Chapter 37
Ana
Waking the next morning Ana groaned her head a little sore from the wine it suddenly hit her that she was getting married shit. She sat up so quick that for a second she went a little dizzy. She looked over fully expecting to see her sister and Huldah asleep next to her only to see the bed empty. She heard a flushed toilet coming from the bathroom looking at the door she saw a very pale Huldah.
"Honey are you ok? You don't look very well." Huldah simply waved her of then walked over to sit down on the bed.
"Yep think I had one to many glasses of wine last night it's my own fault." She was laughing but Ana could see that the laugh was weak.
"Huldah I have some crackers that helped if I ever got sick when I was pregnant not that I was pregnant long enough to even go through a box of the crackers but they helped and some ginger tea want me to go get some for you?"
She looked around smiled and glamoured tea and crackers on a tray next to her. "No need see magic is sooooooo much fun besides missy it's your wedding day only thing you are doing today is getting pampered and spoiled so relax." She loved Huldah so much and she hated seeing her look so poorly.
Huldah was sat drinking her tea when Carla walked in with a tray full of pastries and coffee something Ana definitely needed. Grabbing for the coffee first Huldah sniffed up before putting her hand over her mouth and running to the bathroom. "Mom have you ever seen Huldah sick before?" Ana was getting worried now Huldah didn't seem drunk last night so she shouldn't be feeling this bad.
Carla frowned before shaking her head "Eat your breakfast sweetie we have lots to do today I am going to check on Huldah." She walked in the bathroom leaving Ana to sit alone worried.
A few minutes later they walked back in With Carla smiling and Huldah looking a mixture of worried and confused. "Is everything ok?" Huldah nodded and her Mom just smiled.
"Everything is fine sweetheart come on you need to eat up Huldah is going to relax with you for a while. Although maybe keep the coffee away from her. I am going to go downstairs to check on everything and make sure the kids are all ok." She came over and kissed Ana's head before she left.
Huldah climbed back on the bed sitting back on the pillows frowning. "Huldah honey are you sure you're ok?" She looked up smiling and shrugged her shoulders.
"Yeah I'm trying to think what I could have eaten yesterday that's made me sick because I didn't drink that much that's all. Please don't worry today is your big day and that is what we need to concentrate on." She nudged Ana with her shoulder and smiled a real smile making Ana feel better.
"Ok but if you feel sick at any point today you sit and relax I don't care if you are walking down the Aisle you will find the nearest chair and sit am I clear?" Huldah saluted her and yes
"Sir, yes sir." Making Ana laugh she loved Huldah so much and couldn't imagine a life without her in it. She brought so much love and energy and fun into everyone's lives.
Ana was sat looking in the mirror after she had bathed and made sure her whole body was as soft as silk under Huldah's every intrusive and watchful gaze. Something Ana had protested against for nearly half an hour and eventually just gave into.
Huldah was feeling a lot better now after some more crackers and three ginger and lemon teas. She was stood behind Ana playing with her hair that seemed to be so much longer and thicker it was like it was growing inches over night they were waiting for the hairdresser to show up along with the make up artists.
She was taking another sip of the Champagne that Izzy had opened not long before Ana had taken her bath. "Ana honey the Hairdresser is here and the make up girls." Kate came running in excited They were all wearing silk robes with bridesmaid, Maid of honour or in Ana's case bride sewn into the back in pink even the babies and children had been given onesies with Flower girl and page boy sewn into them Huldah had thought of absolutely everything.
She was looking around the room at all of the dresses and Jamie and Theo's little suit that were hanging in clear garment bags. Her wedding dress taking pride of place in the centre of the room. She still couldn't believe that she was getting married. She could feel the excitement bubbling in her stomach as she took another sip of her drink.
She was sat watching her hair and makeup being done lost in thoughts of what today would bring when her phone started to ring. Looking at it she saw it was Christian she was just reaching for it when Huldah ran over snatching it up and answering it tutting at Ana shaking her finger in her face.
