Festival Fun, School Mysteries, and Epic Clashes (Part 3)

AN: Final chapter in this three parter and as the title says negotiations are out the window, as of now this is the longest yo-kai watch fanfiction on , second in Ao3, abit very very unoriginal, it goes to show though this has been very fun and now were at 43 almost over double the amount I thought I would make this fic. By the way Dragonblade, I am sorry for not responding to your review but I really thought I would have finished this three parter sooner so I put it off so expect a response soon though it might take me some time to come up with combo moves. Anyway here we are part three, hope all of you enjoy.

Nate, Whisper, and Jibanyan ran after Katie.

Nate called after her, "Katie, Katie, Wait up." but she did not respond. She seemed to be in a trance until she went into the boy's restroom.

Nate asked, "Why won't she listen to me?"

Jibanyan said, "Who knows but come on let's go." Nate, Whisper, and Jibanyan rushed into the restroom where they found Katie right in front of a massive spider that snarled at them as they came in.

Jibanyan and Whisper said, "Waaaaahhhh!" as they recoiled back from the shock and fear.

Nate on the other hand only had one thing on his mind, "KATIE!" he shouted as he lurched forward to grab Katie and pull her away from the massive Spider's reach luckily dodging the spider's ferocious bite. Nate then shook Katie out of her trance, "Katie snap out of it." and it went about as well as he thought. Katie seemed to have awakened from her daze but she was suddenly aware of the terror right in front of the two kids.

"Nate, huh, Aaahhhh, what is that?" she shouted pointing at the massive spider creature.

Nate tried to calm her down, "It's okay I can handle this."

Whisper scolded, "Nate you should have left Katie in that daze that way she could avoid this trauma."

Nate retorted, "Why didn't you warn me, no, bigger question, why can she even see this yo-kai?"

Whisper said, "Well I did not think you would go after her so quickly like that and um, let's see."

Nate said, "Really you don't know."

Jibanyan said, "Um I don't think nyow is really the time to argue guys."

Whisper said, "Oh, here it is, this is Tarantutor. He lurks around the school in search of prey but he is so shy that he only comes out at night when most kids aren't there luckily."

Jibanyan said, "Yeah so lucky nyow." sarcastically of course.

Nate said, "that still doesn't explain why Katie can see him."

Whisper said, "Um, well he is such a high leveled yo-kai that he can't conceal himself which is another reason he is so self conscious." All the while Tarantutor grew impatient and Katie was even more confused.

Jibanyan said, "Well one thing is for sure I can't take this guy on my own."

Nate said, "Maybe we can try reasoning with him."

Tarantutor snarled, "Less talking, more eating." before spitting a string of webbing at all four of them. Luckily Jibanyan sliced through them with his claws which were now covered in webs.

Jibanyan looked disgusted and said, "I think we can cross nyegotiations off and just get to battling."

Nate said, "Okay, I guess then I'll summon my primary team. Come on out all my yo-kai friends, yo-kai medals do your things." Nate's watch glowed with a ring of medals and out a spiral of light before the watch said, "Sorry it looks like all the yo-kai you called cannot respond at the moment. Please call back later."

Whisper said, "Oh, it's a festival Nate, no one is going to come on a day like today."

Nate said, "Um, well it may not be my preferred team but I do know some yo-kai who might not be in the festival spirit. Okay let's try this again, Come on out all my yo-kai friends, yo-kai medals do your things."

Nate summoned Dimmy, Manjimutt, Noko, Roughraff, and Cadin.

Whisper asked, "What the heck are you guys doing not enjoying the festival?"

Roughraff said, "Meh, I am not into the whole festival buzz I can't cause as much

mischief as I'd like ya know."

Manjimutt said, "Festivals make me sad because everyone else is so happy and everyone is just freaked out by me."

Cadin said, "Well I do enjoy the festival. A battle is much more fun min min."

Dimmy said, "Don't mind me."

Noko just replied, "Noko!"

Jibanyan said, "Okay then come on guys let's fight this thing." as he led the charge to fight this massive spider yo-kai.

Meanwhile back with Lina, Zoey and Lucas they found that Eric was just in the nurse's office not really doing anything. He just sat down with a dumb look on his face.

Lucas said, "Hey Eric."

Eric just said, "Oh hey guys."

Zoey asked, "What are you doing here?"

Eric said, "Um nothing I just sorta ended up here."

Zoey said, "And you didn't move."

Lina asked, "why didn't you go and find anyone?"

Eric said, "Oh, well I sorta hurt myself so I tried looking for a band aid."

Lina asked, "Did you see anything unusual while you were in here?"

Eric said, "Yeah that's actually how I got hurt. I was startled by the moving scale. It was crazy."

Lucas asked, "Are you okay now."

Eric said, "Yeah, I guess I can go look for everyone else with you guys."

