Hi, so I have no idea if Myrtle's birthday was ever mentioned on AMC, if it was, I don't remember, and her wiki page doesn't even give an age. So, I'm just making it up.
Chapter 41- The Quartermaine Siblings
Skye cried for the entire drive to Port Charles. She didn't want to leave her poorly painted room. She didn't want to leave her new family. But she knew this was what she had to do. She parked outside of Kelly's and made her way down to the docks but stopped when she heard voices.
It was the man that shot Luis a few weeks ago. The same man who was in a lot of pictures at the Quartermaines'. He was sitting with a young brunette.
"I just wish I could find her," he said. "I've been so focused on Sonny's business and helping Carly and Michael, but I haven't even visited Grandmother in a long time."
The brunette squeezed his arm. "Don't be so hard on yourself, Jason. Lila loves you. She knows what you've been through."
"Everything comes so natural when I'm doing what Sonny asks me to because my instincts kick in. But I can't even find my grandmother."
"Between you looking and the cops investigating, I'm sure she'll be found soon."
Skye glanced at her watch and her eyes grew wide. It was already 5 o'clock and she had one hour to get a job and a room at Kelly's. She powered down the staircase, ignoring… wait, was that her brother? …and this chick of his and yanked the note out from her coat and ripped it up. But she began to cry again…
Before she knew it, her potential brother and the brunette were at her side.
"Hey, are you okay?" the brunette asked.
"Why would a stranger like you care?" Skye asked.
"We don't have to be strangers," she responded. "My name is Elizabeth, and this is Jason. What's your name?"
Skye stared out at the water. "It's Skye…"
Jason raised an eyebrow. "Skye? You're not… Alan's new daughter, are you?"
Skye scoffed. "Is that how he's introducing me? I've always existed. I don't think that equals new. Even if he didn't take responsibility for me back then."
"My sister… well, I guess that means our sister, Emily, told me," Jason said.
Skye crossed her arms. "I suppose you're close and protective of her too, just like the rest of the Quartermaine men?"
"Jason is protective of her, yes," Elizabeth said.
Skye turned to them and fake-smiled. "Got it."
"What are you ripping up?" Elizabeth asked. "You seem a little upset."
"None of your business, that's what."
"Hey," Jason said. "Elizabeth is just trying to help."
"I don't need her help…"
"It's okay," Elizabeth said. "I really have to get to work. Try not to worry so much about Lila. You'll find him." She smiled at Jason, then headed up the stairs.
Skye crumpled the ripped-up note in her hands and stared out at the water. "How long have you two been dating?"
"Uh…" Jason shifted his feet awkwardly. "We're not…"
"So, she's not your girlfriend?"
"Well…"
"But you want her to be?"
He nodded. "It's complicated."
"What's so complicated? She's obviously as into you as you are to her."
"It won't work."
"Gee, you're a man of few words," Skye said. "What does it take to get more than five words out of you?"
Jason sighed. "My life isn't safe for her."
She raised an eyebrow. "Then why not make it safer? It's not rocket science. You want the girl, then do everything you can to get her."
He stared at the ripped-up note. "What's wrong?"
She swallowed hard. "I can't tell you. I can't tell anyone."
"Why not?"
"Well… let's just say I'm trying to make my life safer, so I don't have to lose the people that I love—I mean, the people I don't hate."
"By ripping up a piece of paper?"
"Yes…"
"Why do you need to make it safer?" Jason asked. "Are you in danger?"
"I've already said too much—"
"AJ! Would you stop following me!"
Skye whipped around to find Emily and AJ at the top of the stairs.

When Rae went downstairs, the Chandlers were gone. Skye must have sneaked out the back because Myrtle and John had no idea that she had left.
Myrtle through her hands in the air. "Why does she still think the resolution to all of this is dealing with it herself!?"
"She's scared, Mama," Rae said. "This person is threatening her."
"And once again she is running. I tell you, it's more than just the threats. That was just an excuse. The girl is afraid of stability."
Rae sighed. "There's not much we can do though. She's an adult."
Myrtle laughed. "Physically, yes. Mentally and emotionally she's no older than fifteen! Tell me where she went, and I'll go bring her home myself."
"I could go check on her if you'd like," John offered.
"I'm just afraid if we hover too much, she'll push us away again," Rae said. "I know you're worried about her, Mama. And so am I."
"Rae has a point," John said. "Why not even just wait a day? Maybe we can take her for lunch or something."
"But there's so much that girl can do in a single day!" Myrtle groaned. "Especially with this person threatening her."
"I know what I'll do," Rae said. "I'll call Alan to go check on her. In fact, Skye will love it if he does."
She made her way over to the phone when it started to ring.
"Hello?"
"Hi Rae, it's Erica. All right, don't make a big deal out of this… but I called to apologize. Yes, my breakfast was ruined. And I have to work on my jealousy… But I know you had a lot of things going on and I felt…"
"You felt pushed aside?" Rae asked. "Erica, it's okay. I understand."
