RAW: 12/3/2007

Monday Night RAW was live from the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C..

OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!

The Devil's Wolf plays to a loud pop and the lights dim to a blood red, casting a sinister glow as the Bladewolf walks out with his WWE Championship around his waist and his world Tag Team Championship on his right shoulder. He makes his way down the ramp and steps onto the ring apron then steps foot over the top rope and enters the ring. He pulls his hood down then removes his metallic mask and places it within his coat before he takes a microphone out from inside his coat.

He begins to pace as he begins talking. "For 105 days I have been the WWE Champion. This title has been in my grasp for 105 days and it will stay there for as long as I want it to. Now, I know there is clear tension between Shawn Michaels and I. Many words can describe Shawn Michaels, but I want him to come out here, to stand before me so we can set the record straight that if he's going to superkick me...he better get his shot in now because he won't get another come WrestleMania."

The DX theme hits and out comes Shawn Michaels with his title in hand. Shaw enters the ring and grabs a microphone as his theme dies down. "Look, I get you don't trust me, you don't trust anyone but yourself especially when you have that." He points to the WWE Championship. "You know that there are no friends when you hold that because every one else wants it. But I assure you, that until WrestleMania...I will make sure nothing happens to you. Make no mistake, as badly as you want to hold onto that title...I want one more day in the spotlight before the day is done."

Bladewolf gets in Shawn's face and a staredown happens between the two when suddenly Coach's music hit and he came out to the ramp. He said it would be a shame for the two to beat the hell out of each other. He said there were a ton of tag teams that wanted to take their titles. He said because of the contract signing later, the boss can't be bothered with their problems. He said Bladewolf and HBK would be running a gauntlet tonight against three teams tonight. He said if they made it to the final match later tonight, they'd be in the structure that was directly above them, a 15 foot high steel cage.

Later

The Gauntlet match for the World Tag Team titles was about to begin. Shawn Michaels' DX theme hits and he came out first to the ring and got in, doing the DX chop and his theme soon dies down.

He pulls his hood down then removes his metallic mask, tossing it aside along with his coat.

He hands his titles to the referee as his theme dies down.

The World's Greatest tag Team theme hits and out comes Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas. The duo make their way down the ramp and come into the ring.

'Ding! Ding! Ding!'

The teams go at it in the opening bell and Bladewolf and Benjamin ended up in the ring together. Bladewolf hit a clothesline and a flying hip toss before hitting the fisherman's suplex for a two count. Shelton reversed a whip attempt and Haas went to jab a knee to Bladewolf's back but the Champ caught him and tossed him off the apron.

Bladewolf turned around only to get nailed by Benjamin with a drop kick. Haas tagged in and put a nasty little beat down on the WWE Champion. Haas whipped Bladewolf to the buckles but missed the follow up and Bladewolf hit a clothesline. HBK tagged in and went right at Haas and cleaned him out in short order before cutting off Shelton Benjamin.

HBK turned Haas inside out with a DDT before knocking Shelton to the floor. HBK went to finish the job, but Bladewolf tags himself in, grabs Benjamin's ankle...AND LOCKS IN THE GRAPEVINE ANKLE LOCK! BENJAMIN TAPS OUT RIGHT AWAY!

The World's Greatest Tag Team has been Eliminated!

Next team to come out was Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch. The rough Texans hit the ring and went right to work, cleaning out HBK in relatively short order with the chop block-lariat combination. Cade ended up in the ring with Michaels and dropped an elbow before going for the cover. Cade whipped Michaels off the rope and hit a nasty looking flying lariat and got a two count. Cade slapped on a bear hug HBK fought out but was cut off in short order by Cade.

HBK came back with some chops and hit a n ezeguiri on Cade before crawling to the corner and tagging Bladewolf. Murdoch tagged in as well and he and Murdoch went at it. Bladewolf hit a turnbuckle clothesline, scoops Murdoch up...AND HITS SNAKE EYES! He rebounds off the ropes...AND HITS THE BIG BOOT!

Bladewolf grabs Murdoch and lifts him onto his shoulders...BUT MICHAELS HITS MURDOCH WITHS WEET CHIN MUSIC! Bladewolf stared Michaels down, not happy Michaels did that. Bladewolf covers Murdoch! ONE! TWO! THREE!

Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch have been eliminated!

RAW went to commercial as the Steel Cage lowers and MNM's music hits.

*After the commercial break*

RAW comes back from the break to show Mercury in solid control, holding a rear chin lock on the Bladewolf. The WWE Champion fought out of the hold and then tagged in HBK. HBK put the punches to Mercury before hitting a running knee lift. HBK went for the flying forearm but Mercury side-stepped him and HBK crashed into the cage.

Nitro tagged in and hit a hangman's neck breaker before going for a cover attempt. MNM hit a double gut buster on Michaels and again, went for the cover. Nitro began laying the boots to HBK's midsection before laying out the show stopper with a body slam. Nitro went for a cork screw moonsault off the second rope but missed.

Mercury cut off the hot tag attempt on the part of HBK and tagged himself into the match. Mercury went for a back body drop but got tagged with a boot in the face and then a clothesline. Bladewolf got the tag and laid out both members of MNM with clotheslines before picking up Joey Mercury and tossing him face-first into the steel cage. Nitro followed him shortly thereafter. Mercury is busted open.

Bladewolf lifts Mercury up onto his shoulders and Michaels goes for Sweet Chin Music but Bladewolf drops him and glares at Michaels. Bladewolf scoops Mercury up again...BUT MICHAELS HITS MERCURY WITH SWEET CHIN MUSIC!

Despite that, Bladewolf doesn't drop Mercury and instead...HITS THE WOLF'S HOWL! HE HOOKS THE LEGS! ONE! TWO! THREE! THEY RETAIN THE TAG TEAM TITLES!

'Ding! Ding! Ding!'

The Devil's Wolf plays as Bladewolf gets to his feet and stares Michaels down. The cage was raised and the other tag team made their way into the ring to attack the champions. HBK and Bladewolf cleaned house but Bladewolf almost hit Michaels with a steel chair but hit one of the other tag teams. Michaels looked very pissed as Bladewolf left the ring, grabbing his titles along the way...

And that's it for this chapter folks. I hope you all enjoyed it. WrestleMania 23 is coming closer and closer... Also, if I did a gimmick change with Bladewolf again, it would be a mix of them all, his 2001-2003 and his Demon wolf gimmick, basically if you merged the 2004-present day version of the Undertaker with the modern day Sting, that's what you'd get.

Somebody who plays the dark mind games and is superhuman...but isn't all 'Thou shalt fall'.