Lucas said, "everyone else is on the roof already you can head up now we're just waiting on Nate."

Eric said, "Okay then, I'll see you guys up there." and ran off.

Zoey asked, "Okay so who is the yo-kai behind the moving scale?" as the two girls scanned around with their watches. They found what looked to be a scarlet skinned little man with neon blue stars over his eyes. He was accompanied by two men who looked light hum but in green with purple stars. As well as a Snotsolong, a blue coughkoff, and a weird other light blue skinned man wearing something orange.

Toiletta said, "Ah yes this is going to be annoying."

Zoey asked, "Who are these yo-kai?"

Espy replied, The red one is Agon; he causes people physical pain along with those two Payns next to him. The bird is known as Snotsolong he makes people have runny noses, Hurchin over there gives people headaches, and the big strong looking guy is Darumacho he is pretty much just a brute."

Agon said, "Well, well, well, look who came crawling back."

Toiletta said, "Uh, come on guys let's just go."

Agon said, "Oh so I guess you are just running away again."

Toiletta said, "Think what you want."

Lina asked, "Toiletta why don't you deal with this guy?"

Toiletta said, "It isn't worth it."

Zoey said, "Well I am down for a good fight between yo-kai."

Espy said, "Sure why not."

Beelzebold said, "Heck yeah let's do this."

Toiletta said, "Then you two better even the odds."

Lina said, "Calling forth the spirits from the spirit world yo-kai medal unlock this power."

Beelzebold said, "Time for some more fun." He led the charge along with Mad Mountain and oddly enough Shmoopie.

Lucas asked, "Wait why is Shmoopie charging in?"

Zoey said, "Shmoopie may not be the strongest fighter but Shmoopie is pretty fierce." Espy and Toiletta were in the back attacking from behind with inspirits and techniques.

Agon said, "It looks like we have a brawl." Agon swung at Beelzebold who blocked the weigh powered punch with his pitchfork. Beelzebold then spit fire right in Agon's face but Agon blocked it with a blast of rock but Beelzebold then rapidly stabbed Agon as a counter. Agon then responded with a powerful punch to Beelzebold's face. Mad Mountain was in a punching match with a Payn but despite being nearly evenly matched Mad Mountain was weakened by a combination of Snotsolong and Hurchin's inspirits while Payn was being strengthened by Darumacho's inspirit.

Espy said, "How come our inspirits aren't working."

Toiletta said, "They are resisting them, they are trained to handle pain."

Lucas said, "Why isn't Darumacho fighting yet?"

Zoey said, "I don't know but we already have a lot to deal with. Let's not question it."

Lina said, "Wait look at how Shmoopie is fighting." Shmoopie unlike the other two directly fighting was swiftly dodging and landing tiny shoves. Shmoopie was able to nimbly maneuver all around Payn dodging every punch and then getting up close to counterattack. What was interesting though was that after dodging it looked like Shoompie despite its size was able to push Payn down to the ground with a little shove.

Espy said, "oh whenever these guys throw punches they lose their balance because of

the weights."

Toiletta said, "so all we need to do is knock these guys off balance."

Lucas said, "Beelzebold knock Agon off balance, try to dodge then counter attack."

Beelzebold said, "hehe let's try so trickery." Beelzebold despite being weakened from

inspirits rushed up to Agon with a grin he faked Agon out by stopping his attack at the last second. Agon threw a punch in response which Beelzebold took. While Beelzebold was sent back his pitchfork looped around Agon's arm eventually spearing Agon in the chin, Beelzebold recovered and rushed to grab his weapon and rapidly stab Agon while he was down.

Lina said, "You got this mad Mountain," Mad Mountain took a defensive stance before taking a couple more of Payn's punches, Mad Mountain then grabbed one of his punches and flung the Payn down to the ground only to slam himself on top of Payn.

Zoey said, "You are doing amazing Shmoopie," Shmoopie kept it up, shoving and dodging until Toiletta and Espy helped out by using their techniques on the last Payn. Beelzebold immediately rushed to attack Darumacho after taking down Agon and they were fairly evenly matched due to Beelzebold being inspirited while Darumacho gave himself a power boost. Mad Mountain made quick work of Hurchin while Toiletta and Espy finished off Snotsolong in seconds. Having been freed from the inspirits Beelzebold finished off Darumacho with a blazing stab storm.

Lina said, "You guys did great."

Zoey said, "That was pretty cool you guys."

Lucas said, "Thank you."

Zoey said, "Well I guess that mystery was solved then."

Lina said, "That is all of them."

Toiletta said, "Was that exciting for you?"

Lina said, "Yeah."

Zoey siad, "I do wish that we could have seen all of them but it was still pretty cool."

Lucas said, "We still don't know what teleported you guys."

Espy said, "Yes and neither does Toiletta."