"No talking to the groom, Christian how can I help yo?." What the fuck the tradition was that she couldn't see him not that she couldn't speak to him.
"Huldah give me my phone back please." Ana was reaching out for the phone but Huldah just kept slapping her hand away moving away from her. Ana was trying to stand up but the hairdresser was pushing her back in the seat trying to carry on with her hair. Ana gave up with huff throwing daggers at Huldah through the mirror who stuck out her tongue before smiling.
"No problem I will go and get it now she will love it. See you soon tell that hot as hell brother of yours I miss him and we have things to discuss, He is in big trouble." She said it with a laugh so she knew what ever Beal was in trouble for wasn't serious.
She hung the phone up slipping it in to her pocket before walking away. Returning few minutes later with a gift box. She sat in the chair next to Ana everyone coming in to see what she had.
When she opened the gift box inside was three jewellery boxes two were in a squared shape and one was in a long box. She opened the first revealing a small tiara that hide diamonds in the same shape as the small flowers on her wedding dress it was stunning. The next box held a matching necklace and earrings it was all very beautiful but non of it over the top. The last box had a bracelet that matched everything else. Huldah handed her a little note from Christian and much to the horror of the woman doing her make up she couldn't help the tears that fell when she was reading it. 'This is the start of our amazing story, the part where your page meets mine, no matter what happens or where it takes us our story will always read, LOVE'. I will meet you at the Alter my love, my life, my Queen.
She looked up to see that she wasn't the only one who was currently crying nearly every adult in the room in tears. "Oh wow." Huldah was looking up fanning her eyes obviously trying to dry the tears that were ready to fall.
She held her hand out to Huldah who handed her phone over to her without saying a word. "Excuse me ladies I need to make a call." She got up and walked out of the room dialling the number of the one person she wish was right in front of her in this moment.
"Hi kitten did you like your gifts?" She smiled sniffling softly through the tears.
"Christian they are beautiful the note is my favourite part thank you so much. I love you more than I can ever tell you. Thank you baby." She could hear him sighing and new that he would be hearing the tears in her voice.
"I wish I was there with you beautiful but I fear for my like if I dared show up Huldah is a force not to be messed with." He was laughing and she couldn't help that chuckle at his words. He wasn't wrong she would have his head on a platter if he showed up right now.
"Well then we will just have to wait a couple more hours my love and then we never have to be apart again." He breathed a sigh of relief.
"That thought is what is keeping me going. Not being with you and our babies has been the hardest thing I have ever done in my existence and I never want to have to do it again." They spoke for a few more minutes before saying their goodbyes so that Ana could go back to getting ready.
An hour or so later Ana was sat in the white lace underwear and stockings she had bought just for today her hair had been curled half of it pinned up the Tiara sat on top the jewellery Christian had bought looked perfect it wasn't to much. It was just right. She was slipping the white silk robe over her shoulders when her Mom knocked on the door.
Carla stood in the door way with a smile on her beautiful face. "Ana it's time for the dress but we have some things for you first, come." She held out her hand which Ana happily took.
She walked back into the lounge which was wedding central seeing everyone in their dresses. Theo and Jamie looked beyond Handsome in their little suits. Abigail and Ella were sat in their bouncy chairs in their dresses kicking their chubby little legs excitedly she had never seen anything so cute in her life she knew when they got to the hotel where the ceremony was being held all the babies would be pushed down the aisle in little push chairs that had been decorated in keeping with the theme of the wedding something Ana had still not seen.
"Oh wow you all look so beautiful." She was holding her hands over her mouth trying desperately not to cry. Everyone was smiling as she walked over to her dress ready to step in it when her Mom stopped her.
"Ana honey wait we want to show you something. It's tradition to have something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue so sit down while we give them to you." Ana had forgot about this part.
