" I want everything on Tup you can find." I told the Ai fives sat on the cot his head in his hands. The door wished open
"General what did the Chancellor say?" Fives asked.
"Supreme Chancellor Palpatine wants the tumor and all of the intel gathered sent to the grand republic medical facility on Coruscant." Ti said
"So then I'll be going to Coruscant as well?" Fives asked
"You were not part of the chancellor's request." Nala se said I glared at her
"I'm sorry, Fives, but this is a matter best left to the medical professionals. There is still so much we do not know." Ti said. She placed the chip in a briefcase
"Perhaps we would know more if this clone had not taken matters into his own hands." Nala Se said
"Listen I was trying to save my friend!" Fives barked
"And yet perhaps by removing this tumor, it was you who killed him." Se said
"What do you care? You were going to kill him anyway and dissect him too. He's a soldier he deserves better!" Fives said
"Stand down Fives!" Ti ordered. I placed a hand on his shoulder. "Doctor there is no proof of your claim. I want this specimen and all data prepared for transit to the Jedi temple "Ti said
"The chancellor said the tumor and data was to be sent directly to the medical facility on Coruscant, not the Jedi temple." Se said
"And it will get there,but after the Jedi have run an analysis on it first." Ti said I smirked.
"I protest I must personally deliver the tumor to the chancellor as ordered." Se protested
"You can protest all you want. My word is final." Ti said Nala Se dipped her head submissively. "You have one more physical to pass. If you are cleared you will be sent back to the 501st." Ti placed a comforting hand on Fives shoulder. He stood to leave
"Thank you General." He said
" it will be good to put this entire incident behind you trooper." Ti said
"I agree"Se pipped up. I watched the droids switch the cases. I followed Master Ti.
"How have you been?" She asked.
"Been better been worse so I guess ok." I said. An alarm blared. "Dammit fives" I swore we ran into the hangar.
"There they are" a trooper shouted. We ran after them.
A pod roared to life.
"I got it I've got an old ship docked here still" I shouted "Trinity bring 53 back to live please" I shouted to the ai. I ran out of the hangar and onto the platform the soft whir of a ship made me smile 53 landed and I climbed in racing after Fives.
I watched two beings jump from the ship. I hovered above them.
"Fives wait I know what you plan to do let me help you." I shouted." If you give me the chip I can get it to the Jedi please." I looked at him he hesitated.
"I can't. Don't follow us back please." He looked at me.
"Go now" I barked before taking off after the empty pod. " mistress another calls being placed shall I record it" Trinity asked
"Yes " I rolled my eyes.
"Have you made it yet?" Ti asked
"I'm almost at them" I said. I caught up to the pod. "Ti the pod is completely empty" I said.
"Get back here now before he does something stupid." She said.
"On it." I said.
I raced back to tapica city. I wracked my brain a gentle nagging wormed it's way in my head. I landed at the port.
"Where is Fives and the chip." I barked to the clone on deck.
"We don't know" he replied
I swore vibrantly in mandoa. I took of to the control center.
"They're investigating searching." Ti said as I walked in"their appearance in the genetics labs proves this. But what are they searching for?"
"Proof that it isn't just in Tup" I said. Nala Se left the room. Ti and I noticed.
We took of into the chamber room.
"Don't move" the commander barked. Ti ignited her lightsaber
"Drop your weapon." She said
"Master Jedi I know what's going on. The Jedi ordered inhibitor chips be inmplanted in usat birth but tups malfunctioned. That's what made him lose control." Five said
"Where is the evidence?" Ti asked.
"I have it right here. As you can see, the chip taken from clone trooper Tup is black and rotting indicating a malfunction of some sort." A droid said
"What cause the malfunction?" Ti asked
"It doesn't matter. The fact is Tups chip malfunctioned, and it drove him insane. These chips have to be removed, otherwise the entire Republic Army could be compromised." Fives shouted
"There is no proof of that. This is an isolated incident. Besides when you removed trooper Tups chip he died." Nala Se said.
"Well that's not going to happen to the rest of us." Fives growled
"And how do you know that?" She asked
"Because I removed mine." Fives said.
"Here is clone trooper Fives chip. As you can see there is no sign of malfunction in either him or the chip." The droid said
"By removing your chip,you are a threat. Master Jedi we must terminate this trooper immediately." Nala Se said
" I am not a piece of hardware I'm a living being!" Fives shouted
"You were created in our laboratories. You are kaminoan property!" Se shot back.
"Correction: technically he is property of the Republic." Ti said
"That doesn't change the fact that he is a danger and must be terminated."Se said.
"I believe that's for me to decide. Fives you are coming with me to Coruscant I think it's time you told your story to the chancellor." Ti said.
"Master Jedi, I beg you to reconsider!" Se protested
"The chancellor wanted all the data on Tup to be sent to Coruscant. We're sending the data the tumor, and fives along with it." Ti said
" then I'm going with you." Se said
"As you wish doctor." Ti said. They placed fives on a stretcher and I went to stand beside him
"Thank you for believing in me, General." Fives said I squeezed his hand gently I wiggled a microphone and camera probe into the gauntlet piece.
"It is not a matter of belief Fives it is simply the right thing to do." Ti said
"It looks like you got what you wanted." The droid said
"Thanks to you. I'll see you on the other side." Fives said to The droid
"The other side of what?" The droid asked Fives and I shared a chuckle
"Ah droids." He said.