Toiletta said, "What it's not like I can know everything."

Lucas said, "Well let's go find Nate then we can head upstairs."

Jibanyan, Roughraff, and Cadin were giving it there all with every single attack they threw at whether it be slashing, punching, or unleashing the elements they tried everything. Manjimutt was also helping out with the fighting but he was less energetic about it he would throw a few punches, bite, and also toss some fire. All of this though was still to no effect. Tarantutor seemed to take every blow easily not only that but Tarantutor was able to fight back incredibly well. His movement was extremely fast though he couldn't dodge many hits because of his size he was able to keep his prey moving. Tarantutor had many forms of attacking them from many different angles on the ceiling. His most common move was spitting webbing, trapping or weakening his prey. This slowed fighting down but luckily they weren't fully immobilized. Jibanyan was able to either burn or scratch through the webbing, Cadin was able to cut through it with either the wind or his blade, Manjimutt could bite it off or burn it, and Dimmy being stealthy was able to cut through some webbing helping out and even landing a couple attacks now and again but never through direct attack but still these attacks did nothing. Dimmy was mostly protecting Noko. Noko was throughout this battle healing all the yo-kai around him, keeping them fighting. Roughraff was the most vulnerable; he had no way of getting out of the webbing quickly or effectively and had to be helped by someone else. Roughraff still kept fighting though. Tarantutor also had other means of offence he mostly used either a combination of biting, getting really close on someone vulnerable or zapping anyone with a jolt of energy.

Tarantutor said, "Haha you food just keep squirming I'll get to you soon. You are already trapped here, you can't beat me."

Roughraff said, "No you don'ts you boso, take this." Roughraff lunged forward to punch the massive spider but he was just hit by webbing, "Urh, this is gross."

Jibanyan pelted the webbing with fire and then shot some at Tarantutor who felt nothing from it and kept scuttling on the ceiling aiming his next attack a jolt of lightning aimed at Noko. Dimmy intercepted and took the hit.

Noko said, "Noko!" healing Dimmy and then giving him an affectionate lick. Roughraff, Jibanyan, and Manjimutt all charged in for an attack but Tarantutor spit a massive web at them catching them all in a load of silk.

Jibanyan said, "Nyate we could use some help." During all the fighting Nate was checking on Katie.

Nate asked, "Katie you're alright right."

Katie dusted herself off as Nate helped her up, "Yeah, I think so, but what the heck is that thing and what the heck is it doing?" While Nate saw the battle going on between the yo-kai Katie only saw a massive spider move around randomly and shoot webs and lightning and bite at nothing.

Nate said, "Um, it is a bit complicated."

Katie said, "come on Nate let's get out of here it looks distracted."

Nate said, "Don't worry I'll catch up, I need to stay here."

Katie looked at Nate puzzled, "Why now is our chance to escape that weird spider thing is distracted."

Nate said, "You go on ahead I'll be right behind you."

Katie said, "I'm not just going to leave you with this crazy monster. What's going on Nate."

Whisper said as the fighting continued with a bit of a worried and exasperated look, "Nate this is not the time to be arguing with Katie."

Nate said, "I know but I can't just let her stay here, it's dangerous."

Katie asked, "Nate who are you talking to? What do you mean you can't let me stay here, you can't stay here either." her face showing more signs of frustration.

Whisper said, "That's not good."

Nate said, "It's your fault Whisper."

Katie asked, "Why are you blaming me and you know you didn't whisper right."

Whisper said, "Wow, you really aren't helping the situation, Nate."

Nate said, "Neither are you, Katie I didn't mean that I was, um, uh…"

Katie said, "You are acting really strange Nate first it was that watch thing, then you insist on staying here with the dangerous spider, and now you seem to be talking to yourself. Are you okay?" Nate was panicking he had no idea how to fix this he was finally caught despite everything he was finally caught.

Whisper said, "You really screwed this one up Nate. This is really really bad."

Nate sighed, "I am sorry Katie I really didn't want to involve you in this, you have one chance while I still have any dignity left please go."

Katie said, "I am not going without you, Nate, you're my friend. One of the best people I could have ever had in my life. I am not leaving you."

Nate said, "I was afraid you wouldn't leave. Katie, do you trust me?"

Katie thought it was a weird question but said, "Sure, yeah, I do trust you Nate but what does that have to do with anything right now."

Nate took off his yo-kai watch and said, "Put on my watch."

Katie looked at Nate more confused than ever and asked, "Why?"

Nate repeated, "Do you trust me?" Katie nodded and put on the watch. "Okay shine the light feature to do that, press the button on the side." Katie pressed the put and was surprised by the arcane light that came from it. She moved it around until she saw Jibanyan as he fought the Tarantutor, and then Roughraff, Manjimutt, Cadin, and Dimmy.

Katie was startled, "WHAAA?! Nate what did your watch do? What are those things?"