"Anyway… Myrtle's birthday is coming up and I want to throw her a party at the Yacht Club."
Rae smiled. "Oh, that would be lovely."
"And I suppose you and Skye can go."
"I look forward to it. Let me know if you need any help with it. If not, that's okay too."
After Rae hung up, she dialed the Quartermaines' number.

"Come on, Em," AJ said. "You don't normally act like this."
"I'm fine!" Emily insisted, but stopped at the bottom of the staircase when she noticed Jason and Skye.
"Act like what?" Jason asked. "Are you okay, Em?"
Skye frowned a little when the focus shifted away from her.
"I'm fine," Emily repeated. "Can you all just go, please? I—I need to be alone."
Skye crossed her arms. "Excuse me, but Jason and I were here first."
"Why do you need to be alone?" Jason walked closer to her. "You're shaking."
"Yeah, and I found her cutting Mom's clothes today," AJ said.
Skye scrunched her face.
Emily started to tear up. "Please, just go… all of you. Just… just trust me."
"Can I talk to Emily alone?" Skye spoke up.
"Alone?" AJ scoffed. "Whatever she says, I need to know. I'm worried about her."
"Would you feel comfortable talking to Elizabeth?" Jason suggested.
Emily buried her face in her hands and shook her head. "I can't."
"Emily…" Skye cleared her throat and prayed she wouldn't regret asking this. "Is someone threatening you?"
Emily slowly lifted her face from her hands and looked at Skye with wide eyes.
"Threatening?" AJ gritted his teeth. "Tell me who it is, and I'll pound his nose through to the back of his head!"
"You can tell us," Jason said softly. "Then we can help you."
"I can't," Emily repeated.
"Is this person sending threatening letters, texts, or phone calls?" Skye asked. "Or all three?"
Emily stared at her.
"Is he threatening to kill our grandmother if you don't do what he says?" Skye asked. "Or is he threatening other family members?"
When Emily didn't respond, Jason did. "Emily, is this true? We can't let this person have the upper hand. Tell us and we'll protect you."
"But it's not me who needs protecting!" Emily cried.
"Who needs protecting?" AJ asked.
Emily shook her head again. "I can't say."
"So, someone is threatening you then?" AJ asked.
Jason turned to Skye. "How did you figure it out?"
"Uh, I just guessed," Skye said.
"But what was that paper you ripped up?"
"N—nothing…" Skye extended her hand to the water to drop the pieces. "Just a to-do list I'm getting rid of."
Jason walked over her and gently reached for her hand. "Are you being threatened too?"
"What is this?" AJ cut in. "First Grandmother, now Skye and Em. It has to be the same person targeting the Quartermaine women. The only silver lining would be if he goes after Aunt Tracy next."
"By allowing this person to control you, you're letting them win," Jason said. "If bring all the pieces together, the closer we'll be to rescuing Grandmother."
"But I don't want him to hurt anyone else…" Emily said.
"But he'll continue this, and it will never end if we don't stop him," Jason said. "And in the end, he'll just hurt more people."
"For once Jason and I actually agree on something," AJ said. "You girls need to trust us. We'll protect both of you."
"Skye, can you start by telling us what was in that note?" Jason asked.
Skye stared out at the lake again. "You'll protect the Quartermaines, but will you protect my family too?"
"The best protection will be catching this creep," AJ said. "We can't do that if we don't have all the facts."
"We'll protect them," Jason said.
"He threatened my mother," Skye said. "He said I made a huge mistake by telling her. And he gave Junior instructions for me to move out and get a job at Kelly's. Plus, to destroy this note."
"Who's Junior?" Jason asked.
"My annoying little brother. Adam Chandler Junior. He's the apple of Daddy's eye."
"Why did he give Junior instructions?" AJ asked. "Is he working for this nutjob?"
"NO!" Skye glared at him. "Don't even think something like that about Junior. He may be stupid and annoying and steals all of Daddy's attention, but he wouldn't help someone kidnap Colby!"
Jason scratched his chin. "Colby Chandler… I remember hearing she was kidnapped too."
"Yes, and now Junior's even more annoying little brother is missing."
"So, what you're saying is Junior is being threatened too?" AJ asked.
Skye nodded. "I just found out this morning."
AJ squinted his eyes. "Why is this person threatening you, Em, and Junior?"
Skye shrugged. "They're probably just mad that I told so he decided to threaten other people in my family."
"Em," Jason said. "What you said earlier… who needs protecting?"
Emily pushed away her tears with her thumbs.
"You can tell us. We'll do what we can to stop it."
Emily squeezed her eyes shut. "It's Elizabeth. He said he'd drown her if I didn't jump into the freezing lake myself."
Jason's face paled.
"You mean the brunette chick that Jason's in love with?" Skye asked. "Why would he use her to threaten you?"
"She's my best friend," Emily said.
Without another word, Jason darted up the staircase.
