A/N: According to the ettiquette you should not randomly appear in someone's room.

Dionysus woke up when someone turned on the lights in his room. 'Which one of you insolent brats…' He stopped talking when he saw Hades looming over him. 'Oh, it's you. I am not glad, but I am glad, if you understand what I mean. You being here means that the kids did not learn how to open my lock or how to turn my lights on.'

Hades stared at him just long enough for it to become uncomfortable. 'Alright.' He sat down on Dionysus' desk chair, while Dionysus magically changed into proper clothes and sat up on his bed. Hades coughed. 'I am here to talk about Nico.'

'Naturally. I don't think you are the person to drop in for a chat about the current party scene.'

'Be serious.'

'I am. How did your family dinner go?'

'You didn't ask Nico?' Dionysus silently shook his head. Hades sighed. 'It was fun. Good place, good food, if I have to believe all the others the sauces were to die for.'

'Oh, that is nice to hear. If that is all…'

'No, it is not! I asked Nico about his nightmares! That's why I am here!'

Dionysus' expression changed from more or less relaxed to concerned. 'When did you ask him? Tonight?'

'Well, yes…'

'Ah. Okay. That's… okay.' He took a moment to rearrange his thoughts. 'What do you think?'

'I think you were right when you said it was probably the Elder Gods.'

Dionysus nodded. 'Yes. The weird faces and the screaming voices are pointing towards it.'

Hades nodded. 'I am glad it is something we can identify.' He thought for a second. 'Is that weird?'

'No. Not at all.' Dionysus put one leg over the other. 'I also thought about what type of Elder God issue we are dealing with.'

'Care to elaborate?'

'Of course.' Dionysus snapped his fingers. Two glasses appeared. 'You want a drink?'

Hades stared at his glass. 'This is just nectar, right?'

'Correct.'

Hades took a tiny sip. 'I better not go crazy tonight. Now spill. What did you come up with?'

Dionysus swirled the nectar in his glass around. 'What I think is that it is a migration gone wrong. During the process, a few of the Elder Gods must have gotten stuck in Tartarus again and sought out someone to come free them, even though we all know that is literally impossible. An Elder God can only get themselves out of Tartarus.'

Hades looked concerned. 'That is dangerous, though. People have disappeared because they listened to the Elder Gods.'

Dionysus looked at the floor. 'Yes. Yet, we know how to make it stop. We can guide Nico through this.'

'I hope you are thinking of trying the diplomatic route.'

'I am. We can either have Nico talk to the primordials stuck in Tartarus or help him pick up the signals of the Elder Gods who are there where peaceful Elder Gods go to. If you look at his dreams, both have to be possible.'

'That all sounds logical.' Hades sighed. 'Dionysus, I don't want Nico to get hurt, but I also know this is the only way to help him, and I don't know what to do.'

Dionysus slowly nodded. 'He will certainly get a little hurt, but way less hurt than if we allow him to get persuaded into going to Tartarus.' Dionysus shifted. 'I would have acted earlier if possible, but if someone is just hearing unspecified voices, I can not lead them to the primordial stand just in case. That would cause more harm.'

'I get it, Dionysus. I mean, it is probably a lot for both of us.' Just a little more for me, he thought after that.

'Yes, of course. Of course it is. I don't want Nico to get hurt either.'

'Yeah.' Hades sighed and took a sip. 'Thanks for the restaurant reservation, I guess.'

They both knew he was trying to change the subject. 'You're welcome. Although I must say that Ariadne was the one who originally wanted to try that place out, quite a while ago.'

'Still.' Hades suddenly narrowed his eyes. 'Wait a minute. Did you pay for the meal?'

Dionysus raised his eyebrows. 'No. I would if they had sent me the bill, but they didn't. Didn't you?'

'No, and neither did Persephone. Oh, eh, she was with us. It can't have been one of the kids either. When we got up and tried to pay, they told us it was taken care of.'

Dionysus stared into his glass. 'Strange.'

'Uh, yeah. It's kind of distressing.'

'Hm. Maybe.'

'Not?'

'It might be, but I do not want to think about it right now. It seems pretty trivial and we have other things to deal with.'

Hades gulped the last of his nectar down. 'If you don't mind, I am going back. Persephone said she would not wait, but she probably is.'

'Good. I think Ariadne might come later on, now that I randomly woke up.'

'Good.'

'Yes.'

Hades waved, before he disappeared.

Dionysus flopped down onto his bed. He stared up at the ceiling. Hm. He had an idea who could have paid the meal. Maybe he would grace Apollo with a visit the next day, so that that issue would be out of the way. But not now - Now he would wait for Ariadne, and then go get some more sleep.

A/N: Okay boys is it 'according to ettique' or 'according to THE ettiquette' because I don't know anymore

POV: you are Dionysus and Hades wakes you up in the middle of the night with an important message, wyd.

Anyway if I accidently called the Elder Gods the primordials in this chapter, would you be so kind as to ignore it? They are not meant to be the same thing.