Nate said, "Those are my friends, they are yo-kai and right now they are protecting us from that giant spider."

Katie said, "Wa-wait, yo-kai, what!? What are yo-kai?!"

Nate said, "Um they are like spirits in a way I guess that is the best way to describe them."

Katie said, "Wait so those myths and stories are real, wait so ghosts are real?!"

Whisper came from behind and said, "Well we aren't technically ghosts at least not in the way you human's think about it I mean some of us are but some of us have never been alive at all."

Katie screamed, "AAAHHHHH!"

Nate said, "Really Whisper."

Katie said, "What is that."

Whisper floated to Katie, bowed, and said, "Hello I am Whisper, yo-kai aficionado and Nate's official yo-kai butler."

Nate said, "But he barely does anything actually useful."

Katie questioned, "yo-kai butler?" in a combination of confusion and a bit of fear.

Whisper said, "I am plenty useful who gave you the yo-kai watch in the first place hmmm."

Nate rebutted , "And where has that gotten me exactly?"

Jibanyan shouted from the fighting, "Nyate we could really use your help."

Nate said, "um, Katie I know you probably have over a hundred thousand more questions but I don't have the time to answer them. I need to help my friends out. Whisper please make yourself useful and try to answer some of Katie's questions."

Whisper said, "Hmph, fine. Okay Katie, what do you have questions about? I can answer them all with ease no doubt, after all that is one of my duties as a yo-kai butler." Katie stood confused as to where she should start. Nate ran up to help his friends and tossed them some food mostly candy apples and shaved ice.

Manjimutt said as he broke out of more webbing, "Uh this is too hard we should just give up and let it eat us."

Roughraff said, "It's too early for that old man, come on, let's keep going." Roughraff launched a rock at Tarantutor who still felt no fatigue.

Jibanyan said, "How come our attacks nyever have any effect on these kinds of yo-kai, it is really annoying, nyan."

Roughraff said, "Maybe it is time to crank up the pressure, hey web breath." Roughraff caught Tarantutor's attention as he jumped up and became surrounded a purple aura, "Stare Down." Roughraff sent a wave of energy but it did nothing to Tarantutor.

Roughraff said, "Woah not even a flinch or nothing."

Tarantutor shouted, "You're just a big bully let me teach you a lesson." Tarantutor spit a green blob at Roughraff causing him to wince back in pain. Roughraff seemed to keep feeling the pain.

Nate asked, "Whisper what's wrong with Roughraff?"

Whisper took a break from explaining what exactly a yo-kai was and what they did to look at the situation, "ah what is it Nate— Oh no, it looks like Roughraff has been poisoned, I guess Tarantutor is able to spit venom. Oh that is really not good, if this keeps up then Tarantutor will be able to wipe out your team in no time."

Lucas, Lina, and Zoey as well as their current yo-kai companions tried to make their way to the restrooms where Nate was until they heard a weird sound.

Espy said, "Hmm I think there is something coming after us."

Lina said, "I wonder what it is."

Toiletta's face became filled with worry, "Oh no." The noise was barking and it was getting louder and louder and soon the sound of footsteps followed the loud barks.

Lucas said, "Oh no indeed." Lucas, Lina, Zoey, and the yo-kai were met with a massive two headed pink furred dog yo-kai with human faces and two other yo-kai that looked like it but had brown fur and a group of smaller Manjimutts.

Toiletta said, "Oh no run."

Espy said, "We have nowhere to run. There are desks blocking the way."

Beelzebold said, "Then we'll have to fight."

Zoey asked, "What even are those things are they HFDs?"

Lina said, "I think they are but why do the big ones have two heads?"

Lucas said, "Those are Multimutts and they are not friendly yo-kai and it looks like they are accompanied by some Manjimutts and they are all lead by this very rare Sir Berus."

Lina asked, "Why are they mad?"

Toiletta said, "They are guards for the school. It looks like they think we are intruders."

Zoey said, "Well that's not good."

Sir Berus said, "You all shall perish." and then all the dogs went into a frenzy. Beelzebold immediately rushed headfirst into the fighting coming at Sir Berus with his pitchfork. Mad Mountain followed, preparing to wrangle with Multimutt. Shmoopie tried to run from the Multimutt chasing it. Manjimutts just started to try to attack Espy and Toiletta scratching and biting.

Lucas said, "this is not looking go, all the yo-kai are tired from their last battle still and these guys are even stronger than the last yo-kai."

Toiletta said, "He is not wrong it is hard to fight these guys. Why though the ones we're fighting are just Manjimutts this should be easy." before being bitten by the Manjimutt she was fighting.

Espy who was struggling against the Manjimutt's bites said, "They have an ability called Mutt's Paradise that makes the yo-kai stronger if they are near yo-kai with the same ability since they all have the same ability they are even stronger now than normal."

