyone ready. They were going to storm the castle and end this war. She led them to the bridge.
"It's time to end this war!" Luz said, "Charge!"
The Rebellion ran across the bridge and into the entrance of the castle. Not surprising, the Coven guards were also there. The Rebellion chase after the guards and Luz stayed still. Not that she didn't want to lead them, but she saw Boscha looking at her. When the Rebellion was gone, Boscha stepped out.
"I have to admit, you have courage." Boscha summoned her staff, "But this war has to come to an end."
Luz held her staff towards Boscha.
"Finally, something we agree on."
The two charge at each other and collided their staff against each other's. Luz backed away and sent a kick into Boscha's stomach. Boscha was fell to a knee and Luz sends a roundhouse kick towards her head. Boscha was ready this time and grabbed Luz's leg. She stood up and does a Dragon Screw Takedown. The second Luz's back hit the ground, she uses her staff as leverage and does a Kip-up. She looked at Boscha and smiled.
"You're pretty good." Luz said.
"What, you think that complimenting me is going to stop me from killing you?"
"No, it was just an observation." Luz said, readying her staff for another strike, "Not saying that I don't at least admire your ability to fight."
"Kissing my ass, you annoying Human." Boscha said, clearly annoyed with Luz.
"Well... if I must."
Boscha blushed, lowered her staff, and started sputtering. Just what Luz wanted. Luz used her staff's magic as a boost and quickly slammed her staff across Boscha's face. Boscha fell to the ground and started to pick herself up when Luz hit her with the butt of her staff, not hard enough to knock her down, but enough to daze her. Luz grabbed Boscha's head and slammed her knee into Boscha's nose; breaking her nose and her orbital bone. Boscha screamed as blood came out of her nose. Her screaming was cut off when Luz delivered a massive kick to Boscha's chin. Causing Boscha's head to get thrown back from the impact and blood to fly out of her mouth. Luz walked over and grabbed Boscha's nose.
"This'll hurt for a second."
She moved Boscha's broken nose back into place. Boscha screamed and pushed Luz off. Boscha grabbed Luz's shirt collar and growled at her. She shoved Luz to the ground and grabbed Luz's head. She slammed Luz's head into the tile floor. Boscha repeated this process, eventually resulting in the back of Luz's head being cracked open, spreading blood on the ground and her hair. Boscha punched Luz in the eye. Luz grunted; she knew that was going to leave a black eye for a while. Boscha backhanded Luz and punched her nose. Luz looked at Boscha with anger.
"Could you stop attacking my nose? Spread it around a little." Luz said.
"SHUT UP! I am tired of you and your stupid Rebellion!"
Boscha grabbed Luz's knife and was about to stab Luz in the heart with it. Luz grabbed Boscha's hands and the two were in a dead lock. Luz moved her legs and put her feet against Boscha's stomach. She pushed Boscha away and ran to grab her staff and put her knife away. When she turned around, Boscha used her staff to hit Luz. Luz was launched back by Boscha's attack. She hit a wall, hard, and both bruised and bloody women stopped and looked at each other, breathing heavily. Luz held her staff tighter and glared at Boscha. Boscha glared in return.
"In the twenty years I've been alive, I have never met anyone more annoying and insufferable than you, Human!" Boscha said.
"Have you tried looking in a mirror?" Luz asked.
The two charged at each other and formed an x with their staffs. The two had a test of strength.
"Give up! You can't win you pathetic Human!"
"Go to hell! You three eyed bitch!"
The two pushed away and Luz reached down to her thigh and pulled out her knife. Boscha rushed at her and Luz sliced her across the cheek. Boscha growled in pain and looked at Luz.
"What?! You want more?!" Luz demanded, "Do I have to put out another cigarette on you?!"
Boscha ran at her with a scream and made a spell circle. Luz ducked the spell and it hit a wall. Luz rolled under Boscha and kicked her in the back. Boscha was sent a few feet away and was about to attack Luz again when she heard cracking. She looked up and saw the roof above her start to cave in. She tried to put up a protection spell but she wasn't going to be able to by the time the roof fell. Boscha felt herself get tackled out of the way of the falling debris and both her and her savoir laid on the ground and looked at the massive pile of rubble. Boscha turned to look at her savoir.
"Why... why would you save me?" Boscha asked, clearly horrified by how close she was to dying.
Luz propped up on her elbows and looked at her
"Because, even though you've tried to kill me on several occasions... I do care about you." Luz said, "Honestly, if we weren't in a war, I think I could talk Amity into let you join our relationship."
Coven guards started to run to them.
"Miss Triplet, we have captured the Rebellion with the help of the Emperor."
Luz heard that and was horrified. Her entire army was captured. She did the one thing she that she could think of, run and come back with a better plan. Boscha stood up and grabbed her staff. She looked to her left and saw Luz's knife and staff. She picked it up and looked at it. She was almost certain that this staff belonged to the original Owl Lady that was killed years ago. It probably is the most important thing Luz owns.
"Well done, Boscha."
Boscha turned around and saw the Emperor.
"E-Emperor Belos."
She quickly went to a knee.
"Rise, you've impressed me. Your plan worked." Belos said, "Now, the only thing left is to capture the Owl Lady. But that shouldn't be too hard for you."
"S-s-she... she saved me. If it wasn't for her, I would've been crushed." She looks at Belos, "You would've saved me, right?"
"Boscha." He leaned down and took off his mask, "I only save things that I find important. Now go, capture her. Make the Isles a safer place."
Boscha shakily nodded and left to capture Luz. She knew what he meant. If Luz wasn't there, then she wouldn't be standing there either. Regardless, Boscha had a job to do and she was required to do it. No matter what happens, she was going to do her job.