Sitting down she looked up at everyone expectantly."OK so Christian gave you the something new. Izzy has your something borrowed." It was the veil that Ana had loved from Izzy's wedding. It went perfectly with her dress. "I have had your something old sewn into your dress along with your something blue." Ana looked at the dress, her Mom showing her a stunning diamond that was in the back of the dress nestled in the lace so low that it would be at the base of her spine when Ana put it on.
Ana looked up questioningly to her Mom "Can you give Ana and I a moment please." Everyone nodded before walking away. Carla sat next to Ana and held her hand. "Ana that diamond was a gift from Zeus when we were together he gave me many gifts this was one that I kept. I thought considering what he did for you and considering the fact that he will now be in our lives that you would like this as your something old it represents your reason for being here and being who you are now." Ana just smiled it was perfect no matter what she thought about Zeus he had given her the life that she has now. He made it possible for her to raise her children and live forever with Christian. She hugged her Mom trying again not to cry which she figured was going to be the theme of the day.
"Thank you Mom it's perfect thank you." Once they had finished hugging everyone came back in "Ok so what is the something blue?" Carla lifted the bottom of the front of the dress up to reveal her initials and todays date embroidered in the material it was her new initials that she would have once she was Married.
"Mom It's incredible it's so beautiful." Everyone was looking at her again smiling with unshed tears.
"Ok we need to get you in the dress you know that was supposed to be your something new as well as your something blue, You know your new initials but well then future hubby had to go and ruin it with his beautiful surprise." Huldah was saying all of this while getting Ana in the dress everyone staring at her with their eyes raised.
"What he did, I mean it was a good way to spoil our surprise but it's still true." She shrugged her shoulders going back to fastening Ana in to the dress.
Once she was in the dress everyone stood back looking at her she had never felt so beautiful in her life the dress was incredible hugging her curves flaring out at mid thigh. her back looked completely naked with the exception of the lace flowers that ran up her spin and over her shoulders. The material was so incredible soft.
They all stood for a few minutes, no one saying anything, everyone just looking. Until Huldah cleared her throat breaking the spell the dress created. "Ok we need to go ladies are you ready Ana?" Ana looked at Huldah through the mirror smiling.
"I'm ready lets go I want to see Christian." They all cheered and walked to leave the apartment.
The ride to the hotel was short yet it felt like it took hours. Ana was so desperate to see Christian. They walked in and were ushered into a room of the side that was designated for the bridal party the side door apparently opened up to the doors that led to the Aisle. Knowing Christian was so close she was getting frustrated with not being able to be with him.
Her frustration quickly died when they wheeled in three antique push chairs that hair been painted white and had little white and purple flowers on the sides the handles curved over on each side of a long bar the back wheels double the size of the front wheels they were gorgeous.
The placed the three babies in the push chairs so that the would be facing Christian when they were pushed down the Aisle. As if sensing their Daddy was close Abigail and Theo were getting restless holding their arms out to the door. For a second Ana panicked thinking they would bring Christian to them or them to him either way it wouldn't have been good.
She crouched down in front of them telling them quietly not to do anything and that they would see Daddy soon. They both smiled up at her showing their little baby teeth and big dimples in their chubby little cheeks they really looked gorgeous.
Everyone was getting in line of the order they would be walking out just as Benji and Ray walked in looking so handsome. They both came over to hug her and telling her how beautiful she looked. "Is Christian ok?" She couldn't help but ask her Dad.
"He is good although now he knows you are here he is holding on to his patience by a very thin thread." She laughed and hugged him again.
"Well then let's not keep him waiting." Huldah, Kate and Artemis went out first one after the other. Carla had already gone out to tell everyone that they were ready and to take her seat. After Artemis walked out Ava, Mia and Ella were next. Ava was pushing Ella down the Aisle while Mia was throwing petals on the ground as she walked.