Lina said, "Wait if the Manjimutts are causing Espy and Toiletta to struggle then what's going on with the big dogs."

Zoey asked, "Espy why are you struggling anyway?"

Espy said, "These dogs act mostly on impulse so the second they come up with some idea they use it before I can read what it is."

Mad Mountain shouted, "AHHHHH." at the moment Mad Mountain was being ripped in half by Multimutt with each of his arms in one of the heads. Shoompie was in even worse of a condition with one of the Manjimutts stealing its floating heart; it was then being tossed around by the Multimutt. Beelzebold held his ground for the longest. Beelzebold was able to dodge and land multiple jabs to the dog's side. Sir Berus would not stand to take that and tried to chomp down on Beelzebold a couple times with both heads. Beelzebold was slick though and dodged.

Sir Berus stopped its brutish charge and said, "I will drain you of your power." Sir Berus roared and then with both its mouths opened wide it started to drain energy all around it.

Beelzebold felt the power of this attack and said, "Okay if you are going to play that way, have a taste of this." Beelzebold shot a stream of fire at Sir Berus though it had no affect since both heads just ate the flames. Sir Berus then hit Beelzebold with a massive rock.

Sir Berus said, "this is growing tiresome I will end this now. Stygian Slingshot." Sir Berus then summoned massive boulders from the ceiling above them and crushed all the yo-kai except the Multimutts. Shmoopie, Mad Mountain, and Beelzebold were all reduced to wisps. Toiletta and Espy were on the brink of defeat having just barely survived that attack but they weren't going to last long without backup.

Lina said in desperation, "Toiletta use your Soultimate!"

Toiletta nodded and became surrounded in a deep purple aura, and said, "Curse You!" Toiletta sent a pulse of energy that seemed to be hurting all the dog yo-kai like a poison they were down for a little giving the three kids time to think up a plan.

Zoey said, "I think we need to summon more yo-kai."

Lucas said, "I agree but after we do that we need to fight smarter. I think if we focus on the Manjimutts then take them out we can weaken the bigger dogs."

Lina siad, "Then we can take on the two Multimutts and then the top dog will be all alone."

Zoey said, "I think it is time for the big guns. Calling the ghostly souls from beyond, yo-kai medal unleash."

Zoey summoned a yellow snake yo-kai that was in an urn with red eyes.

Urnaconda said, "Ah hello Zoey."

Zoey said, "We have no time for small talk. We need your help taking on these guys."

Urnaconda said, "Sure thing I will be glad to lend you my serpent powers."

Lina said, "My turn, Calling forth the spirits from the spirit world yo-kai medal unlock this power."

Corptain said, "Ah it looks like you need help taking on these beasts. I'll help you out."

Lina said, "Thank you Corptain."

Sandmeh appeared and didn't say anything. He just stood and waved. While the two girls summoned more yo-kai Lucas healed Toiletta and Espy with food mostly shaved ice and candy apples and healed Beelzebold with blue powder.

Beelzebold said, "I am sorry I got a little over confident it won't happen again." Beelzebold then prepared to follow the plan of attack. Toiletta attacked one of the Majimutts by draining it of its energy, Espy shot a barrage of rocks at the other, and finally Urnaconda was slick and bit him beating Manjimutt at its own game. All the while Beelzebold and Corptain together distracted the three other massive dog yo-kai. Sandmeh stood behind healing them while they fought.

Zoey said, "Espy use your soultimate."

Espy said, "Got it, Third Eye." Espy's eyes glowed with energy and then she drained energy from all the dog yo-kai and then spread it to her teammates. All three Manjimutt were defeated.

Both Multimutt tried to bite their enemies while Sir Berus launched many rocks at his opponents. Sandmeh did not last long against the Barrage of rock since no one was there to protect him and soon Urnaconda fell as well. Leaving only Toiletta, Espy, Corptain, and Beelzebold. Toiletta cast inspirit after inspirit and drained quite a bit from all three yo-kai doing her best to dodge incoming bites and far ranged rocks. Espy also cast inspirits and shot some rocks but she was still unable to read the erratic mind of the two faced dogs. Corptain and Beelzebold fought rough. They clashed with the two Multimutts with fierce intensity both stabbing when they could and both being cautious and slick dodgers. The Multimutt couldn't keep up with the four yo-kai only able to land a couple chomps until Corptain and Beelzebold finished them off with some stabs. All that was left was Sir Berus. Sir Berus roared.

Sir Berus said, "How dare you!" Sir Berus then unleashed a fury of rocks pelting all four other yo-kai. Sir Berus then took this time to rush forward and start crunching the two fighting yo-kai in both sets of jaws. Both resisted with all their might. Toiletta and Espy cast curse after curse but to no effect. Sir Berus then tossed aside both the mighty fighter yo-kai and rushed at Toiletta and Espy.

Toiletta said, "Espy they'll need you more than me." and she pushed Espy out of the way before being double chomped and reduced to a wisp.

Lina said, "No Toiletta!"

Espy said, "Don't worry I will avenge her." Espy then became surrounded by a spiral of light.

Infour said, "I lost my ability to read minds but in return I now see all the information about a person or yo-kai like their name, birthday, age, and address, as well as many other things about them like their fighting style and weaknesses."

Zoey said, "That is pretty cool."

Infour said, "Yeah and now to avenge Toiletta, Foursight." All four of Infour's eyes glowed blue and she drained energy from Sir Berus heavily weakening him. Infour led the attack against Sir Berus as she told exactly where his weak spots were and how to avoid his attacks, she also drained a lot of energy from Sir Berus. This kept going until they took the final Dog yo-kai out.

All the wisps turned back into yo-kai Lucas, Lina, and Zoey thanked them all for their hard work battling and they all left except Toiletta and the newly deemed Infour. Toiletta praised Infour on her new powers.

Infour said, "Stop you're making me blush."

Toiletta said, "But that was really cool."

Zoey said, "yeah you were amazing out there."

Infour was blushing deeply and said, " Ah thanks."

Lucas said, "Now let's go."

Lina said, "Yeah we still need to help Nate he might need help." The five then ran to the restrooms

It was still an intense and rough battle for Nate and his yo-kai friends, Tarantutor still seemed to take no damage. No matter how hard Jibanyan, Manjimutt, Roughraff, Dimmy, and Cadin fought. Luckily Noko was able to heal away some poison so it was not as much a problem but it still did a lot of damage. Nate tried helping the best he could healing with food but it didn't matter since Tarantutor just kept beating the yo-kai down.

Tarantutor snarled, "Just give up you can't beat me."

Jibanyan said, "Nyever."

Roughraff said, "Yeah you loser." Tarantutor then spit webbing again covering both yo-kai in webs. Cadin cut them out with Dimmy's help.

Nate said, "Urh this is not looking good."

Whisper said, "That is very true you still haven't done anything that phases this massive spider."

Katie asked, "Why is this spider so big anyway?"

Whisper explained, "It probably gained energy from all the yo-kai here and that build up probably caused this growth."

Nate said, "But it has to have some sort of weakness they all have had weaknesses no matter how powerful."

Whisper said, "I just don't know, and the yo-kai pad has nothing on it either."

Katie asked, "I don't know what is going on exactly but why don't you call any more of your yo-kai friends or something?"

Nate said, "Well Katie I would be right now we are protected from the spider because I have six yo-kai out there fighting."

Katie said, "Wha?"

Nate said, "That I don't entirely get either. I just know there is some sort of barrier protecting us from Tarantutor's attacks."

Whisper said, "Well that barrier won't hold if all your yo-kai faint Nate and it doesn't look good at the moment." Roughraff and Cadin were being hit by blobs of poison followed by bolts of lightning. Cadin was being healed by Noko while Roughraff tried to stand his ground.

Tarantutor mocked, "You're just a dumb bully you don't have the brains to take me down. You're too stupid."

Roughraff said, "I am nots going downs like this, I am going to fight til the very end and all that junk, I am the one that does the picking on here and I am not going to get pushed around by a nerd like you." Roughraff then became surrounded in a bright light and an orange spiral appeared.

Right before their very eyes the roughian Roughraff grew a load bigger he wore blue shorts, a black vest, sandals, and red tinted sunglasses and he carried a Nail Bat in hand. He was no longer just the average hooligan he was a Badude.

Katie asked, "What just happened?"
Nate said, "Roughraff just evolved into, um whisper who is he now?"

Whisper got out his yo-kai pad and said, "Um this is Badude he is the leader of hooligans and he can give many people bad reputations but he also can give them a sense of leadership."

Badude pet Jibanyan on the head as he passed by the cat, "Don't worry we'll turn the tides right here and now."

Jibanyan looked in awe and said, "Woah."

Cadin said, "Yes indeed he has changed quite a bit."

Badude focused his energy and said, "Gangster Glare." Badude then sent a wave of energy much more powerful than the one Roughraff had through his red glasses giving only a slight look into his real eyes. Unlike last time this one caused Tarantutor to quake in his boots in fact his legs seemed to start shaking and Tarantutor flinched.

Tarantutor said, "What is this feeling, It is like it is daytime right now."

Nate saw what happened and said, "I got it everyone attack Tarantutor's legs. Great job Badude."

Badude said, "Anything for my friend." before charging in to attack with his new bat.

Whisper said, "Brilliant Nate and now because of Badude his legs are weakened too."

Katie said, "Yeah good job Nate." Manjimutt suddenly felt a strange surge of power. Like energy was flowing through his body he felt invigorated.