Next was Benji, Jamie and Theo Benji was pushing Theo down in his little push chair and Jamie was holding on to the side of the push chair. They would be standing next to the men once they reached the end of the aisle. Ana had been desperate to see Christians face as the babies has been wheeled down but she had been kept back from the door so that Christian couldn't see her.
Next was Izzy who was pushing Abigail as soon as Abigail was through the door Ana could hear her excited squeal followed by people laughing and she new Abigail must have seen her Daddy she couldn't help the smile again wishing she could see everything that was happening.
Then it was her turn she heard the familiar song of Etta James 'At last' playing and knew that it was time for her to walk down the Aisle. Ray stood next to her his arm out for her to hold. "Come on princess lets go and get your prince." She smiled at him before holding on to his arm. With a deep breath she began the walk that would take her to her future.
The second she walked out her breath caught in her throat the Aisle was paved in white and purple flower petals the chairs all white each row had a huge bouquet of flowers that matched her own bouquet but what really got her was the man that was now looking up at her with a look that she had never seen. It was like he could see right into her soul.
She hadn't realised she was walking fast until Ray pulled back and whispered for her to slow down. She couldn't look away from him no one else mattered in that moment but the man stood waiting for her at the end of the Aisle. She could already feel the prick of tears forming. He was hers, he was hers forever and she didn't want to wait another second to be with him.
Finally they made it to Christian just as the song finished Ray handing her hand over to Christian before kissing her cheek softly. "I love you Ana. Christian please take care of her." Christian nodded not taking his eyes of her. Ana vaguely heard the sound of laughter but if she was honest she wasn't aware of anyone else in the room just him. Just her future her world her everything.
"Ana you look incredible." He was looking at her and she could see that he had tears in his eyes. Without thinking she stood on her tip toes pulling his face down to hers and kissed him with so much passion she felt like she was on fire. Christian pulled back smiling down at her before whispering over her mouth "Baby we have to get this part finished before we can do that part. As much as I would love to pick you up and take you of to finish what that kiss started I would very much like for you to be my wife first." With that she snapped out of whatever spell seeing him had cast and the room came back into focus. She flushed before looking down embarrassed.
He lifted her chin gently before placing a soft quick kiss on her lips. "I love you baby" She smile up at his words her heart melting.
"I love you to Christian." Someone next to them cleared his throat getting their attention before smiling at them both.
"Shall we begin?" They both nodded then held hands repeating what they were being told to do. "Ok I understand you both chose to write your own vows?" It was Christian that said yes and Ana instantly felt a little sick with nerves at this part. "Who would like to go first?" Ana immediately put her hand up like she was answering a question in class at school. She closed her eyes laughing and shaking her head before putting her hand down again. Once the laughter had died down she answered the question again.
"I would like to go first please." Christian nodded for her to go ahead. Taking deep breath spoke.
"Christian the love you have shown me is beyond anything my childhood self could have ever dreamed up. Because of you I laugh, I smile, I dare to dream. Every time I say I love you I'm trying to say so much more than just those three little words. I'm trying to say you mean more to me than anyone else in the world. With the exception of our babies of course. I'm trying to say I adore and cherish you. I'm trying to say that I want and need you and that I get lost in the wonderful thoughts of you. Each time I whisper I love you I'm trying to remind you that you are my everything, my love, my life, my happily ever after. You are and always will be the love of my life, my soulmate, my person. I love you more than my life."
Ana hadn't looked away for even a second of saying her vows. Christian swallowed and took a deep breath before he spoke.
"Ana I didn't fall in love with you. I walked into love with you , with my eyes wide open. Choosing to take every step along the way. I vow fiercely to love you in all your forms, now and forever. Love isn't perfect , it isn't a fairy-tale, it doesn't always come easy. Love is overcoming obstacles, fighting for each other and never letting go of each other. Ana baby I promise that no matter what challenges our life brings I will always choose you, in a hundred lifetimes, in a hundred worlds, in any version of reality I will always choose to walk into love with you hand in hand eyes wide open for eternity. I love you more than my life."