Manjimutt said, "I think you inspired me boy, I feel great, let me show you how it is done, Creepy Superbite." Manjimutt then rapidly bit all of Tarantutor's legs though it was very disturbing and while he did it everyone looked creeped out by it except Noko who didn't really seem to notice.

When Manjimutt finished Tarantutor said, "No, no, no." Tarantutor's legs then all let go of the ceiling and the massive spider fell to the floor revealing how his stomach was vulnerable and soft.

Nate said, "I think we finally found it's weak spot everyone attack there." All the yo-kai didn't know where Nate wanted them to attack.

Whisper said, "Oh Katie could you hold down that button on the watch."

Nate said, "Oh yeah the target feature."

Katie said, "Um like this." Katie pressed down on the button on the watch and it turned the hands to form a needle to launch. "Woah."

Whisper said, "Now aim and fire." Katie pointed the watch at the weak point on Tarantutor and hit right on target. With the pin there all the yo-kai rushed in to attack. Manjimutt was still in a crazy frenzy and ripped at the pink flesh with his teeth, Jibanyan started to mix scratches with balls of fire the balls of fire seeming to deal a lot of damage, Badude bashed with his club, Cadin slashed with his sword and bits of wind, and Dimmy snuck some attacks in too. Tarantutor actually looked like it was taking damage now from the attacks.

Nate said, "Yes now we are actually getting somewhere. Keep it up you guys." It looked like they were close to beating Tarantutor when Tarantutor then struggled and shook off all the yo-kai on it.

Tarantutor said, "That hurt, you'll all pay for that. Webbing Blitz!" Tarantutor started to spit web after web and sprayed all the yo-kai with silk string. Tarantutor then sent a jolt of electrical energy. All the yo-kai were caught in the web were zapped by the energy. Tarantutor jumped back to the ceiling and started to spit poison to add insult to injury.

Katie said, "Oh no your yo-kai got hurt."

Whisper said, "And we just found his weakness, and now we have no one to cut them out or heal them." Noko was caught in the web unable to heal at the moment.

Kaite asked, "Maybe your watch has something to help with this?"

Whisper said, "No, if there was I would have already recommended its usage."

Katie asked, "Hey what happens if I do this." Katie flipped the watch's lens the other way and a light came out. It hit Noko and it seemed to break the webs.

Nate said, "Wow, great job Katie I didn't know my watch could do that." Whisper was slack jawed. Noko then ripped some webbing off Dimmy and Katie purified Cadin both then cut everyone else free and Noko and Katie started to heal the poisoning.

Cadin said, "Now that we know this fiend's weakness let's exploit it, Cicada Cut." Cadin jumped up and slashed right underneath or technically above Tarantutor hitting all of his legs, weakening them but not fully knocking him back to the ground. Cadin glowed and was surrounded by a pink spiral.

Nate said, "Yes, Cadin evolved too, that's great."

Katie asked, "Um what is Cadin now?"

Whisper said, "Hmm this is odd Cadin should have evolved into Cadable but it seems he is now a Singcada."

Singcada said, "Normally I would have evolved into a Cadable but since it is a festival tonight the cheery environment have allowed me to evolve in a different way."

Whisper said, "Ah yes I knew that."

Katie said, "I have a feeling that's not true."

Nate said, "Everyone attack a leg."

Jibanyan said, "Got it." Jibanyan jumped up and scratched one of Tarantutor's legs until it was rendered useless.

Badude said, "Heck yeah, time to bust some legs." Badude swung his bat hitting Tarantutor's legs knocking it out.

Manjimutt jumped up and said, "I am not feeling as energized but I will help finish this." Manjimutt then bit down on one of the legs.

Singcada said, "Min min, Time to finish this." Singcada flew up and cut another one of Tarantutor's legs. Tarantutor hissed as he fell to the floor yet again.

Nate said, "Guy's now's your chance to finish this, Dimmy use your soultimate."

Dimmy said, "Did You See Me?" As he smacked Tarantutor in the gut incredible quickly before joining the other in finishing off the yo-kai.

Tarantutor said, "Too much, urrh, *hiss* Grauw," before he poofed in a cloud of purple smoke.

Nate ran to his yo-kai friends and said, "You guys did great in there."

Jibanyan said, "Thanks Nyate. That was fun despite the webs."

Badude said, "Anything you goodie-goodie. Just doing what we do."

Manjimutt said, "That was exhilarating kid, Thanks for showing this old man a good time."

Singcada said, "Yes truly spectacular I feel like singing my soul out in an epic ballet now min min."

Dimmy stood to the side saying, "Don't mind me." until Badude and Jibanyan dragged him in with them.

Noko got atop Nate's head and said, "Noko!" with a bright smile. The human boy and the yo-kai messed around a bit more and Whisper and Katie stood by and watched.

Katie said, "Wow he has made quite the unique and amazing friends."

Whisper said, "Yes in and out of the world of yo-kai."

Katie said, "Yeah, who wouldn't want to be friends with Nate."

Whisper said, "I have to agree he is a good friend and one of the best humans I have ever met. I bet you still have a lot of questions young miss."

Katie said, "Yeah, but in hindsight if Nate deals with this crazy world all day that explains a lot, like how he has been acting around me and Eddie and Bear, why weird things happen and stop around here, why some people at the school act weird, and some weird feelings I had." Whisper smiled a bit at the last part.

Katie said, "Yeah this explains so much."

Nate broke from the group of yo-kai who were having a feeding frenzy over the food Nate gave them and headed up to Katie and Whisper, he had a concerned look on his face, "Hey Katie you okay? I know this is a lot to take in, I am sorry I dragged you into this mess in the first place and—" Nate was stopped by Katie pulling him into a hug.

Katie said, "Don't worry Nate, I am fine thanks to you in the first place you saved me from that spider and it's my fault since I didn't go when you asked me to but I am glad you told me."

Nate said, "Well that's a relief Whisper did you catch her up on everything?"

Whisper said, "Why yes, I did not a thing to worry about." Then Lucas, Lina, and Zoey came into the restroom, all three were surprised all along with Toiletta and Enfour the latter of which not even expecting what had just happened.

Lucas asked, "Um Nate why is Katie wearing your yo-kai watch?" Nate knew he was getting a lot of confused stares and a new set of questions to answer.

It took a lot of time but Nate finally got done explaining to Katie how Lucas had a watch, how they found out about each other which was a story Zoey actually had yet to hear, how Lucas gave Lina a watch, and then they gave Zoey one and then explaining the situation Katie was in and how much she knew at this point. Then Lucas, Lina, and Zoey gave an explanation to both Nate and Katie as well as Whisper as to what happened and how Infour evolved. After all that the five humans and the yo-kai finally made their way to the roof, where the rest of their friends were.

Eddie was the first to say, "Hey what took you guys so long?"

Bear said, "Yeah we have been waiting up here for a while."

Alex said, "Were you five on some sort of adventure without us?"

Hailey said, "Yeah guys what's up with that?"

Zoey quickly moved in to answer all their questions with some help from Lina and Lucas as Nate was just through explaining a load of stuff to Katie who was still probably absorbing information.

Nate and Katie just found a place to sit after all that happened.

Nate apologized again, "I am sorry again about pulling you into this mess."

Katie reassured him, "Don't worry about it Nate, in fact I want to help you out a bit, maybe I can help lighten your load."

Nate asked, "Are you sure? I could just have my friend Wazzat erase your memory."

Katie said, "And forget this amazing night no way besides I want to make sure that you aren't alone in this. Though I know you will always have your friends on your side."

Nate said, "Thanks Katie, we can stop at timers and more later to get you a watch."

Whisper butt in and said, "Um actually Nate I have a watch right here for her." Whisper then handed Katie a pink necklace watch with a few heart designs and the same design as Nate's watch in the middle.

Nate said, "Wow it suits you perfectly." as she put it on.

Katie said, "Thanks Nate."

Whisper said, "Well now it seems you are with us for better or worse my dear."

Nate and Katie looked at each other, things just got a whole lot weirder for both their worlds but Nate thought this was for the better and so did two were hidden away in the shadows thanks to Dimmy inspiriting them both, that made them feel like the only one there even if Dimmy gave the exact opposite affect both looked up at the sky and watched the fireworks shine in the sky with the light background of all their friends realizing it too. Both new yo-kai water wearers smiled as they watched the fireworks and looked back at each other then back to the fireworks. Somehow without either of them noticing their hands found their way to each other. There they were two kids watching fireworks, holding hands, and being a part of a whole other world of craziness.

Little did they know of the powerful beings watching them from the moon light…

AN: Here we are the end of the chapter I told you it was a game changer, Katie now has a yo-kai watch, I know not all of you wanted this but I planned this from square one and I was not going to change my mind so now we will have a few chapters with her now and I already have plans for her and her yo-kai. GUPIA and SuperSonicBros123(if you are still reading this) I hope you both enjoyed this chapter very much. Now to the battle, it was very chaotic doing two separate battles but both sides had their own fights to battle and I did go a bit evolution trigger happy there with three in one chapter but I thought they were all fitting and I almost did a fourth evolution but decided against it for now. So another Boss yo-kai is down for the count even when Nate wasn't at his best. Now for the major issue, I need a break. I really desperately don't want to do this but I am taking a break from Yo-kai watch to work on a couple other projects but I also need time to come up with some better plot. I have been very busy so writing has been hard so writing fanfiction in general will be hard at the moment and I feel like my writings just keep getting worse, so I will take time to improve.