Ana couldn't help the stream of tears that were running down her face she had never known love like this before just looking at his beautiful face and seeing the love that she felt for him reflected in his eyes warmed her heart. The rest of the ceremony went by in a blur and before she knew what was happening they were being pronounced husband and wife.
They kissed another all consuming kiss that left her weak at the knees and wanting more it was only because of the cheers that she could hear that she found the strength to stop.
They both turned to each pick up a baby it just so happened that the both picked up the wrong one and soon Abigail was desperately trying to get to her Daddy. Ana wasn't shocked when Theo stayed with his daddy she could hear how much they had missed him.
Walking back down the Aisle seeing all there loved ones and friends all sitting smiling she couldn't have been more grateful for everything and Huldah had done to make her dream wedding come true.
They stayed in the room just the four of them for a while Christian telling the babies how gorgeous they looked and how much of a big boy and big girl they had been. Ana just stood back and watched her husband spend time with his children when he looked up at her smiling. "Wife of mine why are you so far away come here there is plenty of room for all of us and I don't like that you are in front of me yet I still can't touch you."
She laughed before walking over to sit next to him resting her head on his shoulder just watching the twins playing with the flowers of Christians suit Jacket. He looked down at her "How are you feeling beautiful?" She couldn't help the tears that just flowed down her cheeks "Hey baby what's wrong?" He sounded so worried and he had moved back to get a better look at her. When he did he let out of sigh of relief.
"Nothing is wrong Husband I have never been happier today had been the best day of my life and the fact that I get to be your wife for eternity I have never been so happy." She still had her head on his should as she looked up at him.
"This is just the beginning my Queen." They both smiled looking back at the twins who were just staring at them with their big beautiful smiles.
A knock at the door told them it was time for them to join everyone else. Leaving the room they walked into the reception Ana couldn't think. The room was incredible all across the ceiling was what looked like Icicles in between each one was a small light that made it look like the whole room was covered in stars it cast a purple glow all over the room as the lights danced of the purple Icicles each table was cover in white linen each white chair had a big purple silk bow on it in the middle of each table had glass vases that held huge bouquets of white and purple flowers the smell of all the flowers was incredible. In the middle of the tables was a white and black marble floor. The end of the room opened up in to the gardens at the back of the hotel the starts outside matched the lights inside the room it was incredible.
"Do you like it baby?" she looked up to see Christian looking a little unsure before she touched his cheeks.
"Christian this is better than anything I could have ever wished for it's beautiful. Thank you so much for making today so perfect." He kissed forgetting that the babies were in between them until they heard there little giggles.
They walked to their table everyone standing and clapping Ana felt like she was living a dream. As they sat down people came over to say their congratulations. Sam made her way over to them to Ana had missed her at the ceremony but to be fair she hadn't notice much of anything else other than Christian of course. "Hi Ana , Christian congratulations to you both it was such a beautiful ceremony." Ana smiled and looked over to Christian who had a frown on his face but the second he saw Ana watching him the frown was replaced by a smile. She looked over to Artemis who was looking at Sam like she was ready to jump the table and fight her at any moment. Ok she really needed to know what was going on.
Sam walked away and Ana couldn't keep her confusion to herself "Christian what was that about?"
"I'm not sure but it's nothing to worry about so let's enjoy tonight ok baby, please?"
She sighed but decided he was right she wanted to enjoy herself tonight not worry. After everyone had finished eating it was time for the first dance. Christian led Ana by the hand to the middle of the room as the stunning lyrics of 'never enough' played as they danced around the room every lyric ringing true for them both. Nothing would ever be enough with out Christian he was her world no matter how strong either of them were physically it would never be enough if they didn't have each other. As they swirled around the room Ana could feel the butterflies in her stomach the tears burning her eyes at the most perfect moment in her life. Knowing that she would always have this man that they would face everything together.
Christian and Ana hadn't tore their gazes away from each other the entire song so they hadn't noticed the others that had joined them. In fact they were so lost in each other they hadn't realised the song had changed and that Huldah was now making her way through the g
crowd of people on the dance floor.
"Christian I need to borrow your wife please" he was openly sulking again. "Oh don't be grumpy its a surprise for you so go sit down until we are ready." She grabbed Ana's hand dragging her through the room and the nerves at what they were about to do hit and Ana wanted to throw up.
"Huldah wait let's not do this everything is going so well we don't need to do this really do we?" With that she was pushed through a door handed a shot and a dress that actually looked like it would cover her up until she realised that underneath was a little pair of white shorts made up of the same lace flowers as her wedding dress the top was the same material as the shorts in a similar style as her wedding dress cut out completely at the back. The skirt that went down to her ankles had four slits up the front and back of the dress that reached up to her hips making it obvious that their would be a lot of leg showing. She was handed another shot then ushered behind a room divider to get changed.
Walking out of the makeshift dressing room she was handed another shot clearly given as liquid courage and it was working. She was starting to feel a little more relaxed. Everyone else was wearing shorter versions of Ana's dress only theirs were the same purple as the bridesmaids dresses. "Ok ladies are you ready?" Ana downed another shot nodding her head as she was just about to walk Huldah stopped her before dropping to her knees in front of Ana "Lift your leg honey you're missing something" Ana looked down to see her slipping a garter up her leg lending the whole outfit an even sexier vibe. "Ok now we are ready."
The song 'dance for you' by Beyoncé started playing as the girls sat with their back to everyone. When the lights came on the dance started. Ana had realised they had sat Christian in the middle of the dance floor until she flicked her head back looking over her shoulder. The way he was looking at her with each slow sensual movement gave her all the encouragement she needed to walk over to him slowly swaying her hips rubbing her hands up her body and through her long hair.
When she made it over to him she made a show of lifting her leg enough that the dress fell away showing him her entire leg. She slowly stretched it over his knee and sat down flicking her hair before standing and walking around his chair. Every movement was slow and deliberate and designed to tease him and it worked. He was grabbing her at every chance he got only for her to shake her head and move away from him so that he lost his grip on her.
When she walked back to the chairs next to the others she watched him over her shoulder. She could see how turned on he was she also saw a slight flash of the fire in his eyes and caught a glimpse of his fangs. She bit her lip smiling before going back to end the dance with the girls.
Once the dance was finished Christian was instructed to take the garter of with his teeth but Huldah who was currently sitting in Beal's knee after he had come over picked her up and sat he there after their dance. Clearly not happy that so many people had seen her looking so sexy and yet from the way he was biting her neck and running his hands over her stomach he was incredibly aroused.
She was sat on a chair in the middle of the room with Christian on his knees in front of her. Her leg over his shoulder as he kissed his way up her leg from her ankle to the middle of her thigh were the garter was. His nose was so close to her core, she watched as he inhaled deeply smiling over her thigh. Biting down on it before soothing the sting with a lick before her took the garter in his mouth slowly dragging it down her leg. She had never been so fucking turned on and he knew what he was doing to her. It was his revenge for the dance. Once he had the Garter he flicked it straight at Beal who caught it with a smile and a growl.
The night went on with people drinking and dancing it had been everything she had dreamed of and more but all she wanted to do now was leave and be alone with her husband. "Christian please can we go?" He looked at her a wicked smile that promised so many naughty things causing another flood of moisture to her core.
"I thought you would never ask. Throw the bouquet and let's go."
They told everyone that they were going and made their way to the door. The twins had already gone home with Ray and Carla who had left when the babies started to fuss. Once at the door Ana looked for her target before turning back around to throw the bouquet in the direction of Huldah who caught it with a squeal of excitement causing everyone else around them to laugh.
With that they got in their waiting car and left as Husband and Wife.
